Abstract

As a provision during the school period, it is important to introduce literacy to pre-school children. Community Reading Park (TBM) is one of the facilities that facilitate pre-school children in recognizing literacy. In this regard, it is important to explore how TBM introduces literacy to pre-school children. For this reason, this study discusses the role of the Bilik Urang community reading garden in introducing basic literacy to early childhood children in Cigadung Village, the majority of whom have low incomes. This study used a qualitative approach where data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and literature reviews. This study aims to describe the role of TBM Bilik Urang in introducing basic literacy to pre-school children and how volunteers manage the Bilik Urang Community Reading Park and implement basic literacy teaching strategies. The results of this study indicate that 1) the existence of TBM Bilik Urang helps introduce literacy to pre-school children, especially those from low-income families, 2) TBM Bilik Urang volunteers have a role in introducing literacy to children through planned strategies and activities. Abstract

The problem of this research was the low visual spatial intelligence development of children aged 5-6 years old at Citra Melatis kindergarten Bandar Lampung. This research aimed to determine the relationship of unit blocks playing with visual spatial intelligence development. The method used was correlational method. Data were collected by using observation and documentation, and analyzed by using Spearman Rank test analysis. The result showed that there was correlation between unit blocks playing with children visual spatial intelligence development. It was proved from the calculation of the Spearman Rank correlation as much as 0,918 ( P0.05).Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya perkembangan kecerdasan visual spasial anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Citra Melati Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara bermain balok unit dengan perkembangan kecerdasan visual spasial anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji spearman rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara bermain balok unit dengan perkembangan kecerdasan visual spasial. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan korelasi spearman rank sebesar 0,918 (P0.05 ). Kata kunci: anak usia dini, kecerdasan, bermain, visual spasial.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk  mengetahui  apakah siswa  yang hasil  belajarnya  tinggi, juga mempunyai minat belajar siswa dalam membaca dan menulis buku karangan yang baik atau sebaliknya. Teknik pengumpulan data  dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Pernyataan  dengan  disertai  petunjuk  pengisian  untuk siswa  yang berjumlah  33 siswa. Dari  pengolahan data-data  dalam penelitian ini  diperoleh hasil  penelitian   yang  mana  hal ini  ditunjukkan oleh  hasil penelitian  ini adalah hipotesa dalam penelitian ini  telah terjawab  (terbukti)  yaitu  minat belajar siswa  dalam membaca dan menulis  buku karangan pelajaran bahasa indonesia  pada pandemi Covid-19 terhadap hasil belajar siswa  diketahui bahwa   siswa  yang memiliki minat belajar siswa dalam membaca dan menulis buku karangan pelajaran bahasa indonesia pada pandemi Covid-19 sangat baik sebanyak 2 siswa dengan nilai  rata-rata 85,dengan nilai 80, selanjutnya siswa yang  memiliki minat belajar siswa dalam membaca dan menulis buku karangan pelajaran bahasa indonesia pada pandemi Covid-19  baik dengan nilai rata-rata 75, sebanyak 24 siswa dengan nilai 70 dalam membaca dan menulis buku karangan pada pandemi Covid-19 kemudian  sebanyak  9 siswa yang memiliki nilai rata-rata 65  dengan minat belajar siswa  dalam membaca dan menulis buku karangan pelajaran bahasa indonesia pada pandemi Covid-19 kurang baik dengan nilai  60 Dengan demikian  maka  dapat dikatakan  bahwa  minat belajar siswa dalam membaca dan menulis buku  karangan pelajaran bahasa indonesia  pada pandemi covid-19 kelas V SD Negeri Kuala Baroe  Kabupaten Nagan Raya dibarengi dengan  karangan cerita siswa, Bahwa hasil minat belajar siswa  yang nilainya >70 sebanyak 24 siswa dan nilainya <70 sebanyak 9 siswa. Kata Kunci :Minat Belajar Siswa,  Membaca, Menulis , Karangan, Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

 Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya penerapan media audio visual dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dikelas II SD Negeri Suak Timah Kecamatan Samatiga Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 21 orang siswa. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui tes hasil belajar siswa, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan angket. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah “Penerapan Media Audio Visual Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca Dikelas II SD Negeri Suak Timah Kecamatan Samatiga Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Hal ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya persentase hasil minat membaca siswa pada tiap siklusnya, pada pelaksanaan prasiklus nilai hasil minat membaca siswa mayoritas masih dibawah KKM dengan persentase ketuntasan hanya 64 %, sedangkan pada siklus I hasil minat membaca siswa meningkat namun belum maksimal yaitu 80%, setelah pelaksanaan siklus II hasil minat membaca siswa menjadi lebih baik, dimana persentase jumlah siswa yang tuntas mencapai 85 % dari jumlah siswa secara keseluruhan.  Kata Kunci:  Media Audio Visual, Kemampuan Membaca, Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kompres hangat memakai parutana jahe merah terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada penderita gout arthritis di Panti Jompo Yayasan Guna Budi Bakti Medan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre-eksperimen maka penelitian menggunakan rancangan oneqgroupqpre-test dan post-test design yaituqkelompokq dimana subyek di obervasi sebelum dilakukan intervensi, kemudian diobservasi lagi setelah dilakukandintervensi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita gout arthritis yang tidak mengkonsumsi terapi farmakologi jenis obat anti inflamasi di Panti Jompo Yayasan Guna Budi Bakti Tahun 2020 berjumlah 25 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan total sampling yaitu sebanyak 25 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembaran observasi. Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon sign rank test dengan signifikasi 0,05. Hasil penelitian uji Wilcoxon sign rank test pada hasil akhir didapat nilai p = value 0,000 < α = 0,05 sehingga dapat diambil. Kesimpulan bahwa adanya pengaruh pemberian kompres hangat memakai parutan jahe merah terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada penderita gout arthritis. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti pengaruh pemberian kompres hangat memakai parutan jahe merah pada penyakit lain seperti penyakit diabetes mellitus, gagal jantung, dan persendian.

Abstract

The research was an experimental research with the method of Quasi Experimental Design. The problem in the research was; looking for the difference between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students who used Quantum Teaching method with conventional method and a positive relationship between the two by using Quantum Teaching method in PAI subject in class XI SMA Syihabuddin, Lubuk Tanjung. T-test two samples unpaired that there was difference in the average of motivation of experiment and control classes because the significance test was statistically where obtained scores ​​P = 0.000 <0.005 and the score of learning motivation of experiment class was the count t 6.085 and for the scores of learning motivation of control class were - 4.846. Therefore (Ha) was received and (Ho) was rejected. There were differences between student learning outcomes in PAI subject that was taught using the method of Quantum Teaching with that not using the method of Quantum Teaching because the significance test statistically which was obtained scores ​​P = 0.000 <0.005 and the scores of learning outcomes of experiment class were the count t 6.089 and for the cores of learning outcomes of control class were 4,040 score of the count t was 4> table t = 2. Therefore (Ha) was received and (Ho) was rejected. There was a positive relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students in the PAI subject that was taught using the method of Quantum Teaching, then the count r =, 887. Then compared with rt that existed N = 38 by seeing the significance level of 1%= 0.429 with a significance level of 5% = 0.333 meant that ro was larger than rt, then the consequence was (Ha) received and (Ho) rejected. So the conclusion was that there was a significant positive correlation between the application of Quantum Teaching method between learning (XI) and learning motivation (X1) with the learning outcomes (X2).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of family ownership on financial performance moderated by business strategy and agency cost. The sample of the stuydy are manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period2007-2014, 45 companies, which has family ownership at least 20%. By using a model multiple regression analysis with EView version 9 is used. Disputes can occur between individual with individual, individual with groups, groups with groups, or countries with other countries. In other words, dispute can be a private, public, national or international problem. Dispute is a situasion where there are parties who feel harmed by another parties, which afterwards the parties expressed his dissatisfaction to the second parties. If both parties shows different opinion, then there is what called a dispute. Disputes between members of the international community can occur due to several reasons, such as for military, political, economic and ideological reasons. A hostile attitude that begins because of dissent can also lead to disputes. It is not imposible when disputes between nations lead to be an armed conflict if both parties do not agree to make peace. As the problem in this research is the role of regional international organizations in international dispute resolution. The research used is normative juridical with descriptive. The data used in this study are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Methods of datacollection are using literature study. Data analysis is done qualitatively. The Regional International Organization may serve as a platform for resolving disputes among its members. The role of this organization continues to grow because the international community tends to establishinstitutions in the scope of its territory. Abstract

Indonesia is currently being hit by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19-19) pandemic, making the level of competition between companies more competitive to generate profits. This strongly encourages companies to look for ways to attract investors' attention in capital market. The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure and revenue growth on the firm performance of sustainable companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study will examine whether there is a relationship between CSR disclosure in sustainability reports and revenue growth on firm performance. CSR is measured by GRI-Standards. Firm performance is measured by return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), return on invested capital (ROIC), and economic value added (EVA). A sample of 37 companies was obtained from purposive sampling method, in which companies listed on IDX must completely published sustainability reports during the 2016-2020 period. The analysis technique with panel-based data regression. The results of this research show that CSR disclosure in sustainability reports has a significant positive effect on firm performance (EVA). Revenue growth in sustainable companies also has a significant positive effect on firm performance (ROE).
