Abstract

The aims of the study were to create interactive multimedia based model of single-handed style. It gave the variation of single-handed style in multimedia. The source of learning. The study used qualitative and quantitative using Research and Development method. The procedure of study is taken from Borg and Gall which consists of ten stages. The subject of this research is junior high school student. Data were collected through observation, documentation, interview and questionnaire. Data analysis was done qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of finding shows that interactive multimedia model of single-handed style has two forms. These are textbook and e-book. Textbooks can be used as a source of learning as well as other books in other courses. Digital or electronic forms of books, students can use via a laptop/computer.

Abstract

Badminton is a popular sport in Indonesia for children to adults. This can be seen from many people in cities and villages who play badminton both in indoor and outdoor courts. The purpose of this study was to develop the basic techniques of forehand lob in badminton using the drill. The research method was research and development using Borg and Gall models. The process of collecting data used documents, questionnaires, observation and tests. Model analysis techniques used (1) trial in small and large groups; and (2) judgment expert. The results show that there are two types of net used in the development of the model namely standard net and multilevel net. Each type of exercise consists of 6 models which are model L, V, U, N, W, and M. Each level has three categories, namely easy, medium, and difficult.

Abstract

Futsal is a game that is almost the same as football in general, but some basic techniques are different from football, especially for the young player. They need a fun game and it is easy to understand without written theory. This study aimed to know the needs analysis of the games-based model of futsal skill exercise for Junior High School student. The method used a descriptive qualitative method. The process of collecting data used observation, interview, and questionnaires. The result of the analysis shows that there is no standard guide and less variation of games in futsal playing. The exercise is still conventional. Students need basic techniques to play futsal through the principles of exercise using a variety of games and the correctness of good motion.

Abstract

Kinesthetic intelligence is the movement to coordinate body movements using parts or the whole body to communicate and solve problem parts. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method (quasi-experimental). The design used in this study is the one group control pretest-posttest design. This researcher used the TGMD 2 test instrument. Based on the results of the effectiveness test, it was proven that the average value of the experimental class's posttest effectiveness test results was 77.4048% greater than the results of the control class posttest score of 50.1343%. Then it can be concluded that the ACIK (Anak Ceria dan Kreatif) gymnastics model proved to be effectively applied to improve the kinesthetic basic motion of kindergarten students. From the results of these studies, it is necessary to submit a suggestion that is especially for kindergarten teachers should be more creative and innovative in designing and delivering learning materials, especially in physical motor material.

Abstract

The study aimed to develop volleyball basic technique using games approach. The game help students to create a sport is more interesting. A study used to research and development using Borg and Gall method. There are ten steps in research. Process of collecting data used observation, interview, test, and questionnaire. Data analysis used peer assessment and judgment expert. The study conducted in Junior High School Palembang. The results of the findings show that the basic technique of volleyball consists of 6 types namely passing down, passing up, service down, service up, volleyball block, and smash. Each type of basic technique taught has different variations of the game which are oriented to the needs and characteristics of volleyball. The results of the study have implications for changes in the concept of learning sports, especially volleyball.

Abstract

This study is an experimental study that aims to determine the effect of hurdle hops, multiple box jumps, and dogging run training methods on football shooting skills. The subjects in this study were students of the Faculty of Sports Science (FIK) Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM), totaling 60 students divided into 3 groups, each group consisting of 20 students. The data analysis technique used the Tukey test with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the analysis of research data obtained that the average football shooting score for the hurdle hops training method group was 38.90, the multiple box jumps exercise method group was 27.85, and the dogging run exercise method group was 22,75. The results of this study indicate that of the three training methods given to each group, the results obtained that the hurdle hops exercise method has the greatest influence on football shooting skills in football games compared to multiple box jumps and dogging runs.
