Marketing Mix Strategy In Gabe Catering In Medan City. This study aims to determine the marketing mix strategy at the GABE Catering business in Medan City. How are the strategies implemented during the GABE catering business journey in the face of increasingly dynamic business competition, the problems of the covid-19 pandemic, and the corella virus disease in 2019 in Indonesia, especially North Sumatra. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The number of subjects in this study 1 business owner and 2 customers as data validation. The analysis technique in this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of this research is the strategy of catering entrepreneurs in developing their business in the marketing mix of GABE Catering in Medan City. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, it is found that there are several strategies that are carried out by GABE catering entrepreneurs in the city of Medan in developing their business, namely marketing mix strategies, strategies for building family relationships with employees, and strategies for building family relationships with customers.

Abstract: Improving the Quality of Student's Thesis Toward the Application of Quality Culture in Prodi PLS FIP UNIMED.The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research in which the research is done with various stages which are done such as: preparation stage, implementation stage and reporting stage. The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine whether students need guidelines in the writing of thesis; (2) to find out whether the student code of ethics needs to be included in the guidelines; and (3) to find out whether the quality of thesis can be improved through thesis writing guidance and student code of ethics. Analysis of research results conducted by researchers is through a qualitative approach. This approach is done by asking the opinion of the experts and lecturers concerned to be able to produce a handbook of thesis writing of students of School of External Education-Faculty of Education Sciences based on the results of discussions with the committee team, experts and lecturers concerned.Keywords: Quality Improvement Thesis, Quality Culture.Abstrak : Peningkatan Kualitas Skripsi Mahasiswa Menuju Pengaplikasian Budaya Mutu di Prodi PLS FIP UNIMED. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan berbagai tahapan yang dilakukan diantaranya : tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap pelaporan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu : (1) untuk mengetahui apakah mahasiswa memerlukan pedoman dalam penulisan skripsi; (2) untuk mengetahui apakah kode etik mahasiswa perlu dicantumkan dalam pedoman.; dan (3)untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas skripsi dapat ditingkatkan melalui pedoman penulisan skripsi dan kode etik mahasiswa.Analisis hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan cara meminta pendapat para pakar dan dosen yang bersangkutan untuk dapat menghasilkan suatu buku pedoman penulisan skripsi mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Luar Sekolah-Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan yang berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan tim panitia, pakar dan dosen yang bersangkutan.Kata Kunci : Peningkatan Kualitas Skripsi, Budaya Mutu.

Tradisi mabbolo kuburu’ merupakan kearifan lokal yang di yakini keberadaanya secara turun temurun pada prosesi pasca pernikahan. Tradisi ini merupakan bentuk siturahmi kepada leluhur nenek moyang. Tadisi ini mengkaji mengenai gambaran awalmula tradisi mabbolo kuburu’ bagi pengantin baru di Bulu marante’e, proses pelaksanaan mabbolo kuburu’ bagi pengantin baru di Bulu marante’e dan pandangan hukum Islam terhadap mabbolo kuburu’ bagi pengantin baru di Bulu marante’e. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif (field research). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan teologis normatif dan pendekatan filosofis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer yaitu observasi dan wawancara kepada toko-toko masyarakat dan sumber data sekunder yaitu buku-buku yang sesuai.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, 1) sejarah mabbolo kuburu’ bagi pengantin baru di Bulu marante’e bermula dari kisah Puatta Arung Manumpe’ yang merupakan panutan bagi masyarakat hingga meninggal masih terus di kenang jasa-jasanya dan di lakukan dalam bentuk mabbolo kuburu’. 2) prosesi tradisi mabbolo kuburu’ bagi pengantin baru di Bulu marante’e dalam tahap pelaksanaanya perlu persiapan seperti a) mambawa makanan berupa nasi ketan, pisang raja telur ayam dan air b) membaca doa c) mabbolo kuburu d) makan-makan. 3) Tradisi mabbolo kuburu’ bagi pengantin baru di Bulu marante’e tentunya sejalan dengan hukum Islam karena dalam prosesnya masih mengandung nilai-nilai keislaman dan mengandung unsur kemaslahatan bersama.

The library is one of the schools supporting facilities that play an important role in providing reading material and additional student material that can support student learning success. The library SMK Negeri 1 Puloampel Serang-Banten still uses a manual system for reporting the registration process, member data collection, book data collection, borrowing and returning transaction data collection. This is very ineffective and ineffective given that manual system hamper librarian data processing and report generation performance, with the potential risk of data loss or corruption. With these problems, what is needed is a computerized system that can manage data accurately, effectively and efficiently. This study aims to improve the efficiency of library work and help solve problems that arise in the library of SMK Negeri 1 Puloampel. The method used in software development using the waterfall model means the system works sequentially or linearly. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and literature study, using the PHP programming language and supported by a MySQL database. The library information system is expected to improve the performance of library managers in navigating the registration process, borrowing and returning library books, and writing reports. Guidelines for implementing consumer understanding in Article 28 paragraph (1) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) which provide boundaries and scope of application, which were originally very broad and in general becomes narrower and specific where the definition of consumer in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection is only specifically for Final Consumers as in the Joint Decree (SKB) of the Minister of Communication and Information, the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia and the Chief of Police Number 229 of 2021, Number 154 of 2021 and Number KB/2/VI/2021 which provides guidelines for implementing the definition of the word "consumer" namely in number 5 letter f which reads "The definition of a consumer in Article 28 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law refers to Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection." . The purpose of this writing is to conduct a legal analysis related to how the protection of Intermediate Consumers is not regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection in the application of Article 28 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio on Financial Performance in cosmetics and household goods sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period. The research sample consisted of 30 data. Data collection with documentation and data processing with t test, f test, and test the coefficient of determination of multiple linear regression using the classical assumption test. The results of the study show that the Current Ratio has no effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, the Debt to equity ratio has an effect on financial performance.

This study aims to investigate the effects of of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee on the Financial Performance of Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 period. The research sample consists of 28 commercial banks by selecting each company with financial statements that include the number of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee. The results of the study show that the Board of Directors has a significant negative effect on financial performance. While the Board of Commissioners and the Audit Committee have no effect on financial performance.

Abstact. This research aims was to produce a decent learning device IPA (valid, practical, and effective) to complete the learning outcomes in human circulatory system material. To achieve these objectives, the authors developed a learning device that consists of a syllabus, lesson plans, worksheet, Instructional Materials for Students and Student Assessment Instrument using 4-D model of development.This learning device validated and revised before it tested on twenty five students of eight grader of SMP Negeri 2 Losari Brebes with one group pretest-posttest design. In analyzing data, this study used observation, test, and questionnaire. The technique of analyzing data used descriptive qualitative and quantitative design. The result of the study showed that first, the learning device was valid. Second, teaching and learning activity done well. Third, learning outcome was 100% complete. Fourth, students gave positive response with excellent category. Based on the findings, it could be concluded that the learning device for science subject with guided discovery based had been valid, practical, and effective it could be used to complete the learning outcomes of students.Keywords: development of learning device, guided discovery, human circulatory system, completing the learning outcomes. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran IPA yang layak (valid, praktis, dan efektif) untuk menuntaskan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem peredaran darah manusia. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penulis mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yang terdiri atas Silabus, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, Lembar Kegiatan Siswa, Bahan Ajar Siswa dan Instrumen Penilaian Siswa dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D. Perangkat hasil pengembangan yang telah divalidasi dan direvisi, kemudian diujicobakan pada 25 orang siswa Kelas VIII H SMPN 2 Losari Brebes dengan menggunakan rancangan One Group Pretest-Postest. Pengumpulan data menggunakan validasi, observasi, tes dan angket respon siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskripsi kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perangkat yang dikembangkan valid; (2) Pembelajaran terlaksana dengan kategori baik; (3) Hasil belajar menunjukkan 100% tuntas, (4) Siswa memberikan respon positif dengan kategori sangat baik terhadap pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran IPA berbasis guided discovery yang telah dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif sehingga layak digunakan untuk menuntaskan hasil belajar siswa.

Komunikasi tanpa kekeliruan logis sangat dibutuhkan dalam keterampilan siswa abad 21. Banyak ahli sepakat bahwa debat merupakan metode yang efektif untuk membangun keterampilan komunikasi siswa. Perdebatan kini telah berkembang dari metode pengajaran ELT menjadi platform kompetitif untuk memperbanyak pemikiran kritis dan komunikasi siswa. Namun, NUDC merupakan salah satu turnamen debat berskala nasional yang dapat mewakili kemampuan kritis dan komunikasi mahasiswa Indonesia. Mempertimbangkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi kesalahan logika yang diucapkan oleh debat mahasiswa terkait isu gender. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan setting natural, data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi terstruktur dalam tiga tahap, observasi debat tanpa manipulasi setting, debat yang terekam adalah scripted dan condensate, dan menganalisis logical fallacy melalui transkripsi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, kondensasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan data. Data menunjukkan bahwa ada tujuh kesalahan logika yang diucapkan oleh pembicara dalam debat tentang isu gender. Itu adalah eufemisme yang menyesatkan, bahasa prasangka, seruan untuk takut, seruan untuk kasihan, manusia jerami, generalisasi yang tergesa-gesa, dan kemiringan yang licin. Selain itu, hadir juga narasumber yang melontarkan logical fallacy.
