Abstract

Weeds are unwanted wild plants because they can interfere with the main crop cultivation. This study aims to identify and analyze the diversity of weed vegetation that grows around mango trees. This study uses the quadratic method with diagonal observation points and direct exploration techniques. Observation parameters include the type of weed and its population. Then the results of the observations were analyzed using the formula of Important Value Index (INP), Summed Dominance Ratio (SDR), Diversity Index (H'), Index of Similarity (IS), and Dominance Index (C). After doing the research, found 24 species of weeds consisting of broadleaf weeds, puzzles and grasses. The highest SDR value in Tondowulan Village was Cynodon dactylon L. at 13.82%, while in Darurejo Village it was Oplismenus hirtellus (L.) P. Beauv. by 26.53%. Weed diversity was classified as moderate because the weed diversity index value in Darurejo Village was 1.92% while in Tondowulan Village it was 2.31%. The two research locations did not have the same composition of weeds because the similarity value was only 33.33%. There is no weed species that dominates the mango garden because the index value of the weed dominance in Tondowulan and Darurejo Villages in the order of the 3rd largest is less than one.

Abstract

Demam Berdarah atau Demam Berdarah Dengue DBD adalah penyakit demam akut yang ditemukan di daerah tropis dengan penyebaran geografis yang mirip dengan malaria. WHO melaporkan bahwa lebih dari 2,5 miliar orang di seluruh dunia saat ini pada risiko infeksi virus dengue. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kawat Kasa Pada Ventilasi Dan Pelaksanaan PSN DBD Terhadap Kejadian Demam Berdarah Dengue di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kebayakan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah Tahun 2017. Metode penelitian yang bersifat survei analitik dengan desain penelitian case control. Kasus adalah penderita DBD sebesar 55 responden pada balita dan lansia. Kontrol adalah bukan penderita DBD sebesar 55 responden pada balita dan lansia Matching umur dan jenis kelamin. Analisis data menggunakan ujichi-square dan regresi logistic berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kejadian demam berdarah dengue adalah Kawat Kasa (p=0,002 OR=3,619 95% CI=1,644–7,968), pelaksanaan PSN DBD p = 0,000 OR = 7111 95% CI = 1,521-7,282. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh yang paling dominan adalah pelaksanaan PSN DBD dengan Exp B dari 11,267 95% CI = 4,001-31,731 artinya bahwa responden yang tidak melakukan pelaksanaan PSN DBD 11.267 kali lebih berisiko dibandingkan dengan responden yang melakukan PSN DBD. Hal ini direkomendasikan kepada Puskesmas Kebayakan untuk melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pemasangan kawat kasa pada ventilasi dan penyuluhan tentang Pemberantasan nyamuk Demam Berdarah Dengue (PSN DBD). Abstract

Tapioca dried noodles are one of the results of food diversification. To increase the nutritional value of tapioca dried noodles, the addition of soybean flour and seaweed flour is done. This study was aimed at finding out the effect of seaweed flour and soybean flour additions on the physicochemical characteristics of dried noodles. The research was conducted using completely randomized design (CRD) factorial focussing on 2 factors, the addition of seaweed flour (L) (35, 25 and 15 grams) and the addition of soybean flour (K) (15, 25 and 35 grams). The observations consisted of organoleptic tests, water absorption test analysis, water content analysis and protein content analysis. The results of this study indicated that the best formulation of dried noodles was the analysis result (L1K2) with organoleptic results on color 4.34 (like), flavor 4.43 (like), taste 4.46 (like) and texture 4.21 (like). In addition, the physical chemical characteristics was the value of water absorption (394.16%), water content (9.6%) and protein content (13.12%).

Abstract

Explanation of Article 6, paragraph 1 letter a public accountant at the Law which reads "who can participate in education the public accounting profession is someone who has a minimum of a bachelor of education 1 (S-1), diploma IV ( D-IV), or equivalent" this being debated among students because of the accounting profession through education can come from the accounting and non-accounting majors. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and Social Cognitive Carrer Theory analysis (SCCT) with self efficacy, outcome expectations, and personal goals to describe the perceptions, student motivation and optimism to become a public accountant. The study states that the student is issued perceptions are negative and positive. Accounting student motivation increase with the implementation of this Act as a public accountant will be increasingly shown itself to be capable of competing public accountants, and optimism students to become CPAs higher because students believe knowledge they gained at D-IV majoring in managerial accounting basis is strong optimism. Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan sebuah prestasi atau hasil kerja yang telah dicapai oleh seorang guru ketika melaksanakan tugasnya serta hasil kinerjanya dievaluasi oleh pimpinan lembaga pendidikan yaitu kepala sekolah, komponen yang mempengaruhi diantaranya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala Sekolah SMP Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah, Mengetahui Budaya Organisasi SMP Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah, dan Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMP Unggulan Uswatun Hasanah?. Populasi penelitian adalah 15 guru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 guru dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner (angket), observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, teknik inferensial, analisis korelasi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi 0,66 dan berpengaruh sebesar 0,44 atau 44%. terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,71 dan berpengaruh sebesar 0,51 atau 51%. terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan dan komitmen kepala sekolah dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,84 dan berpengaruh 0,71 atau 71% terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.. Kata Kunci: Kepala Sekolah, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

This article discussed Habib Ahmed's maqāṣid sharī`ah concept on Islamic Financial Institutions (IFIs) contracts, regarding the dualism of cooperative regulations in Indonesia between sharia and non-sharia-based cooperatives. In initiating the NIE (New Institutional Economics) approach for IFIs, Habib Ahmed emphasized the vital role of embeddedness as a culture rooted in the knowledge system. This embeddedness is the starting point of IFIs adaptation. These informal institutions then influence the formation of formal institutions and are followed by institutional forms of organization. Finally, the transaction products are in line with the organizational form. In other words, according to Habib Ahmed, if the adaptation and transaction of the IFIs start from this stage, then the product will be entirely in line with the proper Islamic ontology and epistemology. This qualitative library research focused on the reality of cooperatives in Indonesia, assessed from Habib Ahmed's perspective. This study concluded that Indonesia's economy still does not represent the goal of its constitutional economy with a feeling of kinship and mutualistic organization, such as cooperatives. In addition, its significant economic growth, which places it in the top twenty countries (G-20) in Gross Domestic Product (GDP), is not inclusive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Cluster Learning System during the Covid-19 pandemic in 3T schools. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 7 Budong-budong, geographically this school is located in Mamuju Tengah District, West Sulawesi Province. Central Mamuju Regency is one of the underdeveloped districts in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach to describe the implementation of the Cluster Learning System during the Covid-19 pandemic in 3T schools. Data obtained through observation, interview, and documentation study techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis process used data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Hubermen which consisted of three activity lines, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it was found that in implementing the Cluster Learning System there were 3 stages carried out by the SMP Negeri 7 Budong-budong, namely the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. In addition, in the application of the Cluster Learning System at SMP Negeri 7 Budong, there are several advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract

Ergonomics deals with optimization, efficiency, health, safety, and comfort in the workplace. One ofthis ergonomics principle approach is important for unloading workers in the harbour, because theirworkplace and work-system have high risk of workplace accidents if the principles of ergonomics isnot applied. So, the effectivity, efficiency, productivity, comfort, and health of workers in the harbourneed to be maintained and improved with ergonomics approach. This research was held on harbourin Pekanbaru city , with descriptive observasional method to describe risk of work ergonomy causedby bad application of ergonomics at work and musculosceletal symptoms proportion of 19 unloadingworkers by Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire. The result is all unloading workers (100%) havemusculosceletal injury with various grade of injury. When being observed, none of all unloadingworkers lift the load with the right method and no special technique had been used by unloadingworkers to lift the load.

Abstract

Dribbling is one type of skill that must be possessed by a football player. One indicator of the quality of a good football player is being able to show good dribbling skills when playing football. Based on theoretical studies, to be able to dribble well, a football player must have a good mentality; one of the mentalities needed when dribbling is to have good self-confidence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between variables, namely self-confidence and dribbling skills. This research approach is quantitative with the type of correlational research. The population in this study was young players from the "Talenta Aceh" football academy, totaling 36 players. The measurement instruments used for the two variables are (1) the self-confidence instrument using a questionnaire developed by the author and (2) dribbling using the "Dribbling Test". The analysis of research data used the product-moment correlation formula which aimed to determine the correlation coefficient between the two variables. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-confidence and dribbling skills, with a correlation coefficient value (r = 0.56); based on the value of the correlation coefficient, self-confidence contributes 42.25% to dribbling skills.Keywords: Young player, football, self-confidence, dribbling.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe and analyze the perception of OSIS committee on the role of Legislative Assembly Class at SMK 2 Mei Bandar Lampung in academic year 2015/2016. The method used in this research was descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 67 people. The basic technique of data collection in this study was questionnaire and supporting techniques were interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed using interval formula and percentage. The results of the OSIS committee perception of the role of the Legislative Assembly Class at SMK Bandar Lampung May 2 showed a positive thing. The OSIS committee understand the role of the Legislative Assembly Class in accordance with what has been run by Legislative Assembly Class. Legislative Assembly Class has been carrying out their role in accordance with what has become their authority.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis persepsi pengurus OSIS terhadap peran Majelis Perwakilan Kelas di SMK 2 Mei Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang. Teknik pokok pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket serta teknik penunjangnya adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus interval dan presentase. Hasil penelitian dari persepsi pengurus OSIS terhadap peran Majelis Perwakilan Kelas di SMK 2 Mei Bandar Lampung menunjukkan hal positif. Pengurus OSIS memahami peran dari Majelis Perwakilan Kelas dan sesuai dengan apa yang telah dijalankan oleh Majelis Perwakilan Kelas. Majelis Perwakilan Kelas telah melaksanakan perannya sesuai dengan apa yang menjadi wewenangnya.Kata kunci: majelis perwakilan kelas, osis, persepsi
