Abstract

Studi ini akan menggambarkan dampak urban sprawl yaitu perkembangan tak terkendalisecara horizontal kearah pinggiran kota terhadap ketidak efisiennya mobilitas yang akanmempengaruhi pemilihan moda transportasi. Urban sprawl berdampak pada tidak effisiennyapengaturan sistem transportasi perkotaan, karena selain tidak tertatanya permukimanakibat kurang kontrolnya pemanfaatan ruang juga terjadinya pengelompokan atauperbedaan strata sosio-ekonomi yang akan berdampak semakin kompleknya permasalahanmobilitas (pergerakan) penduduk. Kondisi demikian akan berpengaruh terhadappemilihan moda transportasi yang berpihak pada pemilihan moda pribadi.Mobilitas merupakan suatu permasalahan transportasi perkotaan yang sangat pelik danperlu penanganan yang serius. Tujuan dari studi ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktorpertumbuhanyang tidak terkendali kearah pinggiran kota dan faktor-faktor yang yangmempengaruhi permasalahan transportasi yaitu pemilihan moda transportasi. Studi inimenggunakan pendekatan spasial (ruang) yaitu suatu pendekatan yang mempelajari hubunganinteraksi antara manusia dan lingkungannya. Untuk itu metode penelitian denganmetode deskriftif kualitatif-kuantitatif yaitu suatu metode dengan teknik wawan-cararumah tangga secara random proposional pada rumah tangga yang berbeda status sosialekonominya pada wilayah yang terkena proses urban. Adapun teknik analisisnya denganmenggunakan Crosstabulation untuk menggambarkan faktor-faktor yang mem-pengaruhiperkembangan kota dan pemilihan moda transportasi. Hasil dari studi ini bertujuanuntuk merekomendasikan penanganan problem transportasi perkotaan padaperkembangan kota-kota menuju kota Metropolitan.AbstractThis study will describe influence of growth of urban uncontrollably toward outside orwhich is often referred as by urban sprawl to moda choce. Growth of town into metropolitanarea need careful because besides affecting social segregasi also cause noteffisient mobility of suburban, because journey become long distance is resident activitystill concentration at downtown (core city) and also the happening of integration of eachtown also will complicate arrangement of urban transportation system. Purpose of thisresearch is to identify factors growth of urban uncontrollably toward outside its influenceurban sprawl to moda choce with a view to recommend handling of problems of transportationat metropolitan area. Approach method with approach of spasial pursuant tounderstanding of human being interaction with urban environment that is by studyingdynamics friction of resident in taking choice suburban residence and its mobility choicethat is choice of moda transportation. Method acquirement of data by using techniquemethod interview household by random proposional pursuant to strata of sosio-economiat region of suburban. Technique analyse by using analysis of crosstabulation statisticwith test of significan to describe factors influencing growth of urban and its influence tomoda choice. Result of from this research describe that growth of town toward townboundary of Semarang unegual and its surroundings its speed at some district exist instudy region. As for factors influencing growth of town besides aksessibilitas there issocial factor in the form of change of life style toward requirement of settlement withbalmy environment and requirement of transportation. Result of from this study is]expected useful for the day-dream of problems of urban transportation by integratingbetween operation of policy of settlement of settlement environment and policy ofoperation of transportation system at natural towns of metropolitan area.

Abstract

The aim of devotion is (1) designing the letter management basedon need analysis of school; (2) training in implementing the result of design; (3) arranging the classification of archive; and (4) implementing the electronic letter management. The main priority of devotion is providing knowledge about handling of incoming and outgoing letter. In addition, the dedication is realizing to create the good administration for school, so that it can be supporting the accountability of school with authentic document. The implementation of devotion through socialization and training about management of letter based on need analysis. To overcome the obstacles of implemention in handling letter, we would evaluate from mentoring activity.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Stenografi di kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran 2 SMK Negeri 1 Bangsri memiliki indikasi motivasi belajar yang rendah. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah adakah peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan media teka-teki silang dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah peningkatan motivasi dan hasil siswa. Prosedur penelitian ini merupakan siklus kegiatan yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dimana setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Instrument penelitian ini adalah soal evaluasi tiap akhir siklus, lembar observasi motivasi siswa, dan angket tanggapan siswa. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh hasil siklus I rata-rata motivasi siswa sebesar 57,35%, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 79,0%. Hasil belajar secara keseluruhan pada siklus I sebesar 62,2% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 86,5%. Kesimpulannya adalah penerapan media Teka-teki Silang pada pembelajaran Stenografi dengan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar  siswa. Student motivations in Stenography learning in class X Office Administration 2 are low. Problem in this research is there increase motivation and students learning outcomes after application of Cross Puzzle Media in Stenography Learning with STAD. Purpose of this research is known to motivation increases and students learning outcomes. The procedure of this research is a cyclical activity that consists of two cycles, in which each cycle includes planning, implementation of the action, observation, and reflection. The instruments of this study are evaluation sheets for the end of each cycle, observation student sheets, and the questionnaire. Based on the results, the first cycle shows that the average motivation is  57.35% , than it increase sto 79.0% on the second cycle. Whole learning outcomes in the first cycle is 62.2%, and  at the second cycle increases to 86.5%. Concluded that the application of Cross Puzzle Media in Stenography Learning with STAD has increased the students' motivation and learning outcomes of class X AP 2 of SMK Negeri 1 Bangsri.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil  observasi di SMK Negeri 1 Pemalang, diketahui bahwa mata diklat yang sulit bagi siswa adalah mata diklat Mengelola Peralatan Kantor. Kompetensi dasar dalam mata diklat tersebut yang masih dianggap sulit oleh siswa adalah Kompetensi dasar Menggunakan Peralatan Kantor. Salah satu faktor penyebab kesulitan siswa dalam belajar adalah kurang tepatnya model pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru. Berdasarkan fakta di atas maka dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yaitu melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran NHT. Rancangan  penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar. Siklus I menunjukan hasil penelitian yaitu rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 70,75 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 67,5% , keaktifan siswa 70,48%, kinerja guru 73,33%.  Penelitian siklus II menunjukan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 79,13 dengan kriteria ketuntasan klasikal 85%, keaktifan siswa 79,52% dan kinerja guru 80,83%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Mata diklat Mengelola Peralatan Kantor kompetensi dasar Menggunakan Peralatan Kantor dengan model pembelajaran NHT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, sehingga disarankan kepada guru agar menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT dalam pembelajaran Mata diklat Mengelola Peralatan Kantor untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Based on the observation in SMK N 1 Pemalang, it shows that the difficult subject for the students is Managing Office Equipments. The most difficult basic competence in this subject for students is Using office Equipments. One of the factors which causes the students’ difficulties is using the learning model inappropriately applied by the teacher. In line with the problem above, it needs an effort to improve the students’ achievement such as using NHT learning model. This research is an action research which is conducted on two cycles. The result of this research, shows that there is an improvement in students’ achievement. The first cycle, shows that the students’ average score is 70.75 its with classical passing score is 67.5%, participation of students is 70.48%, teacher’s performance in presenting lesson is 73.33%. Based on the  second cycle, it is showed that students’ average score is 79.13 with its classical passing score  is 85%, the participation of students is 79,52 % and teacher’s performance in presenting lesson is 80.83%. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the use of NHT learning model in teaching Managing Office Equipments basic competence can improve student’s achievement. There fore, the teachers are suggested to use this NHT learning model in their teaching in order top improve the student’s achievement for subject Managing Office Equipments.

Abstract

Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 26 siswa (72,22%) belum menerapkan 10 jarinya dalam mengetik naskah dan 22 siswa (61,11%) kelas X AP 1 hasil belajarnya masih rendah. Upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran mengetik manual, yaitu dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan media audio musik dalam pembelajarannya.  Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP 1 SMK Bakti Purwokerto Kabupaten Banyumas yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Rancangan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase 65,02% (23 siswa) dan pada siklus II sebesar 81,42% (29 siswa) dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Kemampuan siswa menerapkan sistem 10 jari buta dalam mengetik pada observasi awal sebesar 27,78% (10 siswa), pada siklus I sebesar 50% (18 siswa), dan 77,78% (28 siswa) pada siklus II. Ketuntasan klasikal ketepatan siswa dalam mengetik naskah pada observasi awal sebesar 83,33% (30 siswa), pada siklus I sebesar 63,89% (23 siswa), dan 80,56% (29 siswa) pada siklus II. Ketuntasan klasikal kecepatan siswa dalam mengetik naskah pada observasi awal sebesar 61,11% (22 siswa) meningkat 38,89% menjadi 100% (36 siswa) pada siklus I dan II.The problem found during the research are that 26 students (72,22%) have not applied 10 fingers yet in typing the documents and 22 students (61,11%) of the X AP 1 students still have low scores. To improve the students’ result in the learning of manual typing, an action research by using musical audio as the media in teaching and learning procedure was conducted. The subject of the study is the students of X AP 1 SMK Bakti Purwokerto of Banyumas Regency which consist of 36 students. The design of this study is an action research class with two cycles, each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. From the result of research, it can be said that the result of students’ activities for cycle 1 is categorized as high with a percentage of 65,02% (23 students). Next, the percentage of cycle 2 is 81,42% (29 students) and it is still also categorized as very high. The students skill in applying the system of 10 blind typing in the initial observation is 27,78% (10 students), in cycle 1 is 50% (18 students), and 77,78% (28 students) in the cycle 2. The completeness for classical accuracy of the students in typing the documents in the initial observasition is 83,33% (30 students); then in cycle 1 is 63,89% (23 students); and 80,56% (29 students) for cycle 2. The classical completeness speed of students in typing the documents in the initial observation is 61,11% (22 students). Then, it improves as much as 38,89% cycle 1, and 100% (36 students) for cycle 2.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media audio-visual filmstrip lebih efektif daripada pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI administrasi perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Demak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil postest kelas eksperimen (81,62) lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol (73,28). Penelitian juga didukung data yang berupa lembar observasi kinerja guru yang menunjukkan bahwa kinerja  tergolong baik dan hasil tanggapan siswa terhadap media tergolong cukup setuju. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media audio-visual filmstrip lebih efektif daripada pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kearsipan materi sistem nomor di SMK Negeri 1 Demak. The purpose of this research for known the influence of learning by using audio-visual filmstrip media more effective than conventional learning to increase the studying result on syistem numerical material of office administration at the Vocational High School 1 Demak. This result of this research showed that the average postest result of experiment class (81,62) higher than control class (73,28). This research is also supported by the data form the sheet of teacher observation andstudent’s questionaire based of the teacher performance is good and the student responses of the media is agree. According to the result of research could be concluded that learning by using the audio-visual filmstrip media more effective than conventional learning to increase studying result on archival learning of system numerical for class XI office adminstration at Vocational Administration 1 Demak.

Abstract

Kinerja guru yang baik tentunya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komunikasi organisasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja yang ada di SMP Negeri 16 Semarang. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tingkat kedisiplinan guru dalam mengumpulkan perangkat pembelajaran masih rendah, hal ini mengakibatkan proses kegiatan belajar menjadi kurang efektif karena materi, media, dan metode yang dibawakan timbul secara spontan, siswa memiliki sedikit pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan di sekolah, materi belajar pada buku sekolah masih terbatas, dan ruang kantor yang terasa panas dan gelap. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi dan angket. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dilihat dari uji Fhitung = 22,103 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga diperoleh Y = 5,502 + 0,121X1 + 0,232X2 + 0,145X3+ 0,116X4. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komunikasi organisasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru yaitu 66,8%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja guru secara parsial adalah komunikasi organisasi yaitu sebesar 17,47%, sedangkan untuk kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh lebih kecil yaitu masing-masing sebesar 11,69%, 11,35% dan 10,56%.Teacher’s performance is influenced by several factors, such as principal’s leadership, organization communication, motivation, and work environment. The initial observation showed that the problems of the teacher’s performance were: teacher’s discipline to gather the learn program still low, it was ineffective learning process because the material, media, and method were spontaneous, students have a little knowledge about entrepreneurship, the books are still limited, and a part of the teacher’s room was hot and dark. The data were colleted by documentation and questionnaire. The significance of the test equation as calculated from the F test was 22.103 with probability was 0.000 < 0.05, while the results Y = 5,502 + 0,121X1 + 0,232X2 + 0,145X3+ 0,116X4. The simultaneous influence of the principal’s leadership, organization communication, motivation, and work environment toward the teachers performance was 66.8%. The most influential variable toward the teachers performance at SMPN 16 Semarang was organization communication which partially influenced up to 17.47%. Whereas; the principal’s leadership, motivation, and work environment gave lower influence for 11.69%, 11.35%, and 10.56%.

Abstract

Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata keaktifan siswa kelas X AP 1 tergolong rendah yaitu hanya sebesar 52 %. Siswa di kelas tersebut cenderung pasif hanya beberapa siswa yang bertanya dan mengemukakan pendapat pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran 1 SMK Hidayah Semarang yang terdiri dari 18 siswa. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar  62,4% dalam kategori cukup aktif, rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 74,20 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 67%. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus II menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 72% dalam kategori tinggi, rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 79,62 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 72%. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus III menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 78,88% dalam kategori tinggi, rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 84,375 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 78%.Based on the initial observation, the data showed that the average students’ activeness of 10th grade students of Office Administration1 was less active, it was only 52%. Students were passive on the learning process because only several students who gave question and delivered arguments during the teaching learning proccess. Based on the background above, the questions of research were; 1) Did the implementations of Probing Prompting learning model improve students’ activeness? 2) The subject of this research was10th grade students of Office Administration I in SMK Hidayah Semarang, they were 18 students.. The data were collected by observation, documentation, and examination. The data were analyzed by classroom action research analysis and linear regression analysis.The result of cycle I showed that the average of students’ activeness was 62.4% which categorized on active enough, the average scor eof study result was 74.20 with classical completeness was 67%. The result of cycle II showed that the average of students’ activeness was 72% which categorized on highly active, the average score of learning result was 79,62 with classical completeness was 72%. The cycle III as the last cycle showed that the average of students’ activeness was 78.88% which categorized on highly active, the average of study result was 84.37 with classical completeness was 78%.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Pati pada kompetensi dasar memilih jenis penggandaan dokumen yang sesuai. Sampel  pada penelitian ini berjumlah 37 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa terjadi kenaikan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran dari siklus 1 dan siklus 2, dengan jumlah rata-rata siklus 1 (satu) mendapat skor sebesar 16 yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup dan pada siklus 2 (dua) naik menjadi 26,4. Dimana siswa sudah aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, sebagian besar siswa sudah banyak yang mengajukan pertanyaan dari materi yang menurut siswa belum memahami, siswa juga banyak yang mencatat poin-poin penting yang disampaikan pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar. The problem in this research is whether the model of learning Teams Games Tournament (TGT) can be increasing the activity of learning a student xi.administrasi offices in SMK Nasional Pati on the basis competence select the one doubling document accordingly. The samples on this research totalled 37 students. Data collection method documentation and interviews. Methods of data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. A descriptive analysis of the results showed that students in activity occurred in the study of cycle 1 and cycle 2, with the average number of cycles 1 (one) Gets a score of 16 was included in the category is sufficient and in cycle 2 (two) rose to 26,4. Where students have been active in the bengajar learning activity, most of the students there have been many who ask questions of material according to the students have yet to understand, many students also noted the key points presented in the teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Kesulitan belajar siswa perlu diketahui penyebabnya, agar dapat membantu memaksimalkan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa kelas X program studi administrasi perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal.(2) berapa besar kontribusi pengaruh yang diberikan oleh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa kelas X program studi administrasi perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor dan deskriptif persentase.Hasil analisis faktor menunjukan bahwa dari 17 variabel direduksi menjadi 16 variabel yang mengelompok menjadi 6 faktor baru yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar siswa antara lain yaitu (1) Faktor Pembelajaran sebesar 26,958%, (2) Faktor keadaan sekolah dan keluarga sebesar 12,168%, (3) Faktor kondisi jasmani dan rohani sebesar 10,048%, (4) Faktor lingkungan masyarakat sebesar 7,069%, (5) Faktor pergaulan sebesar 6,578% dan (6) Faktor kecerdasan sebesar 6,276%. Learning difficulties students need to know the cause, in order to help maximize student learning. This study aims to (1) determine the factors that influence the difficulty of class X student office administration courses at SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. (2) how much contribution the influence exerted by factors that affect students' learning difficulties in class X office administration courses at SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Data were analyzed using factor analysis and descriptive percentages. Results of factor analysis showed that of the 17 variables reduced to 16 variables grouped into 6 new factor affecting students' learning difficulties, among others: (1) Learning factor of 26.958%, (2) factors of school and family circumstances amounting to 12.168%, (3) physical and spiritual condition factor of 10.048%, (4) environmental factors society at 7.069%, (5) social factor of 6.578% and (6) the intelligence factor of 6.276%.
