Abstract

This have a purpose to see the influence of education and training, promotion and transfer of staff By Bapedda R&D Kerinci Regency. For this type of research, namely Kuantitative. While The sampling technique used is total sampling. As for to population numbers employees who are in Bapedda R&D Kerinci Regency which amounts to 37 people. The results showed that (1) There is pengaruh education and practice towards work performance on Bapedda R&D of Kerinci Regency, bahwa found significance value that is 0,000 < 0.05. (2) There is pengaruh promotion towards work performance on Bapedda R&D of Kerinci Regency, that found significance value that is 0,000 < 0.05. (3) There is pengaruh employee transfers towards work performance on Bapedda R&D of Kerinci Regency that found significance value that is 0,000 < 0.05. (4) There is an influence education and practice, promotion and employee transfers towards work achievements in Bapedda R&D, Kerinci Regency found significance value that is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Kesehatan adalah hak bagi setiap warga masyarakat yang dilindungi oleh Undang-Undang Dasar. BPJS Kesehatan merupakan program pemerintah dalam kesatuan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional yang diresmikan pada tanggal 31 Desember 2013. Untuk BPJS Kesehatan mulai beroperasi sejak tanggal 1 Januari 2014. Data BPJS Kabupaten Kerinci menunjukkan jumlah pengguna BPJS di Kabupaten Kerinci 180.913 jiwa. Rumah sakit umum Mayjen H.A Thalib Kerinci merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang menerima layanan pengguna BPJS Kesehatan Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan tampilan fisik, reliability, responsivenes, jaminan, empati di Rumah Sakit Umum Mayjen H.A Thalib Kerinci. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode/teknik Random Sampling, dimana sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan starat yang ada dalam populasi. Jenis data yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data ini penulis kumpulkan dengan melakukan studi dokumentasi dan membagikan kusioner kepada sampel penelitian yang telah ditentukan. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif yang bermaksud menggambarkan karateristik masing-masing variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Kualitas pelayanan tampilan fisik pengguna BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Mayjen H.A Thalib baik.(2) Kualitas pelayanan reliability pengguna BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Mayjen H.A Thalib baik. (3) Kualitas pelayanan responsivenes pengguna BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Mayjen H.A Thalib baik. (4) Kualitas pelayanan jaminan pengguna BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Mayjen H.A Thalib baik. (5) Kualitas pelayanan empati pengguna BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Mayjen H.A Thalib baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengimplementasian dan dampak dari program Padang Pariaman Sehat (PPS) di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman khususnya di Kecamatan Batanag Anai. Adapun program ini dibuat karena untuk memberikan kepastian jaminan kesehatan kepada masyarakat,selain itu juga memberikan perlindungan kesehatan kepada masyarakat dalam pelayaan kesehatan tanpa deskriminasi dan menyunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan untuk mendapatakan pelayanan yang maksimal.Maka dengan program ini tenaga kesehatan langsung mengunjungi rumah masyarakat untuk pemeriksaan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan meode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif.Dalam penelitian ini pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahann yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan teknik analisis data yaitu dengan pengumpulan data,reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengagasan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masih dalam implentasi program Padang Pariaman Sehat ini belum terlaksana secara optimal karena dilihat dari komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh pelaksanan program, sumber daya peralatannya yang kurang memadai dan juga karakteristik yang dimiliki tenaga kesehatan dalam menjalankan program Padang Pariaman Sehat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan (1) efektivitas kinerja BPBD di Kabupaten Tanah Datar dalam mitigasi gunung api Marapi. (2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat bagi BPBD Kabupaten Tanah Datar dalam melakukan mitigasi bencana gunung api marapi. (3) Mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh BPBD Kabupaten Tanah Datar dalam mengatasi mitigasi bencana letusan gunung api marapi.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling, yaitu menentukan informan dengan pertimbangan tertentu yang dianggap mampu memberikan data maksimal. Data ini penulis kumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan catatan lapangan. Teknik untuk menguji validitas data dengan triangulasi sumber. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja BPBD Kabupaten Tanah Datar dalam memitigasi risiko bencana dalam letusan gunung api marapi belum efektif, di mana masih ada sejumlah aparatur yang belum mampu melakukan pekerjaan mitigasi dan kurangnya pengetahuan aparatur dalam mitigasi letusan gunung api marapi di Kabupaten Tanah Datar, dan jalur evakuasi yang tidak memadai bagi aparatur dan masyarakat untuk bergerak cepat ketika terjadi bencana. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh BPBD dalam mengatasi mitigasi risiko bencana letusan gunung api marapi dengan melakukan studi banding, memberikan pengetahuan bencana kepada aparatur yang tidak mengerti tentang mitigasi bencana, sehingga BPBD dapat memitigasi bencana letusan gunung api marapi dengan baik.

Abstract

The environment and behavior play an important role in the occurrence of health problems or diseases, such as Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). DHF problems always occur from year to year, especially the number of cases, both globally and nationally and even locally. In Indonesia each region has different policies- in addressing DHF problems in their regions. This paper aims to describe several local government policies in dealing with DHF problems in several regions based on research results published in several journals. This research is in the nature of a review or article review. The results of the research reviewed in this article are 6 (six) articles, namely the range of 2018-2022. The aspects that are looked at are the title, author, year, objectives, methods, results and conclusions. The results of the study found that most local governments have different policies in tackling DHF, but with the aim the same thing, namely reducing DHF cases and preventing extraordinary events (KLB), such as by community empowerment, field action strategies and utilization of local wisdom. The conclusion is that regional policies in tackling DHF from 2018 to 2022 are able to reduce or control the incidence of DHF. To overcome unresolved problems related to behavior, it is better to use the Emotional Demonstration (Emo Demo) approach.

Abstract

Indonesia is vulnerable to various hydrometeorological disasters, such as floods, droughts, cyclones, erosion, as well as forest and land fires. Low welfare and human resources in the agricultural and fisheries sectors due to the threat of climate change, causing a decline in production. This will lead to a decrease in the level of social welfare. Adaptation efforts to climate change are important to reduce the risk of food insecurity and malnutrition. One of the right concepts to overcome the existing problems is a sustainable livelihood approach. So this study aims to describe climate change adaptation through a sustainable livelihood approach to reduce the risk of food insecurity and malnutrition in terms of meeting the needs for social, physical, human and financial capital. This article is a literature study by collecting a number of data and theories from books, magazines, reports and journals related to the problem and research objectives. The study concludes that adaptation to climate change with a sustainable livelihood approach can increase food security and family nutrition, through social capital, natural capital, human capital, financial capital. The government can consider implementing sustainable livelihood policies carried out by local governments and related stakeholders in improving the welfare of agricultural communities

Abstract

This research was conducted in Nagari Sungai Buluah, Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency. The aim was to describe the role of the nagari government in empowering the productive economy in Nagari Sungai Buluah and to find out what the supporting and inhibiting factors were in carrying out this empowerment. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. Techniques and data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the role of the nagari government in community empowerment through productive economic activities is not optimal. Viewed from the aspect of the government as a regulator, there is no specific regulation regarding productive economic empowerment in Nagari Sungai Buluah. As a dynamist, namely training and mentoring was only carried out once, namely for 20 days, but the time was not effective due to the discipline of the members. As a facilitator, inadequate facilities and infrastructure to realize productive economic empowerment.

Abstract

This community service activity is an advanced stage for the second year, funded by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) Universitas Negeri Padang. This activity aims to assist in increasing the knowledge and skills of Nagari Suayan officials in conducting technology-based community satisfaction surveys (SKM) in the form of utilizing SKM kiosk machines and activities to analyze SKM results data. The SKM Kiosk is an SKM survey recording machine that utilizes digital technology. The method in this activity uses training and mentoring, "participatory extension". The results achieved in this activity included the following: Apparatus became skilled and accustomed to using/utilizing SKM Kiosk machines, making it easier for them to record SKM surveys and apparatus were also able to analyze and process SKM results data and were able to interpret data analysis results and be able to provide solutions or breakthroughs (innovations) in realizing services that satisfy the community towards excellent service in the Nagari.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of optimal community satisfaction in the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR / BPN) of Padang City. This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of professionalism on community satisfaction; 2) the effect of commitment on the quality of community satisfaction; 3) the effect of employee performance on community satisfaction; 4) the simultaneous influence of professionalism, commitment and employee performance on community satisfaction in the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR / BPN) of Padang City. In this study, the population is the entire Padang City Community who have received services at the Office of the Ministry of Agrarian and City Spatial Planning (ATR / BPN) of Padang City. From the calculation of the Slovin formula above, the number of samples obtained from the calculation results above is 131 samples. Data collection is carried out by survey method with questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive and quantitative analysis. The data collected are primary and secondary data that can be classified as independent variables and dependent variables. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that (1) Professionalism has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR / BPN) of Padang City. (2) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR / BPN) of Padang City. (3) Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR / BPN) of Padang City. (4) Professionalism, commitment and employee performance have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR / BPN) of Padang City. Abstract

This research departs from the problememployee performance is still low because it is not supported by adequate work facilities and infrastructure so that employees are unable to channel their abilities. The role of superiors in influencing employees in order to achieve organizational goals has not been fulfilled, due to a lack of communication between superiors and their subordinates. The average number of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Bengkulu Province is only 14.7% of employees who are committed to work and 85.3% of employees are not committed to work, andthe low level of employee job satisfaction is due to the lack of awards and rewards given by the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, work commitment, job satisfaction and work performance by the Bengkulu Provincial Secretariat. This type of research is associative quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this research is census or total sampling. The population in this study were all employees at the Bengkulu Provincial Secretariat, totaling 48 employees. The sample technique used is the slovin formula with a sample of 48 employees. The results showed that (1) organizational climate had a positive or significant effect on work performance variables with an Adjusted R Square table value of 0.397, which was 39.7 and a significance value of 0.000. (2) Work commitment has a positive or significant effect on work performance variables with an Adjusted R Square value of work commitment variable of 0.724 and a significance of 0.000. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive or significant effect on work performance variables with an Adjusted R Square value for job satisfaction variables of 0.500 and a significance of 0.000. (4) Organizational climate, work commitment and job satisfaction have a positive or significant effect on work performance variables with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.727 and a significance value of 0.000. 500 as well as for a significance of 0.000.
