Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of brand equity, reference groups and brand preferences simultaneously and partially on the decision to choose a management study program at FEB Unisma. The population using management students of FEB Unisma TA class 18/19 & TA 19/20 known numbers are recorded at the Education Ministry as many as 6,412 students. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling techniques that have been calculated using the Slovin formula totaling 99 respondents. Analysis using multiple linear regression models. The results of this study indicate that brand awareness is partially significant influence on decision making, brand association partially influences decision making, impression of brand quality partially on decision making, brand loyalty partially on decision making, reference group partially on decision making, and Brand preference partially influences significantly on the decision of choosing. Simultaneously the results of this study are brand awareness, brand association, brand quality impression, brand loyalty, reference groups and brand preferences significantly influence the decision to choose a management study program at FEB Unisma. Keywords: brand awareness, brand association, brand quality impression, brand loyalty, reference groups, brand preferences and decision to choose

Abstract

 AbstractAbstract               The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on repurchasing interest with perceived value as an intervening variable. The population and sample in the study were GrabExpress users in Lowokwaru District with respondents as many as 100 people. Data collection by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 16. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and the data testing techniques used in this study included validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and path.                The results of this study state that service quality and brand image have a significant positive effect on perceived value, service quality and brand image have a significant effect on repurchase interest, perception of value not positive which cannot mediate service quality to repurchase interest while perceived value has positive effect towards repurchasing interest that can mediate brand image Keywords: Service Quality, Brand Image, Repurchase Interest, and Value Perception

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of Country of Origin and Word of Mouth on the decision to purchase Samsung smartphones in the Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang. This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approaches. Malhotra theory is used to take samples, namely the number of items x 5 so that a total sample of 90 people is found.To solve the proble in this study, using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classic assumption test. research using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. 0 The results of this study are the Country of Origin and Word of Mouth variables influence simultaneous purchasing decisions, partially the Country of Origin and Word of Mouth variables influence the Samsung Smartphone Purchasing Decisions at the Faculty of Business Economics, a Islamic University of Malang.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorse which consists of visibility, credibility, attraction and power towards the brand image of Pond's face soap energy charge. The method used in this study is quantitative with a sample selection of 74 users of Pond's face soap energy charge. The technique used in sample selection is purposive sampling, Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale.Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of linear regression tests using SPSS tools. Based on this study, states that the credibility variable has a significant effect on brand image (p-value 0,000 <0,05) and attraction variable have a significant effect on brand image (p-value 0,009 <0,05) while the visibility variable has no significant effect on brand image (p-value 0.621 <0.05) and the power variable does not significantly influence the brand image (p-value 0.726 <0.05). The simultaneous variables of visibility, credibility, attraction and power have a significant effect on brand image (p-value 0,000 <0,05). The coefficient of determination (R2) with a gain of 0.584. Thus it can be concluded that the influence of independent variables is 58%. Keywords : Celebrity Endorse, Brand Image, Pond’s Men Energy Charge.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of service quality and price on customer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable of Cus-Cus Cafe Malang. The population and samples are Cus-Cus Cafe Malang customers, 92 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 16. The sampling technique uses the explanatory research method and the data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis, t test, and sobel test.               The results of the analysis show that service quality and prices in partial tangible, service quality have a significant effect on satisfaction and prices have no significant effect on satisfaction, service quality and prices have a direct effect on loyalty, service quality variables indirectly influence customer loyalty and satisfaction as intervening variables and prices indirectly have a non-significant effect on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to: (1) identify and analyze direct evidence variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and the advantages of the iB Hasanah Savings product simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang, (2) Know and analyze the evidence variables. direct, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy partially affect customer satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang, (3) Know and analyze how the advantages of iB Hasanah Savings products partially affect customer satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang. Population and sample of customers of PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang, amounting to 100 customers. Collecting data using a questionnaire. By using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The variables of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and superiority of the iB Hasanah Savings product simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang. (2) The variables of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy partially affect customer satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Malang. Abstract

ABTRACKThis study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and experiential marketing on word of mouth through satisfaction with Banyuwangi Red Island tourism. This research was held in Malang city. The sampling technique used was sampling purposive technique. Respondents in this study were Banyuwangi students who were in Malang city with a total of 90 respondents. This research is quantitative research and data analysis method using path analysis. The results of this study indicated  that partially service quality and experiential marketing variables indirectly have a non-significant effect on word of mouth, service quality and experiential marketing variables have a significant positive effect on satisfaction smaller than 0.05 or 5%.Keywords: service quality, experiental marketing, word of mouth, saticfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to discuss the effect of ease of use, service quality, price and promotion of grabfood customer satisfaction in communities in the lowokwaru sub-district of Malang. using non-probability techniques with purposive sampling sampling techniques with special criteria. of the total population of 194,521 inhabitants of the lowokwaru sub-district of Malang city, 100 respondents were eligible. Data analysis in this study using SPSS 17. Application data used in this study include multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that simultaneous ease of use, service quality, price and promotion variables influence customer satisfaction. While the results of the t-test analysis revealed that the ease of use, servant quality, price and promotion variables had a significant influence on customer satisfaction.Keywords: Ease of Use; Service Quality; Price; Promotion; Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Prices and Facilities on Consumer satisfaction on KM passenger ships. Napoleon route Kendari-Wanci (Case Study of PT. Aksar Saputra Lines) partially or simultaneously. The population and sample were all KM economy class passengers. Napoleon which numbered 96 passengers. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in the study using SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using non probability sampling is purposive sampling. The criteria of respondents in this study were KM economy class passengers. Napoleon route Kendari-Wanci. The testing technique of retrieving the data used in this study includes the instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test.                The results of the analysis show that partially the reliability variable does not significantly influence customer satisfaction. While partially the responsiveness, assurance, empaty, price and facilities variables significantly influence customer satisfaction. Simultaneously shows that the realibility variable responsiveness, assurance, empaty, price and facilities significantly influence customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Facilities and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the impact of Sales Promotion and Store Atmosphere towards Impulse Buying through consideration of Positive Emotion at Superindo Tlogomas Malang. This research will be conducted by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents which are consumer of Superindo. Quantitative analysis with path analysis analysis model method were used for the technical analysis.The results of this study indicate that the sales promotion influence positively and significantly related to impulse buying, store atmosphere affect positively and significantly related to impulse buying, positive emotion in a positive and significant impact on impulse buying.Keywords: Sales Promotion, Store Atmosphere, Impulse Buying.
