Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine how the motivation of academic services for educators and education personnel in higher education. The findings of this study are expected to become recommendations in developing programs or forms of evaluation aimed at improving the performance and motivation of academic services for teaching staff and teaching staff in tertiary institutions. This research is a survey research which aims to determine the general description of the motivation for academic services for teaching staff and teaching staff at state universities. Based on the research findings obtained, it can be concluded that from the 4 dimensions of motivation for public services, the first dimension, namely the interest in making public policy, is the dimension least owned or implemented by the research respondents. While the other three dimensions can be said to be in the high category in the sense that the respondents already have and have implemented these three dimensions in the delivery of public services. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the lack of motivation for academic services by the state civil servants tends to be due to their lack of interest in public policy making. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi Informasi banyak merubah sosial culture bangsa indonesia khusus didaerah sulawesi selatan. Perubahan itu sangatlah urgent untuk dipermasalahkan apalagi menyangkut persoalan adat istiadat kemasyarakatan. Banyak daerah di sulawesi selatan secara khusus berubah sejak masuknya TIK, ada yang berdampak positif dan ada juga yang berdampak negatifnya. Di era globalisasi ini perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan merubah segalanya termasuk sosial culture yang ada di sulawesi selatan, itu membuktikan anak usia dini yang lebih mementingkan gadgetnya dibandingkan bermain disekelilingnya. Perubahan sosial itu seharusnya tidak dibiarkan untuk dilakukan secara terus menerus, tapi teknologi seharusnya digunakan sesuai dengan tupoksinya diciptakan Teknologi di Era globalisasi ini.

Abstract

Wild brokers or commonly known as car agents are jobs that offer services to passengers to be transported to a car that aims at the passenger area. The purpose of this study was (i) to know the motivating factors for someone working as a wild broker, especially brokers in the power terminal of the city of Makassar. (ii) This study also aims to determine the impact that is generated by the presence of brokers at the Makassar City Power Terminal. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Target in the research of all brokers inside and outside the terminal, passengers, terminal officers and car drivers. The sample chosen was 4 brokers, 4 terminal officers, 3 passengers and 4 car drivers. Sampling in this study was taken by using interview techniques. The results of the study showed that the difficulties in getting a job, urbanization factors, and economic factors became the basis for someone working as a broker. with the presence of brokers at the Makassar city power terminal it turned out to provide a loss to the passengers, car drivers and terminal officers.Keywords: Brokers, Terminals, Social Deviations.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 telah melumpuhkan segala aspek kehidupan mulai dari aspek ekonomi, politik, hingga hukum. Dampak pandemi Covid-19 sudah dialami khususnya pada bidang ekonomi yang mengakibatkan terjadinya terjadinya kriminalitas yang terkait erat dengan kebutuhan finansial manusia. Hubungannya dengan pandemi covid-19 adalah tentang kebijakan pemerintah yang terkesan mendadak dan kurang memperdulikan rakyat kecil dan menengah, sehingga sebagian masyarakat melakukan segala cara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup tanpa memikirkan resikonya. Mengingat kebijakan pemerintah dalam mengatasi pandemi covid-19 adalah pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat, larangan berkumpul dan melarang masyarakat beraktivitas di malam hari, membuat masyarakat kelabakan karena efek dari pembatasan sosial tersebut salah satunya adalah pengurangan tenaga kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh perubahan kebijakan pemerintah di masa pandemi dengan tingkat kriminalitas yang terjadi. Pendekatan yang digunanakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan memfokuskan pada jenis kejahatan yang jarang dilakukan dan mudah untuk dikerjakan yaitu penipuan bisnis jasa pinjaman uang. Sasaran utama adalah masyarakat desa yang berprofesi sebagai pedagang, karena pedagang pada masa pandemi merosotnya penghasilan yang disebabkan oleh sepinya pasaran hingga habisnya modal untuk esok hari, hal tersebuat membuat pelaku kejahatan penipuan jasa simpan pinjam membidik para pedagang pasar, dengan dalih mereka akan meminjami modal usaha untuk membeli bahan pokok. Cara yang digunakan awalnya sangat halus dan meyakinkan sehingga membuat banyak yang percaya, namun pada akhirnya saat hutang tersebut jatuh tempo, para pelaku pinjaman online sangat berbeda tidak seperti pada saat menawarkan, mereka sangat memaksa untuk menagih hutang dengan bunga yang tinggi dan terkadang tidak segan-segan melalukan perampasan barang berharga dari korbannya untuk jaminan hutang. Sampai saat ini kasus tersebut belum ada yang melaporkan ke polisi, karena masyarakat masih belum paham prosedur dalam membuat laporan kepolisian.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Motivasi dan pengalaman kerja yang dimiliki seorang aparat desa dalam memimpin masyarakat sangat penting karena pengalaman kerja yang dimilikinya akan dapat membantu melaksanakan tugas tugas yang telah diamanahkan kepada mereka, maupun menjalakan program kerja dengan baik sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah daerah, memiliki kemampuan untuk mengambil keputusan dan berani mengambil resiko yang dihadapinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi dan pengalaman kerja pada Aparat Desa dalam pelaksanaan tugas pemerintahan desa di Kecamatan Pattallassang Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah interview, dokumen dan observasi. Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, olah data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi atau dorongan atau support yang diberikan kepada aparat desa baik oleh lingkungan maupun oleh Pemerintah Kecamatan sangat mendukung bagi peningkatan kinerja aparat, mereka akan lebih terdorong keinginannya untuk meningkatkan etos kerja mereka. Pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja tidak signifikan. Pengalaman kerja yang dimiliki oleh seorang aparat berpengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kinerja aparat desa secara parsial, semakin lama seorang aparat memegang jabatan, maka akan semakin banyak pula pengalaman yang mereka miliki. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, pengajalan kerja, Program kerja, Resiko. ABSTRACTMotivation and work experience that a village official has in leading the community is very important because the work experience he has will be able to help carry out the tasks that have been assigned to them, as well as carry out work programs properly according to the targets set by the local government, have the ability to take decision and dare to take the risks it faces. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation and work experience of village officials in the implementation of village government tasks in Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, documents and observations. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data processing and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the motivation or encouragement or support given to village officials both by the environment and by the District Government is very supportive of improving the performance of the apparatus, they will be more motivated by their desire to improve their work ethic. The effect on performance is insignificant. The work experience possessed by an official has the most significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus partially, the longer an officer holds a position, the more experience they will have.Keywords: Motivation, work teaching, work program, risk.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan budaya organisasi dengan inovasi perusahaan pada Perusahaan umum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulawesi Selatan dan Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif.  Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba untuk memastikan tingginya tingkat korelasi pada variabel budaya organisasi dengan inovasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis menggunakan formula statistika, yakni korelasi Rank Spearman yang perhitungannya menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Dari hasi pengolahan data untuk variabel budaya organisasi diperoleh nilai 82 persen, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulselbar di Makassar masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil pengolahan data untuk variabel inovasi perusahaan diperoleh nilai 86 persen maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi perusahaan Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulselbar di Makassar masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Dari hasil analisis koefisien korelasi maka diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar = 0,705, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berkorelasi dengan tingkat korelasi tinggi dengan inovasi perusahaan pada Perusahaan umum Bulog Divisi Regional Sulselbar di Makassar

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of trust using e-commerce on online purchasing decisions on business administration students at the Makassar State University class of 2019. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The sample used in this study was the entire population, which was 80 students in the 2019 batch. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and using the SPSS 25 application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. . The results showed that the indicators used in each of these variables indicate where consumer confidence is in the good category. For indicators on the purchasing decision variables are in the good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a strong/high relationship between the two variables. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between consumer confidence in using e-commerce on online purchasing decisions in Business Administration students, Faculty of Social Sciences, Makassar State University.

Abstract

Tourism in Indonesia is experiencing growth but it still has to get the full attention of various parties. Research Objectives to determine the development of tourism in Burake tourism objects and to find out how the level of tourist visit to Burake tourism objects. The results showed that the development of tourist attractions can increase tourist visits seen from the tourist anthesis where there is a main attraction of tourist attraction to come to visit the statue of Jesus as the main object besides that there is also the statue of the Virgin Mary, the glass adrenaling bridge which is the only item in Toraja, photo spots and natural scenery that are cool and beautiful to attract tourists. Marketing and Promotion that attracts tourist visits.

Abstract

The process of achieving goals in an organization is needed by the leader in this case a departement head, who is fully responsible for the running of an organization. In carrting out large responcsibilities, a departement head is assisted by a secretary. The Secretary is not only in charge of handling the secretariat but is also the mediator between the leader and his subordinates. Without a secretary, activities involving leaders and correspondence will be neglected. The aim of study is to determine the level of application of secretarial duties in improving work effectiveness at Departemeno of Labor, Makassar City. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were 119 peoples, while the chosen sample was 32 respondents. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. The results of the study showed that the Secretary of the Departemen of Labor, Makassar City in carrying out their duties was in the effective category.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the marketing strategy of Eiger Coffee Makassar, where the data analysis techniques used are SWOT analysis techniques (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats). Researchers also find out what Eiger coffee Makassar's marketing strategy looks like by using marketing strategy formulation, namely segmentation strategy, target market strategy, and market positioning strategy. Besides, researchers also found out the marketing mix of Eiger Coffee Makassar. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis research type. The informants in this study are Manager / Leader Barista Eiger Coffee Makassar, Employees Eiger Cofee Makassar, and Consumer Eiger Coffee Makassar. Data collection techniques through observation methods, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are processed using data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study showed that Eiger Coffee Makassar Marketing Strategy on the formulation of Eiger coffee segmentation marketing strategy is focused on consumers who are looking for coffee with good quality and taste but have relatively cheaper prices, targeting Eiger Coffee is a coffee lover consumer who is looking for quality and taste there is no certain age limit, and positioning Eiger Coffee into a coffee shop that focuses on the quality of products served at affordable prices. The marketing mix at Eiger Coffee Makassar includes the product, price, place, and promotion run quite well. While the results shown by swot matrix analysis where the cartesian diagram is in the first quadrant shows that the most appropriate strategy for Eiger Coffee Makassar is SO Strategywhich utilizes Strength to maximize Opportunities.
