Abstract

A study was conducted to assess the provision of duck manure on growth and dry matter production of water hyacinth as a feed resource. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications, providing sewage ducks in each treatment (T0; 0 g / l of water, T1, 5 g / l of water, T2, 10 g / l of water , T3; 15 g / l of water, and T4; 20 g / l of water). Parameters measured were growth and dry matter production. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (significance level of 5%) followed by Duncan Multiple Range Test to see different test and trials Orthogonal Polynomials. The results showed that the addition of duck manure in water hyacinth plants can enhance the growth of Total Leaf weeks 6 and dry matter production. Growth in the number of leaf-6 weeks to the highest achieved in the addition of duck manure 12,91 g / l with real predictive value of 233 strands, but not on plant height and leaf area, while the highest dry matter production achieved in the addition of duck manure as much as 12 g / l with real predictive value of 18,56 g.Keywords: duck manure, water hyacinth, growth, dry matter production

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penambahan kotoran itik dengan dosis yang berbeda terhadap serapan nitrogen dan serapan fosfor tanaman Lemna minor. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diterapkan meliputi P1 = kontrol; P2 = 5 g/l kotoran itik; P3 = 10 g/l kotoran itik; P4 = 15 g/l kotoran itik; P5 = 20 g/l kotoran itik. Parameter yang diamati adalah serapan nitrogen dan serapan fosfor. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji F (p<0,05) dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda Duncan pada taraf 5% dan uji Polinomial Ortogonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan kotoran itik mampu meningkatkan serapan nitrogen dan serapan fosfor secara nyata (p<0,05). Serapan nitrogen tertinggi dicapai pada penambahan kotoran itik sebanyak 19,625 g/l sedangkan serapan fosfor pada 13,12 g/l. Efisiensi pemanfaatan nitrogen dan fosfor tertinggi dicapai pada penambahan kotoran itik 20 g/l sebesar 2,4380% dan 15 g/l sebesar 8,6232%.Kata kunci: Lemna minor, kotoran itik, serapan nitrogen, serapan fosforABSTRACTThe study aims to examine the effect of adding duck manure with different doses on the nitrogen and phosphor uptake of Lemna minor. Data were analyzed with Analysis of Variance and if there was a significant treatment effect (p <0.05) data were continue analyzed by Duncan's multiple range test at the level of 5% and Orthogonal Polynomial test. The results showed that the addition of duck manure was able to increase uptake of nitrogen and phosphor uptake significantly (p<0.05). The highest nitrogen uptake achieved in the addition of duck manure as much as 19.625 g/l while the uptake of phosphor at 13.12 g/l. The highest nitrogen and phosphor utilization efficiency achieved in the addition of duck manure 20 g/l of 2.4380% and 15 g / l of 8.6232%.Key words: Lemna minor, duck manure, nitrogen uptake, phosphor uptake

Abstract

Labor is a very important asset in economic activities, but often the number of workers exceeds the available employment capacity, so it is very necessary to analyze the factors that affect employment. This study aims to estimate the relationship between wage, capital, production value to the amount of employment in Kerupuk Sanjai Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota This type of research is field research and use questioner to 100 respondens . The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method and data processing using SPSS VR.21 software. The results of the study show that all independent variabels has a significant effect on labor absorption in Kerupuk Sanjai SMEs in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. capital is the variable that has the most influence in the absorption of labor in the Kerupuk Sanjai Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota.

Abstract

Helpdesk Flexi NSR II Jakarta merupakan backroom customer service dalam menghadapi pengaduan-pengaduan pelanggan. Pengaduan yang diterima Helpdesk melalui rekan-rekan plasa Telkom atau via 147. Selain menangani pengaduan, helpdesk flexi memonitoring pengaduan Tennos. Akan tetapi selama ini perekapan yang dilakukan pada proses laporan pengaduan masih menggunakan ms.Excel. Sehingga pengolahan data informasi misalnya mengenai performance helpdesk, trend complain tidak dengan cepat didapatkan. Tulisan ini Membahas tentang perekapan pelaporan rekan-rekan helpdesk yang semula menggunakan ms.Excel berubah menggunakan sistem. Diharapkan dengan adanya perancangan sistem informasi ini, kebutuhan-kebutuhan informasi mengenai complain handling helpdesk flexi NSR II dapat dengan mudah didapatkan

Abstract

One of the negative things is free association where teenagers are free to do anything without taking into account the consequences of what they do. Free promiscuity that occurs a lot among adolescents is drinking liquor, free sex, even to a higher level, namely consuming Narcotics and Forbidden Drugs. Understanding association means the life of friends or community. And while free is loose and unobstructed, so it can speak, move, and do things freely, without being bound by rules. So it can be concluded that the meaning of free association is a friendship behavior that is not bound by the rules and social norms that apply in society, in this case it is the custom of east that upholds the norm of decency. The definition of free sex according to Kartono (1977) is a behavior that is driven by sexual desire, where these needs become more free when compared to traditional regulatory systems and are contrary to the norm system that applies in society. Whereas according to Desmita (2005) the notion of free sex is all ways of expressing and releasing sexual urges that originate from sexual maturity, such as intimate dating, making out, to having sexual contact, but these behaviors are considered inappropriate with the norm because adolescents do not have sexual experience.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA dengan metode eksperimen di kelas V SDN  05 Tanjung Ru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan Perencanaan pembelajaraan IPA materi benda dan sifatnya dengan metode eksperimen pada peserta didik pada siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata 2,72. Pada siklus II diperoleh skor rata-rata 3,18. Dari siklus I dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan 0,48. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada  siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata 2,7. Pada siklus II diperoleh skor rata-rata 3,6. Dari siklus I dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan 0,90. Aktivitas fisik peserta didik, yaitu siklus I 39,59 %, siklus II 52,08 %. Peningkatan aktivitas fisik peserta didik sebesar 12,49 %. Aktivitas mental, yaitu siklus I 33,33 %, siklus II 58,33 %. Peningkatan aktivitas mental sebesar 25 %. Aktivitas emosional, yaitu siklus I sebesar 38,46 %, siklus II 55,21 %. Peningkatakan aktivitas emosional sebesar 16,75 %.   Kata Kunci: Aktivitas belajar, Metode Eksperimen, IPA Abstraction : This Research aim to to increase activity learn educative by participant at study of IPA with experiment method in class of V SDN 05 Foreland of Ru. Method Research the used is descriptive. Pursuant to result of research can be concluded by Planning of Study of IPA object items and in character with experiment method at educative by participant at cycle of I obtained by mean score 2,72. At cycle of II obtained by mean score 3,18. From cycle of I and cycle of II natural of improvement 0,48. Execution of study at cycle of I obtained by mean score 2,7. At cycle of II obtained by mean score 3,6. From cycle of I and cycle of II natural of improvement 0,90. educative Physical participant activity, that is cycle of I 39,59 %, cycle of II 52,08 %. Make-Up of educative participant physical activity equal to 12,49 %. Activity bounce, that is cycle of I 33,33 %, cycle of II 58,33 %. Make-Up of activity bounce equal to 25 %. Abstract

Abstract— The making of recommendation letter of student mutation submitted by parents and guardian of student, data processing is still done manually and not yet programmed. In its implementation is considered less effective and efficient because the archive is easily scattered and lost. There is often a discrepancy between the records in the ledger and the existing archive.To get data as object of writing, the writer uses 2 (two) research method, that is software development method and data collection method that is software development method using waterfall model divided into 5 (five) stages, that is analysis, design, coding, and support or maintenance. Data collection method is divided into 3 (three) stages: library study, interview, and observation.Based on existing problems, if the data processing system of mutation students using online computerized system. Creating a student data processing system mutations become easier, fast and precise. With the online system, Officers will save more time in managing data, save space in data storage, and facilitate in the search data of mutation students..Intisari— Pembuatan surat rekomendasi mutasi siswa diajukan oleh orang tua maupun wali murid, pengolahan datanya masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum terprogram. Dalam pelaksanaannya dinilai kurang efektif dan efisien karena arsip mudah tercecer dan hilang. Sering terjadi ketidak sesuaian antara catatan dalam buku besar dengan arsip yang ada. Untuk mendapatkan data sebagai objek penulisan maka penulis menggunakan 2(dua) metode penelitian, yaitu metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dan metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan model waterfall terbagi menjadi 5(lima) tahapan, yaitu analisa, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan pendukung atau pemeliharaan. Untuk metode pengumpulan data dibagi menjadi 3 (tiga) tahapan yaitu studi pustaka, wawancara, dan observasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, apabila sistem pengolahan data siswa mutasi menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi secara online. Membuat sistem pengolahan data siswa mutasi menjadi lebih mudah, cepat dan tepat. Dengan sistem online, Petugas akan lebih menghemat waktu dalam mengelola data, menghemat tempat dalam penyimpanan data, dan memudahkan dalam pencarian data siswa mutasi.Kata Kunci— Sistem, Sistem Informasi, Mutasi, Sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Varian dan juga mutu produk sangat penting pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam membeli sepeda motor. Dengan adanya variasi produk yang ditawarkan, konsumen dapat memilih produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan. Sepeda motor merek Yamaha adalah salah satu produk sepeda motor yang diperhitungkan selain sepeda motor merek Honda, Suzuki, dan Kawasaki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian motor merek Yamaha di Bogor. Pendekatan penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitati. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen atau pengguna motor Yamaha di Kota Bogor yang terdata di Dealer Yamaha selama periode kuartal kedua tahun 2020 sebanyak 273 konsumen. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 273 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Keputusan pembelian motor Yamaha di Kota bogor saat ini masih tergolong baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil survey bahwa hal yang terlintas di benak konsumen ketika akan membeli motor adalah merek Yamaha. (2). Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi menentukan keputusan konsumen membeli motor merek Yamaha di Kota Bogor adalah, angsuran angsuran terjangkau, kapasitas bagasi yang besar kenyamanan saat berkendara, variab mesin, desain motor, akseleresai dan pelayanannya yang baik. Pihak perusahaan sebaiknya meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada dimensi pilihan produk, dengan cara melakukan inovasi-inovasi yang variatif, sehingga kualitas produk sepeda motor Yamaha lebih baik dari sebelumnya, dan tingkat kesesuaian spesifikasi sepeda motor Yamaha yang diharapkan oleh konsumen benar-benar sesuai dengan harapan konsumen, sehingga konsumen merasa puas dengan pilihan mereka, serta banyak manfaat yang dapat dirasakan langsung oleh konsumen setelah menggunakan sepeda motor Yamaha. Abstract

The Juvenile Justice System in Indonesia has a special feature where a child facing the law in criminal justice must receive special protection by law enforcers. One of them is the Correctional Center which has an important role in providing input from the police, prosecutors and courts as a form of realization of the protection of children's rights. Children who are included in the group whose rules are in the national and international human rights instruments must receive special protection by providing legal assistance and the state must be responsible for the fulfillment of these special rights. The issues raised in this paper are: What is meant by children dealing with the law and what is the form of legal assistance by correctional institutions (BAPAS) for children dealing with the law. The method used in writing this paper is descriptive qualitative analysis using primary legal material data, secondary legal materials, and other literature study materials.

Abstract

The Mongol Empire, which prevailed in the 13th to 14th centuries, was one of the largest empires known in the history of world conquest. The stretch of the empire formed by Genghis Khan almost covers all of Eurasia, whose success story cannot be separated from the exploits of intelligence and psychological warfare that have been applied just like modern wars centuries after. Historical Research analysis in this article will try to juxtapose intelligence theories and Psychological Warfare so that the story of the Mongolian empire can be a valuable lesson for the study of strategy and philosophy of war as a reference for modern military strategy. The existence of a military campaign strategy is actually required to be adaptive in accommodating various war philosophies from any era in order to be able to support the success of each mission and operation.Keywords: Mongol Empire, Genghis Khan, Intelligence, Psychological Warfare, Defense Strategy, Military Campaign
