Abstract

The role of human capital and social capital is very needed in the development of farmer institutions. It is intended that existing farmer institutions can function optimally. This paper is a literature study based on data and related journals. In carrying out farmer institutional management, human capital can act as planners, organizers, implementers of activities and supervisors. In addition to human capital, social capital is also very important and needed in the development of farmer institutions. The role of social capital is to maintain cohesiveness, cooperation and carry out the tradition of deliberation (the element of trust), exchange of information, the tradition of “gotong royong” and the tradition of social gathering (the element of reciprocity), carry out common goals and have an element of volunteerism (participation in the network and do it according to the rules. norm).

Abstract

Each social media account created by users has its own purpose and meaning,. That is to attract the sympathy of the audience, Just like in real world, humans cannot live without socializing and interacting each other. This research was designed to find out the communication strategy of social media account managers in managing followers. This study used an interactional communication strategy with qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the communication strategy used to manage the "chat relationship" account is the interactional communication strategy. This model had been used because followers have different backgrounds, knowledge, experiences, and cultures that affect each person in interpreting message. There are many factors as key success to running an online-based business through social media "relationships chat" account in order to increase followers loyalty in accordance with the strategy adopted by the account managers. Several management strategies had been applied such as a presentation to the audience, audience segmentation, consistency in providing entertainment to the audience, consistency of the characteristics and features needed, constantly looking for the latest entertainment innovations, communicating directly with consumers to support activities, and creating cooperation between account managers are being the key success to gain sympathy and loyalty from followers.

Abstract

The most forward elements of the bureaucracy, dealing directly with farmers and spearheading the development of agriculture is the agricultural extension. Its presence is very important in determining the success of development activities of farmers. The purpose of this study to (1) determine the effect of emotional intelligence and motivational variables on the performance of agricultural extension; (2). determine the effect of emotional intelligence and motivation variable partially on the performance of agricultural extension (3). proving variables emotional intelligence has a dominant influence compared to the performance of agricultural extension motivation. The research is a kind of survey of the Department of Agriculture agricultural extension Tanggamus. The analysis technique used: multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable (X) studied both together and partially to the dependent variable (Y). As for the multiple linear regression model should qualify the common assumptions of regression to test heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and multicollinearity. Based on the analysis of F test proved that the independent variable in the form of emotional intelligence(X1),motivation (X2)has a significant influence on the performance variable (Y) so that the first hypothesis is accepted. While based on t test results proved that the X variable partially significant influence to variable Y so that the second hypothesis is accepted. The dominant independent variables affect the performance is not a variable motivational variables emotional intelligence so that the third hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran public relations dalam membangun citra Perusahaan Listrik Negara cabang Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengambil 100 sampel pelanggan Perusahaan Listrik Negara di Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa PLN cabang Bandar Lampungsebagai perusahaan berskala nasional yang bergerak dalam pelayanan dan jasa berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan listrik masyarakat dengan lebih baik. Tapi pada kenyataannya, masih terdapat kendala yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pasokan listrik, terutama pada saat kemarau. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilaksanakan peneliti, bahwa peranan Public relations PLN cabang kota Bandar Lampung mampu meningkatkan citra perusahaan dengan memberikan pelayanan yang profesional. Berdasarkan teori Model/Citra dikatakan bahwa citra itu merupakan serangkaian pengetahuan, pengertian dan perilaku komunikasi yang terekam dalam pengalaman, emosi, dan penilaian yang diorganisasikan oleh individu sehingga dapat diyakini kebenarannya. Public relations PLN cabang Bandar Lampung memiliki tugas dan peran penting dalam membina hubungan yang harmonis antara perusahaan dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal. Dengan pihak internal perusahaan diharapkan mampu membangun suatu kerjasama dan menciptakan atmosfir di lingkungan karyawan yang kondusif. Sedang dengan pihak internal perusahaan diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang optimal dan mampu berfungsi membagun komunikasi sehingga tercipta jembatan penghubung yang kokoh antara perusahaan dengan masyarakat sebagai konsumen. Abstract

This study uses realistic visualization in the form of photos which are the result of photographic elements, as well as visualization with infographic forms which are illustrative elements in visual communication design. the research uses True Experimental method with 2x2 factorial design and uses Pretest, Posttest, and Control Group Design. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of visual presentation and language style through video media for increasing student knowledge and analyzing the most effective combination of messages on video media about tourism in Pesawaran District. From this research it is found that visual presentation and language style through video may influence improvement of student knowledge about tourism in Pesawaran Regency. All combinations of visual presentation and language style will influence knowledge improvement.Keywords: Video Media, Tourism, Pesawaran Regency

Abstract

 AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the communication strategy undertaken by Brand Presenter at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna in marketing the product in the region of Bandar Lampung. Discussion of the communication strategy under discussion, discussed using AIDDA theory.  The amount of competition in the tobacco industry makes every cigarette company makes its own communication strategy to attract consumers. Creating a communication strategy is to make a careful calculation of the circumstances and conditions that will be pursued and confronted in order to achieve an objective, or in other words that the use of a communication strategy means using some way of communicating a conscious effort to create change in the audience easily and quickly. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the communication strategies used by brand presenter using the appropriate role play AIDDA theory. The conclusion of this study is to promote products using a brand presenter theories have AIDDA so that products can be sold in accordance with the desired target company. Keywords:  Strategy of communication, AIDDA Theory Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Brand Presenter pada PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna dalam memasarkan produk di wilayah Bandar Lampung. Pembahasan mengenai strategi komunikasi dalam pembahasan, dibahas dengan menggunakan teori AIDDA. Banyaknya persaingan dalam industri rokok membuat setiap perusahaan rokok membuat strategi komunikasi sendiri yang dapat menarik konsumen. Membuat strategi  komunikasi adalah membuat perhitungan yang cermat mengenai situasi dan kondisi yang akan ditempuh dan dihadapi guna mencapai suatu tujuan, atau dengan kata lain bahwa menggunakan strategi komunikasi berarti menggunakan beberapa cara berkomunikasi secara sadar untuk menciptakan perubahan pada khalayak dengan mudah dan cepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang digunakan oleh brand presenter menggunakan role play yang sesuai teori AIDDA. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah brand presenter mempromosikan produknya menggunakan toeri AIDDA sehingga produk dapat terjual sesuai dengan target yang diinginkan perusahaan. Keywords:  Strategy of communication, AIDDA Theory

Abstract

ABSTRACT                 The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of communication strategy by government of Lampung Tengah Regency to increase knowledge and participation of rural community in socializing Bupati  RONDA program. This study uses a qualitative method. Leadership research results, local leaders have political leadership that concerns all aspects of community life in a region. A good leader is obtained from a long process, not appearing suddenly. Leadership is the ability to influence others to do what the leader voluntarily wants. A local head who has the capacity as a political official and a government leader in his or her region should have leadership in the field of organization and leadership in the social field. The leadership strategy of a local government official applied will have a significant effect on the public service that will be provided to the community. Government is an institution that has the obligation to provide public services for the welfare of its people, besides the state must serve every citizen and residents in fulfilling their basic rights and needs. The role of all stakeholders in the success of the development program is very necessary, especially how the program can be implemented in accordance with community needs. The community can enjoy the results of development in order to achieve development goals, namely the welfare of the community. Development can be achieved well when people can participate directly in all these developments. Participation is where villagers are invited to take part in decision-making in the village because they are the ones who better understand what the village needs for prosperity..Keywords:  communication strategy , Goverment, Participation, community.  ABSTRAK Tujuan  penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi komunikasi oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Lampung Tengah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan partisipasi masyarakat pedesaan dalam menyosialisasikan program Bupati RONDA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian  pemimpin daerah memiliki political leadership yang menyangkut seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat dalam suatu wilayah. Pemimpin yang baik diperoleh dari proses yang panjang, tidak muncul secara tiba-tiba. Kepemimpinan merupakan kemampuan mempengaruhi orang lain untuk melakukan sesuatu yang dikehendaki oleh pemimpin secara sukarela. Seorang kepala daerah yang mempunyai kapasitas sebagai pejabat politik dan pemimpin pemerintahan di daerahnya, haruslah mempunyai kepemimpinan di bidang organisasi dan kepemimpinan di bidang sosial. Strategi kepemimpinan seorang pejabat pemerintah daerah yang diterapkan akan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pelayanan publik yang akan diberikan kepada masyarakat. Pemerintah adalah institusi yang memiliki kewajiban menyediakan layanan publik bagi kesejahtraan rakyatnya, selain itu negara wajib melayani setiap warga dan penduduk dalam memenuhi hak dan kebutuhan dasarnya. Peranan seluruh stakeholder dalam menyukseskan program pembangunan sangat diperlukan terutama bagaiman program tersebut dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Masyarakat dapat menikmati hasil pembangunan guna mencapai tujuan pembangunan, yaitu mensejahterakan masyarakat. Pembangunan dapat tercapai dengan baik ketika masyarakat dapat berpartisipasi langsung dalam semua pembangunan tersebut. Partisipasi tersebut adalah dimana warga desa diajak untuk ambil bagian dalam pengambilan keputusan di desa karena merekalah yang lebih memahami yang yang dibutuhkan desa demi kesejahteraan.Kata Kunci: Strategi Komunikasi, Pemerintah, Partisipasi,  masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze teachers’ digital literacy in the learning process at public elementary schools in Bengkulu, Indonesia. The focus is on teachers’ use of technological devices, especially their proficiency in operating, designing learning media, and utilizing digital media as a learning tool. This study employed qualitative research approach with descriptive type. The subjects were determined based on purposive with education background as the inclusive criteria. The data was collected using interview techniques where researchers were the primary instrument. The obtained data was analyzed through tabulation, coding, and conclusion withdrawal. Results showed that teachers firstly used technological devices as a learning tool due to the Covid-19 pandemic. They learnt to operate various device to transfer learning materials through visual, audio, and audiovisual methods. Teachers generally used smartphones and laptops, in which they are able to operate from the beginning to the end, including apps operation. Among the apps were Power Point, Canva, and Kinemaster with Zoom, Google Meets, Google Classroom, and WhatsApp as teaching platforms.

Abstract

Provincial tourism development Lampung is the leading tourist destination in Indonesia the locomotive of development and provide increased welfare on Public. This research aims to determine GenPi’s strategy in developing a policy digital tourism destination towards Lampung go digital. The method in this research is qualitative, the location of this research is Tahura Market, Teluk Pandan District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. Data were collected through interviews and FGDs, The informants in this study were the administrators of GenPi Lampung, two administrators of Tahura Market, and two visitors to Tahura Market tours. Based on the research results GenPi’s startegy, it is known to encouraging the development of tourism in Lampung, GenPI Lampung plays an important role in developing tourism in Lampung by carrying out vigorous promotions on social media, one of which is by sending content on tourist destinations in Lampung to thep latform GenPi.co. GenPI Lampung also carries out activities offline, one of which is by creating a digital tourism destination in the form of a market. Digital tourism destination is the result of demands of era the digital considering the dominated today’s travelers generation, millennials tend to like the visit to destinations that provide new and fun experience. The concept of digital tourism destination refers to a destination that is creative, has photogenic spots to upload on social media, and goes viral on social media.
