Abstract

The objective of this study was to obtain a proper balance dose between biofertilizer and inorganic fertilizer in order to increase the growth and yield of rice in Inceptisol soil of lowland swamp origin. Biofertilizer was made by enriching straw compost with N2 interceptor bacteria, phosphate solvent bacteria and growth stimulator bacteria isolated from swamp lowland in South Sumatra. This study was conducted from November 2012 to March 2013 in a greenhouse. The design used was completely randomized design (CRD) factorial, with two treatment factors consisting of inorganic fertilizer (0,25, 50, 75 and 100% recommended dosage) and biofertilizer (0, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 kg.ha-1). The results showed that the best treatment in term of plant height at 8 weeks after planting (WAP), the maximum number of tillers, number of productive tillers, number of grains per panicle and weight of milled dry rice were obtained in combination of 75% inorganic fertilizer and 300 - 400 kg.ha-1biofertilizer.Keywords: biofertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, lowland rice

Abstract

Pupuk kandang kotoran ayam diharapkan dapat memperbaiki sifat fisik, kimia dan biologi tanah, sehingga dapat menyuburkan tanah dan membantu dalam menyumbangkan unsur hara yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan hasil kacang tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan takaran pupuk kandang kotoran ayam yang tepat dalam meningkatkan produksi tanaman kacang tanah. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kebun petani di Desa Payakabung Kecamatan Indralaya Utara Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dari bulan Januari sampai dengan April 2014. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan tiga perlakuan dan delapan kelompok, sehingga berjumlah 24 petak penelitian dan setiap petak diambil 10 tanaman sebagai sampel . Perlakuannya adalah takaran pupuk kandang kotoran ayam 5, 10 dan 15 ton ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa takaran pupuk kandang kotoran ayam sebanyak 10 ton ha-1 memberikan pertumbuhan dan produksi terbaik dengan ditunjukkan produksi per petak sebesar 2,73 kg petak-1.Poultry manure is expected to improve soil physical, chemical and biological properties. It can improve soil fertility and help in nutrients contribution that can be used to increase the yield of peanut. This study aimed to get the right dose of poultry manure fertilizer in increasing the production of ground peanut plants. This research was conducted in farmyard in the North Indralaya Payakabung District of Ogan Ilir from January to April 2014. The design used in this study was a randomized block design with three treatments and eight groups, thus consisting 24 research plots and each plot was taken as a sample of 10 plants. The treatments of poultry manure fertilizer rate 5, 10 and 15 ton ha-1. The results showed that poultry manure fertilizer rate as much as 10 tons ha-1 gave the best growth and production of 2.73 kg per plot.

Abstract

The effort to increase food production in tidal lowland areas was conducted by applying production technology through the use of superior varieties and organic fertilizer enriched with bacteria (bio organic fertilizer). This fertilizer was a formula that had been tested in swamp lowland area and proven capable to regain land fertility through action of beneficial microbia. Some microbia which used to produce bioorganic fertilizer are Azospirillium bacterium and phosphate solvent bacterium with carrier substance of chicken manure fertilizer. The reserach objective was to determine yield capacity of two rice varieties by using inorganic fertilizer and bioorganic fertilizer at tidal lowland area. This research was done at tidal lowland area of C-flooding type. The design used in this study was Factorial Randomized Block Design with 4 treatment combinations and 6 replications for each treatment. The first factor was varieties which consisted of Inpara 6 (V1) and Inpari I (V2), whereas the second factor was fertilizer types which consisted of inorganic fertilizer (P1) and bio-organic fertilizer (P2). The results showed that yield capacity of Inpari I rice variety treated with bio-organic fertilizer + 50% of recommended NPK fertilizer could increase the production of dry unhulled rice with magnitude of 165% (1.59 kg/plot or equal to 3.98 ton/ha) at tidal lowland of C flooding type. Through the provision of biofertilizers, chicken manure enriched with Azospirillum and bacteriophosphate biofertilizers contributes to sustainability agriculture, especially in tidal wetland

Abstract

Effect of organic fertilizer type on growth and production of several varieties of sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt). This study aims to identify and determine the type of fertilizer best organic effect on the growth and production of several varieties of sweet corn. This research has been carried out in experimental campus garden land C Muhammadiyah University of Palembang. Semambu Island Village District of North Indralaya, Ogan Ilir, South Sumaetra Province, from May to July 2015 and use design plots Divided (Split-plot design) with 12 combined treatment and repeated 3 times, namely the Main plot treatments Sweet Corn Varieties (V)= consist of V1= Sweet boy, V2= Osse, V3= Bonanza and children Petak ie Treatment Organic fertilizer cow dung, O3= Compos palm empty fruit bunches, O4= Compost LCC. The parameters observed plant height (cm), number of leaves (pieces), ear length (cm), cob diameter (cm), weight ear cropping (g), berangkasan dry weight (g), yield per hectare (kg). The result showed treatment varieties very significant effect on all observed variables. Treatment of organic fertilizer very significant effect on the cob length, cob diameter, cob weight and dry weight per plot berangkasan, but take effect no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves and cobs heavy cropping. Treatment interaction effect was not significant on all observed variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan jenis pupuk organik yang tepat dalam meningkatkan tanaman sawi. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kebun petani Jalan Jenderal A Yani 13 Ulu Palembang pada bulan April sampai dengan Juli 2014. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan lima perlakuan yang diulang lima kali. Perlakuannya adalah tanpa pupuk organik dan pupuk anorganik, pupuk anorganik (NPK dengan dosis 100 kg urea, 100 kg SP-36, dan 50 kg KCl ha-1), pupuk kandang kotoran ayam (3 ton ha-1) , kompos jerami (3 ton ha-1) dan pupuk organik hayati (300 kg ha-1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi jenis pupuk organik hayati sebanyak 300 kg ha-1 memberikan pertumbuhan dan produksi terbaik dengan ditunjukkan berat segar sebanyak 54,00 g per polybag.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menentukan waktu inkubasi dan takaran komposkotoran ayam yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung hibrida (Zea mays L.) danmelihat pertumbuhan gulma di lahan lebak. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan dilahan kebun percobaankampus C Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang Desa Pulau Semambu Kecamatan Indralaya UtaraKabupaten Ogan Ilir Provinsi Sumatra Selatan pada bulan Mei sampai bulan Juli 2015. Rancangan yangdigunakan adalah RAK Faktorial dengan 12 kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang 3 kali dengan 4 tanamancontoh. Faktor perlakuan adalah Waktu inkubasi kompos kotoran ayam (I) yaitu I0 (0 hari), I1 (10 hari), I2 (20hari) dan I3 (30 hari), dan Takaran kompos kotoran ayam (A) yaitu A1 (0,5 ton/ha), A2 (1,0 ton/ha) dan A3 (1,5ton/ha). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan interaksi antara lama waktu inkubasi 30 hari dantakaran pupuk organik plus 1,0 ton/ha memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap diameter tongkol dan dapatmeningkatkan produksi berat pipilan per petak sebanyak 4,60 kg/petak, perlakuan lama waktu inkubasi 0hari dapat menurunkan populasi gulma pada pertanaman jagung di lahan lebak serta perlakuan takaranpupuk organik 0,5 ton/ha dapat menurunkan populasi gulma pada pertanaman jagung di lahan lebak.

Abstract

Effect of dose and the type Formula Plus Organic Fertilizer on the Growth and Production of Sweet Corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt). This study aims to get the type and dose of organic fertilizer plus the right to the growth and production of sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Strut). This research has been conducted on an experimental garden campus C Muhammadiyah University of Palembang, Semambu Island Village, North Inderalaya Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra Province. This research has been going on from May to July 2015. This study uses a randomized block design (RAK) factorial combination with 15 treatments and 3 replicates with four plants examples. The factors following treatment. Type of organic fertilizer formula plus the following (F): F1 = Formula 1, F2 = Formula 2, F3 = Formula 3. The dose of organic fertilizer plus (T) as follows: T0 = 0 kg / ha. Control (chemical fertilizer recommendation sweet corn), T1 = 250 kg / ha, T2 = 500 kg / ha, T3 = 750 kg / ha, T4 = 100 kg / ha. Results of this study stated that the treatment of the type of formula 3 plus organic fertilizer with a dose of 1000 kg / ha, giving best on the growth and production of sweet corn crop at 4,50 kg / ha.

Abstract

Pengaruh  pemberian  jenis pupuk hayati  terhadap beberapa varietas tanaman kedelai (Glycine max L Merril) di lahan lebak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menentukan jenis pupuk hayati yang terbaik  terhadap beberapa varietas tanaman kedelai (Glycine max L merril ). Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kebun Percobaan Kampus C Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang Dusun I Desa Pulau Semambu, Kecamatan Indralaya Utara, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir,Propinsi Sumatera Selatan dari bulan Mei sampai dengan Agustus   2015.Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Factorial  (RAK Faktorial). Dengan 12 kombinasi yang diulang 3 kali. Adapun faktor perlakuan Pupuk( H ), H0: Pupuk control (NPK),  H1 : Azospirilium  (5 ml ) H2:  Bio P  (5 ml)H3 :  Mikoriza ( 5 gram). Peubah yang diamati adalahtinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah cabang per tanaman ( cabang), jumlah polong isi per tanaman (polong),jumlah polong hampa per tanaman (polong), berat isi per petak (g), berat 100 biji (g). Hasil analisis keragaman menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan varietas tanggamus memberikan hasil yang terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman , jumlah cabang, jumlah polong isi, jumlah polong hampa, berat 100 butir, dan berat per petak. Perlakuan pemberian pupuk hayati azospirilium memberikan hasil yang terbaik terhadap produksi tanaman kedelai varietas tanggamus.Kombinasi antara pupuk hayati azospirillium dan varietas tanggamus memberikan hasil tertinggi terhadap produksi tanaman kedelai dilahan lebak dengan produksi   845.00 g/petak (2,24 ton/ha).

Palembang: Unsri Press. Growth and production of hybrid maize plants in tidal land can be improved by the provision of mycorrhizal biofertilizer. Mycorrhizal biofertilizer and chicken manure organic fertilizer are very helpful in providing nutrients in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in tidal land which has a low nutrient content. Research on mycorrhizal biofertilizer   has been carried out in the farms of Purwosari village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. The research objective   was to study  a dose of mycorrhizal biofertilizer   which is suitable for increasing hybrid corn production. The research period was conducted from July to Nopember 2018. This study used a  Group Randomized Design with 3 of treatments and 9 groups. The dose of mycorrhizal biofertilizer is 3, 5 and 7 g/plant. The results showed that hybrid corn plants had a positive response with the giving of 7 g/plant mycorrhizal biofertilizer  which was indicated by the production of 4,70 kg/plot.Keywords: mycorrhizal biofertilizer, hybrid maize and tidal land

Abstract

This research and analysis is for the sake of re-existence of the influence of equality relationship of marga / ethnicity in political system and its network as winner of Regent or commonly called with successful team 2015, and its power as political machine in Toba Samosir. The genus whose origin is the name of a person who is then named after the first name, is made so that they can understand each other from who can keep the marriage of a very clan descendant because it still has a blood relation. Then whether the political machine utilize relatives and similarities in the clan to campaign or realize the victory partner Ir. Darwin Siagian and Ir. Hulman Sitorus, MM.The research method using qualitative method. This study is a rare case elsewhere. Please note that any of these research procedures should produce descriptive data of speech and writing and the behavior of the observed. A qualitative approach is expected to produce in-depth descriptions of the words, writings, and / or observable behavior of a particular individual, group, society, or organization in a given context setting that is studied from a holistic, comprehensive, and holistic perspective. The informants were Team Success, Chairman of KPU, Regent / Vice Regent and Chairman of Adat.The research finds 3 important things that is, first how figure of candidate of Regent itself in public eye. The two ways of association of the clan network of candidate regents with political machine winning candidate pairs, and third is how the winning strategy is used. The conclusion of this research is the genus that has a real relationship with the political machine in Toba Samosir District.Keywords: Marga, Machine Politik , Regent
