Abstract

Telah dilakukan proses laku panas (heat treatment) dengan menggunakan bahan baja pegas daun. Tahapan awal preparasi sampel sebagai berikut: baja pegas daun dilakukan pemanasan awal pada suhu 600 0C selama 30 menit, selanjutnya dilakukan pemanasan sehingga suhu austenisasi pada suhu 780 0C dengan waktu tahan masing-masing 20 dan 40 menit setelah itu di quenching dengan menggunakan air. Adapun uji yang dilakukan adalah uji ketangguhan dengan metode charpy, uji komposisi kimia dan struktur mikro. Dari hasil uji komposisi kimia menunjukkan bahwa baja pegas daun tergolong ke dalam baja karbon medium (C = 0,58%). Pada uji ketangguhan (impact) hasil austenisasi diperoleh nilai ketangguhan tertinggi (paling liat) pada suhu 780 0C dengan waktu tahan 40 menit sebesar 0,07 J/mm2 hal ini disebabkan atom-atom karbon pada austenit yang berasal dari perlit masih belum banyak yang berdifusi ke fasa austenit yang berasal dari ferit. Untuk struktur mikro hasil yang paling baik juga diperoleh pada suhu 780 0C dengan waktu tahan 20 menit menunjukkan ukuran dan struktur butir yang halus dan hampir seluruhnya menjadi martensit. Kata Kunci: Baja karbon medium, heat treatment, metode charpy, impact.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berkaitan dengan jenis pronomina yang terdapat dalam wawancara Kick Andy. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan jenis pronomina yang terdapat pada kalimat interogatif dalam wawancara Kick Andy dengan tema karsa berbuah karya. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyediakan data berupa metode simak dengan teknik catat. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan semua wawancara Kick Andy dengan tema karsa berbuah karya. Objek penelitian berupa kalimat interogatif dalam wawancara Kick Andy dengan tema karsa berbuah karya, dan wujud data penelitian ini berupa kalimat interogatif yang mengandung jenis pronomina. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data menggunakan metode agih dengan teknik bagi unsur langsung (BUL). Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Jenis pronomina pada kalimat interogatif dalam wawancara Kick Andy ditemukan 7 jenis pronomina yang meliputi (1) persona, (2) penunjuk, (3) penanya, (4) persona dan penunjuk, (5) persona dan penanya, (6) penunjuk dan penanya, dan persona, penunjuk, dan penanya. Pada wawancara Kick Andy terdapat 69 data yang dianalisis oleh peneliti. Terdapat 5 data tergolong jenis pronomina persona, 6 jenis pronomina penunjuk, 10 jenis pronomina penanya, 4 data tergolong jenis pronomina persona dan penunjuk, 17 data termasuk dalam jenis pronomina persona dan penanya, 8 data tergolong jenis pronomina penunjuk dan penanya, dan 19 data termasuk jenis pronomina persona, penunjuk dan penanya. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan pronomina persona kedua tunggal Kalian dalam kalimat interogatif.Kata Kunci: jenis pronomina, pronomina, kalimat interogatif, wawancara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelatihan menjahit di PKBM Tiara Dezzy Samarinda. Yang di tinjau dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, tindak lanjut dan hambatan-hambatan dalam pelatihan menjahit ini. Penelitian ini merupakan Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, yaitu metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat postpositivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah perempuan yang tidak bekerja dan yang sedang menyiapkan diri untuk bekerja tetapi tidak memiliki keterampilan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1). Perencanaan pelatihan dilaksanakan tetapi masih belum maksimal karena tidak melibatkan seluruh elemen pelatihan. (2). Pelaksanaan menjahit telah dilaksanakan dengan maksimal. (3). Evaluasi meliputi evaluasi tutor dan evalasi warga belajar. (4). PKBM Tiara Dezzy memberikan pengawasan dan juga membuka usaha bersama bagi warga belajar yang telah menyelesaikan pelatihan. (5). Hambatan-hambatan pelatihan seperti tenaga tutor yang kurangdan sarana dan prasarana yang kurang.

Abstract

Dosen Pembimbing:1.  Prof. Dr. Syafruddin Kalo, SH, MHum2.  Notaris Dr. Suprayitno, SH, MKn3.  Notaris Dr. Henry Sinaga, SH, MKn The Implementation of PP No. 24/1997 on Land Registration, concerning AJB, in its closing remark, states that the Deed is signed by or affixed with thumbprints of the persons appearing, witnesses, and PPAT. The research used juridical normative and descriptive analytic method. Repudiation of signatures in the AJB is caused by some factors such as the persons appearing do not come, they do not receive the money of the transaction, or they do not sign the AJB. The Supreme Curt’s Ruling No. 1175 K/Pid/2016 on 1 year and 8 month-imprisonment is handed down based on the evidence of authentic Deed forgery according to Article 264 of the Penal Code in conjunction with Article 55 of Penal Code. He should not do in his Deed which serves one’s own purposes and harms other parties. Besides signing AJB, the persons appearing should also give the thumbprints to avoid signature repudiation. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims are determine the amount of biosorbent from cocoa fruit skin and required best interaction time to be able to adsorb Hg(II) in solution. This study was conducted using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 variations of biosorbent amount is 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 grams and contact time is 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 minutes. Each treatment was repeated twice. The results showed that the best amount of biosorbent in the adsorption of Hg(II) is 99.11% with biosorbent weight 2 grams. Best contact time for the adsorption of Hg(II) is 90 minutes with the amount of adsorbed as much as 99.82%. Keywords : Biosorption, Cocoa fruit skin, Mercury

Abstract

The government of Republic of Indonesia undertake pemajuan, penghormatan, protection, fulfillment, and enforcement effort of human rights to convicts who are in penitentiaries and correctional facilities through Correctional System as has been established in Law Number 12 Year 1995 on Correctional Institution. Based on this act, various regulation of execution related to Correctional process issued by the government as the form of correctional system operatinalization which is considered as effective implementation  and as realization of the government’ responsibility in respecting, protecting, enforcing and promoting human rights as stated in article 71-72 Law Number 39 Year 1999 on Human Rights. Besides the law, correctional institution becomes indicator of protection and fulfillment of human rights.  This method used in this research is qualitative method in which it is expected to result in deep analysis about utterance, writing and behaviours which can be observed from an individual, group, society and particular organization in particular context, which is analyzed from the whole, comprehensive, and holistic point of view. (Hadjr, 1996 in Basrowi and Sudikin, 2002:2)The findings of this research are the followings: (1) Right protection in performing the religion, namely the existence of mosque and church provided by the penitentiary supports the religious activity in Class IIB of Kuala Kapuas penitentiary, Central Kalimantan, (2) Legal protection on the right of getting health service, namely by the supervision or the convicts’ clothes maintenance done by penitentiary officers, and the health checking for the convicts in Class IIB of Kuala Kapuas Penitentiary is done by having cooperation with doctors and health centres, (3) Legal protection on the visit of convicts’ families, namely the visit is done in six days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, from 08.00 to 13.00 WIB in visit lounge and the visit is limited for fifteen minutes (4) Factors which encourage and detain the law on the convicts’ rights should be revamped. In fact, the penitentiary officers has done maximum effort to give service in Class IIB of Kuala Kapuas Penitentiary Central Kalimantan.    Keywords: right, protection, convict

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze about the influence of growth opportunity, profitability,and capital structure to firm value with good corporate governance as moderating variable at manufacture industry sector textile and garment 2012-2016 period. This study uses secondary data in Annual Report from 2012-2016 obtained from the website of Indonesian Stock Exchange or www.idx.co.id. The population in this study amounted to 19 textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with sampling techniques using purposive sampling obtained by 15 companies Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression and moderating regression (MRA) with t-test and coefficient determination test processed using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that (1) Growth Opportunity does not affect to the firm value with siginicant value 0,258 > 0,05 (2) Profitability has an affect to the firm value with siginicant value 0,026 < 0,05 (3) Capital Structure does not affect to the firm value with siginicant value 0,093 > 0,05(4) Good Corporate Governance has an affect to the firm value with siginicant value 0,009 < 0,05(5) Good Corporate Governance does not moderate the relationship of growth opportunity to firm value with siginicant value 0,265 > 0,05 (6) Good Corporate Governance does not moderate the relationship of profitability to firm value with siginicant value 0,296 > 0,05 (7) Good Corporate Governance moderate the relationship of capital structure to firm value with siginicant value 0,05 < 0,05.Keywords : Growth Opportunity, Profitability, Capital Structure, Good Corporate Governance, Firm Value

Abstract

This research was aims to determine the mutual fund performance to the benchmark by using Sharpe, M Square and Information Ratio Method. The population in this research was mutual fund listed in Financial Service Authority as many as 245 mutual funds. The sample collection has been carried out by using purposive sampling technique. Based on determined criteria, the samples are 23 mutual funds. The measurement of mutual fund performance and its benchmark used Sharpe, M Square and Information Ratio Method. The analysis the data, this researh is defferent test by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. The result of this research shows based on the Mann-Whitney U different test has concluded that there is no significant difference of mutual fund performance with LQ-45 Index measured by Sharpe Method. There is no significant difference of mutual fund performance with LQ-45 Index measured by M Square Method. There is no significant difference of mutual fund performance with LQ-45 Index measured by Information Ratio Method. Moreover, the result of this research shows based the Kruskal Wallis different testhas concluded that there is no significant different of mutual fund performance measured by Sharpe, M Square and Information Ratio Method.Key Word : Mutual Fund, Mutual Fund Performance, Sharpe, M Square and Information Ratio

Abstract

This study was aims to examine the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loan and Operating Cost of Operating Income on Profitability with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loan and Operating Cost of Operating Income are measured by using the published companies annual report, and the company's Profitability is measured by using ROA. The research method used in this research was quantitative method that aimed to examine Good Corporate Governance in moderating the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loan and Operating Cost of Operating Income on Profitability. This research used 29 banking companies as the sample. The sample was chosen used purposive sampling that the companies must be listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, and publishing a complete annual report and GCG report during period 2014-2018. To analysis the data, this research used Moderated Regression Analysis by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Operating Cost of Operating Income have a significant yet negative effect on Profitability. while Non Performing Loan have a non significant and negative effect on profitability. Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loan and Operating Cost of Operating Income that moderated by Good Corporate Governance have a significant and positive effect on Profitability.Keywords : Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Operating Cost of Operating Income, Good Corporate Governance, Profitability.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the low level of discipline inkindergartens in Pematang Village, BatangPeranapSubdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is related to the role of father and child interaction.This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of interaction between father and child aged 4-5 years with discipline, in Pematang Village Kindergarten ofBatangPeranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.The type of this research is correlation with quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used were observation sheets and questionnaires. The population was 30 children and 30 parents. Based on the results of calculations using the Chi Square formula, the samples set in this study were 30 children and 30 parents. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. Data analysis technique uses correlation test from Chi Square with IBM SPSS Ver.22 program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing obtained there is apositive and significant relationship between the role of interaction between father andchild aged 4-5 years with discipline in the Pematang Village Kindergarten inBatangPeranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. It can be seen that the results of the Chi Square formula obtained a value of 10,556 with a probability of 0.023. Obtained a value of df = 2 at alpha 5% of 5.991. Then it is known that chi square counts (10,556)>(5,991) or probability (0,032) <0,05. This means that there is a relationship betweenthe role of father and child with discipline.Key Words: The role of father and child, discipline
