Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) the influence of online learning methods on learning outcomes; (2) the influence of student learning motivation on learning outcomes (3) the influence of online learning methods and student learning motivation on learning outcomes. This research applied quantitative research with correlational methods. The population in this study is all students of OTKP class IX at SMK N 1 Sukoharjo, especially for the 2021/2022 school year, which amounts to 107. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample count of 84 students. The data collection method is a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used prerequisite tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of online learning methods on the learning outcomes amounting to (tcount 2,981> table1,990) with significance (0.004 < 0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of student learning motivation on the learning outcomes, amounting to (tcount 3, 311> table 1,990) with significance values (0.001<0.05); (3) there can be a positive and significant influence between online learning methods and student learning motivation together on the learning outcomes (Fcount 14,739 > Ftabel 3,190) with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the local tax payment system through QRIS, the benefits, constraints, and solutions to problems in the implementation of QRIS. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data from this study were obtained from informants, locations, and documents, while the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, documents, and observations. The results show that the implementation of QRIS can facilitate taxpayer payment transactions so that they are more efficient, easy, and safe on the one hand without the need to queue at Bank Jateng and free of admin fees. Constraints to the implementation of QRIS are the habit of being served by village officials, the lack of dissemination from the village head to the taxpayer, and the fact that the server is still unstable. There is no solution to the problem of the habit of being served by village officials and the lack of dissemination from the village head to taxpayers, while the solution from an unstable server, namely BPKPD, coordinates with Diskominfo. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of local tax payments through QRIS is still not optimal.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the partial and simultaneous effects of self-awareness and peer environment on the disciplinary level of college students. This quantitative study used the correlational descriptive method. The sampling used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique and resulted in 60 students as the sample. The data collection employed a questionnaire. The data analysis used multiple linear regression and utilized IBM SPSS ver. 25.0. The result of the study revealed that: 1) X1 partially affected Y (tcount 2,122 > ttable 2,002) with a significance value of 0,038; 2) X2 partially affected Y (tcount 2,245 > ttable 2,002) with a significance value of 0,029; and 3) X1 and X2 simultaneously affected Y (Fcount 7,487 > Ftable 3,159) with a significance value of 0,001. The result of this study showed the multiple significance of X1 and X2 towards Y was affected by a value of 20,8%, and the rest of 79,2% was affected by the other variables that were not explored in this study.

Abstract

 This research aims to investigate: 1) the roles of the public relations division of the Indonesia Red Cross Society in Blora Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic; 2) supporting and barrier factors; and 3) the attempt to address the barriers. The approach of this research is qualitative, based on the type of case study. The data for this research are sourced from primary and secondary sources. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Interviews, observations, and documentation are used as data collection techniques. To test the validity of the data using triangulation. This research uses interactive model data analysis. Results of the research: 1) the roles of the public relations division, including a) communicator; b) relationship; c) backup management; and d) corporate image; 2) supporting factors, namely: a) good cooperation with the external public; b) the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Constraints, namely: a) lack of coordination; b) the level of participation of a person in blood donation activities have decreased and the community has not complied with health protocols; c) lack of human resources to manage PMI communication media; 3) efforts to overcome obstacles, namely: a) routine coordination; b) routine socialization regarding the prevention of COVID-19; and c) employee recruitment.

Abstract

The research aims to determine (1) the Implementation of correspondence practice in a new normal era, (2) obstacles to the implementation of correspondence practice, (3) efforts to overcome obstacles to the implementation of correspondence practice of the OTKP program. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative case study approach.  Sources of research data from informants (Students, Correspondence Teachers, Heads of OTKP Programs), events (implementation of correspondence practices during the new normal period of the pandemic), and documents (school profiles, correspondence materials). The sampling technique uses snowball and purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documents. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation, and methods. Data analysis techniques using Miles & Huberman interactive models. The results of the study showed: 1) The implementation of correspondence practice learning during the new normal period at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta has been carried out by planning and preparing before the implementation of the practice begins, but the application of the practice has not been implemented optimally. 2) Learning barriers: a) Submission of material has not been maximized due to limited learning infrastructure, b) requires time to adjust the learning environment, c) passive student response, d) lack of practical learning time, e) scheduling of practical classes have not been maximized. 3) Efforts to overcome: a) Repeating the material, b) Using supportive learning media, c) The use of office labs is optimized, d) an active approach in students, e) Setting practice schedules.

Abstract

The research aims to determine: 1) there is or not the effect of work discipline on employee performance at CV Iniide, 2) there is or not the effect of work facilities on employee performance at CV Iniide, and 3) there is or not the effect of work discipline and work facilities together on employee’s performance at CV Iniide. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population in this research were all employees at CV Iniide, which amounted to 58 employees. The sample in this research amounted to 58 employees at CV Iniide. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The result of this research showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at CV Iniide with = 4,285 (α = 5%), 2) there was a positive and significant effect of work facilities on employee’s performance at CV Iniide with  = 4,145 (α = 5%), and 3) there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline and work facilities together on employee’s performance at CV Iniide with = 33,633  (α = 5%).

Abstract

Information and communication technology development in the Industrial Revolution era 4.0 caused changes in existing systems in society and government. The use of information and communication technology in the government system, especially in terms of Public Services to the community, becomes more effective, especially during a pandemic that limits the dimension of service space. E-Government used by the government can facilitate the process of submitting services from the public to the government. The author chose the Regional Government of Sragen Regency because Sragen Regency has received an award in the best of the best e-government Award 2007 from Warta Ekonomi. The author focuses on the implementation of e-government in regional devices, especially the Cooperative and SME Office of Sragen Regency, based on the results of a study of the implementation of E-Government by the Regional Government of Sragen Regency has not been implemented in all regional devices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of dynamic e-archive governance at the Purwodadi Subdistrict Office, (2) identify the obstacles, and (3) identify the efforts made to overcome the obstacles. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The sources of this study include Dynamic e-archive management, informants, and documents (Purworejo Regent Regulation, SIKD website, and filing results). The sampling technique is purposive and snowball sampling. Direct observation, face-to-face in-depth interviews, and documents in the form of writings and pictures collected data. The validity test technique used triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis techniques: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results are as follows: First, dynamic e-archive governance starts from conventional archives, then dynamic e-archive management with conventional archive input into electronic archives in the SIKD website. Second, in dynamic e-archive governance, there are obstacles, namely employees only consisting of one employee, minimal facilities and funds, no schedule in media transfer, filings still stored randomly, and the last training in 2017. Third, the efforts made overcome obstacles by opening internship opportunities, maximizing existing facilities, and starting to compile and organize filing files.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) whether there is an influence of leadership on employee motivation at the BPN Office of Boyolali Regency, 2) whether there is an influence of work culture on employee motivation at the BPN Office of Boyolali Regency, and 3) whether there is the influence of leadership and work culture on employee motivation at the BPN Office of Boyolali Regency. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in the study amounted to 121 people and a sample of 93 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Test the validity of the instrument and test the reliability using Cronbach`s Alpha coefficient. The analysis used to test the research hypothesis uses the SPSS 15 for Windows application, namely multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on work motivation as evidenced by tcount > ttable, namely 2.590 > 0.239 and a significance value of 0.011 which is less than 0.050; 2) there is a positive and significant effect of work culture on work motivation as evidenced by tcount > ttable, namely 5.256 > 0.486 and a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.050; and 3) there is a positive influence of leadership and work culture on work motivation as evidenced by the F test statistical value of 30.239 with a significance of 0.001 which is less than 0.050.

Abstract

The research aims to know: (1) the effect of internship on work readiness of class XII OTKP at Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar; (2) the effect of the role of counseling guidance teacher on work readiness of class XII OTKP at Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar; and (3) the effect of internship and the role of counseling guidance teacher on work readiness of class XII OTKP at Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar. This research used descriptive quantitative methods. The research population is all students of class XII OTKP. The sampling technique used saturation sampling with 72 students as samples. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and document analysis. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with analysis prerequisite test, the normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The result of the research shows that: (1) internship has a positive and significant effect on work readiness (tcount 5,504 > ttabell1,99495); (2) the role of counseling guidance teacher has a positive and significant effect on work readiness (toount 2,050 > ttabel 1,99495); and (3) internship and the role of counseling guidance teacher has positive and significant on work readiness (Fcount 22,025 > Ftable,13).
