Abstract

Pada masa pandemi ini, peserta didik dihadapkan pada suasana belajar yang tidak biasa yaitu belajar dengan cara online atau pembelajaran jarak jauh, bagi peserta didik kondisi ini menjadi sebuah tantangan dalam belt ajar karena mereka tidak dapat belajar langsung dari guru. Peserta didik harus mampu menghadapi tantagan ini agar tetap dapat pemecahanpermasalahan yang dihadapi di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan adversitas terhadap kemampuan pemecahanmasalah matematika. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 14 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden yang diambil dengan simple random sampling. Data kecerdasan adversitas diperoleh dengan memberikan angket kecerdasan adversitas dan kemampuan pemecahannasalah matematika diperoleh dengan memberikan tes essay sebanyak 10 soal, kedua instrumen diberikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi googleform. Data yang diperoleh diuji prasyarat yaitu uji normaitas dan linearitas. Teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kecerdasan adversitas terhadap kemampuan pemecahanmasalah matematika

Abstract

Abstract: This study background due to the persistence of low self-concept in children. Self-concept has an important role in determining one's behavior. A good self-concept will have a positive impact on the development of children's assertive behavior. Without being supported by an assertive behavior, then the children will encounter difficulties in social environment interaction and they will also find it difficult to succeed. This study aimed to find out the relationship between self-concept and assertive behavior in children aged 5-6 years old at Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Kindergartem Sub-District Pasir Penyu Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study was quantitative study with correlation study type. Sampling technique used in this study is a sample quota with a total sample of 77 childrens. The data collection techniques were used observation sheets. The data analysis techniques were used Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Based on the hypothesis test result obtained correlation coefficient value of rxy = 0.465, it is greater than rtable = 0.227 (0,465 > 0,227) with significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. Level relationship resides in the strong category with the resulting determinant coefficient value is of 21.7% it can be seen that the concept of self-contribution of 21.7% to assertive behavior.Key Word: Assertive Behavior, Self-Concept

Abstract

Financing support merupakan divisi yang memiliki peran sangat penting dalam berjalannya suatu kegiatan usaha perbankan yaitu pembiayaan. Financing supportmemiliki peran aktif dalam meminimalisir resiko tersebut. Mekanisme kerja setiap divisi pada perusahaan tentu akan berpengaruh terhadap hasil yang diperoleh dari kinerja tersebut.Setelah melakukan pengamatan secara langsung terhadap unit kerja financing support maka ditemukan bahwa mekanisme kerja yang dijalankan oleh financing support dapat mempengaruhi kualitas dari kegiatan usaha pembiayaan yang dijalankan oleh bank termasuk usaha dalam meminimalisir segala resiko yang terjadi pada kegiatan usaha pembiayaan.

Abstract

Birokrasi sebagai suatu organisasi modern memiliki fungsi dan peran diantaranya adalah melaksanakan tugas administratif memberikan masukan dan nasehat dalam pembuatan kebijakan, melakukan artikulasi, dan aggregasi kepentingan, danmenjaga stabilitas politik. Salah satu kegiatan yang tidak dapat dilepaskan dari birokrasi maupun organisasi dengan bentuk dan tujuan apapun adalahkearsipan. Pelayanan kearsipan yang diselenggarakan di Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah bertumpu pada Badan Perpustakaan, Arsip, Dokumentasi (BPAD). Badan inilah yang bertugas untuk mengarsipkan dan mendokumentasikan seluruh dokumen-dokumen yang dianggap penting bagi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Persoalan yang menarik untuk diteliti adalah 1) bagaimana profesionalisme aparatur pemerintah daerah di bidang pelayanan kearsipan daerah ?, 2) apa yang menjadi faktor penghambat profesionalisme aparatur pemerintah daerah dibidang pelayanan kearsipan daerah? Penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif atau pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Peneliti memilih pendekatan ini untuk dapat menggambarkan secara jelas profesionalisme aparatur pemerintah daerah dalam hal pegawai Badan Perpustakaan, Arsip, dan Dokumentasi dibidang pelayanan kearsipan daerah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian model Milles and Huberman. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dandokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dilapangan maka dapat disampaikan bahwa profesionalisme aparatur pemerintah daerah dibidang pelayanan kearsipan daerah di BPAD Kalimantan Tengah belum menunjukkan profesionalisme yang utuh. Dari aspek responsivitas semua pegawai sudah baik, namun ditinjau dari aspek kreativitas dan aspek inovasi dianggap peneliti masihkurang. Abstract

Due to outbreak of the Covid 19, the implementation of education and learning has extremely changed. Face to face meetings as a conventional learning is no longer conducted, in contrast, online learning is more often employed. Thus, a solution to this problem is required to respond to this problem. Online learning is an alternative that can overcome this problem. The purpose of this research is to get a reflection of the implementation of online education by using online media to reduce the outbreak of Covid-19 in universities. The research subjects were PGMI students who were interviewed through Zoom Cloud Meeting to collect the data. The data analysis employed was an interactive analysis method Miles & Huberman. The results of the research showed that: (1) the students had already had the basic facilities needed to explore online education; (2) the online education was flexibly being implemented, encouraging learning independently, motivating to learn more actively; and (3) long distance education urges the students to get used to social distancing attitude and minimizes crowds to reduce the outbreak of Covid-19 in institutions tertiary. The lack of supervision of students, lack of internet signals in remote areas, and high quota payments were challenges in online education. The increasing of independent learning, attention, motivation, and the courage to express ideas and problems was another advantage of online education.

Abstract

Students worksheet is a learning media used to support learning process and develop cognitive abilities and students’ skills. Students worksheet was designed using hands on minds on approach to train argumentation skills in angiosperms material. This material asks students to group plants into divisio based on general charactertistics, link their role in daily life, and make phenetic and phylogenetic analysis. This research aimed to describe validity and effectiveness of student worksheet based on hands on minds on activity in angiosperm material to train argumentation skills. This student worksheet was developed with reference to planning, production, & evaluation (PPE) developmental model. This worksheet has limited trial test for 20 students in the class X SMAN 16 Surabaya. The data collection methods used were validation, questionnaire, and test. Data was analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The result of this research showed that the validity of student worksheet based on experts validation was 97.75% with a very proper category. The effectiveness of students worksheet based on the result of students’ argumentation test had increased the pre-test to post-test from the quite good to be very good criteria, and the response of students was 93.67% with a very good category.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ranah kognitif dan afektif mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Persamaan Diferensial melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada semester V program studi pendidikan matematika  FKIP Unram tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus. Pada siklus ketiga, pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT telah berjalan secara optimal dengan ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa sebesar 88,89%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif model pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi khususnya pada mata kuliah Persamaan Diferensial.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe NHT, Persamaan Diferensial Abstract: This research aims at  increasing students cognitive and affective understanding in differential equation subject by applying NHT cooperative learning  model at semester V of mathematical education study program, Mataram University, academic year 2011/2012. This research is a classroom action research which is carried out in 3 cycles. In the last cycle, it is shown that NHT  cooperative learning has run optimally with the learning exhaustiveness achieved 88,89%. This result indicates that NHT cooperative learning can be made as one of instruction models in university, especially in differential equation subject.Key Words : NHT cooperative learning, differential equation

Social Service is one of the cultures that exist in Indonesian society and has been passed down from generation to generation, from generation to generation. Nowadays, social service has begun to be forgotten and eroded by technological developments. The culture of social service is a culture that must be maintained and revived in every community. The culture of social service can provide several benefits to social life, because through social service activities, friendship and community cooperation can be improved. In addition to the community, social services can also provide benefits to the environment, because with regular social services the environment will be maintained and with a well-maintained environment it will create a healthy environment for the community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Mataram melalui model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) pada mata kuliah Analisis Kompleks. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Tahap perencanaan terdiri dari kegiatan penyusunan rencana pembelajaran, instrumen penelitian, pada tahap tindakan meliputi kegiatan pemberian tindakan berupa pembelajaran sesuai dengan rancangan pembelajaran yang telah dibentuk sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS), tahap observasi meliputi kegiatan observasi terhadap aktivitas mahasiwa selama pembelajaran, khususnya pada saat diskusi dan keterlaksanaan tindakan serta hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui, dan tahap refleksi merupakan kegiatan refleksi terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil observasi dan hasil penilain kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Hal-hal yang menjadi perhatian pada tahap refleksi ini adalah penilaian terhadap keterlaksanaan tindakan, hambatan-hambatan yang muncul, serta kemajuan-kemajuan yang telah dicapai. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian digunakan dua jenis instrumen penelitian yaitu lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pedoman observasi serta soal tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa pada siklus I adalah sebesar 68,56 meningkat menjadi 83,00 pada siklus II. Rata-rata peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah adalah sebesar 21,06 %. The purpose of this study is to improve the problem solving skills of Mathematics Education students Fakulty of Teacher Training and Education University of Mataram through Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model in Complex Analysis course. This study uses a classroom action research approach. Each cycle consists of several stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. At the planning stage consists of the activities of the preparation of the lesson plans, the preparation of research instruments, the action stage includes activities in the form of teaching activities in accordance with the design of learning that has been formed in accordance with the principles of learning Creative Problem Solving (CPS), the observation stage includes activity observation of activity students during the lesson, especially during the discussion and implementation of the actions and obstacles encountered, and the reflection stage is a reflection of the implementation of learning based on the results of observation and the results of assessment of problem-solving skills. Matters of concern at this stage of reflection are an assessment of the implementation of actions, constraints arising, and the progress that has been achieved. Two types of research instruments were applied to obtain research data. The research instruments are observation sheets of instructional implementation and observation guidance as well as test problem solving abilities. The results of this study indicate that the average ability of problem solving students in cycle I is equal to 68.56 increased to 83.00 in cycle II. The average increase in problem solving ability is 21.06 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pandangan masyarakat terhadap uang belanja. (2) faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam penentuan jumlah uang belanja pada masyarakat di Desa Balangpesoang Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala keluarga (KK) Desa Balangpesoang sejumlah 720 KK. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 KK ditentukan dari lima Dusun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan wawancara, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bahwa 1) Pandangan masyarakat terhadap uang belanja itu sangat penting dalam suatu perkawinan, ada yang beranggapan tidak setuju dan ada pula yang setuju dengan uang belanja yang tinggi karena berfungsi dalam rangka menigkatkan status sosial, gengsi sosial dan kelancaran/keberhasilan suatu perkawinan. Kemudian 2) Faktor dominan yang berpengaruh dalam penentuan jumlah uang belanja perkawinan adalah ketokohan, status ekonomi, pendidikan, kehormatan, dan kondisi fisik calon istri. Kata Kunci : Uang BelanjaABSTRACT:This study aims to determine: (1) The society's view of spending money. (2) factors that influence in determining the amount of spending money on people in the village Balangpesoang Bulukumba.This research uses descriptive method. The population in this study were all families (KK) Balangpesoang village some 720 households. The samples in this study were 25 families determined from five Hamlet. Data collected through questionnaires and interviews, while the data analysis done by qualitative descriptive analysis. Results of this study indicate that that 1) people's views on spending money it is very important in a marriage, there is an opinion do not agree and some who disagree with spending money are high because it serves in order to boost social status, social prestige and smoothness / success of a marriage. Then 2) the dominant factors that influence the determination of the amount of spending money marriage is persona, economic status, education, honor, and the physical condition of tiohe prospective wife.Key Word : Uang Belanja
