Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of retailing mix on cosmetic purchasing decisions at the Roma Cosmetik Store in Lhokseumawe City. The independent variables used in this study consisted of product, price, location, service, promotion, and store atmosphere. The data used in this study was primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who made cosmetic purchases at the Cosmetic Roma Store in Lhokseumawe City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the help of SPSS software version 26. The results showed that products, prices, services, and promotions partially had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of cosmetics at the Roma Cosmetik Store in Lhokseumawe City. Meanwhile, the location and atmosphere of the store have a positive but not significant effect on the decision to buy cosmetics at the Roma Cosmetik Store in Lhokseumawe City. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing showed that the product, price, location, service, promotion, and store atmosphere simultaneously had a significant effect on the purchase decision of cosmetics at the Roma Cosmetik Store in Lhokseumawe City.

Abstract

This study aims at the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on personnel performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable to the Bener Meriah police station. For the dependent variable of this study is organizational culture and transformational leadership, the independent variable is the personnel performance of the police station. Intervening variables are organizational commitment. The population in this study was the Police Personal of the Bener Meriah District Police which numbered 442, the sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling and obtained a sample of 170 respondents who were police officers of the Bener Meriah police station, the research method used was a quantitative method for data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)..

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh religiusitas dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan membeli kosmetik halal di kota Lhokseumawe. Metode sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan responden diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner tersturktur kepada 112 responden perempuan muda di kota Lhokseumawe. Data dianalisis dengan dengan menggunakan multiple linear regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas dan gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan membeli kosmetik halal di kota Lhokseumawe. Religiusitas merupakan faktor dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik halal. Penelitian berimplikasi pada pembuktian bahwa variabel religiusitas dan gaya hidup merupakan faktor penting dalam konsep perilaku konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personal factors on purchasing decisions for fashion products at the CB Fashion Store in Lhokseumawe. The samples consisted of 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling method. The data was collected by a questionnaire survey and analyzed using regression analysis. The results indicate that the variable of Age and Life Cycle Characteristics (X1), Job Characteristics and Income (X2), Lifestyle Characteristics (X3), and Personality Characteristics (X4) have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions for fashion products at CB Fashion Stores in Lhokseumawe. The findings have implications for establishing the concept of personality in purchase decision model.

Abstract

This research is to examine the influence of service quality and customer trust on customer loyalty at PT. Global Jet Express (J&T) in Lhokseumawe with customer satisfaction as a mediating or intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data using a questionnaire using Google Form. The data obtained was then processed using SmartPLS 3.0 analysis with the intervening effect. The analysis used includes: measurement model evaluation, structural model evaluation, and model fit evaluation. The results of this study show that the results of the H6 analysis test show that CS is able to mediate significantly and positively the influence of SQ on CL. This means that customer satisfaction can mediate or strengthen the service quality variable on customer loyalty at the J&T company. H7 shows that CS is able to mediate significantly and positively the effect of CT on CL. The higher the level of service quality and information access that the J&T expedition company has, the stronger the influence of customer trust will be on customer loyalty. This research can be a reference for J&T Lhokseumawe in designing strategies and policies to improve service quality and service access quality and increase trust in customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the 7p marketing mix on consumer loyalty at the delivery service company (JNE) in Lhokseumawe city and to find out which JNE service factor has the most dominant effect on consumer loyalty at the JNE delivery service company in Lhokseumawe city. The object of this research is consumers who have used or are using JNE shipping services. The sample used amounted to 100 respondents. The sample data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The author distributed questionnaires to 100 JNE consumers in Lhokseumawe city. The distribution of questionnaires that have been carried out by the author gets the results of the study, namely, partially the product variable (X1), price variable (X2), location variable (X3), promotion variable (X4), people variable (X5), service delivery process variable (X6), and phsycal evidence variable (X7), has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of JNE consumers in the city of Lhokseumawe, with the most dominant variable affecting the loyalty of JNE consumers in the city of Lhokseumawe, namely the phsycal evidence variable (X7). The simultaneous testing in this study results in that the product variable (X1), price variable (X2), location variable (X3), promotion variable (X4), people variable (X5), service delivery process variable (X6), and phsycal evidence variable (X7), have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at JNE delivery service company in Lhokseumawe city. Keywords: product, price, location, promotion, people, process, physical evidance, consumer loyalty
