Abstract

Penggunaan insektisida kimia yang berlebihan sejauh ini banyak menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi lingkungan. Salah satu solusi pengendalian hayati larva nyamuk Culex sp. ialah menggunakan jamur Metarhizium anisopliae yang ramah lingkungan. Pengendalian hayati merupakan salah satu upaya pemberantasan hama dengan memanfaatkan mikroorganisme atau tumbuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis LC50 dan LC90 larva instar III nyamuk Culex sp. yang diperlakukan dengan beberapa macam serial konsentrasi jamur Metarhizium anisopliae. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian laboratoris. Variabel bebas pada penelitian adalah beberapa macam serial konsentrasi jamur Metarhizium anisopliae, sedangkan variabel terikatnya ialah mortalitas larva instar III nyamuk Culex sp.. Data hasil penelitian ini adalah mortalitas larva instar III nyamuk Culex sp. yang diamati selama 48 jam, selanjutnya data tersebut diuji dengan menggunakan analisis Probit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LC50 dan LC90 larva instar III nyamuk Culex sp. yang diperlakukan dengan beberapa macam serial konsentrasi jamur Metarhizium anisopliae berturut-turut adalah 8,782% dan 14,674%.

Abstract

Dari data Dinas Perdagangan Kabupaten Karimun ada 12.000 pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah di Kabupaten Karimun. Dengan adanya data tersebut, tentu saja UMKM memiliki persaingan masing-masing dalam hal pemasaran suatu produk. Dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini, banyak UMKM yang memanfaatkannya untuk pemasaran digital. Salah satu UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Karimun adalah Alpokat Kocok Mr. Black. Untuk meningkatkan dan menarik daya beli konsumen, peneliti membuat pengadaan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk UMKM Alpokat Kocok Mr.Black. Sistem informasi tersebut menggunakan metode prototype dimana pengembang sistem dan pengguna saling berkomunikasi dalam penyamaan terhadap pemodelan sistem dan memiliki kualitas sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diinginkan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan baik dari sisi penjual maupun pembeli. Apalagi di saat pandemic covid-19 ini, pengadaan sistem informasi ini sangat menguntungkan karena konsumen bisa memesan langsung melalui website kemudian langsung diantar oleh penjual kerumah tanpa harus antri di tempat jualan.

Abstract

Agricultural development is not his time anymore if only oriented to a certain food commodities, but it should be able to give priority to other food commodities. The role of agriculture as a seed sector are vital in driving national economic development. One effort to improve agriculture's contribution is the development of horticultural crops. Horticulture development is part of the overall agricultural development that was developed to be able to meet the needs of the market.The rearch ordering to analyze the greatest affecting of production factors to the production result in onion farm in Blumbang Recency and to find out whether the farmer in Blumbang Regency had  reached the highest economic efficiecy. The main method of research was descriptive and the techique was by using survey. The result of the double-linier regression analysis performed that the production  factor which gave the greatest affecting to the result of onion production is larger land. Based on the maximum profid approach caan be found out taht the combination of the use of production factors in onion farm in Blumbang Regency not yet optimal. It means that onion farm needs combination of increasing and or descreasing production factors to the use of production factor.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem that there are five deaf people, deaf children experience obstacles in their activities, are not independent and still need help from others. This study aims to prove the effectiveness of Dwiwatch Vider to improve the discipline of time for deaf children. This study used an experimental method with pre-experimental design or often called a quasi experiment with one group pretest-posttest design The results of the study showed that Dwiwatch Vider was effective in increasing the discipline of time for deaf children

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran model PBL, POE dan integrasi model PBL-POE terhadap prestasi belajar ditinjau dari kreativitas dan kemampuan inferensi.                Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 3x2x2. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Bojonegoro Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Sampel penelitian ditentukan secara acak dengan teknik cluster random sampling, masing-masing terdiri dari 32 siswa. Kelas eksperimen I diberi perlakuan menggunakan model PBL, kelas eksperimen II diberi perlakuan menggunakan model POE dan kelas eksperimen III diberi perlakuan menggunakan integrasi model PBL-POE. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes untuk hasil belajar kognitif, angket untuk  hasil belajar afektif, psikomotor, kreativitas dan kemampuan inferensi. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan Anova tiga jalan sel tidak sama dengan bantuan software SPSS 18.                         Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh integrasi model PBL-POE terhadap prestasi belajar baik aspek kognitif, afektif, psikomotor; (2) ada pengaruh kreativitas terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (3) tidak ada pengaruh kemampuan inferensi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (4) tidak ada pengaruh interaksi model pembelajaran dengan kreativitas kategori tinggi rendah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (5) ada pengaruh interaksi model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan inferensi kategori tinggi rendah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (6) ada pengaruh interaksi antara kreativitas dan kemampuan inferensi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (7) tidak ada pengaruh integrasi model PBL-POE dengan kreativitas siswa dan kemampuan inferensi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Aedes aegypti L. is mosquito belong to the order diptera that widely distributed in the tropics. Female Aedes aegypti L. is the primary vector for the spread of dengue fever. Dengue fever has increased from year to year. Efforts to eradicate the disease done by government mainly using chemical insecticides which their residues can endanger non-target organisms. Eco-friendly Aedes aegypti L. larvae's control is needed to suppress the populations. One that can be achieve using natural larvacide from sugar apple (Annona squamosa L.). The aim of this research was to find out the LC 50 and toxicty effect of granule from sugar apple extract (Annona squamosa L.) on Aedes aegypti L. larvae’s mortality. The concentration used in this research were 1, 5, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 ppm, control 0 In the form of tween 80, positive control abate and negative control aquades. Abstract

Kombucha is a fermented drink from nata kombucha starter which is symbiosis between Acetobacter sp. And Saccharomyces sp. Which were grown in medium of A. bilimbi. A. bilimbi kombucha produces various types of acids, enzymes, alcohol and vitamins in addition A. bilimbi fruit contain flavonoids, alkaloids, triterpene saponins, terpenoids, and essential oil. This study aimed to analyze the influence of A. bilimbi kombucha on growth of E. coli. This kombucha has an antibacterial activity on E. coli growth. E. coli is a diarrhea causing bacterium. Concentration of kombucha used were 25%; 27.5%; 30%; 32.5%, and 35%. Antibacterial test using a pour plate method. Analysize tested using one way ANOVA and followed by post hoc test LSD with 95% levelof confidence. This research showed that Averrhoa blimbi kombucha perform antibacterial activity against E. coli and at concentration of 35% kombucha buluh perform inhibition which different significally (p>0.05). Abstract

Propionibacterium acne and Shigella dysentriae is a species of bacteria that cause inflammation. Diseases that cause acne are often caused by a bacterial infection, one of which is the bacteria Propionibacterium acne. While inflammatory bowel disease caused by a bacterial infection Shigella dysenteriae. Both are bacteria that cause inflammation. One of the plants that have the potential as an alternative antibacterial is leaf dragon scales (Drymoglossum piloselloides Linn). Inhibition of leaf extracts dragon scales (Drymoglossum piloselloides Linn) against Propionibacterium acne bacteria significantly affect the significance value of 0,000. While the dragon scales leaf extract (Drymoglossum piloselloides Linn) against Shigella dysenteriae bacteria significantly affect the significance value of 0,000. Minimal Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) which is able to inhibit the bacteria Propionibacterium acne is 0,8% with a mean inhibition zone of 0,26 cm. Abstract

Earthworm (Pheretima javanica K.) is a common soil biofertilizer. This repulsive animal for some has been widely used for remedial medicine as well. Simplicia being used in this study was obtained from dried and blended earthworm along with its intact internal organs. The aim of the study was to determine the toxicity effect of earthworms powder to renal histopathology in rats (Rattus norvegicus). A total of 50 rats were divided into five groups consisting of a negative control group (2 ml 1% CMC Na), P1 earthworms group at dose of 0.4 grams, P2 earthworms groups at dose of 0.8 grams, P3 earthworms group at a dose of 1.6 grams, and P4 earthworms group at a dose of 3.2 grams. The rats were acclimated for about a week, then orally induced by earthworm powder. The treatments were conducted for 14 consecutive days to see any toxic symptoms developed. ANOVA results showed the administration of earthworm (Pheretima javanica K.) powder did not significantly affect renal physiology and histopathology. There was no damage observed microscopically. Abstract

Aedes aegypti mosquito which is the main vector of the disease Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) and Yellow Fever / Chikungunya. As a result of transovarial transmission of dengue virus within the body of the female mosquito Aedes aegypti into the eggs. The eggs hatch into larvae when already having dengue virus in his body without having to suck the blood of patients with DHF. Population density of Aedes aegypti larvae measured by the density and number of containers is very real impact on cases of dengue transmission. Two factors related to the presence and density of larvae itself include sociodemographic and environmental factors, both of which interact with each other. This study aims to determine the influence of sociodemographic and environmental factors on the population density of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae in the Village Benculuk and to know the dominant factor causing population density of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. The design of the study design using qualitative methods. The results of the study showed the influence of the level of knowledge and behavior with the density of mosquito larvae of Aedes aegypti in the Village Benculuk, Banyuwangi. The influence of the distance between houses, the presence of water reservoirs and fish-eating larvae of the Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae density in the Village Benculuk, Banyuwangi. Environmental factors that affect population density dominates the mosquito Aedes aegypti larvae in the Village Benculuk, Banyuwangi. Keywords: sociodemographic, environmental, and Aedes aegypti.
