Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis bentuk, penyebab dan dampak serta sikap tokoh perempuan menerima kekerasan dalam novel SDRHDT dan LH karya Eka Kurniawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripsi analisis. Sumber data adalah teks novel yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat dan dialog. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik deskripsi kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) bentuk kekerasanadalah kekerasan fisik, kekerasan psikologi, kekerasan seksual, kekerasan ekonomi dan kekerasan spritual. (2) penyebab kekerasan adalah faktor kemiskinan/ekonomi, faktor hubungan sosial, faktor psikologis, lemahnya Kontrol sosial primer dalam masyarakat, pengaruh sosial budaya dan dampak kekerasan adalah fatal dan non fatal. Dampak yang tergolong fatal meliputi bunuh diri dan pembunuhan. Selanjutnya yang non fatal meliputi cedera fisik, Gangguan reproduksi, Gangguan psikologis, Gangguan kronis, Gangguan perilaku. (3) sikap tokoh perempuan menerima kekerasan meliputi berontak dan pasrah dengan keadaan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekerasan terhadap tokoh perempuan terjadi berulang-ulang pada korban dan keluarga  sehingga mengakibatkan penderitaan dan kesengsaraan yang berkepanjangan.dan tidak dapat diterima oleh tokoh perempuan baik secara psikis maupun batin.The objective of this research is to describe and analyze the type, causes and impact, an attitude of a female character who accept violence too in SDRHDT dan LH by Eka Kurniawan. The approach used is a qualitative approach by analysis description method. The source of data are Seperti Dendam Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas dan Lelaki Harimau by Eka Kurniawan to become an object of this research are words, sentences and dialogues. The analysis technique used is the technique of qualitative description. The results indicate that (1) the forms of violence against female characters is physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence, economic violence and violence spiritually. (2) the causes of violence against female characters are poverty / economy factors, factors of social relationships, psychological factors, lack of social control primer in society, social influence culture and the impact of violence against female characters is fatal and non-fatal. Impacts are classified as fatal includes suicide and murder. Furthermore, the non-fatal includes physical injury, Reproductive disorders, psychological disorders, chronic disorders, behavior disorder. (3) The attitude of a female character who accept violence. Thus, it can be concluded that violence against to women figures occur repeatedly to the victims and families, so the consequence are suffering and miserable that continuing and unacceptable by female character both psychologically and mind.

Abstract

Keberagaman bahasa yang digunakan mahasiswa Aceh merepresentasikan adanya masyarakat dwibahasa maupun multibahasa. Kondisi tersebut memunculkan adanya pilihan kode yang digunakan dalam tuturan mahasiswa Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan wujud pilihan kode yang digunakan mahasiswa Aceh pada ranah pergaulan di Semarang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode simak dilanjutkan dengan teknik simak bebas libat cakap, rekam, dan catat. Analisis data  dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode padan  dengan teknik dasar pilah unsur penentu (PUP) dan teknik lanjutan teknik hubung banding membedakan (HBB). Berdasarkan tuturan mahasiswa Aceh, diperoleh hasil penelitian wujud pilihan kode berupa (1) tunggal bahasa, yang meliputi bahasa Indonesia nonformal, bahasa Jawa ngoko, dan bahasa Aceh; (2) alih kode; serta (3) campur kode.The language variations which are used by the Aceh students represent the existence of the bilingual and multilingual society. This condition turns up the existence of choosing code which is used in the Aceh students’ utterances. The purpose of this study is to describe the realizations of the code selecting which are used by the Aceh students’ in social intercourse in Semarang. The data are gathered by using listening method. Then, it is continued by using listening, recording, and making note technique. The data analysis in this study uses comparative method with determinant-sorting technique, andadvanced engineering techniques to distinguish circuited appeal. Based on the Students’ utterances result the selecting code. They are (1) monolingual, which includes informal Bahasa Indonesia, low level Javanese language, and Aceh language; (2) code switching; and (3) code mixing.

Abstract

Learning in the classroom often makes students have difficulties in distinguishing the content of news texts with other texts. One of the factors that cause this problem is that students do not fully understand news text writing skills, which include assessment of the title, completeness of the elements of news, diction, sentence effectiveness and spelling in the form of news text. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of learning news text writing skills with STAD and Direct Instruction models based on language attitudes. The design of the study uses a quasi-factorial experiment. The study population is the SMP in Bima Subdistrict using purposive sampling technique. This study used two samples of each class consisting of 32 students namely class VIIIA SMPN 1 Lambu as the experimental class to get treatment using the STAD model and VIIIC class 6 Lambu Junior High School as the control class to get treatment using the Direct Instruction model. Data collection techniques are test and non-test. Data analysis techniques to determine the effectiveness of STAD models using t-test and Anava to determine differences in STAD models and Direct Instruction. The results of the writing skills of the news text STAD model with the average value of the experimental group pre-test 67.59 and the post-test results of 77.78 there were significant differences in the improvement of learning outcomes by 10.19, proved the value of tvalue = 8.459. After using the Direct Instruction model effective in learning news text writing skills from the average pre-test control class of 67.50 and the post-test results to equal to 76.50, there was a significant change of 9, proved tvalue = 13.889. The skill to write news texts on the positive-speaking attitude of students who are treated with the STAD model is better than the writing skills of news texts for students whose positive speaking attitude is treated with the Direct Instruction model.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the information system and employee performance of Bank bjb of Ciamis branch. Methodology: In this study, the determination of the sample is done by purposive judgment sampling technique that is all employees of Bank bjb of Ciamis branch involved in operational of Bank bjb of Ciamis branch. The number of research samples is 92 respondents. The analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings: The results of this study indicate that there is significant effect of human resource and data quality on the implementation of information system. While, management support has no significant effect on the implementation of information system. Furthermore, human resource quality and management support have no significant effect on employee performance. While, data quality and the implementation of information system have significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

There are four variables in measuring the performance of KUD (unit of cooperative in village) based on Development Ladder Assesment (DLA) Method namely : vision,resources, capacity and networking. This research has two main aim. First, to find out the evaluation variable which gives the highest evaluation on the performance of KUD among vision, capacity, resources, and networking variables. Second, to find out the predicate performance of KUD at Banyumas regency during 2001-2004 using DLA method. KUD samples taken in this research are KUD which including “ A “ clasification according to Small Medium Enterprise and Coopertive Office of Banyumas regency. Research results showed that the resources variable get the highest score compared with other variable whereas networking variable get the lowest score and then KUD performance in Banyumas regency 2001-2004 period got green score predicate based on DLA method.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the requirement developing of teaching materials in writing folklore with javanesse languagebased on local wisdom according to the perception of teachers and students of fourth grade elementary school. The research method used is R & D four-D models by Thiagarajan. The stages of research are define, design, development, and dissemination. The analysis is using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The results showed that teachers and learners need teaching materials that are developed based on aspects of contents or materials, presentation aspects, linguistic aspects, and graphics aspects. (1) The developed teaching material consists of folklore material originating from the local area with the content of local wisdom in the form of Javanese values or ethics, (2) The teaching materials are equipped with the beginning, the contents, and the end with the systematic presentation of the material (3) The language used is a simple and communicative Javanese language; (4) A4-size teaching materials and complited with colored illustrations in accordance with the folklore theme.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quantum learning model with the series of drawings media on the learning achievement to write narrative of the fifth grade students of elementary school in The district of Kudus. The type of this research is quasi-experimental with non equivalent controlled group design. The sampling technique used was Cluster Random Sampling followed by purposive sampling technique. The result of n-gain analysis shows that the quantum learning with the drawing media in the control class gets 0.29 with low criteria while the experimental class gets 0.33 with moderate criteria. The ttest results show that tvalue is 5.911 while ttable is 2.006 or tvalue > ttable and the significance of it is 0.000 so H0 is rejected. The linear regression test of the quantum learning model by using series of drawing media towards the learning result of writing essay ability is 97.0%. Based on the data analysis it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the use of quantum learning models by using a series of drawings as media on the results of students' ability in learning to write narrative essays.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness and influence of keyword-based learning skills of writing poetry with the mediation of students’ learning motivation and the moderation of teachers' teaching skills. The experimental design used was the posttest only design control group. The sample of this research is 75 students from 4 elementary schools in Mejobo Kudus district. Data collection techniques used performance tests writing poetry and questionnaires. Data analysis technique is classical assumption test include normality test and heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis test include average difference test, path analysis and moderating variable test. The results of the study showed that (1) effective keyword-based learning improves poetry writing skills, (2) keyword-based learning has a positive effect on poetry writing skill through student learning motivation and moderated teacher's teaching skill with skill findings of variation as the most optimal skill. The conclusion of the research are the effectiveness of keyword-based learning in improving students’ writing poetry skills and positive effect of the learning strategy in directly or indirectly mode on poetry writing skill with the mediation of student's learning motivation and teacher's teaching moderation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran keterampilan membaca pemahaman cerpen, mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan membaca pemahaman cerpen, mendeskripsikan perubahan perilaku siswa, dan mendeskripsikan tanggapan siswa terhadap pembelajaran membaca pemahaman cerpen menggunakan strategi metakognitif dan teknik membaca retensi. Proses tindakan pada siklus I dan Siklus II meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan, yaitu instrumen tes dan nontes. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian keterampilan membaca pemahaman cerpen siswa kelas IX B SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmangu mengalami peningkatan. Siklus I mencapai 66,8 dan siklus II menjadi 77meningkat 10,2 atau sebesar 13,24%. Peningkatan ini juga diikuti dengan perubahan perilaku siswa dari perilaku negatif ke perilaku positif.The purpose of the research are to describe the learning process of writing poetry, to describe the improvement of students’ skill in reading comprehension short story, to describe the changes of students’ behavior, and to describe the students’ response to the learning activity in reading comprehension short story by using metakognitive strategy and retention technique. The action procces of cycle I and II include planning, action, observation, and reflection. The Instruments used in the research are test and non-test. Data analysis technique used in the research are quantitative and qualitative. The result of this study showed that there were some improvements in reading comprehension short story by using strategy metakognitive and retention technique of the students in class IX B SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmangu. First cycle is about 66,8%, and become to 77% or increase about 10,2 or about 13,24%.This raising level also followed by student’s behavior from negative to positive.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi proses pembelajaran, mendiskripsikan perubahan perilaku, dan peningkatan hasil keterampilan membaca cepat menggunakan teknik tayang kilas dengan media film terjemahan pada siswa kelas VII C SMP N 2 Jepon. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih kondusif  dan hasil tes sebesar 19% dari nilai rata-rata pada siklus I 66 menjadi 85 pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini diikuti perubahan perilaku siswa ke arah yang lebih positif, mencangkup lima karakter yaitu perhatian siswa, respon, tanggung jawab, cara siswa menanggapi, dan aktivitas membuat catatan.Formulation of the problem in this research is how to increase learning, behavior change, and the results of rapid reading skills using techniques with the medium of film running flash translation in class VII C SMP N 2 Jepon. The study design used classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The results showed an increase of 19% from the average value in the first cycle 66 to 85 on the second cycle. This increase was followed by a change in the learning process becomes more controlled and conducive, as well as changes in students' behavior in a more positive direction.
