Abstract

This study aims to produce products in the form of LKPD SPLDV material, and Know the response of educators to LKPD on SPLDV material. The method of this research is Research and Development (R D) based on ADDIE model Stages performed only from stage 1 to stage 5 that is from analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The result of the material expert test on the content quality aspect obtained the average score of 3.67 with very good criteria, on the aspect of the accuracy of the scope obtained the average score of 3,167 with good criteria. Expert test media on LKPD size aspect got the average score 4 very interesting, skin design aspect LKPD got average score 3,66 with the good criterion, design aspect of LKPD got average score 3,4167 with good criterion. Expert tests obtained an average score of 3.22 with good criteria. In the small group trial of students in the attractiveness, test obtained an average score of 3.57 with interesting criteria, large group trials of students in the attractiveness test obtained an average score of 3.56 with interesting criteria. From some of the above data, it can be concluded that LKPD developed into good criteria and get a good response for the learners.

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan keteladanan dan kedisiplinan guru mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam menciptakan karakter peserta didik. Peran tersebut begitu nampak pada pola pendidikan pesantren seperti di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 7. Dimana peserta didik (santri) berada di asrama bersama guru-gurunya selama 24 jam, sehingga apa yang dilihat, didengar, dan dikerjakan oleh santri dari gurunya merupakan unsur-unsur dalam pembentukan karakter santri. Untuk itu penulis mencoba mengkaji fenomena yang terjadi di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 7, yang mana keteladanan dan kedisiplinan guru sudah baik akan tetapi karakter santri khususnya santri kelas 1 masih kurang. Hal inilah yang menarik perhatian penulis untuk meneliti lebih lanjut. Dari uraian diatas, maka dapat dirumuskan masalah penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) Apakah terdapat pengaruh keteladanan guru terhadap pembentukan karakter santri Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 7? (2) Apakah terdapat pengaruh kedisiplinan guru terhadap terhadap pembentukan karakter santri Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 7? (3) Apakah terdapat pengaruh keteladanan dan kedisiplinan guru secara bersama-sama terhadap pembentukan karakter santri Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 7? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk:(a).Mengetahui pengaruh Keteladanan Guru di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor dapat mempengaruhi pembentukan karkter santri di PMDG Kampus 7 Kalianda Lampung Selatan.(b)Mengetahui pengaruh Kedisiplinan Guru dalam mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter santri di Pondok Modern Darsussalam Gontor Kampus 7 Kalianda Lampung Selatan.(3) Mengetahui pengaruh Keteladanan Guru dan Kedisiplinan Guru Secara bersama-sama terhadap pembentukan karakter santri Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 7 Kalinda Lampung Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 161 peserta didik dan sample penelitian sebanyak 148 peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengaruh Variabel X1 Keteladanan Guru memeliki pengaruh sebesar (0,511) 51,1% terhadap Variabel Y Pembentukan Karakter Santri, Pengaruh Variabel X2 Kedisiplinan Guru memeliki pengaruh sebesar (0,391) 39,1% terhadap Variabel Y Pembentukan Karakter Santri, maka Pengaruh Keteladanan Guru dan Kedisiplinan Guru memiliki pengaruh sebesar (0,552) 55,2% Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Santri. Abstract

Abstrak:  This study aims to find out what factors can affect the Remaining Operations in Bunga Tanjung Credit Cooperative and find out which factors are the most influential. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The data used in this research is secondary data. The independent variable in this study is the number of members, the number of deposits and the amount of capital, while the dependent variable in this study is the Remaining Results. Based on the test results obtained the number of members, the number of deposits, and the amount of capital have a significant effect simultaneously on the Remaining Results of the Bunga Tanjung Cooperative Credit Business in North Lampung Regency. Partially, the variable results of the number of members, the number of deposits and working capital have a positive and significant effect on the remaining results of the Bunga Tanjung Cooperative Credit Business Results in North Lampung Regency. While the value of R ^ 2 shows the number 0.924 which means that 92.4% of the change in residual results of operations is caused by the number of members, the number of deposits and the amount of capital. While the remaining 7.6% changes in the remaining results of operations are caused by other variables not included in this study. Keywords:  linear regression analysis, cooperative, remaining business result.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pemahaman konsep matematis berdasarkan model pembelajaran Probing-Promting menggunakan bahan ajar desain didaktis. Pada penelitian ini terdapat dua variable, yaitu variable bebas dan variable terikat. Model pembelajaran Probing-Promting menggunakan bahan ajar desain didaktis sebagai variable bebas dan pemahaman konsep matematis sebagai variable terikat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quisi Experimental Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Abung Timur. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis menggunakan uji ANOVA, terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Probing-Promting menggunakan bahan ajar desain didaktis terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa.

Abstract

The focus of this study was to determine the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on teacher performance was 54.9% while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the teacher's perception of the principal's managerial ability and work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze poverty using spatial models. The researchers also compared the Spatial Error Model (SEM) and Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). The comparison of the two models was based on the estimation evaluation criteria and the constructed spatial associations. Spatial regression is considered very appropriate to be used to model the relationship pattern between poverty and explanatory variables when the observed data has a spatial effect caused by the proximity between the observation areas. The spatial dependence of errors on observational data can be overcome using SEM, while the effect of heterogeneity of spatial variance can overcome using GWR.

Abstract

Digital printing is a procedure used to print patterns in modern printing using digital methods. In this study, what was discussed were banners, stickers, and invitations. This study aims to find the best method and obtain maximum profit resulting from production on CV Demangan Digital Printing by implementing the branch and bound method and the cutting plane method. The branch and bound method and the cutting plane method solve linear program problems with decision variables in integers. To help solve the case of optimizing the profitability of the digital printing business, the R software. Based on the results of the company's data analysis that has been carried out, it shows that the branch and bound method and the cutting plane method obtain the same maximum profit. The maximum profit obtained is Rp. 61.200.000 by producing 8000 meters of banners, 615 meters of stickers, and 500 invitations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the impact of the method (hypnoteaching) on problem solving and conceptual comprehension of learners. This research represents the kind of research quasy experimental design. The sampling technique used is a random sampling cluster. The population in this study is the entire class vii MTS sa raudlatul huda al-islamy. The samples in this study are vii classes and vii class. the tools used are the test of problem solving and concept understanding. The multivariate analysis of variant (manova) with its degree of significance: 0.05, and concluding (1) is influenced by methods (hypnoteaching) on the faculty's problem-solving ability (2) there is the influence of the method (hypnoteaching) on the ability of discerning the learner's concept (3) on the influence of the method (hypnoteaching) on the problem solving and comprehension of learners.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dalam pembelajaran matematika perlu dikuasai siswa guna menunjang proses belajar dan menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak model pembelajaran Blended Learning dengan pendekatan Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) berbantuan E-Learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Quasy Eksperimental Design dengan rancangan penelitian faktorial . Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji Analisis Variansi Satu Jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat dampak penerapan model pembelajaran Blended Learning dengan pendekatan Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) berbantuan E-Learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Model pembelajaran Blended Learning dengan pendekatan Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) berbantuan E-Learning memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa.

Abstract

This study measures how much the role of madrasah religious culture influences the discipline of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman Sekincau students in West Lampung by using the Mix Method and Sequential Explanatory Design, namely collecting and analyzing quantitative data in the first stage, then followed by collecting and analyzing qualitative data in the first stage. next. Based on the results of the study, the coefficient of determination is shown by R Square = 0.213 which implies that 21.3% of the variability of student discipline variables can be explained by the religious culture of the madrasa (X2), so it can be concluded that the influence of religious culture of the madrasa on student discipline is 21, 3%, while the remaining 78.7% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation that the lack of exemplary behavior of teachers and madrasah leaders makes it difficult for students to be disciplined, which then has an impact on negative (deviant) behavior. Therefore, teachers must instill, practice and familiarize Islamic values to their students and provide good role models to them.Keywords: Madrasa Religious Culture, Student Discipline
