Abstract

Sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang diharapkan mampu mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia (SDM), yang dapat langsung terserap oleh dunia kerja. Situasi saat ini mengharuskan calon tenaga kerja mampu bersaing agar memperoleh kesempatan kerja. Untuk memenuhi harapan tersebut hendaknya siswa SMK memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, logis, reflektif, metakognitif, dan berpikir kreatif yang disebut kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS). Kemampuan-kemampuan tersebut dibutuhkan dalam pemecahan masalah di dunia kerja. Melalui makalah ini akan dibahas tentang bagaimana mengembangkan HOTS pada siswa SMK melalui pembelajaran matematika. Pembahasan diawali dengan analisis permasalahan yang terjadi terkait pembelajaran di SMK secara umum, pembelajaran matematika SMK, analisis teori dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengkajian ini adalah metode survey, study literature dan metode  deskriptif.

Abstract

The ability to think creatively is an ability that is expected to be mastered by students but is still low. Students lack the ability to solve a problem in a various ways.The purpose of this study is to produce a learning tool based on M-APOS theory to improve students' creative thinking abilities.The research method used in this research is research and development which consists of three stages, namely the initial investigation stage, the development stage and the assessment stage.In this section what is done is the preliminary research stage. The instruments used were interview and questionnaire guidelines.The results of the study are: 1) inadequate school facilities and infrastructure, 2) student learning outcomes are still low because students are accustomed to accept what is taught and do not repeat the lessons at home, 3) worksheets that are used by students is not attractive, 4) in the learning process students prefer group learning, 5) students want the questions contained in LKPD to be daily life problems, 6) the learning environment of students who are in the hills and close to the highway, 7) learning styles favored by students are in the form of solving problems in the form of images related to daily life problems, 8) the appearance of worksheets that are liked by students is LKPD which has  pictures and attractive color.

Abstract

Aktivitas pembelajaran untuk melatih dan meningkatkan kecepatan mengetik siswa dengan menggunakan sebuah program di komputer belum dilakukan oleh guru SMK Indonesia Raya Batang Anai. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya kemampuan mengetik guru dan siswa. Padahal saat ini telah banyak program-program gratis yang ditawarkan di dunia maya (internet) sebagai alternatif metode mengajar. Program Typing Master merupakan salah satu program yang dapat dimanfaatkan guru dalam hal ini. Pelaksanaan pelatihan untuk guru dan siswa merupakan solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi hal ini. Pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah memanfaatkan program Typing Master sebagai media yang dapat digunakan untuk melatih kecepatan mengetik siswa dengan teknik blind system dan 10 jari. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi sekaligus memberikan pelatihan mengenai pengoperasian program Typing Master. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan ini berjumlah 20 orang yaitu guru dan siswa SMK Indonesia Raya Batang Anai. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berjalan dengan sukses dan lancar karena mendapatkan dukungan dari banyak pihak. Peserta kegiatan memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan sehingga berniat akan serius untuk berlatih.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article discusses the strategy for implementation of school based on entrepreneurship in enhancing student autonomy and creativity through school cooperation. The implementation of vocational school based on entrepreneurship requires some strategies. Firstly, we can do it with educational program and practice executed by vocational school and by the activity of school cooperation. Its final purpose is to make vocational school grade have the soul of entreprenueurship and also improve student autonomy and creativity so that they can learn how to compete in creating work field. Abstract

Cottage based madrasas are madrassas that integrate Islamic boarding schools into madrasah subjects and management. The purpose of this study was to analyze curriculum management, management of teaching staff and education and management of students in the Aliyah Darul Amien Taluk Labak Madrasah and the One Roof Madrasah Alyah Al Azhar Kandangan District of HSS. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with study interviews, observations and documents. Data sources: Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah in the Curriculum Sector, Deputy Head of Madrasah for Student Affairs and Administration. Checking the validity of the data is done by source trigulation and trigulation methods. Based on research findings, the two madrassas have carried out curriculum management. The curriculum used is the Ministry of Education / Ministry of Religion curriculum that is collaborated with the cottage curriculum. There are few obstacles in the implementation of the curriculum, there are still teachers who do not yet understand about K13. The implementation of curriculum evaluation at Darul Aliyah Madrasa Amien Taluk Labak further showed the peculiarities of a cottage-based madrasa. In the reception of Darul Amira Taluk Labak Aliyah Madrasah employees prioritizing alumni with the reason that it is easier to be fostered, so that sometimes it is not in accordance with the required competencies, while Al Azhar Kandangan One-Roof Madrasah Aliyah sometimes has difficulty getting employees in accordance with the required competencies. Guidance and development as well as compensation for employees in Darul Amien Taluk Labak Aliyah Madrasah is good enough, while in Al Azhar Kandangan One-Stop Islamic Madrasah, employee development and development is almost never done and compensation given is still somewhat less suitable for work, for example: no there is overtime pay for overtime employees. The management of students in Darul Amien Taluk Labak Aliyah Madrasah has been very good and really shows the peculiarities of a cottage-based madrasa, while Al Azhar Kandangan One-Roof Islamic Madrasahs still lack the typical cottage-based madrasa. Suggestion: 1. Both madrassas can increase collaboration with Trustees supervisors and outsiders, to increase the competence of teachers about K13. 2. Both madrassas can open as much employee acceptance as possible to obtain competent personnel as needed. 3. One-Roof Aliyah Madrasah Al Azhar Kandangan Al-Azhar Kandangan One-Stop Islamic Madrasah can improve employee coaching, development and assessment more intensively to improve employee competency and pay more attention to compensation to encourage employees to work optimally.

Abstract

This study discusses professional competency-based mathematics learning tools for vocational high school students. The purpose of this study is to produce a mathematics learning tool that refers to the field of communication and network engineering expertise, as an effort to overcome the difficulties faced by vocational school teachers in teaching mathematics. The research is a development research that refers to the development of the Plomp model with three stages, namely the preliminary research stage, the design stage and the assessment stage. In this article the results of the assessment phase will be discussed which examines the impact of devices that have been developed on students' problem solving abilities in the field of information and communication engineering. The results obtained are an increase in students' problem solving skills that can be seen in improving the ability to understand the problem, linking the problem with the concept that has been learned, setting a solution strategy, using the strategy, checking back and summarizing the results. This ability is highly needed by vocational school students, because in their work they will face many problems that require all of these abilities. Another visible impact of student activities is an increase in student learning activities as indicated by the willingness and perseverance in completing a given task.

Abstract

Dampak dari Covid-19 mengharuskan kita melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar secara daring, salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Webinar Zoom. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektifitas pembelajaran Matematika dengan menggunakan media Webinar Zoom ditinjau dari hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII Madina SMP IT AL-BINA Dharmasraya tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Jumlah siswa sebanyak 29 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis menurut Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran Matematika dengan menggunakan media Webinar Zoom cukup efektif jika dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa. Hasil belajar siswa setelah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Webinar Zoom lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan Webinar Zoom.

Abstract

One of the factors that affect the completeness of nursing care is knowledge. Knowledge is influenced by several factors: education, experience, and age. Namely the identity of the patients 82%, 84% evaluation, planning 80%, and 80% of nurses initials. The research aim to determine the knowledge of nurses about completeness of nursing care in internist room H. Damanhuri Barabai Hospital. The method used is descriptive with the sample were 20 nurses in internist room. Knowledge of nurses towards completeness of nursing care in internist room H. Damanhuri Barabai Hospital who have a good knowledge as many as 6 respondents (30%),9 respondents (45%) have enough knowledge and 5 respondents (25%) have less knowledge.

Abstract

In hospital patient care, one of the data used to evaluate the efficiency of services in hospital is a Barber Johnson Chart. It was combined four parameters : BOR, aLOS, TOI and BTO. Based on observation and determination research study of BOR aid line created with complex steps. Determining the BOR value will be Mde it’s aid line to determine O value BOR formula and substitute O value to LOS formula and TOI, to search A x 365 of aLOS and TOI formula, to substitute A x 365 value of aLOS formula to A x 365 of TOI formula, eliminate D at last. The purpose of this research is to simplify Barber Johnson Chart formula by enabling the mathematical principles. The type of this research is descriptive analytical that present the calculation results of Barber Johnson Chart to use the simplified formula, The unit of analysis in this research is a basic data calculation of four parameters of Barber Johnson Chart in BLUD RS. Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh. Simplification of the process obtained the formula TOI = (100% - BOR)/B0R and aLOS = 1. The calculation result of four parameters Barbet Johnson Chart to use the simplified formula and according to Soejadi, it was 95 percent the same result as well as to display of Barber Johnson Chart Image showed the same .

Abstract

 This study purposing to determine the process of maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure in Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 3 Padang.This research is categorized as qualitative descriptive with data sources coming from interviews, direct observation to the object of research and documentation. The validity of the data was tested using Source Triangulation. The results showed that overall maintenance activities had not been carried out optimally. This is caused by: 1) difficulty in disbursing funds used for maintenance activities, 2) inadequate library space, 3) lack of bookshelves in the library room, 4) the school does not use control cards as proof of liability answer. Maintenance activities are carried out by means of periodic, continuous and preventive maintenance. Meanwhile, the solutive action taken is to repair itself if there are damaged facilities or infrastructures, striving to create and increase the number of bookshelves in the library room. By carrying out optimal maintenance activities, it can extend the economic value and maximize the utilization of the facilities and infrastructure in the school. Keywords: Analysis, Maintenance, Facilities and Infrastructure.
