Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk (1) mengetahui kualitas produk, harga produk, emosional konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen produk hand sanitizer; (2) mengetahui hubungan kualitas, harga dan emosional konsumen pada produk hand sanitizer; (3) mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga produk, dan emosional konsumen terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk hand sanitizer buatan Fakultas Farmasi UBP Karawang baik parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 224 orang dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 70 orang. Hasil penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas kualitas produk dalam katagori baik, harga tergolong murah, emosional konsumen memiliki kriteria sangat tinggi dan konsumen merasa sangat puas terhadap produk hand sanitizer Fakultas Farmasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa antar variabel kualitas produk, harga produk dan emosional konsumen memiliki korelasi yang kuat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis parsial, hanya variabel harga produk dan emosional konsumen yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan variabel kualitas produk, harga dan emosional konsumen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen hand sanitizer buatan Fakultas Farmasi UBP Karawang. Diharapkan Fakultas Farmasi UBP Karawang dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk hand sanitizer sehingga dapat bersaing di pasaran, selain itu tingginya skor emosional konsumen dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mempromosikan produk hand sanitizer terutama melalui e-Wom.

Abstract

Abstrak Penyebaran wabah pandemi Covid-19 di negara Indonesia yang semakin cepat memang merubah interaksi antara bisnis dan pelanggan. Adanya kebijakan dari pemerintah terkait Covid-19 ini berupa larangan keluar masuk negara Indonesia, social distancing dan stay at home pada akhirnya merubah perilaku konsumen yang awalnya bebas melakukan transaksi bisnis maupun perdagangan yang secara offline berubah menjadi online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah para ibu rumah tangga wilayah Anjun melakukan pembelanjaan secara online disaat pandemic. Dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 100 responden ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Anjun, Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 83% responden sudah memiliki pengetahuan mengenai pembelanjaan online, sebanyak 72 % ibu rumah tangga di Anjun melakukan pembelanjaan secara online di masa pandemi, dan 52 % nya melakukan pembelanjaan online lebih dari dua kali dalam sebulan. Dengan alasan kesehatan dan menghindari tertularnya virus corona. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa banyak para konsumen atau pelanggan yang akhirnya merubah perilaku belanjanya menjadi online untuk menghindari wabah ini dan memudahkan dalam memperoleh barang-barang yang dibutuhkannya. Abstract The increasingly rapid spread of the covid-19 pandemic outbreak in Indonesia has indedd changed the interaction between businesses and customers. There is a policy from the government regarding covid-19 in the form of a ban on entering and leaving the country of Indonesia, social distancing and staying at home in the end changing the behavior of consumers who are initially free to carry out business transaction or trade which turn offline to online. This study aims to determine whether yhe housewives of the Anjun region shop online during the pandemic. This quantitative descriptive study involved a sample of 100 housewives in Anjun, Karawang district. The results showed that 83% of respondents already have knowledge about online shopping, as many as 72 % of housewives in Anjun shop online during the pandemic, and 52 % shop online more than twice a month. For health reasons and avoiding contracting the corona virus. So it can be concluded that many consumers or customers have finally changed their shopping behavior online toavoid this outbreak and make it easier to get the goods they nedd. Abstract

Abstrak Peningkatan sosial ekonomi keluarga, maka kecenderungan pola makan pun akan mengalami perubahan. Sosial ekonomi keluarga juga memiliki korelasi dengan frekuensi membeli makanan diluar rumah yang cenderung mengandung lemak yang tinggi. Secara global, sebanyak 42 juta anak mengalami overweight pada tahun 2015 dan angka kegemukan di Indonesia sekitar 10,8% pada tahun 2013. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran sosial ekonomi keluarga dalam menanggulangi kesehatan anak di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder Riskesdas 2013 dengan desain studi deskriptif verifikatif dimana sampel penelitian sebanyak 49.620 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 14,5% anak mengalami overweight dengan sosial ekonomi keluarga menengah atas (kuintil 4) sebesar 23,9%. Artinya hampir ¼ anak usia 10-12 tahun di Indonesia berada pada keluarga dengan sosial ekonomi yang lebih dari cukup. Dibutuhkan peran keluarga yang solid untuk mengontrol pendapatan yang tepat guna untuk meningkatkan kesehatan anak. Kata kunci: Overweight, Sosial Ekonomi Keluarga, Anak Abstract Increasing the family's socioeconomic, then the tendency for eating patterns will change. The socioeconomic family also has a correlation with the frequency of buying food outside the home which tends to contain high fat. Globally, as many as 42 million children were overweight in 2015 and the obesity rate in Indonesia was around 10.8% in 2013. The purpose of this study was to determine the socioeconomic role of families in tackling children's health in Indonesia. This research uses Riskesdas 2013 secondary data with a descriptive verification study design in which the research sample is 49,620 children. The results showed that 14.5% of children were overweight with upper middle family socioeconomic (quintile 4) of 23.9%. This means that almost ¼ children aged 10-12 years in Indonesia are in families with more than enough socioeconomic. A solid family role is needed to control appropriate income to improve children's health. Keywords: Overweight, Family Socio-Economic, Children

Abstract

ABSTRAK Citra yang baik merupakan faktor pendukung utama keberhasilan suatu institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk mampu mempertahankan keberadaannya serta mengembangkan berbagai programnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan kualitas lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dosen, kualitas layanan serta hubungan dari ketiga variable dalam membangun citra fakultas dalam sebuah perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada fakultas ekonomi dari dua fakultas yang ada di dua universitas yang ada di Jakarta dan di Karawang. Populasi adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang ada di seluruh fakultas tersebut. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 255 orang yang diambil secara proporsional stratified random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan distribusi frekuensi, analisis rentang skala dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variable memiliki modus kinerja yang baik, hubungannya positif sangat signifikan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dosen, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam membangun citra fakultas di perguruan tinggi. Kata Kunci: Ligkungan Kerja, Kompetensi Dosen, Kualitas Layanan, Citra Perguruan Tinggi ABSTRACT A good image is the main supporting factor for the success of a higher education institution to be able to maintain its existence and develop its various programs. The purpose of this study is to explain the quality of the work environment, lecturer competence, service quality and the relationship of the three variables in building the image of the faculty in a university. This research was conducted at the two faculties of economics in two universities in Jakarta and in Karawang. The population is all students in all faculties. The number of samples was 255 people who were taken proportionally with stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by frequency distribution, scale range analysis and multiple regression analysis. The analysis result shows that all variables have a good performance mode; the positive relationship is very significant. This study explains that the work environment, lecturer competence, service quality has a positive and significant effect in building the image of the faculty in higher education. Abstract

ABSTRAK Ketatnya persaingan dompet digital memacu ShopeePay untuk terus berkembang dengan memaksimalkan program promosi, diantaranya dengan mengetahui karakteristik pengguna ShopeePay sebagai dompet digital pada Generasi Z. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 166 mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Buana Perjuangan (UBP) Karawang angkatan 2019 – 2021 dengan kriteria Generasi Z dan pengguna aktif aplikasi ShopeePay. Hasil analisis didapatkan karakteristik pengguna ShopeePay pada Generasi Z yaitu memiliki rentang usia 19-22 tahun, dominan berjenis kelamin perempuan dan mahasiswa regular Perguruan Tinggi. Memiliki rata-rata pendapatan < Rp 1.000.000 per bulan. Frekuensi transaksi ShopeePay sekitar 1-5 kali dalam sebulan, dan rata-rata jumlah pengeluaran transaksi kurang dari Rp 500.000/bulan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Teknologi internet berkembang secara massif di Indonesia. Perannya juga semakin penting dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan seperti sosial, ekonomi, dan politik. Hal ini ditunjukan dari jumlah pengguna internet yang meningkat setiap tahunnya di Indonesia. Baerdasarkan hasil survey dari Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII) jumlah pengguna mengalami kenaikan setiap tahunnya, hingga kuartal II tahun 2020 naik menjadi 73,7% dari populasi atau setara 196,7 juta pengguna. E-Commerce menjadi bisnis yang memiliki peluang cukup besar dikarenakan perubahan gaya hidup membeli produk melalui online, terutama oleh generasi milenial dan jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia yang kini sudah hamper mencapai 200 juta pengguna. Fenomena Korean Wave melalui drama, film dan musiknya serta Brand Ambassador saat ini menjadi trend strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh banyak perusahaan (www.scmp.com, 2014). Shopee dan Tokopedia sama-sama memaksimalkan fenomena “Korean wave” atau hallyu Wave serta Brand Ambassador yang sekarang semakin ramai di kawasan Asia Tenggara dan tidak terkecuali juga di Indonesia sebagai strategi pemasaran. Untuk menaikan brand-nya agar lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat Indonesia, Shopee memilih girlband Blackpink sedangkan Tokopedia memilih boygrup BTS yang sama-sama berasal dari Korea Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan iklan elektronik antara 2 e-Commerce besar di Indonesia yaitu Tokopedia dan Shopee. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan uji-t sampel independen. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini adalah 100 pelanggan dari kedua e-Commerce. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam antara Brand Ambassador Tokopedia dan Shopee. . Kata kunci : e-Commerce, Brand Ambassador, Internet

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital world, one of which is marked by changes in traditional transactions to digital transactions through digital wallets (e-Wallet). E-Wallet competition in Indonesia is quite tight, ShopeePay has decreased its position in terms of the most frequently used e-Wallet in 2020 and 2021. So it is necessary to do further research as an effort to increase e-Customer Satisfaction through e-Service Quality variables and e-Trust especially among Generation Z as a characteristic that is close to the digital world. The study was conducted on 166 students of the Management Study Program at the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang class of 2019 – 2021 who are Generation Z and active users of ShopeePay. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study explain that e-Service Quality and e-Trust have a significant effect on e-Customer Satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The higher the e-Service Quality and e-Trust provided by the company to consumers, the higher the e-Customer Satisfaction for Generation Z users of the ShopeePay application e-Wallet.

Abstract

The current era of globalization requires business actors to be innovative and think creatively in developing their businesses so that they are not inferior to their competitors. Of the many businesses that are emerging today, one of the most popular businesses is the coffee shop business. Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop, Telukjambe east Karawang branch is a coffee shop that is currently trending among millennials. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the existing business strategy at Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop, Telukjambe east Karawang branch. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method and analyze it using SWOT analysis. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data, where primary data was obtained from observations and in-depth interviews related to business strategies at Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop, Telukjambe east Karawang branch to the research subject. The results of the SWOT analysis and the SWOT matrix show that Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop Telukjambe Timur Karawang is in Quadrant 1, where the company is in a very profitable situation. Coffee shops have opportunities and strengths so they can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth oriented strategy). And in the IE matrix analysis, this business is included in the quadrant II business unit strategy where the business enters the growth and development stage.

Abstract

The presence of the national fertilizer industry can not only make a significant contribution to the development of the agricultural sector, but also has an impact on the development of other sectors, such as the chemical industry and other service industries. PT. XYZ is a subsidiary of PT. Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company which is engaged in the national fertilizer industry. The NPK 30-6-8 product is a product of the Retail Sales Department at PT. XYZ. Recently, the Retail Sales department carried out a promotional activity called One Day Promo (ODP) for NPK 30-6-8 products. The purpose of this study was to examine the evaluation of the implementation of the One Day Promo carried out by the Retail Sales department in increasing sales of NPK 30-6-8 products. The method used in this research is a descriptive approach and data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of the One Day Promo (ODP) could not be said to be effective because the results of the activity only increased by 5% and after the activity the sales again decreased drastically. In addition, it was found that the factors causing the decline in sales after ODP were carried out were due to an increase in the price of fertilizer production, causing product prices to rise, limited stock availability, low selling power of farmers, low application of these products to farmers, and the absence of budget support.

Abstract

PT Triguna Pratama Abadi is a company that manages and destroys hazardous and toxic B3 waste. In addition, the company also produces B3 waste, for example paper-producing waste that is used as scrap paper for egg holders and contaminated soil waste into red bricks, not only that this company is also a medical waste destruction company whose scope can be from outside the city of Karawang. This business feasibility analysis activity is one of the efforts in providing alternative policies for processing and collecting B3 waste. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not a company is feasible. With descriptive research methods and literature, the results of the analysis of the economic feasibility of processing activities are as follows, NPV Rp. 239.029 million, IRR 183% B/C value 14.28 and PBP 2 years. And the analysis of the economic feasibility of collecting activities is obtained as follows, NPV Rp. 445.269 million , IRR 238% B/C value 1.61 and PBP 7 years. With these results, a decent result is obtained in the economic activities of B3 waste management and collection at PT Triguna Pratama Abadi.
