Abstract

The aims to this research is to desain the multifungtion the ball that can fulfill the needs of basketball,  volleyball and football games, The methodes are; 1)  neds analysis, 2) Designing the initial product, 3) initial product; 4) Validation of expert by using experts; 5) Revision of the first products is done for the improvement of expert evaluation results; 6) Small scale test trials; 7) Revision of the second product; 8) large-scale trials; 9) Revision of the final product; 10) Deployment and implementation of results. Samples of small-scale trials use 36 elementary and junior high students, and for large-scale trials use 72 students of Elementary and Junior High Schools in Semarang City. The results of the final product are a multifunctional ball for basketball, volleyball and football with a size of 66 cm, made from sponge material PU (Poly Urhetane), a smooth non-slippery, weight of 270 grams, 0.250-0.3 bar of air pressure and has reflections of 105-115. Ball design describes characteristic of three ball, there are basketball, volleyball and football with bright and interesting colors. Conclusions in this study are a multifunctional ball with the correct specification as in the research results above, has a multifunction for basketball, volleyball and football for Elementary and Junior High School students, does not cause pain because they are light and proper size for Elementary and Secondary School students.

Abstract

Students understand and develop movement skills through various sport games, but they have less enjoyable experience because of inappropriate and uncomfortable ball size. The existing standard balls often frighten the students because of their weight and may hurt them when the balls hit their body parts. This study is intended to design a multifunctional ball for basket ball, volley ball and football and to find out how it can improve the students’ motivation in the teaching of Physical Education, Sport and Health in Primary and Junior High Schools in Semarang. This is a research and development study. The sample of 36 students were selected for the small-scale testing and 72 students for the large-scale testing. The results of the study show that the final product was a multifunctional ball with the size of 66 cm, made of soft, unslippery Poly Urhetane sponge, 270 gram in weight, air pressre of 0.250-0.3 bar and the bounce of 105-115. The ball was designed in light and interesting color. The final product has two functions for basket ball, volley ball and football, and does not cause pain because of their light in weight and reasonable size.

Abstract

Basic competence of a good teacher is very important to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, but there are some problems of teacher competence that are very interesting to study and research, especially at the elementary school level. The problem in this research: How is the Pedagogic Competence, Personality Competence, Social Competence and Professional Competence of Physical Education Teachers in Sports and Health in elementary schools in East Ungaran Sub-district, Semarang Regency. The approach in this study is a qualitative research approach using qualitative data analysis techniques with interactive analysis models (Interactive Analysis Models), namely the components of data reduction and data presentation carried out together with the data collection process. After the data is collected, the three components of the analysis (data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing) interact with each other. This study uses two supporting data, namely primary data and secondary data. The number of informants is 20 public elementary schools in East Ungaran sub-district. The results of this study are the pedagogical competence of teachers of Physical Education, Sports and Health in the District of East Ungaran in the very good category reaching 10%, 80% good, and 10% sufficient. Personal competence of Physical Education, Sports and Health teachers is 40% in very good category, 50% is good, and 10% is sufficient. Social competence reached 45% very good, 50% good, and 5% enough. Professional competence is 10% very good, 70% good, and 20% quite. The conclusion of the study is that the pedagogic, personality, social and professional competencies of Physical Education and Sports teachers in East Ungaran District are good. Suggestions in this study are that increasing professional competence needs attention so that the quality of education in Indonesia in particular can increase.

Abstract

Becoming a professional teacher can be seen from how their performance, self-concept, and motivation carry out their duties and responsibilities in teaching. This study aims to obtain a description of the performance analysis, self-concept, motivation of physical education teachers at SMPN in Sungai Lilin Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This type of research uses exploratory research. The sources of the research were obtained directly from physical education teachers, school principals, and colleagues through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the SWOT analysis technique with a qualitative approach. The results of the study explained that PJOK teachers who have a good quality of performance abilities had completed the learning program appropriately. The self-concept of the PJOK teacher by becoming a teacher is his goal, to be positive in responding to unpleasant experiences. Physical education teacher motivation based on internal and external motivational factors is built with the support of all parties. The conclusion of the study shows, the results of the performance of PJOK SMPN teachers in Sungai Lilin Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency, are said to be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities well. The self-concept of PJOK teachers is said to be good if it is proven that being a teacher is his ideal. And can positively respond to unpleasant experiences. The motivation of PJOK teachers based on internal and external factors shows that motivation is fairly good with the appreciation given.

Abstract

The purposes of the research are to develop a website-based archery competition scoring system and analyze the effectiveness of a website-based archery competition scoring system. This research is research development or Research and Development (R & D). The research method used is a research and development (R & D) scoring system for web-based archery competition results. The types of data in this research are quantitative data and qualitative data, quantitative data in the form of evaluation results of archery experts, technology experts and users of scoring systems, qualitative data in the form of observations. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis in the form of percentages. The results of this study are the product of a website-based archery competition scoring system product and a scorer application to enter scores into an android-based scoring system. The results of data analysis on the average score of expert assessment in trial 1 (one) was 74.6% and the results of data analysis on average score of expert assessment in trial 2 (two) was 88.2%. The results of data analysis from users of the scoring system related to the effectiveness of using the product of the scoring system were 87.2%. Conclusion, this research produces a website-based archery competition scoring system that is more effective in processing and presenting the results of archery competition scores.

Abstract

The development of basketball achievements in Indonesia begins at the school level through extracurricular activities, However, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, especially training aids, is still very lagging. Based on this, it is necessary to develop product development tools that can improve students' basketball playing skills. The purpose of this study is to produce a Multifunction Reflective Strap product that can improve basic technical skills training for basketball extracurricular participants. This research is a development research, the product development procedures consist of, conducting needs analysis to be developed, developing initial product drafts, expert validation, improvement of initial product drafts, small-scale trials, first product revisions (product revision based on the results of expert evaluation and small-scale trials), field trials (revision of the final product based on field trials), the final result in the form of Multifunction Reflective Strap media for basic technical skills training. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. The product produced in this study is named multifunction reflective strap that serves to help practice basic basketball techniques. The results of this study obtained evaluation data from basketball game experts and product assessment experts with an average percentage of 81.25% and met the "Good" criteria. While the small-scale trial data obtained a percentage of 78.6% and field trials of 81.8%, thus meeting the "Good" criteria. The conclusion is that the Multifunction Reflective Strap media is effective to be used as a medium for training basic technical skills for basketball extracurricular participants.

Abstract

The problem of low level of passing ability. The purpose of analyzing the training method and eye-foot coordination and analyzing the interaction between the passing training method and eye-foot coordination. This study used a quasi-experimental approach with pre- and post-tests. Population 36 players with an average age of 16 years. Total sampling was employed with a sample size of 36 players, and data analysis using the ANOVA test. 1. There is a difference in the effect of fixed target and moving target passing practice on soccer passing accuracy, average of (82.78±7.51), p-value of (0.000<0.05), and Fcount value of (18,050) > Ftable (0.225). 2. Sig p-value = (0.007< 0.05) and Fcount (8.450) > Ftable, there is a difference in the effect of high and low eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy (0.225). 3. There significant difference in the Effects of Fixed Target Passing Training Methods with High and Low Eye-foot Coordination on Football Passing Accuracy, an average value of (83.33> 67.78). 4. There is a significant difference in the effect of moving target passing exercises requiring high and low eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy, average value of (85.56>80.00). 5. There is no effect of training methods or eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy, with sig p-value = (0.053>0.05) and Fcount (4.050) > Ftable (0.225). Conclusion: moving target passing activities are more effective in improving passing accuracy than fixed target passing exercises, and players with a high eye-foot coordination have greater accuracy than players with a low eye-foot coordination.

Abstract

Central Java's Futsal Association of Province (AFP) cannot develop independently. Inadequate development of sustainable sports achievement is contrary to the achievement demands that will succeed. This research evaluates aspects of the organization, funding, human resources, infrastructure, and training programs in developing AFP in Central Java Province. Research used Strake states that evaluation is divided into 3, namely: 1) preparation/preliminaries (antecedents),2) processes/transactions (transaction processes), 3) results (outcomes). The Countenance Stake research model consisted of two matrices: description and consideration. The description category consisted of plans (intent) and observation. The consideration category consisted of standards and considerations. The research result was the Antecedent (Context) Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) as a unique forum for futsal was the future root of Indonesian futsal. The infrastructure's significance in helping the smooth running of the trainer program could achieve the target. The feasibility of the infrastructure also supports it. The welfare of athletes and coaches needed to be the management's concern. Conclusion the team's achievements were intervention, attention from AFP management, programs, coaching, infrastructure, good relationship communication between coaches and athletes. The conclusion is that the evaluation of the futsal coaching program in Central Java seen from the three factors is good and can compete for achievements.

Abstract

The Achievement problem stems from the Musi Rawas Women Futsal team's lack of achievement. The research aims are 1) to evalution the achievement of the development of futsal Achievement, 2) to evalutin the transaction of the development of futsal Achievement, 3) evalution the outcome of the Musi Rawas women futsal achievement development. Qualitative research with an evaluation approach is reviewed from Antecedent, Transaction, Outcome. Research in the Musi Rawas Women Futsal Team, Sumatra selatan for the 2019-2020 period. The team administrators, coaches, athletes, athletes' parents, and documentation of used as data sources for this research. Techniques for data collection was an observation, interview, and documentation. Analysis of the data was using data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion . The findings of this study showed that the evalution of the Antecendent training program was conducted properly and in accordance with the management and coaching team's schedule. Evalution of athlete recruitment transactions is carried out openly. Recruitment of trainers selects a licensed trainer of at least level 1 national. The infrastructure is adequate, but the field's size does not satisfy international standards due to the field's ongoing renovation costs. The team was funded by State budget funds and the Musi Rawas Putri Futsal team. Musi Rawas Futsal team's performance in 5 team competitions resulted in a single victory in 2018. Conclusions from the assessment research conducted on the showed that additional changes to the training ground's size and evalution of the training program were required to achievement the champion target.

Abstract

East Nusa Tenggara Province's football has not fared well at the national level, especially the PON. The purpose of this study is several indicators, including coaches and athletes, training programs, infrastructure, organizational management, and funding. Method used research qualitative evaluation with countenance stage model, that consists of antecedent, transaction, and outcome. Data source: Coaches, athletes, and administrators from Asprov PSSI NTT. Data collected with observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis process was data collecting, reduction, presentation, verification and conclusion. Result the study's findings include the following: adequate input from antecedents, coaches, and athletes; defined training program planning; availability of suitable but non-standardized infrastructural facilities; inadequate availability of organizational management; and insufficient funding. Transactions, recruitment of coaches and athletes based on agreed-upon terms and criteria, implementation of training programs guided by the program, using infrastructure, management coordinating with coaches and athletes, adhering to the budget plan, transparent and accountable. Outcomes, professional coaches' and athletes' performance, training regimens are out of expectations, coaches' and athletes' use of infrastructure, administrators' professional and responsible behavior, effective use of finances, and appropriate use of funds. Conclusion of the antecedents, coaches, and athletes were excellent, the training programs were adequate, the infrastructure sufficient, organizational management was inadequate, and funding was insufficient. Transactions, coaches, and athletes were excellent; training programs were excellent; infrastructure was excellent; organizational management was excellent, and funding was good. The outcomes, coaches, and athletes, training programs, infrastructure, organizational management, and funding are all excellent.
