This research was conducted to determine what factors influence the selection of MKJP methods in Bulugunung Plaosan Village, Magetan Regency. The difference with other similar studies lies in the method, selection of influence factors used the Difficulty-Usefulness Pyramid (DUP) method. This study was a descriptive study involving 64 women of family planning Non-MKJP participants in Bulugunung Plaosan Village, Magetan Regency from January to May 2020. The data analysis used the calculation of the mean score of difficulty and usefulness for each element of the MKJP and calculated the range starting from the mean difficulty score up to the mean usefulness score. Focus group discussion method has been used to determinate of elements. The elements that were categorized as high priority were availability of family planning services, service fee of family planning, and communication, information and education of family planning. Keywords: elements; long-term contraception method; Difficulty-Usefulness Pyramid

Method: This model was developed with a cros sectional design involving physical capital, human capital, social capital, community empoweredness, and “alert village” success. The research subjects were 216 implementers of “alert village” in Panekan Sub-district, Magetan District, selected by cluster sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, then analyzed using structural equation modeling based on partial least square. Result: The success of “alert village” wass influenced by: 1) physical capital with total effect of 0.105360; 2) social capital with total effect 0.774022, 3) community empoweredness with total effect 0.952891. Analysis: The success of “alert village” was determined by a direct determinant of community empoweredness and two indirect determinants of physical capital and social capital. Discussion: In the model of community empowerment in the implementation of “alert village” in Panekan Sub-district, the success of “alert village” was determined by 2 main factors in sequence, namely: 1) community empoweredness that included the ability to identify and develop potential, identify and prioritize problems, solve the problem; 2) social capital that included social network, level of trust between people, obedience to norm, caring for others, and involvement in implementation. Data based on questionnaires and anthropometric measures of weight/size were compared to the z-score. Data analysis, both bivariate and multivariate. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the level of knowledge was p = 0.011, parents' income was p = 0.006, education level was p = 0.414, toddler's Dietary pattern  was p = 0.010, and parenting pattern was p = 0.003. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge, income, dietary pattern, parenting and nutritional status of toddlers and there is no relationship between education and nutritional status of toddlers. Keywords: knowledge; income; education; Dietary pattern ary habits; parenting; nutritional status for toddler

Abstract

Early marriage can cause several negative impacts, including vulnerability to incidents of domestic violence, an increased risk of dying during pregnancy and childbirth, and cutting off opportunities to continue education. By looking at some of the negative impacts as described above, prevention of early marriage is a very important effort in order to improve the reproductive health of the nation's future generations. That is why efforts to reduce the rate of early marriage are one of the main programs in the Department of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection in Blitar Regency, Indonesia. In order to participate in increasing the achievement of the aforementioned program, it is necessary to conduct a study to describe the achievement of the program to reduce the early marriage rate in Blitar Regency, so that in turn a recommendation can be proposed for improving strategies so that a reduction in the rate of early marriage in Blitar Regency can be realized in next year. This study is a descriptive study that aims to describe the achievement of the “Population, Family Planning and Family Development” program of the Department of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection of Blitar Regency, in 2018, especially efforts to reduce the rate of early marriage. This study was conducted during November 2018 in the working area of the Department of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection in Blitar Regency. The variable in this study is the age of marriage. Data was collected through a documentation study of secondary data in the form of raw data that is already available at the Department of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection of Blitar Regency. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, which consisted of the proportion of incidence of early marriage according to month-based time, prediction of the proportion of incidence of early marriage in the future (month-based), and the proportion of early marriage incidence according to sub-district-based clusters. The results showed that: 1) the proportion of the incidence of early marriage from month to month was not much different, with irregular fluctuations, 2) based on the proportion of early marriages per month, a trend line was drawn in the form of a polynomial equation, namely: y = 0.0011x2 - 0.0123x + 0.1357, 3) the average incidence of early marriage was 11.01, the sub-districts that had a high proportion of early marriage were Udanawu, Srengat, Kademangan, Bakung, Kanigoro, Garum, Sutojayan, Wlingi and Selopuro Districts. Furthermore, it was concluded that early marriage in Blitar Regency has an increasing trend, with a striking difference between sub-districts with the highest and lowest incidence of early marriage.
