Abstract

The objective of this causal research was to obtain information concerning: (1) the effect of work environment toward work performance; (2) the effect of workload toward work performance; and (3) the effect of work environment toward workload. The research was conducted using a survey method with a path analysis testing hypothesis. This research, principals of teachers on Police Women School - Polri has been chosen as a unit analysis and 90 samples of principals were selected at random. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect of work environment toward work performance; (2) there is a direct negative effect of workload toward work performance; and (3) there is a direct negative effect of work environment toward workload.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) Contribution of certification to teacher work motivation, (2) Contribution of the school climate to teacher work motivation, (3) Contribution of certification allowances and school climate together to work motivation. This type of research is quantitative correlational in nature, the population in this study were all junior high school teachers in Kinali sub-district with the status of civil servants with a population of 107 people, a sample of 30 people taken using the startified proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques (1) description of data, (2) testing requirements analysis and (3) testing hypotheses. The results of the study prove that (1) There is a contribution of certification to work motivation because certification contributes 25.6% to the teacher's work motivation (2) the school climate contributes 28.3% to the teacher's work motivation (3) certification and the school climate together contribute 37.5% to the motivation of the teacher's work. Suggestions that can be put forward based on the findings to improve the work motivation of the teacher are expected that the principal can provide certification allowances to teachers who meet the requirements. To increase the work motivation of teachers, it is necessary to fix the low school climate, the Supervisors to provide a school climate of cooperation with teachers in accordance with technological developments. The education office's policy in terms of managing learning in schools should aim at increasing certification allowances.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has two gates for implementing education, namely under the auspices of the Ministry of National Education and Education under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. In 2003 the existence of a law on regional autonomy opened up opportunities to establish public schools in Islamic boarding schools. This research was designed using qualitative research with emancipatory approaches, with the commodification theory. Data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies and literature studies. The analytical method used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that commodification of education in Darussholah High School is very premature because (1) the facilities and infrastructures provided by Islamic boarding schools are very inadequate (2) School facilities and infrastructure Still need additional (3) curriculum still needs improvement and improvement because the school compiling education programs is closely related to the development of Islamic boarding schools with brilliant class programs that have the aim of improving the character of students through deepening religion and technology through general education.

Abstract

This study aimed to gain students' perceptions in the use of Schoology to assist their learning activities in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. This study involved four classes that applied online and offline learning systems that used Schoology in their lecture activities. This type of research is quantitative description with a factor analysis involving 100 respondents who were given a questionnaire. The instrument of the study was close-ended questionnaire that refer to several indicators such as student technology literacy, student learning styles, lecturer roles, and features of Schoology. Then, the results of this study showed that there were five important factors about the use of Schoology in facilitating their learning activities both inside and outside the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the collaboration between class teachers, special guidance teachers, and parents of children with special needs. In addition, it also knows the optimization of the developmental aspects of children with special needs which include academic attitudes, social skills, emotions, and independence. This study used qualitative research methods. The process of data collection is done using the method of interviews, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis using the model presented by Miles and Huberman includes the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions based on facts in the field. The results of the study show that good collaboration between classroom teachers, special guidance teachers, and parents in the process of education in schools strongly supports the development of children with special needs. The development of aspects of social skills is more prominent than the development of aspects of academic attitudes, emotional development, and independence.

Abstract

This study aims to produce the development of interactive multimedia that is feasible to use in the mathematics of building space. The subjects of this study were in class V of Panaragan 1 Elementary School in Bogor, Semplak 2 Elementary School, and Bogor 1 Police Public Elementary School. This interactive multimedia development uses a type of research and development concerning the model developed by Lee and Owens, there are 5 stages: assessment / analyze, instructional design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The media developed was validated by material and media experts before being tested on students. The instruments used to collect the data were 4.4 expert media feasibility test questionnaires, material expert questionnaire feasibility test 4.3 trial language feasibility expert 4.2, declared feasible for use in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine purchasing decisions among young people who need their daily life is still filled by the lord yes. Android smartphones among young people are still included in the category of expensive items. The sample used is young people who are still learning and have no income. Consumers in determining the decision to purchase products are influenced by including price perceptions, product features, and word of mouth. Consumer complaints about price perceptions are caused by Android smartphones perceived to be more expensive. Price perception is related to how price information is understood entirely by consumers and gives a deep meaning to them, three indicators namely: Price conformity to product quality, Price conformity to benefits and Competitive prices. Product features are elements of a product that are considered important by consumers and are used as the basis for making a purchasing decision, researchers use four indicators, namely: Diversity of Features, Quality of Features, Importance of Features and Completeness of Features. Word of Mouth or WOM is the act of providing any information related to the product by consumers to other consumers. there are three indicators of Word of Mouth, namely: Word of Mouth Organic, Word of Mouth Amplified and Word of Mouth Marketing. The purchase decision is a decision as the choice of an action of two or more alternative choices, there are six indicators namely: Product choice, Brand choice, Time choice, Store choice, Choice of amount and Choice of payment. From the results of this study it was found that the influence of Price Perception (X₁), Product Features (X₂) and Word of Mouth (X₃) on Purchasing Decisions (Y) had a very strong and positive effect because when young people whose financial needs were still met from his parents or young people who have not worked is largely determined by the variable Price Perception (X ₁), Product Features (X ₂) and Word of Mouth (X ₃) together or simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision (Y) of an android smartphone.

Abstract

The study of Islamic religious education in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 requires teaching methods which involve the role of information and communication technology in order to produce the expected quality. students cannot participate in learning maximally which has an impact on the quality of learning.The independence of learning is the goal of this study because to be able to absorb the knowledge of Islamic education it requires a great deal of motivation both theory and practice. Blended learning is a learning model which combines study in the classroom  transitional which combines conventional learning with e-learning while increasing student independence. In its implementation, blended learning allows students to get explanations from lecturers in class, then proceed with collaboration in groups and present assignments online by video conference presentations made separately by each group member. The video then uploaded to the e-learning system by group members and it can be seen online by the class participants according to the lesson schedule, to be given a score and description of the presentation to each group member online. Blended learning represents new method  to create learning experiences that can provide the right learning at the right time and in the right place for each and every individual and bringing groups of learners together through different cultures.

Abstract

This study aims at describing and classifying forms of misspelling in dissertations based on General Guideline for Indonesian Spelling (Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia [PUEBI]). It is a descriptive qualitative study. The type of data obtained in this study is document text, consisting of primary data sourced from dissertation and secondary data sourced from related documents. Data collection is carried out by using text analysis, documentation, and recording techniques. The result of this research shows that spelling errors in dissertation include 10 errors of writing capital letter, 9 errors of writing italic, 14 errors of forming word, 5 errors of using full stop mark, 5 errors of using comma sign, 1 error of using colon sign, and 6 errors of using quotation mark. Maximum errors are in the use of punctuation and the word formation. Based on the result, it can be concluded that there are still many spelling errors in writing dissertation. Therefore, it needs more effort to understand the rules of writing, such as the use of standard words, PUEBI, capital letter, punctuation, and word formation to make a good writing, especially in writing dissertation.

Abstract

The role of Civic Education in its era of globalization is very necessary, given its very strategic position, especially for the formation of nation and character building. The purpose of this study is to prove that Civic Education in Indonesia is inseparable from the values of Pancasila. The literature method is used to get conclusions in proving that Pancasila is an ideology and characteristic of civic education in Indonesia. The results prove that Civic Education must be in accordance with Pancasila values in all aspects of citizenship learning. Therefore Pancasila is a characteristic of the State of Indonesia as a philosophical system animating all the concepts of Citizenship teachings and must be applied in the life of the nation and state.
