Abstract

AbstractArchery is an accuracy sport that requires muscle strength to get good accuracy. This study aimed to analyze the effect of theraband rotator cuff strengthening exercise method and the core stability exercise method on the results of archery accuracy for archery athletes in Klaten district. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a two-factorial design. The population of this study were 80 archery athletes in Klaten district who were sampled from the SMART club, the SETRO ARCHERY club, and the SAROTAMA club. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and a total samples were 40 athletes. Data analysis used Analysis of Variance (Anava) at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results are 1) slow and fast theraband rotator cuff strengthening exercise methods were obtained (p=0.843 0.05), static and dynamic Core Stability Exercise exercises were obtained (p=0.921 0.05), interactions of theraband rotator cuff strengthening exercise methods slow and static core stability exercise obtained value (p=0.978 0.05), interaction of slow theraband rotator cuff strengthening exercise method and dynamic core stability exercise obtained value (p=0.986 0.05), interaction of fast theraband rotator cuff strengthening exercise method and static core stability exercise value obtained (p=0.978 0.05), interaction of fast rotator cuff strengthening theraband exercise method and dynamic core stability exercise obtained value (p=0.978 0.05). The conclusions are 1). There is the effect of the rotator cuff strengthening theraband exercise method, slow and fast pulling. 2). There is an influence of static and dynamic core stability exercise methods. 3). Theraband and core stability exercise methods affects the athletes’ accuracy, but there is no significant difference in exercise effect between groups.

Abstract

Alumni is a means of promotion and curriculum development of a study program. Based on this background problem, this research focuses on finding data on graduates or alumni through tracer studies. The research design uses qualitative research. The population in this study were all graduates of the Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) Semarang State University. The data collection method used by researchers is: a graduate tracer study system is carried out online through the development of an "alumni portal" which contains alumni respirators and databases that can be accessed online. The analytical method used to analyze the data obtained in this study are as follows: (a) Univariate analysis or single frequency analysis is intended to analyze only one variable that you want to know, for example the waiting period for graduates to get a job (b) bivariate analysis is intended to provide an explanation regarding the relationship between one variable and another, for example the suitability between lecture material and competency in employment, and (c) multivariate analysis is used to determine various variables, from the simplest to the most complex.

Abstract

Abstract. One of the essential factors in talent scouting is anthropometry. This study aims to determine the anthropometry of SSB KU 12 students. This research method is quantitative and non-experimental. The number of samples in this study was 201 football athletes in Central Java. Sample selection total sampling. This study observed several items: height, weight, head circumference, arm circumference, abdominal circumference, thigh circumference, chest circumference, arm length, and leg length. Anthropometric factors are essential in fostering football achievement. This study still has limitations in determining the criteria for athletes. The results of this study are used as a reference in making decisions. Hopefully, there will be further research on fat mass and football athletes' technical, physical, and psychological aspects.

Abstract

Elementary school children experience development in all aspects, both in terms of physical, psychological and sociological. In the field of motor skills, elementary school-age children have entered basic movement patterns and becoming skilled requires practice. They also need training for social maturity and physical fitness improvement. Games combined with the Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) approach can develop physical abilities, movement coordination, psychology, and social skills according to the characteristics of elementary school students. The purpose of this study was to produce a product model for learning physical fitness material for elementary school students in grades II with the TPSR approach. The research design used is Research and Development. This research was conducted in elementary schools in the Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. The entire population was used as a research sample of 209 students. Data collection techniques using observation. The experimental data were analyzed descriptively analytically. The results showed that the physical education development model of fitness material with the TPSR approach was carried out through the Bola Bali Maning (Back Ball Match/ BBM) games. The results of small-scale and large-scale tests for assessing attitudes, knowledge and skills in physical fitness material show that the TPSR approach has an effect on student character with a p-value for each assessment of 0.000 0.05. It can be concluded that the development of a physical education learning model for fitness with the TPSR approach through BBM games is effective in improving students' knowledge, attitudes and skills.
