Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh belum maksimalnya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islamic Centre Karawaci Tangerang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar minat siswa kelas 8 dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMP Islamic Centre Karawaci Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 120 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 siswa. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan minat siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMP Islamic Centre Karawaci Tangerang berada pada kategori “sedang” dengan jumlah siswa 24 siswa dan persentase sebesar 44%, yang berarti minat siswa kelas 8 dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMP Islamic Centre Karawaci Tangerang itu sedang, yaitu tidak rendah dan juga tidak tinggi.

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani yang sering disebut juga sebagai kebugaran fisik (physical fitnes) adalah keahlian individu melaksanakan aktivitas kesehariannya dengan efektif tanpa ada rasa lelah yang berlebihan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada siswa ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMP Negeri 2 Plered). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dalam bentuk data kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana seluruh anggota (72 siswa) dijadikan sampel. Instrument yang digunakan berdasarkan standar Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) untuk umur 13-15 tahun yang meliputi: (1) Lari 50 meter (sprint), (2) Angkat Tubuh (pull up) 60 detik, (3) Baring Duduk (sit up) 60 detik, (4) Loncat Tegak (vertical jump), (5) Lari 1000 meter untuk putra dan 800 meter untuk putri. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa ekstrakurikuler olahraga menunjukkan kemampuan tingkat kebugaran jasmani dengan rata-rata dalam kategori kurang, dengan rincian yang mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani dalam kategori kurang sekali 6 siswa (8%), mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani dalam kategori kurang 49 siswa (68%), mempunyai kemampuan tingkat kebugaran jasmani dalam kategori sedang 16 siswa (22%), mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani dalam kategori baik 1 siswa (1%), dan tidak ada siswa yang mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani dalam kategori baik sekali.

Abstract

Muhamad Hanafi Comparison of Hollow Sprint and Repetition Exercises in Athletics Learning on the 100 Meter Sprint Speed of High School Students. The background of the problem in making this thesis is an inappropriate method so that it will hinder the delivery of material to students. Thus, it is necessary to pay attention to the mastery of the material, the mastery of the material, the management of students and the selection of appropriate learning methods so that a learning takes place properly and effectively. Is there a significant effect between Hollow Sprint training and Repitition Training 100 meter sprint running on students at SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Utara. To answer the formulation of the research problem that has been formulated, the author uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Utara, Cikarang which opened 20 students. The sample used, according to Arikunto (2006:107) is just a precursor, so if the subject is less than 100, it is better to take all the researchers who are population studies. If the number of subjects is large it can be taken 10-15% or 20-25% or more. In accordance with the title of the study, the research design used was posttest-only control design, namely an experimental design consisting of two groups, with the first group being treated as an experimental group and the second group being treated as a group. (Sugiyono, 2003:85). Sampling in this researcher uses a random sampling technique, that is, it is done by taking the subject at random. Because the number of samples was 360, the researchers set a sample size of 20% of 360 students, namely 60 students who were divided into two groups, namely 30 groups who received sprint training using the hollow sprint method and 30 groups who received sprint training using the sprint method. repetition practice

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi senam e- learning untuk meningkatkan tekniik dasar senam lantai pada siswa SMPN 1 Ciampel. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan one grup pretest and posttest design, yaitu suatu desain penelitian terdapat sebuah pretest, sebelum diberi perlakuan (treatment) dan posttest setelah diberikan perlakuan (treatment). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMPN 1 Ciampel dan sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas IX I yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes guling depan, guling belakang, meroda dan sikap lilin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji t (paired sample t-test) dengan hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa aplikasi senam e-learning memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar senam lantait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh aplikasi senam e-learning terhadap hasil belajar senam lantai pada pembelajaran senam dilihat dari hasil pretest dengan nilai mean 53.1667, nilai standar deviasi 10.53837 dan hasil posttest dengan nilai mean 73.0278, nilai standar deviasi 11.25417. Serta dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan (0.05) dan diperoleh sig. Dari pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dimana 0.0000 < 0.05. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat peningkatan keterampilan senam pada pembelajaran senam lantai di SMP Negeri 1 Ciampel, kemudian dapat dilihat dari presentase perubahan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 73.0278 >53.1667 nilai rata- rata pretest. Hasil peningkatan yang signifikan sebesar 37% menunjukan bahwa pengaruh aplikasi senam e-learning terhadap hasil belajar senam lantai pada siswa sekolah menengah pertama, menyatakan bahwa aplikasi senam e-learning adalah langkah yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar senam siswa dalam pembelajaran senam lantai di SMP Negeri 1 Ciampel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum to the learning of Sports and Health Physical Education for students of SMK Texar Klari Karawang. The factor of curriculum renewal needs to be considered so that student learning can improve from any aspect. It is felt that it is necessary to analyze the application of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum, so that teachers can find out the level of application of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum to students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with survey research methods. The population used by all students of SMK Texar Klari with research samples of students who were willing to fill out the questionnaire. Research instrument for the Questionnaire on the Application of the Independent Learning Curriculum. Data analysis using validity tests and descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the student questionnaire is declared reliable. Statistics show that overall it is said to be high with a percentage of 75%. Likewise in the aspects of skills, knowledge, utilization, movement development and aspects of the Pancasila Profile.

Abstract

The problem of this research is is there the influence of the application of traditional games in physical education on the learning motivation of high school students? The research objective was to determine the effect of implementing traditional games in physical education on high school students' learning motivation. Experiment is the method used in this study and uses a quantitative approach. The samples used were 32 students using a sampling technique using cluster random sampling. The data collection technique used in this research is to use an experimental technique, using a motivational questionnaire by means of pretest-posttest. From the results of this study it is known that the significance value (2-tailed) of this case example is 0.000 (p <0.05) so that the results of the pre-test and post-test have significant changes (meaning). Based on the descriptive statistics of the pre-test and post-test, it is proven that the final test is higher. It can be concluded that the use of traditional game methods in physical education learning has an influence on student learning motivation.

Abstract

In this study, the problem raised was how class X students' interest in swimming was. The purpose of this study was to determine the interest in swimming in Class X students of SMA 1 TELUK JAMBE TIMUR. The population in this study were students of Class X SMA 1 TELUK JAMBE TIMUR. with a total of 210 students, and the sample used in this study was 210 students, namely the total sampling technique. The variable in this study is the interest of Class X students of SMA 1 TELUK JAMBE TIMUR. for swimming. This study uses a survey method with data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used in this study is percentage descriptive statistics. The results showed that the interest of Class X students of SMA 1 TELUK JAMBE TIMUR. towards the sport of swimming which had very high interest as many as 2 students or 0.95%, as many as 98 students or 46.67% had high interest, as many as 87 students or 41.43% had low interest, and as many as 23 students or 10, 95% have very low interest. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the interest of Class X students of SMA 1 TELUK JAMBE TIMUR. towards the sport of swimming basically has a high interest that is proven that as many as 98 students or 46.67%. The high interest in swimming for Class X SMA 1 TELUK JAMBE TIMUR students. influenced by two things; the first is intrinsic motivation of 58.54%, the second is the extrinsic motivation factor of 52.49%. From the results of this study it is suggested to parents to motivate children and facilitate them to diligently participate in swimming sports at school so they can develop their talents, students should be able to add insight through print or electronic media about swimming sports, to teachers to maintain a good way of teaching. It was fun, because this method of teaching proved to be liked by students, while it was suggested to the school that swimming should be made an extracurricular activity so that it could stimulate interest and direct students' talents towards swimming

Abstract

Penelitian dilaku,kan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Konsentrasi Siswa dengan Keterampilan Dribbling pada Permanan Futsal SMP Negeri 5 Karawang yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal. Dalam pengumpulan data, instrumen yang digunakan peneliti yaitu menggunakan blanko grid concentration test, stop watch, bola futsal dan peluit. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan mencari nilai rata-rata dan standar deviasi dari populasi yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, deskripsi, pengujian hasil penelitian, dan pembahasan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa: Ada hubungan Antara Konsentrasi Siswa dengan Keterampilan Dribbling pada Permainan Futsal pada Siswa SMPN Negeri 5 Karawang, dengan nilai rx1.y = 0.877 > r(0.05)(30) = 0.349. Berdasarkan kesimpulan di atas, penelitian memiliki implikasi, yaitu bagi pelatih yang akan meningkatkan keterampilan bermain sepakbola selain memperhatikan faktor fisik dan teknik, hendaknya memperhatikan segi psikologis, salah satunya konsentrasi. Bentuk perhatian dapat berwujud memberikan latihan konsentrasi, seperti imageri dan dengan bentuk latihan yang bervariasi lagi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh hubungan minat belajar, video animasi dan percaya diri terhadap motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran sepakbola di SMPN 2 Rawamerta. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuasi eksperimen desain penelitian mempergunakan Time Series Design. Seluruh populasi penelitian ini dijadikan sebagai sampel yaitu seluruh kelas VIII A di SMPN 2 Rawamerta Kab. Karawang. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa: secara parisal motivasi siswa dapat dipengaruhi oleh minat belajar, serta motivasi belajar dapat dipengaruhi oleh video animasi tetapi motivasi belajar tak bisa dipengaruhi oleh percaya diri. Secara simultan di simpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar dapat dipengaruhi oleh minat belajar, video animasi dan percaya diri pada kelas VIII di SMPN 2 Rawamerta.

Abstract

Basic movement is very influential for children's survival because when children have good basic movement skills it will encourage their consistent patterns in carrying out physical activities. After that, physical activity carried out regularly is what will encourage a healthy quality of life and will ultimately help them in their daily movement tasks. The aim of this research is to develop a Fundamental Movement Skill Learning Program Based on Augmented Reality Technology for Elementary School Students which is based on the National Sports Grand Design Master Plan (DBON) Program which has a similar mission, namely the realization of active student participation in sports to achieve the physical fitness level of Indonesian students. The research method used in this research was the ADDIE Development model and the product was validated by three Validators, namely teachers and two expert lecturers in Physical Education and implemented at SDN Margakaya I with expert assessment results having an average of 87.3%, and the results of program implementation in the field. In general, this program is considered feasible.
