Abstract

This study aimed to describe the prevalence, effectiveness of the use of teaching materials developed, and find out the difference of student learning outcomes using teaching materials with those who do not use the developed teaching materials. This research method used Research and Development (R D) with the population of 184 students. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique of 60 students divided into control and experiment group. This Research was done in SD Negeri 7 North Metro. Data were analyzed using N-Gain test, and t-independent test. The result of the research showed that the realization of valid scientific based thematic teaching materials, effective teaching materials used to improve learning outcomes with N-Gain increase of 0.37 medium category, and there are differences in the results of fourth grade students. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kevalidan, efektivitas penggunaan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan, dan mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan bahan ajar dengan yang tidak menggunakan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (RD) dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak 184 orang siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 60 siswa yang dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen. Tempat penelitian di SD Negeri 7 Metro Utara. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji N-Gain, dan uji t-independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terwujudnya bahan ajar tematik berbasis saintifik yang valid, bahan ajar yang efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan peningkatan N-Gain sebesar 0,37 kategori sedang, dan ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD.Kata kunci:bahan ajar, tematik, saintifik

Abstract

This study aimed to produce a product in the formof inquiry-based IPA learning module on the magnetic material that is interesting, easy to use, and effective. The type of research used was Research and Development (RD). The population was a grade V students of SDN I Sidodadi. Sample was 40 people. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. The results showed that the inquiry-based IPA learning module material is proper to be used based on material test and design expert soit car be interesting , easy to use, and effective as media learning based on normalized gain calculation, equal to 0,67 with medium category.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi gaya magnet yang menarik, mudah digunakan, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Populasi adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Sidodadi. Sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran IPA berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi gaya magnet layak digunakan berdasarkan uji ahli materi dan desain, serta menarik dan mudah digunakan, serta efektif sebagai media pembelajaran berdasarkan perhitungan gain ternormalisasi, sebesar 0,67 dengan kategori sedang.Kata kunci: bahan ajar, modul, gaya magnet.

Abstract

This Research was purpose to develop learning in form of handout, analized the benefit, the easy, the advisability, and the effectiveness of the teching to foster the students learning outcomes. The research development which referred to Borg and Gall theory. The population of this research included 255 students of grade IV in Radin Intan II area, Way Tuba, Way Kanan. The samples of this research were the IVth grade students of SD N 01 Suma Mukti as control class (before) and also as experiment class (after) used the learning materials. The researcher gave questionnaire to get data about the benefit, the ease, and the advisability of the teaching learning materials. And, the researcher also gave test to assess the effectiveness of the materials by using t-test. The result, namely: materialized the learning materials based on discovery learning; and have fully benefit, ease, and advisability which shown by the teachers positive responses; the learning materials are effective, it can be seen from the students learning outcomes. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangakan bajan ajar berupa handout, menganalisis kemanfaatan, kemudahan dan kelayakan serta efektivitas bahan ajar untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian Pengembangan ini merujuk pada teori Borg and Gall. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 255 siswa kelas IV SD dabin Raden Intan II, Kecamatan Way Tuba Kabupaten Way Kanan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 01 Suma Mukti sebagai kelas kontrol (sebelum) sekaligus kelas eksperimen (sesudah) menggunakan bahan ajar. Data diperoleh melalui lembar angket kemanfaatan, kemudahan dan kelayakan, serta soal tes. Uji efektifitas penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu: terwujudnya bahan ajar berbasis discovery learning; memiliki kemanfaatan, kemudahan dan kelayakan dilihat dari respon guru yang positif; dan bahan ajar ini dinyatakan efektif meningkatan hasil belajar.Kata kunci: bahan ajar, discovery learning, hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The aims of this research were to produce a student worksheet product problem based learning model on science learning in style materials that is interesting, easy and useful and effective on student learning outcomes. The method of this research was research and development (RD) using ADDIE learning design model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluation). The study population was the fourth grade of SDN 2 Teluk Betung which is 54 students and 28 students taken as samples by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection tools used questionnaires and multiple choice questions. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques.The result of the research showed that: 1) worksheet model development of problem based learning is effective to apply, 2) worksheet model of problem based learning stated very easy, interesting and useful, 3) worksheet is effectively that seen completeness of student learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk lembar kerja siswa (LKS) model problem based learning pembelajaran IPA materi gaya yang menarik, mudah dan bermanfaat serta efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah research and development (RD) menggunakan model desain pembelajaran ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement dan Evaluation). Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Teluk Betung yang berjumlah 54 siswa dan sampel 28 siswa diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan lembar angket dan soal pilihan ganda. Analisis data menggunakan teknik kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) LKS model problem based learning yang dikembangkan layak digunakan, 2) LKS dinyatakan sangat menarik, mudah dan bermanfaat, 3) LKS efektif dilihat dari ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: model problem based learning, LKS, pembelajaran IPA

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) analyze the potential for developing student work sheet; (2) describe the attractiveness, easiness, and expediency of developing student work sheet. The research used research and development approach with step including research and collect information, planning, preliminary product development, preliminary trial, revise first product, first trial, and revise operational product. The collected data uses test and questionnaire. The research data was analyzed as descriptive and T-Test. The result of the research show that 1) the student work sheet is effective to be used as the guide of IPA student work sheet in material the characteristic of light by seeing the improving the result of student learning, with gain average 0,58, 2) the student work sheet is efficiency to be used by looking at the less time that was used in this learning than the time that was needed with the efficiency value 1,4, and 3) the student work sheet is interesting to be used by looking at the result of interesting test the student work sheet with percentages average 81%.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis potensi untuk pengembangan LKS dan (2) mendeskripsikan kemenarikan, kemudahan dan kemanfaatan pengembangan LKS. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan tahapan meliputi penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan, pengembangan produk pendahuluan, uji coba pendahuluan, revisi terhadap produk utama, uji coba utama, revisi produk operasional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) LKS efektif digunakan sebagai panduan LKS IPA materi sifat-sifat cahaya dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, dengan rata-rata gain 0,58. 2) LKS efisien digunakan dilihat dari lebih sedikit waktu yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran jika dibandingkan dengan waktu yang diperlukan, dengan nilai efisiensi 1,4 dan 3) LKS menarik digunakan dilihat dari hasil uji kemenarikan LKS dengan rata-rata persentase 81%.Kata kunci: IPA, LKS, model inkuiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan efektivitas pengetahuan inkuiri guru dalam pembelajaran sains, dan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan konsep ilmu pengetahuan alam melalui pemodelan.  Peneliti sebagai model dan guru Sains sebagai siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Quota Sampling yaitu pengambilan unsur sampel secara sembarang sampai terpenuhi jumlah yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada empat puluh orang guru SD di Kota Bandar Lampung yang dilaksanakan dari Juli sampai Agustus 2014. Guru yang dilibatkan berasal dari SD yang berlokasi di kota, semi-kota dan pinggiran-kota Bandar Lampung. Variabel yang diamati yaitu; konsepsi awal, hasil belajar, dan kemampuan inkuiri. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui tes, dan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui kuesioner, dan dianalisis dengan statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kemampuan konsep sains guru yang menerapkan pembelajaran inkuiri secara signifikan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kemampuan konsep sains guru yang menerapkan pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

This research aims to validate the PJBL-STEM-based natural disaster mitigation worksheet assisted by Micro: bit that has been developed. Validation was carried out by three experts, two of whom were academic experts in the field of education, and the other person was a teacher as a practitioner expert. The validation results show that the worksheet developed is very valid. The content validity of the worksheet obtained an average validity percentage weight of 89.1%, which was categorized as very valid; this shows the vital relevance of the content to learning objectives related to mitigating natural disasters due to global warming. The validity of the language aspect obtained an average weighted percentage of validity of 89.6%, which is categorized as very valid and shows excellent language quality and communication skills. Finally, the media and design's validity consists of cover and content aspects. The cover design received an average validity percentage of 93.5%, and the content design obtained an average validity percentage of 91.7%, so both are categorized as very valid. This confirms that the design of the worksheet, both the cover and the presentation of the contents, is perfect. These findings highlight that these worksheets maintain high-quality content, language, and design standards.
