Abstract

This study aims: (1) to test empirically the effect of total liquidity on financial distress; (2) empirically test the effect of profitability on financial distress; (3) empirically test the effect of leverage on financial distress; (4) empirically test the effect of cash flow on financial distress; (5) Test empirically the effect of interest rates on financial distress. The population in this study are all retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sample of this study were 19 companies from the retail trade sector. The results of the study show that: (1) liquidity has a positive effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021; (2) profitability has a positive effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021; (3) leverage has a positive and insignificant effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021; (4) cash flows have no effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021; (5) interest rates have a positive effect on financial distress in retail trade sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021.

Abstract

The purpose of this research istest and explaininfluence 1)demographics of investment decisions 2) influence demographics to financial behavior bias 3) influence financial literacy on investment decisions 4) influence of financial literacy on financial behavior bias 5) influence of income factors on financial behavior bias 6) influence of income factors on investment decisions 7)influencefinancial behavior bias towards investment decisions 8) demographic influence on investment decisions mediated by financial behavior bias 9) the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions mediated by financial behavior bias. 10) the influence of the income factor on investment decisions which is mediated by financial behavior bias. The research design used is quantitative research. The data used are secondary data. Data analysis usessoftware Smart PLS.  The results showed that: 1).Demographicsdoes not have a significant effect on investment decisions. 2).Demographics have a significant effect on financial behavior bias.3) Financial literacy has a significant effect on investment decisions. 4) Financial literacy has a significant effect on bias in financial behavior. 5)Income does not have a significant effect on investment decisions. 6) Income has a significant effect on investment decisions. 7) Financial behavior bias has a significant effect on investment decisions. 8)Financial behavior bias is able to mediate (full mediation) the influence of demographics on investment decisions.9). Financial behavior bias is able to mediate (full mediation) the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions. 10)Financial behavior bias is able to mediate (full mediation) the effect of income on investment decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of the style of democratic leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee performance mediated by organizational culture. The research approach used is the survey method. Data collection is done using instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population of the study was as many as 26 people of the Konawe Kepulauan District Hospital staff except the director (director) because the population was relatively small so that all the population were made respondents. The analytical tool used in hypothesis testing is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership styles have a significant influence on organizational culture, democratic leadership styles have no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, democratic leadership styles have no significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Thus the organizational culture mediates the influence of democratic leadership styles on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of investor psychology on investment decisions. The sample of respondents in this study was 100 sampel and actively invested in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Representative of Southeast Sulawesi and joined the RHB, IPOT, Phintraco and MNC securities groups. The sampling technique used was the cluster sampling method. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and quantitative data processing using SPSS 26.0.                     The results show that herding, overconfidence, availability bias, regret bias aversion have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, meaning that the higher the four variables above, the decision to invest will increase. On the other hand, conservatism has a negative and insignificant effect on investment decisions, meaning that when conservatism increases, the decision to invest decreases and vice versa.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are : (1) The effect of knowledge management, organizational culture  and work involvement simultaneously have effect on Employees performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (2) the effect of partial  knowledge management on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province; (3) The effect of partial  organizational culture on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province;  (4) The effect of partial  Work involvement on Employees Performance at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research design used was quantitative research. The population of the study were all employees who worked at the Secretariat Office of the DPRD Southeast Sulawesi Province. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of emotions, materialism, financial literacy, risk perception and financial experience on propensity to indebtedness. Primary data was obtained through distributing 100 questionnaires to Kredit Plus Kendari customers then processed with the SPSS 25.0 software application. The results of the research that have been done state that there is an effect of emotion, financial literacy and experience on propensity to indebtedness which has a negative significant effect, the effect of materialism on propensity to indebtedness has a positive significant effect, while the risk perception of propensity to indebtedness has no significant effect.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pembangunan sektor pertanian sangat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor termasuk di dalamnya keberadaan penyuluh pertanian yang merupakan ujung tombak pemerintah pada sektor pertanian dalam mendampingi dan membimbing petani. Dengan demikian kualitas layanan/jasa dalam mendampingi petani merupakan persyaratan utama. Sehingga para penyuluh pertanian harus mampun meningkatkan kualitas layanannya untuk mewujudkan kepuasan petani yang pada akhirnya tercipta kepercayaan pada penyuluh pertanian. Kabupaten Wakatobi hanya memiliki 3% wilayah daratan yang didominasi daerah bebatuan karang barang tentu membutuhkan kemampuan lebih dalam mengelolah tanah pertaniannya sehingga diperlukan penyuluh pertanian yang handal untuk membimbing petani untuk meningkatkan produksi dan produktivitasnya agar terwujud kesejahteraan petani.Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas layanan sebagai variabel bebas dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel terikat serta kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dengan bantuan alat analisis SEM. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah petani budidaya di pulau Wangi-Wangi dengan sampel 117 responden dengan kriteria responden adalah petani budidaya baik budidaya tanaman pangan, hortikultura, perkebunan dan peternakan.Hasil studi dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan petani budidaya, kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan petani budidaya, kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan petani budidaya, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan petani budidaya sebagai mediasi parsial.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of workload, work stress, motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously on the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police, 2) determine the effect of workload on the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Regional Police of Southeast Sulawesi, 3) knowing that work stress affects the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police, 4) knowing that motivation affects the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Regional Police of Southeast Sulawesi, and 5) knowing the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Regional Police of Southeast Sulawesi.The object of this research is the Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police. The population of the study was police officers who served in the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police, totaling 112 personnel. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula with a precision of 10% percent thus the research sample amounted to 53 respondents. Collecting research data using questionnaires, research data were analyzed using SPSS ver 22 to determine the results of regression analysis of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variableThe results of the study: 1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Regional Police of Southeast Sulawesi, 2) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Regional Police of Southeast Sulawesi, 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Regional Police. Southeast Sulawesi, 4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Regional Police of Southeast Sulawesi, 5) Simultaneous and positive effects of workload, work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Regional Police of Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of training,competency, motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of revenue bodies in the Southeast Sulawesi province. The population in this study were all employees of the office of the Regional Revenue Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province who had participated in the training of 40 people. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (5) training, competence, motivation and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: training, competence, motivation, organizational culture, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of employee competence, work culture, and remuneration on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Southeast Sulawesi. This research approach is a survey with explanatory research design. The data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this research is all employees who have become Civil Servants (PNS) of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Southeast Sulawesi. The sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane formula, so that a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The analytical tool used is the Multivariate Regression Analysis with the SPSS program package.The results showed that competence, work culture and remuneration simultaneously and racially had a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Southeast Sulawesi. Contribution of the influence of competence, work culture and remuneration is shown by the value ( ) of 79.2% and the remaining 20.8% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. This means that the ability of competence, work culture and remuneration have a very big influence on employee performance.
