Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the participation of Tirta Dharma Khatulistiwa Employees Cooperative Members in Pontianak City ". The method used is descriptive method in the form of case studies with a sample of 75 respondents from 1435 populations. The technique used is direct communication techniques, indirect communication techniques and documentary study techniques. The research tools used in the form of interview guides, questionnaires and documents. The results of the research conducted showed that: 1) That the types of dominant member participation in the Employee Cooperative Tirta Dharma Equator Pontianak, namely: a. Pay mandatory contributions in an orderly and orderly manner b. Saving voluntarily so that it will be able to increase cooperative capital c. Utilizing cooperative services in the form of using goods or services provided by cooperatives d. Utilizing cooperative loan funds by observing installments e. Attend meetings and meetings actively. 2) Forms of member participation include: a) Member participation in participating in RATs, b) Member participation in investments and c) Member participation in utilizing services provided by cooperatives. The three forms of participation of cooperative members are very instrumental in determining the success of a cooperative business. 3) Factors causing the low participation of members of the Tirta Dharma Employee Cooperative Pontianak City, most of the members of the Pontianak City Tirta Dharma Employee Cooperative felt less satisfied with the services provided by the management at the savings and loan business unit. Keywords: Members, Participation, of Cooperative

Abstract

The problem in this research is the tendency of low quality of production results. This symptom of the low quality of production is thought to arise in the form of consumer dissatisfaction with production or internal quality standards have not been met.Considering the importance of the above problems, between the maintenance of employees with the quality of production results have a strong connection, without the existence of good maintenance will not encourage employees to spend all their abilities for the organization in this case is in producing a good quality product. And vice versa if maintenance can run well will have an impact on improving the quality of production results.The research method used in this study is the survey method. Considering that this research intends to identify the dominant external and internal factors that influence labor maintenance and the quality of production, this research is a verification study, while the method used is descriptive analytic, which is a method to find the relationship between two phenomena.The calculation results obtained that between Maintenance of Workers with Quality of Production Results there is a very close relationship.Meanwhile, based on the results of the significance test, it was found that the quality of production results was influenced by labor maintenance and the rest was influenced by other factors not examined by the authors.From the description above, the writer can conclude that maintenance of labor has a significant relationship to the level of quality of production results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya hasil belajar siswa, khususnya dalam ranah psikomotor, yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru yang kurang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar psikomotor antara siswa yang diberikan demonstrasi pada metode kelas eksperimen, dengan metode yang diberikan pada tugas kelas dan pembacaan kontrol, kerajinan dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan pada Bahan KompetensiProses Berorientasi Produk, Keahlian Akomodasi Perhotelan (AE) siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experimental Design dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah total 74 siswa yang terdiri dari 38 siswa kelas eksperimen (XI AE 2), dan 36 siswa kelas kontrol (XI AE 3).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar psikomotor siswa dengan menggunakan demonstrasi belajar lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang menggunakan metode pemberian tugas belajar dan resitasi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perolehan nilai rata-rata N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen yang diperoleh rata-rata kontrol N-Gain 0,733019101 dan kelas 0692. Berdasarkan hasil nilai N-Gain dan hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan t-test (T-Test) yang menyatakan bahwa thitung ttabel, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara AEplikasi metode pembelajaran dengan AEplikasi metode pembelajaran demonstrasi tugas dan pembacaan.

Abstract

This study aims to know the Effect of Entrenchment Effects, Alignment and Independent Board of Commissioners toward Voluntary Disclosure of Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2017. The data used in this study are secondary data as many as 12 samples with 48 observations. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The method used to analyze the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is the multiple linear regression method and the classical assumption test. The results showed that the entrenchment and alignment partially has a negative and significant effect on Voluntary Disclosure of Automotive Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while independent commissioners have a positive and significant effect on Voluntary Disclosure of Automotive Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneously, the entrenchment, alignment and independent board of commissioners have a positive and significant effect on Voluntary Disclosure of Automotive Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

PT. Fortuna Propertindo Indonesia as one of the companies engaged in the property sector should be able to utilize information technology in supporting various activities. Marketing carried out by PT. Fortuna Propertindo Indonesia is not conducted at any time, marketing is done by adjusting the work schedule of employees or when the booth is opened. Another problem is that a marketing employee can only serve one prospective buyer at any time. So, stand visitors must wait to be able to talk to the marketing employee if he is giving information to other prospective buyers. This of course caused a feeling of discomfort to the stand visitors. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for customers to find housing that is possible by displaying the type of house, house price, and housing location. The analytical method used is descriptive method and for the design method in this study using diagrams, designing interfaces to coding and databases using PHP, MySql, and Jquery, with the existence of a Housing Marketing Information System it is expected to help expand marketing reach to various regions and increase turnover sales of PT. Fortuna Propertindo Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze investment and determine the optimal stock portofolio with single indexs method. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from 30 idx 30 companies accessed on www.idx.co.id, www yahoofinance.co.id, adnd www.bi.go.id, and obtained through documentation and library research study techniques. This study uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approache. The results of this study indicate that there are seven optimal companies because the ERB(expected return to beta) values are higher than the CI value of LPKR, PGAS, PTPP, SMGR, SRIL, UNTR AND SMGR.

Abstract

This research aims to find out mathematics creative thinking skill of students on independent learning assisted by E-learning. This mixed method used sequential explanatory design. There were 32 subjects of VIII C of Public JHS 1 Bodeh selected by high, moderate, and low Curiosity categories. The techniques of collecting quantitative data were creative thinking skill test and curiosity questionnaire. Technique of collecting qualitative data was done by interview based on curiosity questionnaire and critical thinking skill test result. The findings showed that creative thinking skill pattern reviewed by curiosity realized into high, moderate, and low variety categories. It was shown by six high curiosity students, 3 students whom equal creative level patterns. They met four indicators, such as fluency, reliability, originality, and elaboration. One student met fluency indicator. One student met reliability indicator and originality. One student met reliability and elaboration indicators. The same thing goes for moderate curiosity. There were 20 students. For of them had patterns which met four indicators, 6 of them met 3 indicators, 7 of them met two indicators, 2 of them met one indicator, and 1 of them did not meet any creative thinking skill indicators. There were six students with low curiosity whom had 2 patterns which met three indicators, 2 met two indicators, and 2 students did not meet creative thinking skill indicators.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify and analyze The Effect of ?One Stop Service?Quality Toward Applicant?s Satisfaction in Making Republic of Indonesia?s Travel Documents and Its Effect Toward The Image of Tasikmalaya Immigration Office ? Class Two Institution. The data collection was obtained through questionnaire and literature. The population in this research was Passport Applicants who applied in Tasikmalaya Immigration Office ? Class Two. The samples were determined based on 100 passport applicants. Metodology used was path analysis. In partially and simultanously, the result of research shows that ?One Stop Service? has  impact toward applicant?s satisfaction in making The Republic of Indonesia?s travel documents, and also has impact toward the impression of  Tasikmalaya Immigration Office ? Class Two.

Abstract

Penyediaan air bersih merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kegiatan di rumah sakit, mengingat bahwa rumah sakit merupakan tempat tindakan dan perawatan orang sakit maka kualitas dan kuantitas airnya perlu dipertahankan setiap saat agar tidak mengakibatkan sumber infeksi baru bagi penderita. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pemantauan dan pengelolaan kualitas fisik dan kimia air bersih di Rumah Sakit Rafflesia Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang menggambarkan pemantauan dan pengelolaan kualitas fisik dan kimia air bersih di Rumah Sakit Rafflesia kota Bengkulu menggunakan water test kit. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunujukan bahwa pada parameter fisik maupun kimia pada air bersih di rumah sakit Raflesia kota Bengkulu masih memenuhi syarat. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi tentang kualitas air bersih di Rumah Sakit Raflesia, terkhusus untuk ruang operasi dan instalasi Gizi.

Abstract

Latar Belakang:Paparan kebisingan dengan intensitas tinggi melebihi NAB yang di tetapkan pemerintah melalui KEPMENAKER No. 51/MEN/1999 (85 dB untuk paparan 8 jam kerja sehari) akan membahayakan kesehatan telinga tenaga kerja. Efek kebisingan dengan intensitas tinggi terhadap pendengaran berupa ketulian.Namun, kebisingan selain memberikan efek (auditory effects) jugadapatmenimbulkanefek (non auditory effects)dan efek ini bisa terjadi walaupun intensitas kebisingan tidak terlalu tinggi. Efek non auditori terjadi karena bising dianggap sebagai suara yang mengganggu sehingga respons yang timbul adalah akibat stres bising tersebut. Tujuan penelitian : Diketahui tingkat kebisingan di PT Roda Teknindo Purajaya Bengkulu Utara.dan diketahui keluhan stress kerja pada pekerja di PT Roda Teknindo Purajaya Bengkulu Utrara. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei analitik, dengan rancangan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian sejumlah 35 responden.Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pengukuran kebisingan dan pengisian kuesioner kelokasi kerja.Analisis univariat. Hasil: Dari hasil pengukuran kebisingan tertinggi diketahui rata-rata (Leq) 92,2 dB dan analisis data menunjukan bahwa hasil data frekuensi stress kerja lebih dari sebagian 18 (51,4%) pekerja mengalami stress kerjaringan. Saran: Diharapkan kepada perusahaan dapat memberikan upah yang sesuai sehingga membantu pekerja dalam pencegahan terhadap stres di tempat kerja,dan untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang baik.
