Abstract

Tenaga kerja yang bekerja di lingkungan kerja Industri Rumah Tangga juga dapat menimbulkan factor negative yang ada di tempat kerja yang meliputi factor fisik di lingkungan kerja seperti suhu, kelembaban dan pencahayaan yang tidak memenuhi syarat.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pencahayaan, suhu dan kelembaban di Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) kerupuk Baruna di Kelurahan Kebun Tebeng Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey deskriptif. Cara pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara langsung yaitu dengan melakukan pengukuran dengan menggunakan alat dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 3 ruangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa distribusi frekuensi pencahayaan di Industri Rumah Tangga Kerupuk Baruna sebagian besar (66,7 %) tidak memenui syarat dan distribusi frekuensi suhu dan kelembaban di Industri Rumah Tangga Kerupuk Baruna seluruh ruangan (100%) tidak memenuhi syarat. Bagi Industri Rumah Tangga diharapkan dapat menambah ventilasi didalam ruangan sehngga jalan masuknya sirkulasi udara dapat berjalan baik dan juga dapat menambah pencahayaan buatan seperti lampu disekitar ruangan.

Abstract

One of the proliferating centers of Qadiriyya Naqshbandiyya Sufi Order in Indonesia is Pesantren Suryalaya, Tasikmalaya, West Java. Much of the attention and interest is that the Tariqa Qadiriyya Naqshbandiyya (TQN) has generated outside Indonesia can be attributed not only to its formal institutional development but also to its spiritual growth. The latter phenomenon is that many visits by foreigners to the Pesantren out of curiosity and amazement for its teachings, as well as out of academic interest in its various activities. Of particular interest to Western observers is Pondok Inabah (the Healing Dorm) and its programs, due to its unique approach to rehabilitating drug-addicted youth. This research paper attempts to update the role of Pesantren Suryalaya to help and rehabilitate young generation from drug addiction. There are two main findings that will be discussed in the paper. The first is focusing on the initiator and the grand teacher of TQN, namely Abah Anom (KH Shohibul Wafa Tajul Arifin, d. 2011), who had founded Pondok Inabah and the methods of healing. The second will show that the psychological view, related to the TQN’s syllabus practiced in Suryalaya (Indonesia) and Kedah (Malaysia), has a significant role to rehabilitate the victims by using the method of interpersonal communication.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Modal Kerja, Efisiensi Perusahaan, Perputaran Hutang, Likuiditas, Perputaran Piutang terhadap Profitabilitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Properti, Real Estate dan Building Construction yang terdaftar di BEI 2015-2018. Sampel dipilih dari metode purposive sampling dan mendapatkan 34 perusahaan dari berbagai kriteria. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari website (www.idx.co.id). Riset ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah melalui aplikasi SPSS16. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa Modal Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas. Sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan, Efisiensi Perusahaan, Perputaran Hutang, Likuiditas, dan Perputaran Piutang tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas. Hasil riset diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan untuk menentukan Profitabilitas yang akan diambil dilihat dari faktor yang mempengaruhinya

Abstract

The No Slum City Program (Kotaku) is one of a number of strategic efforts of the Directorate General of Human Settlements of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing to accelerate the handling of slums in Indonesia and support the Movement 100-0-100, namely 100 percent universal access to drinking water, 0 percent of settlements slum, and 100 percent access to proper sanitation. The direction of the Directorate General of Cipta Karya's development policy is to build a system, facilitate local government, and facilitate the community (community based). The Kotaku program will handle slums by building a collaboration platform through increasing the role of local government and community participation. But the handling of the Kotaku program is experiencing problems because each community feels its area is the most priority for my city program. With the Decision Support System using Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method where this method of assessment is done by looking for weight values for each criterion, then a ranking process is carried out that will determine the best alternative priority projects to be worked on. That way the problems that occur in my city program can be resolved properly.

Abstract

PT. Fortuna Propertindo Indonesia as one of the companies engaged in the property sector should be able to utilize information technology in supporting various activities. Marketing carried out by PT. Fortuna Propertindo Indonesia is not conducted at any time, marketing is done by adjusting the work schedule of employees or when the booth is opened. Another problem is that a marketing employee can only serve one prospective buyer at any time. So, stand visitors must wait to be able to talk to the marketing employee if he is giving information to other prospective buyers. This of course caused a feeling of discomfort to the stand visitors. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for customers to find housing that is possible by displaying the type of house, house price, and housing location. The analytical method used is descriptive method and for the design method in this study using diagrams, designing interfaces to coding and databases using PHP, MySql, and Jquery, with the existence of a Housing Marketing Information System it is expected to help expand marketing reach to various regions and increase turnover sales of PT. Fortuna Propertindo Indonesia.

Abstract

Perpustakaan SD Negeri Krandon 1 Tegal sangat aktif dalam memberikan perhatian dan kepedulian terhadap optimalisasi kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Perpustakaan sekolah di SD Negeri Krandon 1 Tegal tersebut sudah cukup baik dalam menunjang pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, hal itu dapat dilihat banyaknya peminjaman buku Kesusastraan dan Bahasa Indonesia pada bulan Juli - September.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengambilan sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik “purpossive sampling” dengan subjek yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas 3, 4, 5, dan 6 yang karena cara pikir dan kematangan psikologis mereka sudah lebih baik  dalam dengan tujuan untuk menghilangkan kemungkinan terjadinya “kemencengan” (bias). Sedangkan objeknya adalah kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan di perpustakaan dalam rangka pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Sekolah SD Negeri Krandon  1  Tegal sebagai penunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar terutama mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Selain mewawancarai para siswa, peneliti juga mewawancarai pihak-pihak internal sekolah, serta mewawancarai ahli/pakar di dunia Bidang Ilmu Pendidikan dan Pakar Ilmu Perpustakaan terkait dengan Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Sekolah sebagai Sumber Belajar Bahasa Indonesia.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian serta menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perpustakaan di SD Negeri Krandon 1 Tegal sangat baik dalam  menunjang pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, dari segi sarana dan prasarana sudah  memenuhi standar perpustakaan  hanya ada beberapa sarana yang kurang lengkap. Referensi buku Bahasa Indonesia di SD Negeri Krandon 1 Tegal juga sangat lengkap sekali sehingga memudahkan peserta didik untuk mengerjakan atau menyelesaikan tugas-tugas yang diberikan oleh guru. Perpustakaan SD Negeri Krandon 1 Tegal sudah cukup baik sebagai sumber belajar, dilihat dari sarana dan prasarana, referensi Bahasa Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada kepala perpustakaan dan guru Bahasa Indonesia bahwa perpustakaan SD Negeri Krandon 1 Tegal sudah  layak karena sudah  memenuhi standar perpustakaan dan dapat menjadi percontohan perpustakaan Sekolah Dasar di seluruh kota Tegal.

Abstract

Objective: To obtain FGFR3 and p53 immunohistochemistry of PUNLM and UBC basic data profile. Material & Methods: This retrospective observational analytic study used a cross-sectional design on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) from patients diagnosed as PUNLMP and UBC then performed FGFR3 and p53 immunohistochemical staining. Statistical analysis of immunoexpression data using SPSS 24.0. Results: There are three main immunohistochemistry pattern profiles of PUNLMP and UBC in this research data, i.e. FGFR3+ p53+, FGFR+ p53- and FGFR3- p53+. There were no Cis sample obtained. FGFR+ was showed in PUNLMP, LG-PUC, HG-PUC, IUBC (pT1, pT2, pT3, pT4) with decreased percentage sequentially. As many as 51 of 54(94.44%) IUBC samples showed combination pattern with p53+ while 3 other samples were p53-. Conclusion: The FGFR3 and p53 immunohistochemistry profile, separately or as a pattern of combination, is in accordance with the oncogenesis molecular pathway of UBC.

Abstract

Increased food continues to be done annually. Rice is the staple food in Indonesia and also consumed by people outside Indonesia. Rice production is the enhanced production of rice paddy fields. Therefore, increased food security will support national development goals. One of the activities that support food security is by controlling wetland conversion. This study aims to determine what factors are causing the wetland conversion to non-agricultural use and how the impact of wetland conversion to rice production which is an element of food security. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, the location is determined intentionally (purposive) that Galing Integrated Agribusiness Complex Area, Galing Sub-District, Sambas District. Galing is one of Integrated Agribusiness Complex Area with rice as main commodity. The population in this study are all rice farmers (crop) in Integrated Agribusiness Galing Complex. While the sample total of 42 rice farmers. Factors that cause wetland conversion to non-agricultural use are price, survival of the plant, and cultural factors. While the impact of wetland conversion to rice production which is an element of food security are: 1) the reduction in the production of food crops, particularly rice, 2) reduction in paddy fields, and 3) reduced labor in agriculture, especially food crops.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) the bilingualism of the novel Love Sparks In Korea by Asma Nadia; (2) describe the implications of bilingual learning in the novel Love Sparks In Korea by Asma Nadia. This study uses a sociolinguistic study with a sociological approach, the data source comes from the novel Love Sparks In Korea by Asma Nadia, the data form in the form of speech fragments. Data collection techniques using the method of reading with reading techniques. The technique of presenting the results of the data analysis used is informal technique. Based on the results of bilingual studies found in the novel Love Sparks In Korea by Asma Nadia, they consist of (1) compound bilingualness totaling 5 data: 11.4%, (2) coordinative bounty totaling 9 data: 20.4%, (3) subordinative bilingualism totaling 30 data: 68.2%. The results of this study can be used as a reference in language learning activities in high school. Through this learning students are expected to be able to understand the various languages used daily, and have a positive impact on future lives
