Abstract

Gender Participation In The Management of Subak Taman Bali, Sidan Village,Gianyar Sub District, Gianyar Regency One of the efforts made to develop agriculture is to maintain the continuity of subakmanagement carried out by all members. In fact, the push for gender equality influencesagricultural activities, especially the management of the Taman Bali Subak. This studyaims to find out how gender participation is in the management of Subak Taman Bali bylinking it to the allocation of work time for each gender. The results showed that allmembers of Subak Taman Bali participated in the management of subak. Women aremore dominant in organizing ritual activities with a HOK value of 61.1 HOK. Men aremore dominant in activities that require more energy and more knowledge in agriculturesuch as the search and distribution of irrigation water with a HOK value of 10.7 HOK,operation and maintenance of facilities with a HOK value of 134.2 HOK, mobilizationresources and fund extraction with a HOK value of 1.5 HOK, handling disputes orconflicts with a HOK value of 10.7 HOK and innovation adoption activities with aHOK value of 10.7 HOK. Based on the results, it can be seen that women still have lesstime allocation than men do in managing subak and gender inequality still occurs. It isexpected that they should understand more about gender equality so that it does notdifferentiate men and women especially in the field of ability so that each member hasthe same opportunity to be able to participate more in managing the Subak Taman Bali.

Abstract

Analysis of Partnership Pattern of Broiler Farmers and PT. Mitra Sinar Jaya in Tabanan Regency Livestock production is a potential agricultural sub sector. Broiler chicken is among livestock commodities that have increased in production and have the potential to be developed. The development of the agricultural sub-sector in Tabanan Regency can be seen from the high number of broiler chicken farmers in Tabanan Regency. However, broiler chicken farming in Tabanan Regency still faces a variety of problems such as limited capital, quality of production and production costs. The purpose of this study is to determine the existing partnership pattern between broiler farmers and PT. Mitra Sinar Jaya in Tabanan Regency and the income of broiler farmers in partnership with PT. Mitra Sinar Jaya. The result shows that the existing partnership pattern is in the form of plasma core partnership, in which PT. Mitra Sinar Jaya acts as the nucleus and partner farmers act as the plasma. Income of broiler farmers in partnership with PT. Mitra Sinar Jaya is not profitable. This is indicated by the value of the R / C Ratio which is smaller than 1. The strategy that needs to be done by PT. Mitra Sinar Jaya is to make regulations and guidance regarding production that can ensure the sustainability of the business of broiler farmers and the partner company.

Abstract

Analysis of Oyster Mushroom (pleurotusostreatus)(The Case of Oyster Mushroom Farmers in Peguyangan KajaVillage,North Denpasar Sub-District)The development of oyster mushrooms (pleurotusostreatus) is enough to encouragemushroom farming in Indonesia. The same thing was done by the farmers ofPeguyanganKaja Village, North Denpasar Sub-District, who were involved in oystermushroom farming. This research was conducted in August 2017 through December2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of oyster mushroombusiness, analyzed using Net Present Value (NPV) investment criteria, Net benefit costratio (Net B / C), Internal rate of return (IRR), Payback Period (PBP), and Sensitivityanalysis and knowing the constraints experienced by farmers in cultivating oystermushrooms.Based on the research and the results of the analysis that has been done, the followingconclusion can be arrived at. Oyster Mushroom Farming with a capacity of 1.000,2.500, 3.000, 5.000 and 6.000 baglogs worthy of being farmed with an interest rate of12%, this is aimed at NPV> 0 (positive), Net B / C> 0 (positive), IRR> i that is 12%,and PP <Economic age of mushroom media (5 years) and, sensitivity analysis based onthe three sensitivity analyses, oyster mushroom farming at media mushroom capacity5,000 baglogs is not sensitive to, increases in operational costs, decreases in productionquantity and decreases the selling price of 10%. Constraints faced in the cultivation ofoyster mushrooms in the village of PeguyanganKaja, which is lowland, are that it isdifficult to obtain a level of humidity between 80% and 100%, which of course is easierto do if it is in the highland.
