Abstract

The company XYZ is one of the largest palm oil processing industrial factories in the province of South Kalimantan. Based on the results of interviews with employees who work at CPO processing (loading ramp) stations and also interviews with the Human Safety Environment (HSE), the OHS standard has actually been set by the company. However, there are still employees who have not complied with the company's regulations regarding the OHS standards. This study purposes to analyze Occupational Safety and Health at the Loading Ramp Station with the HIRARC Method at PT. XYZ. The method used in this research is a case study. Data was collected by using in-depth interviews and the subjects were selected by purposive sampling. Risk analysis at PT XYZ at the Loading ramp station using the HIRARC method, namely the assessment of the highest score in the process of entering FFB into the lorry and withdrawing the lorry using capstan. It gets the same score 6. The use of the HIRARC method can provide a solution that has a high risk. Controlling the risk of work accidents at PT XYZ's loading ramp station is the obligation to apply Personal Protective Equipment or PPE when employees are working. . Keywords: HIRARC, Health, Loading ramp, Safety, Work.   Abstrak   Perusahaan PT XYZ adalah salah satu pabrik industri pengolahan kelapa sawit terbesar di provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan karyawan yang bertugas di stasiun pengolahan CPO (stasiun loading ramp) dan juga wawancara dengan Human Safety Environment (HSE), standar K3 sebenarnya telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Akan tetapi masih ada karyawan yang belum mematuhi peraturan perusahaan tentang standar K3 tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada Stasiun Loading Ramp dengan Metode HIRARC di PT. XYZ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara secara mendalam (depth interview) terhadap subjek wawancara yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis resiko pada PT XYZ di stasiun Loading ramp menggunakan metode HIRARC yaitu penilaian nilai skor tertinggi di proses memasukkan TBS ke dalam lori dan penarikan lori menggunakan capstan dengan nilai skor sama yaitu skor 6. Penggunaan metode HIRARC dapat memberikan solusi yang mempunyai resiko tinggi. Pengendalian resiko kecelakaan kerja di stasiun loading ramp PT XYZ adalah dengan kewajiban menerapkan Alat Pelindung Diri atau APD saat karyawan berada dalam pabrik khususnya saat sedang bekerja. Perusahaan harus cepat tanggap dalam masalah ini seperti memberi sanksi terhadap karyawan yang tidak mematuhi peraturan yang berlaku.   Kata Kunci: HIRARC, Kesehatan, Keselamatan, Kerja, Loading ramp.

Abstract

The main environmental problem today is still about pollution. Residential settlements always produce waste, especially household liquid waste. This type of waste is generally in the form of water that is cloudy in color and emits an unpleasant odor. This type of liquid waste is known as greywater. The direct impact of pollution is the contamination of groundwater (wells) and river water by greywater. As a result, the quality of the environment is getting disturbed. Especially in Angsau Village, Pelaihari Sub-district, Tanah Laut Regency, the majority of the population uses well water for bathing and washing toilets (MCK) and cooking. The purpose of this research is to reduce phosphate levels in greywater wastewater more effectively and efficiently. This type of research is a true experiment with a pretest-posttest research design with a control group design. The subject of the research was household liquid waste (greywater) which was taken at random in Angsau Village, Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The study was designed with 6 treatments, namely variations of activated carbon used in two constructed wetlands reactor tanks. The first reactor uses coconut shell activated carbon, and the second reactor uses palm shell activated carbon. The results showed that, the thicker the activated carbon applied to the constructed wetlands reactor system, the lower the phosphate levels in household wastewater (greywater). The highest average percentage value was in the treatment with 15 cm thick activated carbon, and the lowest percentage mean value was in the treatment with 5 cm thick activated carbon. The results also showed that activated carbon from palm shells was more effective in reducing phosphate levels in household wastewater (greywater) compared to the use of activated carbon from coconut shells.

Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi COVID–19 memberikan dampak di semua aspek kehidupan salah satunya adalah aspek pendidikan. Seluruh pengajar di semua jenjang pendidikan harus bisa mengajar dalam kondisi tidak bertatap muka secara langsung dengan peserta didik yang diajar. Hal ini tentunya juga akan berpengaruh pada sistem pengajaran saat di kelas yang biasanya dilaksanakan secara offline maka sekarang harus dilaksanakan secara online. Materi ajar yang disampaikan juga harus dimodifikasi agar kompetensi yang didapat oleh peserta didik tetap sama meskipun tidak ada pertemuan face to face. Pembelajaran dengan kelas praktikum juga terkadang harus dilakukan oleh peserta didik sendiri di rumah mereka masing–masing. Oleh sebab itu pengajar harus mampu membuat bahan ajar yang bisa dipahami dengan cukup baik oleh perserta didik. Selain itu, bahan ajar tersebut sebaiknya mendapat tanggapan yang baik juga dari peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan respon mahasiswa terhadap modul praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada pembelajaran daring mata kuliah teknologi pengolahan limbah. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen angket atau kuesioner yang disebar ke 30 mahasiswa untuk mengetahui bagaimana respon mereka terhadap nilai kepraktisan penggunaan modul praktikum daring mata kuliah teknologi pengolahan limbah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pilihan jawaban rata–rata sebesar 90% atau masuk kategori “baik sekali” untuk respon peserta didik terhadap nilai kepraktisan penggunaan modul praktikum daring mata kuliah teknologi pengolahan limbah. Kata kunci : inkuiri terbimbing, modul, praktikum, respon, teknologi pengolahan limbah. Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on all aspects of life, one of it is the education aspect. All educators in all levels of education must be able to teach in conditions that are not being able to talk face to face with the students. This will also affect the teaching system when in class which is usually carried out offline so now it must be carried out online. The teaching materials delivered must also be modified so that the competencies gained by students remain the same even though there is no direct meeting. Learning with practical classes also sometimes has to be done by students themselves in their homes. Therefore, educators must be able to make teaching materials that can be understood quite well by students. In addition, these teaching materials should also get a good response from students. This study aims to describe student responses to guided inquiry-based practical modules in online learning for Teknologi Pengolahan Limbah course. This study uses a questionnaire instrument which is distributed to 30 students to find out how they respond to the practical value of using the online practicum module for Teknologi Pengolahan Limbah course. The results showed that the average answer choices were 90% or included in the "very good" category for student responses to the practical value of using the online practical module for Teknologi Pengolahan Limbah course. Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi atau pengamatan di lapangan pada kegiatan belajar mengajar mata kuliah Pengetahuan Bahan Agroindustri (PBA) merupakan mata kuliah non praktikum yang banyak memuat konsep teoritis yang perlu dipahami oleh mahasiswa secara mendalam. Bagi mahasiswa yang bukan dari background kejurusan pertanian industri, tentunya akan tidak terbiasa dengan konsep keilmuan teoritik yang cukup padat. Oleh sebab itu,dipilihlah Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) untuk diimplementasikan dalam mata kuliah PBA dengan tujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa itu sendiri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Tiap siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan dengan waktu belajar efektif per pertemuan adalah 2 x 50 menit. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatandari siklus I pertemuan pertama ketuntasan klasikalnya 32% meningkat pada pertemuankedua yang ketuntasan klasikalnya 57%. Pada siklus II pertemuan pertama ketuntasan klasikalnya 89% meningkat pada pertemuan II yang ketuntasan klasikalnya mencapai 92%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa dalam konsep atau materi pembelajaran dalam mata kuliah Pengetahuan Bahan Agroindustri dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining lebih baik dari pada pemahaman mahasiswa dengan pembelajaran model konvensional atau ceramah

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic caused the effects of learning activities from home. The phenomenon requires improvisation as a quick response so that the teaching and learning process continues to run and maintains learning motivation, especially in the scope of college. Activities that are assumed to be able to maintain motivation online is to provide tasks in the form of projects or Project Based Learning (PBL) which in this context does not mean eliminating face-to-face activities offline, but in the sense of providing sustainable projects in one semester and staying connected to lecture materials. This PBL is combined with Collaborative Learning (CL) in order to conduct a continuous project review. This research was conducted in Ma Chung University's Information Systems study program for Programming Language courses. The results of this implementation are evaluated by conducting FGD (Focus Group Discussion) in two stages. In the first stage there are some shortcomings that are then corrected by adding the obligation to upload the project to Github and intensify the involvement of lecturers. So in the second stage, FGD results show improved results. The results of the study are generic prescriptions, namely: the implementation of PBL accompanied by a mature plan and preparation, improvisation of PBL accompanied by the application of CL accompanied by the role of lecturers as facilitators need to be evaluated gradually, and the implementation of online collaboration can be applied because students can quickly adapt online. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen pendidikan berbasis pembelajaran inspiratif dan bermakna di era teknologi digital. Dimana pendidikan yang bermakna nantinya bisa memberikan inspirasi bagi peserta didik dalam dunia pendidikan di era serba digital, guna membangun suatu iklim pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, menginspirasi, bermakna serta terlaksana dengan efektif dan efiseien. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan penelitian diatas, maka peneliti memilih jenis penelitian studi pustaka dengan pendekatan filosofis atau analisis konten dengan mengumpulkan literatur terkait, baik buku, artikel dan literasi relevan lainnya sebagai sumber data. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam menjadikan iklim pembelajaran yang bersifat bermakna dan inspiratif di era digital ini, maka aspek yang paling dasar yang wajib dipahami oleh para pendidik ialah bagaimana para pendidik bisa mendorong serta menarik minat untuk menyukai serta senang terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran serta materi yang disampaikan. Untuk mewujudkan hal itu, proses pendidikan mesti dimanajerial dengan baik yaitu melalui substansi manajerial terkait inovasi pada model pembelajaran era digital, menguasai konten knowledge dan teknologi knowledge serta menjalankan evaluasi serta inovasi dalam pembelajaran dengan bantuan media digital.

Abstract

Student learning activities can be measured by how active students are while studying. A student-centered learning model is needed, especially for courses with no practicum, such as legum technology material, to make the classroom atmosphere more varied. Therefore, this study aims to increase student learning activities using a problem-based learning model in legum technology lecture materials. This research is a class action study conducted in 2 cycles, each consisting of 2 meetings. The research subject comprised 20 students majoring in Agricultural Industrial Technology, Agro-industrial Study Program. The data collection techniques include preserving student learning activities using a problem-based learning model. The results showed that the students learning activity increased with an average per cycle in cycle I of 2.14 and was included in the "sufficient" category with the description of group C, and on average in cycle II increased with the achievement of 2.85 and has been included in the "good" category. This research shows that the problem-based learning model has been proven to improve student learning activities in the classroom. In addition, this research also demonstrates that classroom action research can be carried out in elementary, middle, and high schools and at the college level.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain the impact of employing student worksheets based on creative problem solving on students' problem-solving abilities and mastery of concepts. This study was carried out at a high school employing a nonequivalent control group design and a quasi-experimental methodology. Purposive sampling was used to do the sampling. Two classes of senior high school students made up the study's sample, with the control class having 30 individuals. The written test, which included up to 15 essay questions, was used to collect the data. The findings indicated that the use of creative problem-solving student worksheets did not affect problem-solving abilities but did affect mastery of the concept of the circulatory system.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas pengaruh E-learning berbasis Google Classroom terhadap beban kognitif yang diterima siswa yaitu Extraneous Cognitive Load (ECL) siswa SMAN 1 Kampar dalam bentuk penelitian kuantitatif. Intrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Kuisioner disebarkan kepada 71 siswa SMAN 1 Kampar dan 1 orang guru mata pelajaran biologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel penggunaan media pembelajaran E-learning berbasis Google Classroom pada siswa SMAN 1 Kampar yaitu sebesar 76,73 yang masuk dalam kategori baik. Variabel Variabel Extraneous Cognitive Load (ECL) pada siswa SMAN 1 Kampar Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 yaitu sebesar 37,99% yang masuk dalam kategori rendah. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan ditemukan bahwa nilai signifikan sig. (2-tailed) antara Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran E-learning Berbasis Google Classroom (X) terhadap Extraneous Cognitive Load (ECL) Siswa (Y) adalah sebesar 0,25 > 0,05. Selanjutnya perbandingan diketahui nilai rhitung adalah sebesar -0,138 < rtabel 0,235. Karena rhitung atau pearson correlations dalam analisis ini bernilai negatif maka itu artinya hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut bersifat berbanding terbalik atau berlawanan, artinya semakin besar nilai penggunaan media pembelajaran E-learning berbasis Google Classroom maka semakin rendah nilai Extraneous Cognitive Load (ECL) Siswa Kelas XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kampar Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Efektifitas Google Classroom dalam kegiatan belajar jarak jauh dapat mengurangi beban siswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran Biologi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin meningkatnya penggunaan Google Classroom sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh dapat mengurangi beban Extraneous Cognitive Load.Abstract:  This research aims to determine the use of Google Classroom-based E-learning learning media on Extraneous Cognitive Load (ECL) students of class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kampar for the academic year 2020/2021 in the form of quantitative research. The instrument of this research used questionnaires and interviews. Questionnaires were distributed to 71 students of class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kampar and 1 teacher of biology. The results showed that the variable of using Google Classroom-based E-learning learning media in class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kampar for the 2020/2021 academic year was 76.73 which was in the good category. Extraneous Cognitive Load (ECL) variable in class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kampar Academic Year 2020/2021 concluded that the Extraneous Cognitive Load (ECL) variable in class XI MIPA SMAN 1 Kampar Academic Year 2020/2021 was 37.99% who entered in the low category. Based on the results of the calculations that have been carried out it was found that the significant value of sig. (2-tailed) between the use of Google Classroom-Based E-learning Learning Media (X) and Students' Extraneous Cognitive Load (ECL) (Y) is 0.25 > 0.05. Furthermore, the comparison is known that the value of rcount is -0.138 < rtable 0.235. Because the rcount or pearson correlations in this analysis are negative, it means that the relationship between the two variables is inversely or oppositely proportional, meaning that the greater the value of using Google Classroom-Based E-learning Learning Media, the lower the Extraneous Cognitive Load (ECL) value for Class XI students. MIPA SMAN 1 Kampar Academic Year 2020/2021. Effectiveness of Google Classroom in distance learning activities can reduce the burden on students in understanding Biology subject matter. This shows that the increasing use of Google Classroom as a distance learning medium can reduce the Extraneous Cognitive Load.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Student Center Learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari artikel-artikel terkait pembelajaran Student Center Learning dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik meta-analisis untuk mengetahui secara kuantitatif pengaruh model pembelajaran Student Center Learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Student Center Learning memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penggunaan model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dan dapat menjadi acuan bagi institusi pendidikan dalam pengembangan kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif.
