Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the competitiveness of the food and beverage industry Indonesia period 2011-2015 and its strategy in the era of the ASEAN economic community. The type of data in this research is secondary data. The analytical tool used to measure the competitiveness of Indonesian food and beverage industry is the analysis of revealed comparative advantage while to examine strategies for Indonesian food and beverage industry using SWOT analysis.The results using analysis revealed comparative advantage shows Products Indonesian food and beverage industry has a level of competitiveness which tends to fluctuate, bakery products and pastries have the highest level of competitiveness in Vietnam later confectionery products in Vietnam and coffee products in Thailand, the next product Tea in Malaysia last is the product of chocolate and chocolate preparations in Thailand. The strategy can be developed for the Indonesian food and beverage industry in the era of ASEAN economic society based on SWOT analysis is a strategic approach to new markets and market penetration for long. The second strategy of expanding the product promotion. The third strategy for increasing the ability of employees or workers. and the fourth customer service strategies and renewable products.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Metode penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa program D-III Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Pamulang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel bebas (x) kualitas pelayanan dengan sub variabel antara lain: keandalan (reliability), keberwujudan (tangible), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance) dan empati (emphaty), sedangkan variabel terikat (Y) kepuasan pelayanan. Adapun populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi D-III Administrasi Perkantoran yang berjumlah 175 mahasiswa, dengan menggunakan Slovin Azhari didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 mahasiswa, namun untuk meningkatkan keakuratan penelitian maka jumlah sampel yang digunakan ditambah menjadi 76 mahasiswa. Untuk metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden secara keseluruhan dan analisis statistik dengan melakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik, uji korelasi. Pada hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh bahwa nilai rata-rata dari 5 sub variabel dalam skala 1 sampai dengan 5 yaitu reliability, tangible, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty sebesar 4,42. Sedangkan berdasarkan analisis statistik diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 77,1% yang menggambarkan bahwa faktor-faktor dalam variabel independen memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap kepuasan pelayanan. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan. Kata kunci : Pelayanan, kepuasan, reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy  THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY ON STUDENT SATISFACTION OF D-III OFFICE ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM PAMULANG UNIVERSITY This quantitative research method aims to examine the effect of service quality on student satisfaction in the D-III Office Administration program at Pamulang University. In this study using independent variables (x) service quality with sub variables including: reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, while the dependent variable (Y) service satisfaction. The population of this study were students of the D-III Office Administration Study Program totaling 175 students, using Slovin Azhari obtained a sample size of 64 students, but to increase the accuracy of the research, the number of samples used was increased to 76 students. For the analysis method used in this study is descriptive analysis to describe the overall characteristics of respondents and statistical analysis by conducting validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests, correlation tests. In the descriptive analysis results obtained that the average value of 5 sub variables on a scale of 1 to 5, namely reliability, tangible, responsiveness, assurance and empathy is 4.42. Meanwhile, based on statistical analysis, the coefficient of determination is 77.1%, which illustrates that the factors in the independent variable have a major influence on service satisfaction. Furthermore, based on hypothesis testing, the results show that there is a significant effect of service quality on satisfaction. Keywords: Service, satisfaction, reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of information technology and the quality of human resources on the company's performance at PT. PLN Pesero Tbk. UP3 Gresik which is mediated by the effectiveness of the accounting information system. This study uses a questionnaire containing questions related to information technology, the quality of human resources, company performance and the effectiveness of accounting information systems using a Likert scale measurement. The questionnaire was addressed to employees of PT. PLN Pesero Tbk. UP3 Gresik. The results of the questionnaire were tested using SmartPLS 3.0 and present the results that information technology does not affect the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the quality of human resources affects the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the effectiveness of accounting information systems affects company performance, information technology affects company performance, the quality of human resources does not affect the company's performance. Furthermore, the effectiveness of accounting information systems is able to mediate the relationship between the quality of human resources and company performance but is unable to mediate the relationship between information technology and company performance.

Abstract

Peran manusia begitu penting dalam pencapaian tujuan sebuah organisasi, pencapaian tujuan organisasi dapat mudah dicapai jika organisasi memiliki sumberdaya manusia yang berpengalaman dan handal dalam bidangnya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam menunjang penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, yaitu sejumlah pertanyaan tertulis yang diberikan kepada responden untuk memperoleh. Pengaruh Produktivitas terhadap variabel Kinerja Rumah Sakit dengan taraf nyata (probabilitas) = 10% = 0,10 dan dari hasil Regresi Partial Least Square (PLS) diperoleh t-hitung = 4,44. Pengujian Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap variabel Kinerja Rumah Sakit dengan taraf nyata (probabilitas) = 10% = 0,10 dan dari hasil Regresi Partial Least Square (PLS) diperoleh t-hitung = 2,32. Pengaruh Produktivitas terhadap Kinerja Rumah Sakit dengan Remunerasi Sebagai Variabel Moderating dengan taraf nyata (probabilitas) = 10% = 0,10 dan dari hasil Regresi Partial Least Square (PLS) diperoleh t-hitung = 0,062. Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Remunerasi terhadap Kinerja Rumah Sakit dengan taraf nyata (probabilitas) = 10% = 0,10 dan dari hasil Regresi Partial Least Square (PLS) diperoleh t-hitung = 0,024.
