Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1.) To determine the effect of marketing mix variables that include products, prices, places and promotions, on the repurchasing interest of independent broiler SME consumers in Konawe Selatan. 2.) To determine the effect of word of mouth (WOM) variables on the repurchasing interest of UKM chicken consumers in Konawe Selatan. 3.) To find out whether the marketing mix and word of mouth can affect repurchasing interest of UKM chicken consumers in Konawe Selatan. The method used in this sampling was non-probability sampling technique, the type of non-probability sampling used was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Researcher determined purposive sampling due to unknown population numbers, so the researcher used Roscoe's formula and determined sample of 60. The researcher used IBM SPSS 21.0 for Windows to support existing primary data. The results of the study shows that: (1). The marketing mix and word of mouth have positive and significant effects on the repurchasing interest of UKM chicken consumers in Konawe Selatan. (2). The marketing mix has positive and significant effects on the repurchasing interest of UKM chicken consumers in Konawe Selatan. (3) word of mouth has positive and significant effects on the repurchasing interest of UKM chicken consumers in Konawe Selatan. For further research, researcher suggest using other variables, such as variables of satisfaction, loyalty and company image.Keywords: marketing mix, word of mouth, repurchasing interests

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation and discipline simultaneously on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Election Commision.. Thisresearchwill beconducted at Electoral Commission Secretariat OfficeIn Southeast Sulawesi.This study uses HRM Theory and Organizational Behavior Theory as the basis for writing. The population in this study are all civil servans in the Electoral Commission Secretariat Office In Southeast Sulawesi consisting of 17 districts and cities, totaling 186 people. The sample in this study are 127 people with details of Southeast Sulawesi Province (21 people), Bombana Regency (7 people), North Buton Regency (7 people), North Kolaka Regency (7 people), South Konawe Regency (7 people), Muna Regency. (6 people), Bau-Bau Regency (7 people), Buton Regency (6 people), Kolaka Regency (7 people), Konawe Regency (7 people), North Konawe Regency (7 people), Wakatobi Regency (7 people), Kendari City (8 people), South Buton Regency (4 people), Konawe Islands Regency (4 people), East Kolaka Regency (8 people) and West Muna Regency (7 people).Therese archinstrument that will be used in the study are the Organizational Culture Questionnaire, the Motivation Questionnaire, the Discipline Questionnaire and the Employee Performance Questionnaire. The data will be analize by using inferential statistics, Multivariate Linear Regression, which is carried out with the help of SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that 1) The results of the Organizational Culture hypothesis test have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This can be seen from the regression coefficient of 0.212 with a p-value of 0.015. This positive relationship indicates that the better the organizational culture, the better the performance of employees at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Election Commision. 2) The results of the motivation hypothesis test have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This can be seen from the regression coefficient of 0.384 with a p-value of 0.000. This positive relationship indicates that the better the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Election Commision. 3) The results of hypothesis testing indicate that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the regression coefficient of 0.393 with a p-value of 0.000. This positive relationship indicates that the better the employee discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Election Commision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of variable brand image, price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Brownte Kendari Shop.This study uses a quantitative approach and is categorized as survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The object of this study is customers who buy Brownte products. The population in this study were all customers who bought unknown amount of Brownte products. The sample in this study was 80 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was to use accidental sampling, the method of collecting data in this study was using questionnaires and interviews. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 16.0 program.  The results of this study use that Brand Image, Price and Product Quality Have Positive and Significant Effects on Purchase Decisions.Keywords: brand image, price, product quality, purchasing decision

Abstract

This study aims to explain and examine the effect of the work environment, leadership style, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, then examine and explain the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence work environment, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee performance. This research approach is survey with explanatory research design. The data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all 49 Civil Servants (PNS). The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census) where the entire population is used as the research sample. The data analysis technique to answer the research hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed that the work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, but the work environment had no effect on employee performance, leadership style had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, organizational culture had a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Then job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the results of this study indicate that job satisfaction acts as a complete mediation the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Then job satisfaction does not mediate (no mediation) the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction acts as a partial mediation the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze workload, organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction at the Kendari City Revenue Service. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. Data collection is done by using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were all employees of the Kendari City Revenue Service as many as 104 people. The determination of the number of samples was carried out using a census. The analytical tool used is SEM with the AMOS program package.The results showed that (1) Workload had a negative and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Kendari City Revenue Service. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Kendari City Revenue Service. (3) Workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at the Kendari City Revenue Service. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kendari City Revenue Service Office. (4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kendari City Revenue Service. (5) Job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of workload on employee performance at the Kendari City Revenue Service. (6) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Kendari City Revenue Service.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine and analyze: (1) The effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and product innovation on marketing performance of tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency, (2) The effect of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance of tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency, (3) The effect of market orientation on marketing performance of tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency, (4) The effect of product innovation on marketing performance of tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency. The number of samples in this study was all entrepeneur of Coffe Tolaki at South Konawe Regency about 34 respondents. The analysis technique was using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.The results showed that: (1) entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance of tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency, (2) Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance of Tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency, (3) Market orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance of Tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency, (4) Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance of Tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) examine the influences quality of work life on performance, 2) analyze the influences of competence on performance, 3) analyze the impacts of quality of work life  on job satisfaction, 4) analyze the impacts of competence on job satisfaction, 5) analyze the impacts of job satisfaction on performance.6) analyzing job satisfaction that mediate the effect quality of work life on performance, 7) analyze job satisfaction that mediate the effect of incompetence on  performance. This study uses quantitative methods and questionnaires for the data collection process. Furthermore, the population of this study were all nurses from Bahteramas Regional General Hospital in Southeast Sulawesi Province. For the sampling technique, the researcher used multistage sampling with the total of 174 samples obtained using the determination of the sample according to Ferdinand (2006). The researcher used Warp Partial Least Squares (PLS) for analyzing the data in this study. The results of the study showed that: 1) the quality of work life had a positive and insignificant effect on performance, 2) competence had a positive and significant effect on performance, 3) the quality of work life had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 4) competence had a significant effect on job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance, 6) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on mediating the effect of work life quality on performance, 7) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on mediating the influence of competence on performance

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine the effect of segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP) on purchasing decisions at KM warmindo. (2) To determine the effect of segmentation on purchasing decisions at KM warmindo. (3) To determine the effect of targeting on purchasing decisions at KM warmindo. (4) To determine the effect of positioning on purchasing decisions at KM warmindo. The population in this study is all customers of KM Warmindo whose number is unknown (unknown population). The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents with the determination of the sample referring to the statement of Hair et al. The data collection method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that: (1) Segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Segmentation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Targeting has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (4) Positioning has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
