Abstract

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan ada tidaknya pengaruh sikap dan norma subyektif terhadap minat beli konsumen pelembab rambut (conditioner) merek Pantene, Sunsilk, Rejoice setelah adanya iklan produk tersebut. Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu, apakah ada perbedaan keyakinan dan keyakinan normatif konsumen dalam membeli pelembab rambut merek Pantene, Sunsilk, Rejoice. Kedua, atribut-atribut manfaat dan faktor referen mana yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi sikap dan norma subyektif. Ketiga, bagaimana pengaruh antara keyakinan dan evaluasi konsumen terhadap sikap, pengaruh keyakinan normatif dan motivasi terhadap norma subyektif, dan pengaruh antara sikap dan norma subyektif terhadap minat beli konsumen. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis indeks sikap Fishbein, uji beda Friedman, uji rata-rata hitung, analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil uji Friedman, ada perbedaan baik keyakinan maupun keyakinan normatif dari masing-masing atribut yang diujikan. Rata-rata hitung menunjukkan adanya atribut dan referen yang mendominasi pada setiap merek pelembab rambut. Sedangkan pada uji regresi linier berganda, sikap mempengaruhi minat konsumen untuk membeli pelembab rambut, pada norma subyektif, referen merek Sunsilk, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, sedangkan pengaruh referen merek Pantene, dan Rejoice tidak mempengaruhi minat untuk membeli pelembab rambut. Referen merek Pantene, Sunsilk, dan Rejoice pada variabel norma subyektif dan atribut manfaat pada sikap apabila diuji secara bersama akan mempengaruhi minat konsumen untuk membeli pelembab rambut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Puskesmas Kalibawang, Kulon Progo. This research is a causal associative with quantitative approach. The data obtained by primary data using questionnaire method. Hypothesis testing in this reasearch are multiple linear regression analysis, F-test and T-test used to examined research model and determine the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable. The results showed a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance (sig. 0,000 < 0.05). T-test showed no effect of transformational leadership on employee performance (sig. 0,844 > 0,05). Organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0,011 < 0,05) and job satisfaction also have positive and significant effect to employee performance (sig. 0,032 < 0,05).

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) cannot be separated from entrepreneur and entrepreneurial terms. Many factors influence of SMEs development, both internally and externally. This study tends to observe from internal side, where a factor of entrepreneurship orientation and entrepreneurial competence has had an important role. Dimensions of entrepreneurship orientation are: need for achievement, internal locus of control, self reliance and extroversion. Entrepreneurship orientation is basis that should be owned by every entrepreneur to run their business and the other hand created the competitiveness of SMEs. The need for adequate competence in running a business is considered an urgent thing started, because by having sufficient competence expected of entrepreneurs able to compete both locally and globally. Dimensions competencies are: task/skill, task management skills, contingency management skills, job role environment skills, and transfer skills. By growing and advancement of the business activities of SMEs is an interesting topic to be researched, each of effort is required to have a distinctive competitiveness and unique. To determine competitiveness dimensions includes: valuable resource, rare, difficult to imitate and non-substitutable. The results showed that the entrepreneurship orientation (with a significance value of 0.005) and entrepreneurial competencies (with a significance value of 0.000) have an influence on competitiveness. By knowing the extent of the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial competence on the competitiveness of SMEs in DIY, it is expected to help the government, private sector and academicians in facilitating and supporting the development of SMEs in DIY.

Abstract

This research analyzed positioning and brand awareness on decision to purchase Blackberry handphone. The research done in 2013 using 100 students of economic faculties, UGM. The analytical method used was multiple regression. The results showed that a significant differences between positioning with purchasing decisions as indicated by the significance value below 0.005 and brand awareness with purchasing decisions have significance value below 0.000. This suggests that the higher positioning and brand awareness will be increased purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Gunung Kidul District is one of areas in Yogyakarta Special Region in which has potentialities of special interests of natural tourist destinations. It has about 58 caves, 69 beaches, and many other natural tourist destinations. Most of them are Karst as the main potential of natural destinations. Regarding with the special interests on tourism, Gunung Kidul District has given contribution to the Yogyakarta Regional Revenue on tourism it’s about 4,5 billion in 2012. It means that there is increasing of the revenues about 133 % from 2011, with the regional revenue is about 1,7 billion. Based on the contributions of regional revenues on tourism field, and the significant increase of the tourists, especially in Pindul Cave and Indrayanti Beach during last five years, it is necessary to have research on Marketing Strategies of Pindul cave Tourist Destinations and Indrayanti Beach. The aim of the research is to analyze the Marketing strategy of Pindul cave and Indrayanti Beach. Another purpose to discover factors weather internal or external factors give influences to the Marketing strategy of Pindul Cave and Indrayanti Beach. To get comprehensive data, this research used several data collection methods, participary observations, and in–depth interview with visitors, agencies, communities, government, and local people. Based on the descriptive analyze of the 30 interviewers about Pindul Cave and Indrayanti Beach , most of them explained that marketing of Pindul Cave and Indrayanti Beach are quite good. The analyze proved that the agencies and the marketing strategies of Pindul Cave and Indrayanti Beach are at the first (I) quadrant (the Growth), in which they have opportunities and strengths to be developed, with the differencies of their opportunities and strength .

Abstract

The analytical method used was multiple regression. The results showed that a significant differences between positioning with purchasing decisions as indicated by the significance value likewise brand awareness with purchasing decisions. This suggests that positioning and brand awareness variables will be increased purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to explain the factors that influence the villagers Tegalbinangun districts Sumberejo Tanggamus districts that do not have land certificates. The method used is quantitative descriptive. Subjects studied were youths aged 30 to 55 years. The number of samples set out in this study were 16 respondents. Data were analyzed using the inquiry as the principal engineering and documentation.Research shows that the internal indicator is the level of education, cost efficiency and readiness of citizens affect the ability to receive regulatory and financing capabilities in land title certificates, External indicators are socializing, Administration and the government policy of its effect on the people who do not have a certificate the ground who is influential on the development of the village.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi warga desa Tegalbinangun kecamatan Sumberejo kabupaten Tanggamus yang tidak memiliki sertifikat hak atas tanah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek yang diteliti yaitu pemuda yang berusia 30 tahun sampai 55 tahun. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Angket sebagai teknik pokok dan dokumentasi sebagai penunjang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator internal yaitu tingkat pendidikan,efisiensi biaya dan kesiapan warga berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menerima peraturan serta kemampuan dalam pembiyaan sertifikat hak atas tanah, Indikator eksternal yaitu sosialisasi, administrasi dan kebijakan pemerintah berpengaruh terhadap warga yang tidak memiliki sertifikat hak atas tanah.Kata Kunci: warga, biaya sertifikat tanah, dan sertifikat tanah.

Abstract

Pengawasan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan merupakan kegiatan yang penting dalam rangka mencapai hasil yang optimal. Pengawasan diperlukan sebagai sarana pembelajaran bagi orang yang diawasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara supervisi kepala ruang dengan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di RSUD Ambarawa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode korelatif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini sejumlah 81 responden perawat. Sampel perawat dengan menggunakan total populasi terhadap 81 responden. Analisis data dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan supervisi kepala ruang paling banyak adalah kurang baik yaitu 37 responden (45,7%). Pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan diketahui paling banyak adalah baik sebanyak 56 responden(69,1%). Terdapat hubungan antara supervisi kepala ruang dengan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ambarawa (p value 0,000). Saran bagi rumah sakit perlunya supervisi secara periodik terhadap pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan karena dokumentasi merupakan aspek legal yang penting untuk mengetahui tindakan terhadap pasien dan perkembangan pada pasien yang dirawat.Kata kunci: Supervisi, pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan

Abstract

The goverment made changes to the Indonesian education curriculum of the education unit level curriculum into the curriculum of 2013. Changes in the curriculum in 2013 lies in the preparation of the RPP (Lesson Plan) and the ability of literacy. The emphasis on the preparation of the RPP has been resolved with the holding of training, but to literacy still unwell. One way to improve the literacy skills is through the reading of short stories. The reading of the short story aims to help improve reading skills and knowledge of sentence patterns, so it can be an idea to create an article. The focus on this study include: (1) The concept of reading a short story; (2) The impact of short story readings. These studies include: (1) The reading of short stories is an activity habituation to read a fictional narrative prose text .; (2) The impact resulting from the reading of short stories such as enhancing the knowledge, encourage the growth likes to read, and to foster the ability to write.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengajaran matematika di kota Mataram dominan masih terpusat pada guru, partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa masih rendah yang salah satunya disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan suatu pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa serta dapat mengkonstruksi pemahaman siswa. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika melalui pendekatan saintifik berbasis GeoGebra berupa RPP, Buku Guru dan LKS yang valid, praktif dan efektif. Hasil validasi perangkat: RPP (4.55), Buku Guru (4.17), LKS (4.44). Analisis efektifitas termasuk kategori efektif dimana: 1) Nilai siswa di atas KKM sebesar 86.84 % ; 2) Rata-rata aktivitas guru dan siswa berada pada rentang batas toleransi yang ditentukan; 3) Kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran berkategori baik; 4) Rata-rata respon positif siswa yaitu 92.65%. Serta berkategori praktis dengan kriteria: 1) Memiliki nilai IP baik; 2) Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran berkategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 4.34; 3) Kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran berkategori baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan valid, praktis dan efektif sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Kata Kunci: pengembangan, perangkat pembelajaran, pendekatan saintifik, GeoGebra Abstract : Teaching mathematics in Mataram City is still dominant by learning teacher-centered, the student participation in learning and students’ mathematics achievement are still low. One of which is due to a lack of students' understanding of the material being taught. Overcoming this, we need a student-centered learning and can construct students' understanding. For this reason, this study aim to develop a mathematical learning kit through a scientific approach based GeoGebra including the lesson plan (RPP), Teacher's Books and worksheets (LKS) that were valid, practive and effective. The result of the research show that the validation average score for : RPP (4.55), Teacher's Book (4.17), LKS (4.44). Effectiveness analysis included effective categories where : 1) Student scores above KKM were 86.84%; 2) The average activity of teachers and students is within the specified tolerance range; 3) The ability of teachers to manage learning in good category; 4) The average of students positive response is 92.65%. As well as practical categories with criteria: 1) Having a good IP value; 2) Implementation of high category learning with an average value of 4.34; 3) The ability of teachers to manage learning in good category. Thus, this research can be concluded that learning kit that are developed are valid, practical and effective so they can be used in classroom learning.
