Abstract

Industrialization is one of the ways taken by the government to increase economic development which aims to increase the number of job opportunities. The role of an industry is very important in the industrialization process. Not only the large industrial sector, the small and medium industrial sector (IKM) also has an important role in absorbing labor in order to reduce unemployment. This research was conducted to determine the absorption of labor in small and medium industries in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands due to the factors that influence it, such as the number of IKM, the value of working capital investment and the UMP level. The data used in this study are secondary data for the period 2010-2019 which were obtained from the Department of Industry and Trade of Bangka Belitung Province. The results of this research show that the number of small and medium industries and investment has a significant effect on the employment of small and medium industries in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province and both have a positive relationship. This study has an accuracy level of 98 percent and the remaining 2 percent is influenced by other variables that are not included in the equation model.

Abstract

Introduction: Acne vulgaris (acne) is a non-infectious skin condition that is very common and often comes in dermatological practice. Because acne often appears chronic and can last for years, safe and effective long-term therapy is needed. Given the increasingly frequent antibiotic-resistant bacteria and the severity of the consequences if there is resistance, dermatologists are needed to maximize the use of non-antimicrobial therapy when treating patients with acne. Objective: To find out which oral non-antibiotic drugs can be used for acne vulgaris therapy Method: The article was prepared using the literature review method, involving 32 literature sourced from books and journals. Results: The emergence and potential transfer of antibiotic resistance in skin microorganisms is of current concern in treatment especially in the context of dermatology where long-term treatment with antibiotics. Remarkably, non-antibiotic therapy in the form of isotretinoin - non-antimicrobial retinoids is effective in reducing or eradicating anaerobic Propionibacterium acnes that is causally involved in the pathogenesis of the Acne vulgaris complex. Discussion: In this review of the literature we present data on the effects of the proper use of non-antimicrobial therapy for acne. There are various topical and oral treatment options that can be used gradually according to the severity and therapeutic response of the patient. Non-antimicrobial treatments can be very good at controlling acne, especially when used as maintenance therapy. While antibiotics have a role in the treatment of acne, they should not be used as monotherapy, and the use of old antibiotics is not recommended. Abstract

This research is important to know supply chain management related to raw material inventory, especially in the food industry in small UMKM. The goal is to understand supply chain management for the procurement of raw materials. In this qualitative research method, the population and sample in the study obtained are those who are mentioned as respondents. In this qualitative research method, the sample and population in the study were found to find which one was mentioned as the respondent. Then the data collection technique in qualitative research is by interviewing. The object of this research is the respondent from SCM Aceh Fried Chicken (AFC) in Deli Serdang. This supply chain management has an effect on a very adequate supply of raw materials and good quality with excellent supply chain management will obtain a supply of raw materials and can meet the needs and demands needed at Aceh Fried Chicken in Deli Serdang. The AFC needs to continue to improve the management or governance of the UMKM supply chain so that raw materials are always sufficient and available whenever needed

Abstract

Sexual violence is an act of coercion or threats from the perpetrator to the victim to perform sexual activity. Victims of sexual violence are used as objects to satisfy lust. Sexual crimes are not only committed by people far away but those closest to them can also be perpetrators. The impact of this sexual violence victim leaves a deep mental wound and the memory of being raped will never be forgotten. Sexual violence in Indonesia is an emergency and will only escalate if left unchecked. Therefore, this journal research aims to determine the causes, impacts, and therapies used to heal trauma victims of sexual violence in minors. The research method used in writing this journal is a qualitative descriptive analysis with case studies. From the results of the analysis, it is found that 1. Overcoming the trauma of sexual violence in mental health, therapy can be done through play therapy to express emotions that disturb the victim's mind and relieve anxiety and child trauma. 2. Provide social encouragement. 3. Reporting to the authorities.

Abstract

AbstractCatfish (Pangasius sp.) is one of the freshwater fishery commodities that have high economic value. Catfish rapidly decays, so an alternative is needed to extend its shelf life, such as Bekasam fermented products. Bekasam is traditionally processed with the addition of salt and carbohydrates. Carbohydrates serve as an energy source for lactic acid bacteria. Bekasam was made from fish mixed with salt and carbohydrate sources, then fermented 5, 7 and 9 days. The treatments were different carbohydrate sources consisting of boiled rice (N), roasted rice (B) and roasted paddy (P). The N treatment was better based on its texture (soft texture). Bekasam treatment B was better based on its appearance (attractive yellow appearance). Bekasam treatment P was better based on its aroma (has a unique aroma from roasted paddy).Keywords: bekasam, carbohydrate source, fermentation, organoleptic

Abstract

BIPA is currently increasingly in demand by other nations. In addition to learning the language, BIPA students are also introduced to Indonesian culture. Indonesian culture is important and needs to be known by BIPA students so that they can understand well the cultures that exist in Indonesia. One of the BIPA learning media that can be used in learning the language and introducing Indonesian culture is through song. Indonesian songs can be in the form of an archipelago folk song that has many cultural values and moral messages or character values. This research is a descriptive study and the source of data in this study are folk songs of the archipelago. The form data is in the form of words that contain an introduction to basic vocabulary for BIPA learners. Data collection techniques are carried out by observing notes. The results of this study obtained a description of the archipelago's folk songs that can be used as Indigenous digital-based BIPA learning media. The folk songs of the archipelago include Soleram, Cut the Goose Duck, My Goats, Come on Mama, Injit-Injit Ants, and Ondel-ondel. The folk songs of the archipelago can be used as BIPA learning media for basic BIPA learners who are just at the stage of getting to know the basic vocabulary and getting to know Indonesian culture

Abstract

In this article, a multi-link internet reverse charging (IRC) scheme model in a multi-service network with the addition of a bundling strategy is proposed. Reverse charging schemes in multi-link and multi-service networks are rarely discussed in previous studies. This financing scheme is designed with the aim of maximizing service provider profits by minimizing internet usage costs. The basic cost and satisfaction level of the service provided by the ISP is focused on this effort. The model formed in this study is a Mixed Integer Non-Linear Programming (MINLP) model that is completed using software LINGO 13.0. This problem comprises two cases, when α case as a parameter and β as a parameter and or variable with sub–cases increases in usage based financing schemes. Thus, the results obtained can be a consideration for ISPs in determining the price of services that can support an ISP. The updated IRC model provides a more optimal solution than the original IRC model.

Abstract

Work stress is the main indication that results in physical and mental disruption of every human being, which results in affecting Occupational Health and safety (K3). Occupational Safety and health (K3) is one of the most important aspects in the implementation of a construction project, it is because a construction project involves a wide range of resources. The purpose of the study was to identify factors that influence occupational stress on Occupational Health and safety (K3). This research method is a literature study by examining several journals related to the relationship of work stress with Occupational Health and safety (K3). Data collection techniques by collecting several previous studies to identify what factors cause occupational stress on Occupational Health and safety (K3). The data obtained were analyzed using index and variance values (to determine the ranking of each factor). The results of understanding several journals related to the relationship of stress with Occupational Health and safety (K3) showed that the factors were short time targets, too many jobs, large levels of difficulty, high work pressure, work environment conflicts, unclear instructions, communication errors, unfair treatment, inappropriate salaries, feelings of boredom and boredom, work environment discomfort, family environment conflicts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality at the Domora Fresh bakery, Tanjung Morawa. The sample of this research is consumers who buy at the research object as many as 91 consumers. By using the SPSS analysis tool while the analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The suitability test using the t test was carried out to test the effect partially between the independent variables and the dependent variable with the assumption that other variables are considered constant. The results of the study show that the quality of products and services influences the purchasing decision of the object of research. It is also seen that the two dependent variables have a big role in increasing consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah bahwa Desa Mata Pao kurang transparan terhadap pengelolaan dana desa dimana tidak ada akses yang memungkinkan masyarakat untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan APBDes dan akuntabilitas mengenai pengelolaan dana desa seperti tidak adanya website dan papan informasi desa, serta masyarakat yang tidak terlalu kritis terhadap proses pengeloaan dana desa dikarenakan kurangnya musyawarah seperti sosialisasi mengenai pengeloaan dana desa terhadap program-program desa.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan dana desa pada Desa Mata Pao. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik dokumentasi dan wawancara , kemudian disesuaikan dengan indikator Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 mengenai pengelolaan dana desa dan dituangkan dalam bentuk teks. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi di Desa Mata Pao sudah sesuai berdasarkan indikator dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 tentang pengelolaan dana desa, akan tetapi ada beberapa yang tidak sesuai dengan hasil observasi dilapangan baik dari akuntabilitas dan transparansinya.
