Abstract

Abstract: Employee is an important aspect that determines the success of a company to become more competitive in global business environment. This research aims to analyze the factors that drive employee productivity in main office of PT. Bank SulutGo Manado. This is a quantitative descriptive research and used factor analysis as the measurement tool. The sample size of this research is 100 respondents who worked in PT. Bank SulutGo Main Office Manado. Convenience sampling was used by collecting data through questionnaire. The result revealed that There are three most dominant out of twenty factors. There are Manager Attitude, Leadership, and Role Congruity. These three factors are most dominant from twenty factors that has been tested, which are Experience, Employee Satisfaction, Work Environment, Work Processes, Employee Welfare, Employee Performance, Motivation, Salary, Incentive, Rewards, Manager Attitude, Supervisor Support, Leadership, Skill, Career Development, Role Congruity, Work Discipline, Job Aids, Performance Feedback, and Goal Setting) of employee productivity in PT. Bank SulutGo, which are Manager Attitude, Leadership and Role Congruity. Based on communality test, the highest value is Manager Attitude, followed by Leadership and Role Congruity. Keywords: employee productivity, factor analysis

Abstract

Lifestyle behaviour also the activity of people that has been doing repeatedly by the people and it can be changing depend to the lifestyle and sometimes it may become people’s habit. It also can affect by the social activity or by the environment that affect the people. The aim of this study is to analyze how is lifestyle behaviour of movie theater consumer as college student and what are the factors that effect lifestyle behaviour and the objectives is to know how is the lifestyle behaviour on movie theater consumer and what factors that effect lifestyle behaviour. In order to achieve these objectives the researcher got information from 15 informants using qualitative study which is in-depth interview and uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results showed that Lifestyle Behaviours on Movie Theater Consumer of University student is a Lifestyle that very common, very interesting, modern, and positive, this kind of lifestyle of watching movies in Cinema has come naturally, and the university students that part with this research are very happy with the existence of the movie theater or the Cinema, through the development tehnology in this era, it leads people especially university student to come to Cinema for watching movie, The recomendation For the Cinema, it is more better to keep improving the service and always provide a good movie that could educate all the univesrsity students. Keywords: lifestyle behaviour, movie theater consumers

Abstract

Small and medium businesses are one of the informal sectors.In wooden traditional house industry, the sale is one risk will influence the profit gained to predict the risk that may occur it needs analysis of risk. The factor that cause these among others are human natural a technical factors.Why risk should be managed? The answer, that is because the risk of containing costs is not small. Direct losses from these events are the financial loss caused by the burning of assets (eg building, equipment, materials). The wooden traditional house  industry in Woloan obtains three principal factors that could impede the course of this business. This research uses descriptive analysis and risk analysis, calculated using poissonmethods,as a sample of the research 15 respondents.The result in wooden traditional house industry in Woloan found that those most at risk are difficult acquisition of raw materials (wood). The craftsman and the owner of wooden traditional house in Woloan, should manage the risk especially for difficult acquisition of wood, so in the sequel, the craftsman can produce a product on time for industry survival. Abstract

Abstract: Human resources is an important asset for a company or organization, with the existence of employees it helps to achieving the vision and mission. Employee competencies can be seen from KSA, such as knowledge, skill and abilities and each employees have differences one to another it is also happen for knowledge, skill and ability of the employees. Employees of the company are lack in understanding the work, difficult to adjusts the work due the educational background is not related with the work, not able to interact well with each other related with the work, can't determine how to complete a task properly, unable to take the initiative to do the work and unable to work under pressure. This research is aims to find the influence of employee knowledge, skill and ability to team performance at PT. Equityworld Futures Manado. Causal analysis type and used random sampling technique with 73 respondents. This research used multiple linear regression to test the data. The results shows variables of knowledge, skill and ability has influence to team performance at PT. Equityworld Futures Manado. The company have to improve the human resource department, the company have to focus more in recruiting new employees in order to find competent employees. Keywords: knowledge, skill, ability, team performance

Abstract

Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) 60 penyesuaian 2012 adalah merupakan standar yang mengatur pengungkapan instrumen keuangan. Standar ini sangat mempengaruhi rincian pengungkapan informasi perbankan Indonesia tentang aset keuangan di dalam laporan keuangan, sebagai industri yang sangat teregulasi, diduga tingkat kepatuhan Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI)  untuk menerapkan standar tersebut adalah tinggi. Aset keuangan terdiri dari tersedia untuk dijual, dimiliki hingga jatuh tempo, pinjaman yang diberikan dan piutang, dan aset keuangan yang diukur pada nilai wajar melalui laba rugi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah bank BRI dalam mengungkapkan aset keuangan telah sesuai dengan PSAK 60 penyesuaian 2012. Metode penelitian adalahdeskriptifkualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bank BRI dalam pengungkapan aset keuangannya sudah sesuai dengan PSAK 60 penyesuaian 2012tetapimanajemen belum menerapkan pengungkapan gagal bayar dan pelanggaran. Sebaiknyamanajemenbank BRI menerapkan keseluruhan dari PSAK 60 penyesuaian 2012 sesuai dengan standar yangtelah ditentukan. Kata kunci : bank, pengungkapan, instrumen keuangan

Abstract

Abstract: Nowadays, the rapid developments of technology makes the internet users continue to increase time to time. It is also supported by the ease of customer accessing the internet through mobile phones, computers, and other media. This makes online purchases in Indonesia greatly improved in recent years. This increase of the users makes the right promotion by using TV advertising. The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of TV advertising towards consumer buying behavior withdrawing taking e-commerce Shopee Indonesia as its case study. This research is causal type of research which uses primary data that obtained through questionnaires and uses Ordinal Regression Analysis. The population that observed is people in Manado who have experienced using Shopee Indonesia with 80 respondents as the sample size. The result of this study shows that credibility, interactivity and informativeness have significant impacts on consumer buying behavior. In contrast to entertainment that have no significant impact on consumer buying behavior. Although the advertising that made by Shopee Indonesia can be categorized successful in introducing its products to customer. Shopee Indonesia should improve their promoting strategy through e-commerce in order to attract the customer by good TV advertising to make the customer to purchase.Keywords: consumer buying behavior, credibility, interactivity, entertainment, informativeness

Abstract

PPh pasal 21 merupakan pajak terutang atas penghasilan yang menjadi kewajiban Wajib Pajak untuk membayarnya. Penghasilan yang dimaksud berupa gaji, honorarium, tunjangan dan pembayaran lain dengan nama apapun sehubungan dengan pekerjaan, jasa atau kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Wajib Pajak orang pribadi dalam negeri. Undang-Undang yang dipakai untuk mengatur besarnya tarif pajak, tata cara pembayaran dan pelaporan pajak yaitu Undang-Undang No.36 tahun 2008. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 dan akuntansi atas honorarium pegawai tidak tetap pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Dotulolong Lasut. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yaitu membahas masalah dengan cara mengumpulkan, menguraikan, menghitung, membandingkan dan menjelaskan suatu keadaan sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan yang meliputi perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 dan akuntansi atas honorarium pegawai tidak tetap. Hasil penelitian di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Dotulolong Lasut bahwa terdapat kekeliruan dalam  perhitungan PPh Pasal 21, sehingga terjadi selisih kurang bayar yang mengakibatkan negara mengalami kerugian. Karyawan pada bagian administrasi perundangan yang baru mengenai perpajakan dan lebih teliti atas perhitungan potongan gaji karyawan supaya tidak terjadi kesalahan pembayaran gaji pada karyawan. Abstract

Abstract : One major benefit of e-business is the ability to more efficiently manage the supply chain. Many companies are using e-business and its related components to facilitate supply chain management. The firms are realizing a variety of benefits such as information integration, planning synchronization, workflow coordination and new business model. The purpose of this study is to analyze e-business towards supply chain process. Case Study on Fashion Online Shop in Manado and if those variables are already been applied at the business. This research is using qualitative approach through interview. The population of this research is 10 owners of fashion online shop in Manado. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that e-business toward supply chain measured by information integration, planning synchronization, workflow coordination and new business model have a positive effect against the fashion online shop. Based on the result, by using the components of e-business, companies can work directly with suppliers and manufacturers, allowing them to eliminate the intermediary costs of distributionKeywords : e-business, supply chain process

Abstract

Abstract: The indicators for measuring entrepreneurial knowledge in this study were obtained through the documentation of entrepreneurship subject grade in Faculty of Economics and Business students. This study takes an object of research at UKM Unsrat. Entrepreneurial knowledge can shape the mindset, attitudes and behaviors of being a true entrepreneur. Establishing them to choose entrepreneurship as a career choice as well as family experience with a business that is significant to the interests of entrepreneurship, educational entrepreneurship at the same time. This research was processed by multiple linear regression methods with the number of respondents 142 students, from a total of 220 students as the population found from the results of regression equation that Entrepreneurial independent variable (X1), Family and Business Experience (X2) and Entrepreneurship Education (X3) have a positive and significant influence and can be concluded, namely Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Family Experience and Business, Positive Entrepreneurship Education, significant with student entrepreneurship. Suggestion: given the Entrepreneur Knowledge and Family Experience With Business and make a significant contribution to Student Entrepreneurial Interest at UKM Unsrat, then UKM Unsrat must pay attention to these factors. Keywords: entrepreneur knowledge, family experience with business, entrepreneurial education, interest in student entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The development of the hotel and tourism business in Indonesia has increased in recent years. The hospitality industry is one of the facilities which support the success of tourism. The hospitality industry is developing very fast, not only in Indonesian but also entire world and they does not only using hotel as a place to stay while on vacation, but also for business purposes, seminar, and exhibitions. North Sulawesi as one of the region in Indonesia that has a lot of tourism potential. Aston Manado Hotel is one of the hospitality service provider companies that prioritizes service to their customers. This research aimed to analyze the service quality and price towards customer satisfaction. The population of this research is the Aston Manado Hotel customers with sample size as many as 50 respondents. The finding resulted shows that service quality has a positive and significant effect towards customer satisfaction. In a sense, it is proven that customer satisfaction influence and correlate with service quality.
