Abstract

ABSTRAK : Investor dalam mengambil keputusan investasi dengan memperhatikan Nilai Perusahaan. Nilai Perusahaan dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan Price to Book value. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh Insider Ownership, Leverage dan Profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2013-2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni sektor perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Purposive Sampling yang berjumlah 15 perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa Insider Ownership ( ) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y). Sedangkan Leverage ( ) dan Profitabilitas ( ) berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Y). Berdasarkan hasil dari tabel koefisien determinasi, nilai adjusted R² adalah sebesar 0,434. Hal ini berarti kemampuan variabel independen yakni Insider Ownership, Leverage, dan Profitabilitas dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen yakni nilai perusahaan adalah sebesar 43,4%, sedangkan 56,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Insider Ownership, Leverage (DER), Profitabilitas (ROA), dan Nilai Perusahaan (PBV).

Abstract

Abstract: Internet has become important things in human lives. Nowadays, some of people added internet as their primary needs. Consumer purchase decision is the process involved when individuals or groups select, purchase, use or dispose products, services or experience and ideas to satisfy their needs It is important because in understanding customer decision making, we will understand how consumer make the purchase decision, how the process of decision making by customer from searching until selecting the product or service, and also we can know the factors that influence the decision making. Based on five criteria (restaurant price, usefulness, ease of use, enjoyment and speed), speed become the most influence to attract consumer followed by price. This research used quantitative method. Quantitative research seeks to quantify the data. The method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is a method for ranking decision alternatives and selecting the best one given multiple criteria. It allows users to assess the relative weight of multiple criteria or multiple options against given criteria in an intuitive manner.Keywords: customer decision making, analytical hierarchy process

Abstract

Eating is a daily necessity. According to the hierarchy of needs, a person must fulfill the physiological needs which are food, water, air and shelter. Abstract

The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has increased significantly in recent years, while Indonesia’s shoppers tend to be more impulsive, and it includes shoppers in Manado. There are many factors that could possibly affect online impulse buying. Some of them are virtual atmospheric cues, sales promotions, and situational factors. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of virtual atmospheric cues, sales promotions, and situational factors on online impulse buying. This research collects primary data through questionnaires and uses Multiple Regression. Population observed is internet users in Manado who have ever bought products online with 60 respondents as the sample size. The result of this study shows that sales promotions and situational factors have significant positive effect on online impulse buying, while virtual atmospheric cues does not have that effect. To attract more consumers to buy impulsively, the recommendations for online shop owners are to keep offering sales promotions effectively, giving affordable price to increase purchasing power of consumer, and also maintaining the 24 hours services and easiness of accessing online shop to stimulate consumer to spend more time at the online shop. Abstract

Bank merupakan lembaga perantara keuangan yang menghubungkan antara pihak yang kelebihan dana dengan pihak yang memerlukan dana. Bank diwajibkan memberikan laporan keuangan setiap periode tertentu.  Laporan keuangan bank merupakan sarana komunikasi bagi pihak-pihak diluar korporasi. Laporan rugi/laba adalah salah satu informasi potensial namun informasi laba tidak selamanya akurat. Informasi laba sering menjadi target rekayasa manajemen dengan cara memilih kebijakan akuntansi tertentu selama tidak menyimpang dari Standar Akuntansi Keuangan, tindakan ini disebut manajemen laba. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran perusahaan terhadap manajemen laba pada Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2008-2011. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Populasi penelitian 38 Perbankan dan sampel yang digunakan 10 Bank. Hasil penelitian diperoleh ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap manajemen laba artinya semakin besar ukuran perusahaan maka perilaku manajemen laba semakin berkurang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan dan pertimbangan bagi manajemen bank dalam pengambilan keputusan, terutama memberikan informasi laba kepada investor dan pemegang saham tanpa melakukan perilaku manajemen laba. Abstract

Penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi pada persediaan akan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi perusahaan dan manajemen dalam menjalankan usahanya. Persediaan memiliki peranan yang penting yaitu sebagai sumber daya ekonomi fisik yang perlu diadakan dan dipelihara untuk menunjang proses penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem informasi akuntansi persediaan pada dealer Yamaha Bima Motor Toli-Toli. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, sistem administrasi dealer telah di ubah dari sistem manual menjadi terkomputerisasi yang menghasilkan output yang berguna bagi setiap pengguna informasi tersebut. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan semua komponen yang dibutuhkan untuk menunjang suatu sistem berlaku telah dimiliki oleh Yamaha Bima Motor dan adanya unsur pengendalian internal. Pimpinan Yamaha Bima Motor sebaiknya mengimpementasikan pengendalian internal secara terstruktur, serta mengembangkan pengendalian akses yang harusnya dibatasi oleh penggunaan ID staff & passsword, sehingga hanya unit-unit tertentu yang bisa melakukan akses yang bersifat internal.   Kata kunci: sistem informasi akuntansi, persediaan

Abstract

Developing laptop brings revolution in people daily life, it increases people standard of living and has great effect on business, science, education, medical sector, transportation and so on. This research used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to compare each laptop based on the criteria; value added features, peripheral specifications, core technical features, physical appearance and price and payment conditions. The respondent is 50 people and this research using purposive sampling. The respondent of this research is the people that have an experience used that three laptop. The result shows that Peripheral Specification is the most important criteria, followed by Core Technical Features factor, Value Added Features factor, followed with Price and Payment Condition and the last Physical Appearance factor. As the result, there are two from five criteria that influence the consumer to choose laptop. Peripheral Specification is the most preferred criteria compare with the others. Core Technical Features is in second position as the most preferred criteria chose by respondent. In best laptop result, HP become the best laptop chose by respondent, followed by ASUS and TOSHIBA chose by consumer that have an experience used that three laptop.   Keywords: customer decision making, AHP

Abstract

Abstact : Internet growth has a positive impact for business world. With the increase of online retailers on internet world, online shopping becomes popular. The purpose of this research is to analyze the trust issues and perceived risk of online shopping in Manado. This research used a descriptive study method was conducted qualitatively through in-depth interview with 10 respondent’s online shoppers in Manado. All the data and information gathered was analyzed using tri-angulations which data were gathered from the interview with difference informants, different place of observation, and review from several literatures of various researchers. The result of this research is trust and perceived risk affect online shopping, the higher consumer confidence against an existing site online will make them will often do online shopping, the smaller the risk though by consumers then the greater their decision to make a purchase online. So the online store must provide good service so that consumers continue to believe and will not feel aggrieved when shopping online.Keywords : trust, perceived risk, online shopping

Abstract

Promotion is one of tools that support marketing part to introduce the products to customers. Various promotional techniques are used by the marketer to influence the consumer decision making. Promotional mix such as Advertising, Sales Promotion, Publicity/Public Relations, Personal Selling are generally used. This research is conduct in Manado. The objectives of this research are to analyze the impact of sponsorship, event, and publicity to consumer decision making, partially and simultaneously. This research is causal type of research where it will investigate the impact sponsorship, event, and publicity to consumer decision making. Using a multiple regression model to answer the research problem. The population in this study is a costumers of PT.Hasjrat Abadi in Manado, whereas samples taken by each respondents 100 respondents. The hypothesis testing , this research conduct a conclusion of there is significant effect of sponsorship and publicity partially to consumer decision making, and there is significant effect of sponsorship, event, and publicity simultaneously to consumer decision making, whereas event does not have significant effect partially to consumer decision making. This study reveals that sponsoring activities and publish the product has a strong effect to the consumer in order to investigate, select, and buy a product, they prefer to purchase a product with a well know branded. Abstract

Abstract: Employee retention is a technique used to retain employees to stay in the company for a certain period. The high retention rate can cause a positive impact for the company. It can be done if the company pays attention to factors such as Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, compensation, and work environment. Organizations that retain their high performers are bound to be successful in performance and at the same time avoid expenses. This study attempt to analyze how Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, compensation, and work environment can effect on employee retention and if those variables are already been applied at the company. This research is using qualitative approach trough interview. The research was conducted at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Manado Branch Sudirman. The population of this research is 10 front-liner of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Manado Branch Sudirman. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, compensation, and work environment have a positive effect against the retention of employees. This suggests that the higher the level of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, compensation, and work environment then the higher employee retention is. Keywords: employee retention, maslow’s hierarchy of needs, compensation, work environment, qualitative study
