Abstract

The purpose of this research are to analyse the financial feasibility of Bina Karya’s onion stick agroindustry business and to know sensitivity rate of Bina Karya’s onion stick agroindustry business in Rengat District Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research used case studymethod. The financial feasibility analysis of onion stick agroindustry business used investment criterias, such as: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C). The result showed that onion stick agroindustry business feasible to developed based on its investment criterias, which showed that NPV was Rp. 482.206.098 (positive), IRR value was 53% (IRR more than DF 12%), and Net B/C value was 3,29 (Net B/C more than 1). The result of sensitivity analysis by the raw material price increase, such as the flour price increase (wheat and tapioca flour) at the rate of 7% impact to NPV is Rp. 466.222.711 (positive) and the onion and garlic price increase (garlic at the rate of 112% and onion at the rate of 110%) impact to NPV is Rp. 381.852.159(positive). Other result of sensitivity analysis by decrease ofproduction scale more than 23% showed that this agroindustry business not feasible to develop because NPV is negative value,  IRR smaller than DF 12 %, and NetB/C value smaller than 1.   Keywords: Agroindustry, Financially Analysis,Sensitivity Analysis

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Analysis the amount of working hours of women in the household and productive businesses of family palm oil innate pattern farmers 2) Knowing the dominant factors that affect the working hours of women in household palm oil innate pattern farmers; 3) Knowing the pattern of decision-making of women in family palm oil innate pattern farmers. The research used a survey method and sampling as many as 32 ​​samples. Analysis of the data using Ordinary Liest Square (OLS) and The Likert Scale's Summated Ratting (SLR). The results showed that the average working hours of productive women in the village of Pantai Cermin is high at 36,46 HKP/week when compared to average of productive working hours of women are only 20,39 HKP/week. The dominant factors that affect working hours is factor revenue wife. The pattern of household decision-making is dominated by a woman or a farmer's wife. Abstract

Integrated agriculture or integrated agriculture are agricultural activities undertaken by involving or integrating agriculture in a broad sense. Cattle and Palm Oil Integration System (SISKA) is a combination of palm oil plantation management with cattle where palm oil bark is used as animal feed while livestock manure is used as a source of organic fertilizer and biogas. which aims to improveefficiency and productivity of agricultural land.so as to increase the greater revenue. This research is conducted in Kecamatan Kerumutan Pelalawan Regency which aims to know the perception of farmers on the role of the guarantor institution and the risk bearer in supporting the SISKA program. the study was conducted from June to November 2017 using survey method and census sampling technique to 5 groups of farmers applying SISKA with total of 62 farmers. Data analysis using Likert's scale. the result of the research shows that the perception of farmers on the role of the guarantor institution and the overall risk bearers is 1.98 that is in the less important category.Keywords: institution, risk, role, perception, system integration

Abstract

The analysis of economic growth and competitiveness of the region is very important to formulate the planning of the region’s growth. This study aims to analyze the growth and competitiveness of the economy in Indragiri Hulu. The purpose of this study used secondary data, the Central Department of Statistics of Riau Province and the Central Department of Statistics of Indragiri Hulu in 2008 and 2012 were analyzed by the method of shift share. This study concluded that there are some districts that have high growth and high competitiveness. They are, District Peranap, District Batang Peranap, District Lirik, District Seberida, District Sungai Lala, District Lubuk Batu Jaya, District Rengat, District Pasir Penyu, and District Rengat Barat. The recommendation of this study is the required to observe the potential and the advantages of each district to improve the management and the utilization of the wealth of natural resource and the effectiveness of efficiency. The most important aspects of the development district in Indragiri Hulu are the development and the improvement of infrastructure, the potential of agricultural development, and increase of  the additional cost of agricultural products. Abstract

Economic Business Village Save-Loans (UED-SP) according to Regulation No.06 of 1998 is an institution that is engaged in the savings and loan and belong to village community / urban village are cultivated and managed by village communities / urban village. The purpose of this study to determine: (1) institutional effectiveness as perceived by users of UED-SP. (2) Efficient use of resources is based on the perception of users UED-SP. (3) Sustainability institution based on the perception of users UED-SP. The sample in this study the beneficiary of funds UED-SP In the Kampung Pulau Village SubdistrictRengatIndragiri Hulu Regencyamounting to 34 people with the selection of Simple Random Sampling. Analysis of the performance institutions UED-SP was measured using a Likert's Summated Rating Scale (LSRS). Institutions Performance UED-SP based on the perceptionusers belonging to "Medium" score 3.10. The effectiveness the institution has been able to achieve its goals independently in performing their duties and to consult with the community in planning the program. Efficiency Resource Allocation already efficient seen from conformity amount funds received by the realization that reducing the amount arrears and the level of congestion funds. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial feasibility of rubber plantation Ex UPP TCSDP at Bina Baru Village Kampar Kiri Tengah District Kampar Regency. Bina Baru Village obtain assist Ex UPP TCSDP from Plantantion Office of Riau for 258Ha rubbers plant, 1 Ha of rubber is given to one farmer. The instruments of this research are; analyzing the NPV, Net B/C and IRR and also sensitivity analysis. The used of data is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is price data were obtained from farmers and secondary data is physics data obtained from related agencies. The result shower that analyzing NPV is Rp.63.691.097,62, Net B/C is 2,62 and IRR is 25%. The farmer income in one year is Rp.2.547.643,90. Analyzing of sensitivity of the changes of the production around 25%which slope NPV is 53,83%. The changes of the input around 15% which slope NPV is 17,30%. The changes of the output around 41% which slope NPV is 88,28%. These proofed the rubber plan is still able to do if there is the changes of price and three aspects, because the NPV value still give positive value and Net B/C value >1 and also IRR bigger than discount factor 12%. Keyword: Rubber, Investment Criteria Analysis, Sensitivity Analysis.

Abstract

The aim of this research in not to know the effect of PKS to the social condition and economic society but also to describe the condition of social community before and after the existance of PKS PT. KaryaAbadiSamaSejati in the District of Pujud. This research used the survey method with the cluster sampling to the technique to the 73 sample of 278 populations that consist of 52 respondents of employees and 21 respondents of non employees. The analysis that is used focussed on the development of people, manpower, income and ratio of the bail. The system of people development after and before the existence of PKS that doesn’t still give big impact with the change about 3%, while at the level of manpower doesn’t still give impact and it can be looked from the decrease of the working participation about -39,5%  and the increas of the jobless about 10,37%. The average of income per month of the employees respondent after the existance of PKS increas about 25,79%  is Rp1.365.385,00 to Rp2.021.230,00 and the average of income per year after the theexistance of PKS respondent about 41,72% is Rp8.249.961,00 to Rp11.691.730,00, and the average of income per mounth of the non employees income respondent after the existence of PKS increas about 11,71% is Rp2.364.286,00 to Rp2.641.190,00 and the average  of income per year after the existance of PKS about 15,93%is Rp10.381.857,00 to Rp12.035.714,00. The ratio of bail shows the high value that is 52,81%. The condition of social community has been a change where there is a change of genetic relationship region to be dispersed because of the activity factor, occure the social problem is disagreements and misunderstanding between citizen and new comer. Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze: Financial Feasibility, The level of sensitivity Mr.Warijan’s tahu agro-industry business changes of price levels of material (soybeans) and decrease of production. This research methods using case studies with informant agro-industry businessman. The financial eligibility with the traits of investment criteria: Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The result of the analysis investments criteria period for 10 years, tahu agro-industry business feasible carried out for develop, that is retrieved the value of NPV Rp.420.095.475, Net B/C registration 4 (bigger than 1), IRR is bigger than discount factor 12% that 55% and payback period 4 years with 4 month, it’s mean this business cover the cost of the first investment before the age of business ends. The result of the sensivity the increase in material soybean 10% and the descrease in production scale 10% shows this business not allow implementations, because the value of NPV negative, Net B/C 0, IRR is smaller than discount factor 12% and no payback period, means there is no flow  payback of capital. Based on the result the sensitivity analysis increase value of material soybean, as well as descrease scale of production will making Mr.Warijan’s higlhly influential against feasibility of business or business development tahu agro-industry.   Keywords : Agroindustry, Financial Feasibility, Sensitivity, Tahu

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare the net income between rubber farmers Ex UPP TCSDP pattern and Swadaya pattern in the Koto Damai Village Kampar KiriTengah District Kampar Regency . The analysis is the analysis of net income and the t test . The method used is survey by census sampling technique as much as 20 farmers Pattern Governmental and simple random sampling technique as much as 20 farmers Ex UPP TCSDP.Analysis results showed an average net income of farmers rubber Ex UPP TCSDP Pattern is 33 % larger than the SwadayaPattern . T test is greater than t table at the level of 95 %, which means there is a real difference in net income between rubber farmers Ex UPP TCSDP Pattern and Swadaya Pattern, income disparity is due to the difference in the amount of rubber production and the use of production factors between the second pattern rubber farming. Keywords: Comparison, Income, Ex UPP TCSDP Pattern, Swadaya Pattern

Abstract

Gapoktan Tani Jaya that located in the Pandau Jaya Village of Kampar District is one of the beneficiaries of Rural Agribusiness Development ( PUAP ) which has been running for 5 years . Until now , there has been no discourse to improve PUAP institutions into MFI - A. An MFI - A should have social performance in its outreach and financial performance with good level financial position (Arsyad, 2008). Based on the explanation , aim of this research are: to analyze the social performance, analyzing the financial performance of institutions and policy implications the results of the analysis of social performance and financial performance of the institution. The data used are secondary data derived from the financial statements and progress reports of institution membership in 2009 until 2012 and the primary data is interviews to PPL and agency managers. Outreach of institutional customers is fluctuated because there are non-active members at a later stage. Staff outreach is considered good because it can meet all the needs of members. Loan outreach also fluctuate because there are non-active members and the existence of arrears in 2011 and 2012. Savings range is considered good because a lot of members who do voluntary savings each year. Sales of fertilizer also has a positive effect on the development of the institution's revenues. Liquidity and solvency ratio has decreased every year but the value of the ratio is still in a liquid state and solvable. Profitability and activity ratio is considered good although profits are quite small but positive effect on institutions and organizations are also able to streamline the activities of financial resources. The policy implications of the institutions should increase the number of active borrowers and reduce operational costs , and increase profits from the activity of the institution.
