Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the use of financial technology in the field of digital payments for students of the economics and business faculty of the University of Sam Ratulangi based on the effect of ease of use and the facilities provided in the service. This type of research is descriptive analysis approach. By using quantitative research methods. The sample taken for this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique and the data collection instrument is a questionnaire which is run through Google Form. Furthermore, testing and data analysis was carried out using SPSS 26 software. The results found in this study showed that simultaneously Ease of use  and Facility  had a significant positive effect on the level of Customer Satisfaction  with an of 50,397. In addition, Ease of Use and facility each partially has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Adjusted R Square value obtained from the test results of the coefficient of determination  of 0.510 explains that 51% of customer satisfaction can be explained by ease of use and facility. While the remaining 49% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: ease of use, facility, customer satisfaction, digital payment.

Abstract

Compensation is the monetary benefit which is given to an employee or worker giving their services to an organization. Compensation includes components like salary, wages, bonuses etc. The main problem within the research is regarding health compensation within the workers of PT. Tirta Investama Airmadidi. With all the descriptions regarding the benefits of health compensation and regarding the way of how health compensation, it is important to know more about the implementation of health compensation. The purpose of this study is to find out health compensation given toward the workers, particularly workers of PT. Investama Airmadidi. This study uses a qualitative method and interview toward informants were conducted in order to gain information regarding the phenomenon. The findings of this study shows that health compensation constructed by 2 aspects which are amount of claim and motivated workforce have some affect in several aspects. Based on the result, the company is expected to improve the health compensation system in order to secure the safety of the employees, it can boost the morale of the company and will give good impact in the future such as high number of retaining good quality employees. Keywords: occupational health compensation, amounts of claims, motivated workforce

Abstract

At this era, make-up and personal care are increasingly becoming integral part of Indonesian lifestyles, especially for a woman. Indonesian local cosmetic company is growing with the advantages of colors and materials that suitable with Indonesian women’s skin. Some things that cause consumers to buy a local cosmetic product are based on product review and source credibility of social influencer / beauty vlogger. This study is to know the influence of product review and source credibility by beauty vlogger on consumer buying decisions of local cosmetic products in Manado. The type of this research is quantitative research method and the population is the people in Manado who have experience using local cosmetic product  The sampling technique in this study used convenience sampling method. Based on data result concluded that: product review has significant effect on consumer buying decisions and source credibility has significant effect on consumer buying decisions in Manado. If the Product Review from Beauty Vlogger’s viewers video is higher, then the consumer buying decision will increase. Keywords: consumer buying decisions, product review and source credibility

Abstract

The importance of PDAM Manado City services to meet the clean water supply needs of the Manado City community cannot be separated from the role of PDAM Manado City employees who are always required to be productive for the fulfillment of community needs. So that it cannot be separated from the Leadership Style that can encourage employee productivity and is also related to the provision of rewards or awards in order to ensure the employee wellbeing who has had a positive impact on PDAM Manado City. The purpose of this study is researcher want to investigate the effect of Leadership style and Reward System simultaneously toward the Wellbeing of PDAM Manado’s employees. This study using a quantitative method and multiple linear regression analysis as a tool to analyze the data that has been collected. Based on the result, the researcher provided several recommendations which are: Must improving and evaluating the leadership style that is carried out. Abstract

Abstract: Cosmetic is one type of product that often has prestigious prices tied with quality to attract consumers, which (as often is seen with high-priced products) arouses the interests of counterfeiters to copy the originals. Cosmetic can reflect certain life-styles. Cosmetic also can creates different perceived values depending on the consumer. The research aims to find out if there is significant difference in original and counterfeit product based on perceived quality of Sam Ratulangi University. This research conducted by a quantitative method to support the hypothesis. The respondent of this study was using 100 respondents of students in the university. This study was carried out in Samratulangi University. The research adopts comparative research were issued to gather data from the customer to measure their assessment about the original counterfeit cosmetics in the university and their perceived quality. Based on the result of this research, the study found that there are significant diffrence in original and counterfeit. Cosmetics quality perspective of original quality is better than counterfeit quality.Keywords : marketing, counterfeit cosmetics, perceived quality.

Abstract

Increasingly tight competitive world where companies are competing to, attract         the attention of buyers of product is needed to make the product they produced were sold out. Not easily granted, but they should to create new ideas of each of their companies. So the form of product packaging determines the marketing strategy of a variety of companies. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Packaging function (Protective, promoting, storage and environmental friendly) on consumer’s pereption of product quality both partially and simultaneously. The population observed is people who have purchased Victoria’s Secret body mist with sample size as many as 100 respondents. The data are analyzed using several statistical techniques. The method used in this research is multiple regressions. The Conclusion is Packaging Function which are Protective, Promote, Storage, and Environmental Friendly are influencing on Consumer’s Perception of product Victoria’s Secret Body Mist both simultaneously and partially. This study suggests to the management of company that produce Victoria’s Secret Body Mist to see about Protecting, Promote, Storage, and Environmental Friendly that will ultimately influence on Consumer’s Perception of Product Quality. Abstract

Gold jewelry is the one of complete package especially for women. Gold Jewelry is something that including of needs and wants. Hobby is specific with needs. Someone that has hobby to buy gold jewelry is someone that compels their action for their satisfaction. Others oppose gold jewelry is something that someone want. Lifestyle and self-esteem can make someone desired something in satisfaction. In business, perception of customers is important. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Customer Perception of Branded and Non-Branded Local Gold Jewelry Retailer in Traditional Market Pasar 45 Manado. The population observed was customers of jewelry in Manado City with using In-depth interview as many as 10 informants. This research is using qualitative method by using descriptive research that will describe the topic and explain the result of the interview. Interview result showed that most of customers are interested with non-branded products because non-branded products have many kind of model variant, price is affordable, and appropriate for all society. In traditional market, promotion should be a further enhanced. However, promotion of product quality and product design that they have, should be able to show that the product is can compete with branded products. Abstract

Abstract: With advance progress of marketing, nowadays people don’t have to waste their time walking to the store to buy things. They only need to browse the internet and search for what they want and get it in no time. With this convenience in mind, the interest in online shopping is increasing. When customers intent to purchase product from the internet, they consider about perceived value and trust. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived value and trust on purchase intention of Zalora. The data was collected from 100 respondents and multiple regression analysis was used to test the relationship among variables. Based on indicators explained in perceived value which are experimental value, functional value, market value and trust which are ability, benevolence, integrity they has a significant partial effect on purchase intention. The result can be maintain by giving the customer the best value and obtain their trust to sustain their purchase intention.Keywords: online shop, purchase intention, perceived value, trust

Abstract

PT. Elnusa Tbk., is a company in Indonesia which is running their business in oil and gas industry. Financial performance analysis is important to set company plans and decision in order to improve their profitability. The purpose of this research is to measure the efficiency of working capital to improve the profitability of PT. Elnusa Tbk., By analyze the financial statement of PT. Elnusa Tbk., in period year 2008-2012. This research use qualitative research with descriptive method by using ratio analysis to measure efficiency level of working capital (Working capital turnover, Inventory turnover) and profit ratio (GPM, NPM, ROI, and ROE). The population of this research is all financial statement of PT. Elnusa Tbk., from year 2008-2012. The sample of this research is PT. Elnusa Tbk., audited financial statement from 2008-2012. Analysis results show that the company working capital performance is good, but not too efficient because it’s not supported simultaneously with the growth of net profit margin, return on investment, and return on equity that continues to decline for some year. PT. Elnusa Tbk., must pay attention closely to their financial management, because it’s important to improve the performance and also raising their profitability. The management has to more better in control of their production budget, limiting production only at peak production that still making profit.   Keywords: efficiency of working capital, profitability

Abstract

Selaku Pemegang Kekuasaan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (PKPKD Kepala Daerah (Gubernur, Bupati, Walikota) yang mendelegasikan sebagian kewenangannya kepada kepala SKPD, pada akhirnya akan meminta kepala SKPD membuat pertanggungjawaban atas kewenangan yang dilaksanakannya. Bentuk pertanggungjawaban tersebut bukanlah SPJ (Surat Pertanggungjawaban), tetapi berupa laporan keuangan. Penyebutan SKPD selaku entitas akuntansi (accounting entity) pada dasarnya untuk menunjukkan bahwa SKPD melaksanakan proses akuntansi untuk menyusun laporan keuangan yang akan disampaikan kepada Gubernur/Bupati/Walikota melalui Pejabat Pengelola Keuangan Daerah sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaporan dan pengungkapan belanja modal pada Laporan Keuangan pemerintah Kota Kotamobagu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif, yang menguraikan, menggambarkan, serta melukiskan suatu permasalahan yang ada kemudian membandingkannya dengan teori sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan untuk menjawab permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan objek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian bahwa Pemerintah Kota Kotamobagu saat ini belum melaksanakan pengelolaan keuangan sesuai dengan PP No. 24 Tahun 2005 yaitu Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan, hal ini dapat dilihat dalam pengakuan perolehan aktiva tetap. Pengakuan perolehan aktiva tetap dapat diperoleh melalui 5 cara; 1. Perolehan dengan pembelian tunai, 2. Perolehan dengan pembelian angsuran, 3. Perolehan dengan pertukaran, 4. Perolehan dengan surat berharga, 5. Hibah/ sumbangan. Kata kunci: belanja modal, laporan keuangan, pengakuan aktiva tetap
