Abstract

Disiplin sendiri bukan hanya ditujukan kepada siswa tetapi juga ditujukan kepada guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin mengajar guru terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa di MAN 1 Soppeng. Maka dari itu untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut peneliti menggunakan teknik penggumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak 128 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 siswa. Sedangkan teknik analisisdata yang digunakan yaitu teknik anali teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistic inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin mengajar guru di MAN 1 Soppeng dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan tingkat persentase 81,54 persen, dan untuk aktivitas belajar siswa di MAN 1 Soppeng termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 77,15 persen yang berarti tingkat hubungan dalam kategori sedang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Disiplin Mengajar Guru Terhadap Aktivitas Belajar Siswa di MAN 1 Soppeng.Keywords: Disiplin, aktivitas, siswa

Abstract

Kepala Sekolah merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi mengajar guru di SMA Ummul Mukminin Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode dokumentasi. Tenik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penggumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala Sekolah telah berperan baik dalam meningkatkan motivasi mengajar guru di SMA Ummul Mukminin Makassar.Keywords :  Kepala sekolah, Motivasi, dan Guru

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the teacher's contextual learning approach, student learning activities, and the effect of the contextual learning approach on student learning activities. To achieve this goal, research data were collected using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The total population of the study was 151 students and a sample of 75 students. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis of percentages and inferential statistical analysis through product-moment correlation test and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the description of the use of the contextual learning approach was in the high category and the learning activities of students were in the very high category. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the contextual learning approach to the active learning of students. Thus, it can be understood that the contextual learning approach makes a positive and significant contribution in increasing students' learning activities.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan proses belajar adalah gaya belajar. Gaya belajar yang tepat merupakan kunci keberhasilan seseorang dalam belajar sehingga dalam kegiatan belajar mahasiswa perlu diberikan arahan untuk mengenali gaya belajar yang tepat dengan begitu tujuan belajar dapat tercapai dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujian untuk mengetahui gambaran dan perbedaan prestasi belajar berdasarkan gaya belajar pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kunatitatif dengan metode komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 288 mahasiswa angkatan 2018, 2019 dan 2020 dengan sampel 143 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis stististik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dengan gaya belajar visual pada Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar angkatan 2018, 2019 dan 2020 memperoleh rata-rata prestasi belajar atau Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) dengan kategori cumlaude. Begitupun auditorial dan kinestetik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Kruskal Wallis dinyatakan tidak terdapat perbedaan sigifikansi prestasi belajar berdasarkan gaya belajar pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perebedaan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPS antara kelas yang menggunakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik  (LKPD) berbasis pendekatan saintifik dan kelas yang tidak menggunakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik  (LKPD) berbasis pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksperimen. Peneltian ini berlangsung pada bulan Oktober 2021. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik SD gugus 03 Kecamatan Libureng Kabupaten Bone. Dengan teknik sampling kuota diperoleh sampel berjumlah 93 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa soal, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan uji t dan uji one-way MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis pendekatan saintifik terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPS. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya perbedaan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPS antara kelas yang menggunakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis pendekatan saintifik dan kelas yang tidak menggunakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis pendekatan saintifik dimana nilai probabilitas yang diperoleh 0,00 yang berarti nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are changes that are obtained by students after going through the learning process in the form of changes in attitudes, knowledge and skills. One of the factors that can affect learning outcomes is the provision of rewards. So, this research aims to find outthe effect of giving rewards on learning outcomesstudents majoring in Office Administration Automation at SMK Negeri 4 Takalar. Therefore, to achieve this goal the researchers used data collection techniques, namely by using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The number of samples is 51 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis using percentages and for inferential analysis techniques using data normality test, product moment correlation analysis, simple linear regression statistics. The results of the study show that the awarding of students majoring in Office Automation Governance at SMK Negeri 4 Takalar is in the good category, and for the learning outcomes of students majoring in Office Administration Automation at SMK Negeri 4 Takalar are in the high category. based on the results of the product moment correlation test analysis, there is a relationship between these variables. So that it is stated that there is a positive effect of giving rewards on the learning outcomes of students majoring in Office Administration Automation at SMK Negeri 4 Takalar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of lecture methods in class X introductory subjects administrative office administration department SMK Negeri 1 Parepare. This research uses a type with qualitative descriptive approach. Informants in this study as many as five people. Data collection is done through interview technique, observation, and documentation. The results showed that. Teachers have applied the learning process such as, doing the preparation stage of learning well, performing the implementation phase starting from the opening step until the presentation step has been done optimally, and the last to do the ending stage by giving opportunity to the students to conclude the material taught and doing evaluation to students has been done quite effectively. So the use of lecture methods in class X introductory subjects administrative office administration department of SMK Negeri 1 Parepare run effectively.

Abstract

Library service is the provision of library material services owned by a library to library visitors or users who come to the library. The library is also defined as a container or place to store information where the information has various types and forms and is managed in accordance with the applicable or predetermined system. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive type of research that aims to find out how to optimize library services at SMK Negeri 8 Makassar. The informants in this study were the head of the library, library staff, and 3 students of SMK Negeri 8 Makassar. Data collection techniques through observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analyzed is data collected at the time of the study. Activities in data analysis are; data collection, data presentation, data condensation and conclusions. The results showed that library services at SMK Negeri 8 Makassar were categorized as optimal. Seeing the focus in this research, namely: Circulation services in the optimal category; Information services in the optimal category; tutoring services get results that are quite optimal.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan salah satu tolak ukur yang sangat vital dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi publik maupun profit.Salah satu upaya meningkatkan kinerja adalah dengan jalan memberikan peraturan kedisiplinan pegawai.Akan tetapi dalam realitas terjadi meskipun kedisiplinan pegawai telah diatur dalam undang-undang belum terlaksana secara maksimal. Hal tersebut, dilator belakangi oleh faktor pejabat yang Berwenang dalam Menerapkan Peraturan Disiplin belum terlaksana maksimal,  dan kesadaran pegawai akan pentingnya disiplin kerja masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, dbutuhkan kebijakan lebih lanjut yang sifatnya mengikat agar terciptanya kinerja pegawai yang berkualitas. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pegawai, Penegakan Kedisiplinan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.
