Abstract

This study discusses the quality of service and library facilities on user satisfaction at the National Islamic Institute of Religion Library Laa Roiba Bogor based on the opinions of library users. The method used is quantitative, the population in this study is library visitors, namely students of the National Islamic Institute of Islam Laa Roiba as many as 355 people. This population is obtained from the number of library visitors. The type of sample selection in this study uses simple random sampling, where the sampling of members of the population is carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population. In determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula. With the Slovin formula, it is known that the sample is 78 people. Based on the results of the study, according to library users, the quality of service and library facilities at the Laa Roiba National Islamic Institute Library got a good score. This is evidenced by the results of regression analysis that the correlation coefficient of service quality competence and library facilities is positive. Abstract

Organizational culture in the education system in Indonesia needs to be realized. It is intended that the next generation of the nation, especially students, grow into a generation that is smart and has the character of a leader's soul who is ready to face the challenges of life in the future. The problems above require schools to develop a school culture, such as: a culture of discipline, a sense of responsibility, honesty, sincerity, learning ethos, the habit of solving problems rationally and so on. Related to school policy means dealing with the use of resources to the results obtained. Effectiveness is the utilization of resources, funds, facilities and infrastructure in a certain amount that is consciously determined beforehand to produce a number of goods of a certain quality on time. Organizational Strategy and Organizational Culture have a complementary and reciprocal relationship in the organization's efforts to achieve its goals. Organizational culture greatly influences the organization's strategy formulation process, from strategy formulation to strategy implementation. The research method that the author takes is a literature review or literature study; which contains theories relevant to research problems. Literature review or literature study is an activity that is required in research, especially academic research whose main purpose is to develop theoretical aspects as well as aspects of practical benefits. So that by using this research method the author can easily solve the problem to be studied. The data collection method in this study was taken from data sources, which were taken from the literature of national journals. Abstract

Zakat merupakan salah satu pilar dalam ekonomi islam yang menjadi rukun di dalam agama islam, pentingnya zakat dalam perekonomian itulah mengapa didalam al-qu’an zakat selalu disandingkan bersamaan dengan shalat, bahkan terdapat 29 kata zakat yang selalu disandingkan dengan shalat, karena zakat berjasa dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat maka harus dikelola dengan baik oleh amil zakat, dalam konteks ini adalah BAZNAS Kota Bogor . tujuan zakat itu sendiri bukan hanya untuk membantu para asnaf saja melainkan menjadikan mustahiq menjadi muzakki oleh karenanya pendistribusian dana zakat haruslah tepat sasaran agar tujuan tersebut tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui penentuan penerima dana zakat yang didistribusikan oleh BAZNAS Kota Bogor melalui salah satu programnya yaitu Bogor Berkah, apakah dengan adanya program tersebut kelompok asnaf zakat terbantu dan penelitian ini mengambil objek majlis ta’lim. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT, IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) dan EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam menentukan penerimaan dana zakat yang didistribusikan oleh BAZNAS Kota Bogor melalui program Bogor Berkah ialah dengan kriteria majlis ta’lim yang mempunyai kelompok usaha kecil atau menengah salah satu tujuan dari program ini ialah memperluas ekspansi dakwah di lingkungan majlis ta’lim dan dengan adanya program tersebut tidak sedikit majlis ta’lim yang memberdayakan jamaah majlis ta’lim mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategies used in the cash waqf movement for siroh books through social media in encouraging public participation in the Spirit Nabawiyah Community. The research method used to answer this research is descriptive qualitative research method. This method can be interpreted as one of the procedures in solving a problem under study by describing the subject or object in the research in the form of people, institutions, communities and others. The results of this study indicate that the strategy used is to expand the network (recruitment process) of community members who will become good connectors, then online class coaching activities are also held, as well as a continuous monitoring process that results in high public awareness to participate in the program. Abstract

The development of science and technology (science and technology) is a challenge for Islamic education, especially when faced with the era of globalization which has been able to cover the distance and time between various countries in the exchange of information and knowledge, especially in the field of Islamic education. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze (1) digital-based PAI learning planning, (2) digital media-based PAI learning implementation, (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in digital-based learning at SD Muhammadiyah Bojonggede. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed through data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data includes triangulation and membercheck techniques. The results of the study show that 1) learning planning that refers to the syllabus set by the government (dikbud) and PAI teachers are active in developing lesson plans, digital media-based learning planning is a learning design that utilizes technology as a learning medium with a teaching strategy that is centered on students, 2) SD Muhammadiyah Bojonggede has implemented various learning models including: (1) discovery learning; and (2) problem based learning and inquiring and implementation of teaching and learning activities in the classroom have used various digital-based learning media, 3) Supporting factors include the role of teachers who master the competence of managing digital-based learning which is the main key to digital success and inhibiting factors in the online learning process sometimes the signal is not good, the limitations of students who have android cellphones and the absence of quotas besides that are difficulties in dealing with differences in the characteristics of students Keywords: Digital-Based PAI Learning Implementation

Abstract

The problem of education in Indonesia still requires extra attention, both in terms of government policies and internal problems at the school level. The school as an organization is led by a principal who is authorized to apply a certain leadership style for the realization of the school's goals. To achieve the goals of national education and realize the vision of the school, factors are needed that can be successful ranging from leadership, educators, staff, infrastructure, work climate and several factors in it. So that the objectives of this study are: (1) To analyze how much influence the principal's transformational leadership has on school productivity at SMPI Nuurushshibyan Cileungsi; (2) To analyze how much influence the school organizational climate has on school productivity at SMPI Nuurushshibyan Cileungsi; (3) To analyze how much influence the principal's transformational leadership and climate school organization of school productivity at SMPI Nuurshshibyan Cileungsi. This research uses a quantitative approach, using a descriptive study method, which is a method directed at solving problems by explaining or describing what the results of the study are, all populations are made into samples so that they are called saturated samples. The results of this study are; (1) The influence of transformational principal leadership on productivity was highly influential by 36.4%; (b) The organizational climate has a 34.5% influence on school productivity; and (c) For transformational principal leadership and the school's organizational climate both have a 72% effect on school productivity. Keywords: Transformational Principal leadership, organizational climate and school productivity.

Abstract

This muadalah curriculum is an independent curriculum according to the boarding school that developed it, curriculum independence includes aspects in determining teaching materials, assessment systems, and learning processes. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data collection was carried out by sourced from several documents of the muadalah curriculum contained in the boarding school, as well as interviews with parties related to the muadalah curriculum, and observations of researchers with field reviews of the process of implementing the learning of the muadalah curriculum at Islamic boarding schools. Darussalam. The results of the research show that the type of curriculum design is the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, including the type of separated subject curriculum design. The subject curriculum consists of separate subjects, and "the subject is a collection of experience and knowledge organized logically and mathematically" by curriculum experts. Knowledge-centered curriculum design is designed based on the discipline structure, therefore this design model is also called the academic subject curriculum model. There are two factors that influence the implementation of the curriculum of the muadalah Islamic boarding school in Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, namely the supporting factors and the inhibiting factors. Supporting factors in the implementation of the curriculum, namely, the provision of qudwah hasanah from all boarding school stakeholders, the formation of a good environment, the competence of teachers according to their fields, teacher discipline in preparing materials, the relationship between students and supervisors, facilities and infrastructure, the boarding school environment. And the inhibiting factors are that there are still some teachers who lack mastery of the material, programs that have not been achieved, inadequate facilities, human resources in recording emissions that are not yet qualified. The solution to overcome the inhibiting factors in the "implementation of the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School curriculum, namely by determining the supervisor of the senior teacher "to provide guidance and direction, ta'hil is carried out to all teachers." Abstract

The pandemic caused by the COVID-19 outbreak that is currently hitting educational institutions has made various strategies in continuing the learning process, especially in terms of learning the Qur'an. This is as attempted by the Integrated Islamic High School Nurul Fikri Boarding School Bogor to make a remote learning program of the Qur'an using the Tahsin and Tahfidz Al-Qur'an methods. This distance learning Al-Qur'an program was created during the covid-19 outbreak and is still being used today in 2022. This study aims to describe how the distance learning method is tahsin and tahfidz Al-Qur'an, distance learning tahsin and tahfidz of the Qur'an and their positive and negative impacts. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The subjects in this study were 4 people. Data analysis was carried out using Miles Huberman's analysis with the first step being data collection followed by data reduction and data presentation, then ending with verification or conclusions. The results of data analysis show that the Tahsin Method (Tanbiqo Tanbiqu) uses a practical method. The Integrated Islamic High School Nurul Fikri Boarding School Bogor requires prospective students to memorize the Qur'an before continuing on the tahfidz process, they must go through the tahsin process first to avoid two mistakes, namely fatal errors (lahnul jali) and minor errors (lahnul khafi). The method used is a practical method with the basic discussion material makhorijul letters and their application to the Qur'an. The learning method of tahsin and tahfidz Al-Qur'an used at SMA Terpadu Nurul Fikri is a very good method to use in learning tahsin and tahfidz Al-Qur'an. The Tanbiqo Tanbiqu method and Nurul Fikri's tahfidz method look very comprehensive with other Qur'anic tahsin and tahfidz learning methods. Learning materials using Tanbiqo Tanbiqu are given to new students for the first 3 months of admission, as a preparation to start memorizing the Qur'an and Nurul Fikri's tahfidz method using the 1) Jama'i, 2) Juz'i, 3) Talqin, 4) methods Muroja'ah.
