Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran TGT (Teams Games Tournament) menggunakan sandi semaphore pramuka terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tipe kepribadian siswa terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. (3) Untuk mengetahui interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan tipe kepribadian siswa terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasy experiment research. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan angket tipe kepribadian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan analisis variansi dua jalan sel tak sama. Menurut hasil penelitian dan perhitungan uji analisis variansi dua jalan sel tak sama didapatkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran TGT (Teams Games Tournament) menggunakan sandi semaphore pramuka terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh tipe kepribadian siswa terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. (3) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan tipe kepribadian siswa terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching dan komunikasi siswa terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Serta menganalisis interaksi antara pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Jenis penelitian eksperimental ini menggunakan penelitian asi. Desain yang digunakan adalah desain kontrol posttest-only. Pemilihan dua kelas sebagai sampel kelas satu menerapkan pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching, dan metode konvensional yang digunakan pada kelas dua sebagai kelas kontrol. Selanjutnya, kedua kelompok akan diberikan tes akhir untuk melihat kemampuan berpikir matematika kritis. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data, tes, wawancara, dokumentasi. Instrumen Penelitian dengan Tes Esai. Teknik analisis data akhir penelitian menggunakan uji Anova. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan peneliti maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching dan keterampilan komunikasi matematis kategori tinggi, sedang, rendah terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis matematis terdapat pengaruh. Dan tidak terdapat interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan kategori komunikasi matematis dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis. Keyword: Pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis, Komunikasi Matematis Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Reciprocal Teaching learning and student communication on the mathematical critical thinking skills of students. As well as analyzing the interaction between Reciprocal Teaching learning and the mathematical critical thinking abilities of students. This type of experimental research uses asi-research. The design used in is posttest-only control design. The selection of two classes as a sample of the first class applies Reciprocal Teaching learning, and the conventional method used in the second class is as a control class. Next, both groups will be given final tests to look at critical math thinking skills. The sampling technique used in this study is random sampling with cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques, tests, interviews, documentation. Research Instruments with Essay Tests. The study's final data analysis technique uses the Anova test. Based on the data analysis and hypothesis testing that has been done by researchers, it can be concluded as follows: There is an influence of Reciprocal Teaching learning and categories of high, moderate, low mathematical communication skills on mathematical critical thinking skills. And there is no interaction between learning methods and mathematical communication categories to mathematical critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah rendah karena tidak terlebih dahulu menulis apa yang ditanya, diketahui, dan penjabaran dari jawabannya. Kemudian pendidik masih menggunakan model pembelajaran yang monoton. Adversity Quotient memiliki pengaruh baik dalam memperbaiki kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik. Hal ini dikarenakan AQ peserta didik digunakan sebagai acuan seberapa tangguh peserta didik dalam menghadapi kesulitan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari model pembelajaran Missouri Mathematisc Project dengan strategi Think Talk Write pada kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Adversity quotient terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik, (3) Untuk mengetahui interaksi dari model pembelajaran dan AQ terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Populasi dalam penulisan ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kotabumi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik acak kelas dengan kelas VII B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII E sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji ANAVA dua jalan sel tak sama. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Missouri Mathematisc Project dengan Think Talk Write terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah. (2) terdapat pengaruh antara Adversity Quotient Climbers, Campers dan Quitters terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah. (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan Adversity Quotient terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make a diagnosis of student learning difficulties Mathematics education graduate IPA, IPS and SMK in terms of learning mathematics. This research uses descriptive qualitative research type. Instrument used in the form of interview result, observation result of student learning mathematics and supported by result of questionnaire of interest of student of mathematics education by using Likert scale measurement which used to measure attitude, opinion, or perception of someone about social phenomenon. The results of this study include: (1) Types of learning difficulties for students with science graduates including difficulties in academic learning (academic learning disabilities). (2) Types of learning difficulties students with social studies and vocational backgrounds have a type of learning difficulties related to development (developmental learning disabilities) which includes perceptions, difficulties in language learning and communication, and learning difficulties in adjusting social behavior. (3) the effort that must be made to overcome this is to foster a high interest in learning to students.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine 1) the influence application of the MASTER learning model (Motivating, Acquiring, Searching, Triggering, Exhibiting, and Reflecting) based on Edutainment on students' mathematical connection skills in terms of learning motivation; 2) the influence of students' learning motivation on mathematical connection skills; and 3) the interaction between the groups of learning models (MASTER and Conventional) and the groups of learning motivation (high, moderate, and low) on students' mathematical connection skills. A quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental design was used in this study. The sample of the study was determined using cluster random sampling. The hypothesis was tested using two ways analysis of variance of unequal cells, provided that the data must be normally distributed and homogeneous. The results of the study show that 1) there was an influence of the MASTER learning model based on Edutainment on mathematical connection skills; 2) there was an influence of learning motivation on mathematical connection skills; and (3) there was no interaction between the groups of learning model (MASTER and Conventional) and the groups of learning motivation (high, moderate, and low) on mathematical connection skills.

Abstract

Remembering formulas without understanding its concept is a constraint in students’ learning activities. Therefore, the learning model needs to be implemented to make students active in understanding the concept of the material that teachers provide. This research intention is to reveal: (1) the effect of the discovery learning model of POE learning type towards metacognitive ability; (2) the influence of learning activity towards metacognitive ability; (3) the interaction between discovery learning model of POE learning type and learning activity toward metacognitive ability. This research applied experimental research; it was conducted through experiments or trials. It used a Quasy-Experimental design that has control group design, but it does not fully function to control the external variables that affect the execution of the experiment. The research outcomes show: (1) there is an effect of discovery learning model of POE learning type towards metacognitive ability; (2) there is an influence of learning activity towards students’ metacognitive ability; (3) there is no interaction between discovery learning model of POE learning type and learning activity toward students’ metacognitive ability.

Abstract

The mathematical critical thinking ability is part of a very important mathematical curriculum. The purpose in this study was to analyze the influence of Deep DCT Learning and the motivation to learn from the mathematical critical thinking ability. Research in is a quantitative study with the type of Quasy experimental Design by using post-test only control. Sampling techniques are performed by means of Random Sampling. Data retrieval is done by giving post-Test and poll. The analysis test used is a two way variances analysis (ANAVA). Based on the research results analyzed that: There is an influence between Deep DCT Learning to the mathematical critical thinking ability, there is a high, moderate and low motivation influence on mathematical critical thinking Skills, There is no interaction between Deep DCT Learning and the motivation to learn the ability of critical thinking mathematically.

Abstract

Keterampilan penting yang seharusnya dikuasai peserta didik adalah keterampilan menyelesaikan permasalahan. Kurang beragamnya model selama pembelajaran membuat pembelajaran menjadi monoton dan membosankan. Hal ini menjadi kendala dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah antara peserta didik yang diterapkan model LAPS-Heuristik dengan Time Token Arends (TTA) dan peserta didik yang diterapkan model konvensional. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif menggunakan metode Quasy Experimental Design dengan rancangan Post-test Only Control Group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik tingkat dua di MTs Daarul Maarif Natar dan dengan sampel kelas VIII A menjadi kelas percobaan dan kelas VIII B menjadi kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan soal berbentuk uraian untuk mengukur kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara peserta didik dengan penerapan model LAPS-Heuristik dengan TTA dan penerapan model konvensional. Dengan Effect Size sebesar 0,59 berarti bahwa model LAPS-Heuristik dengan TTA memberikan andil yang sedang terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran berupa game edukasi berbasis android berbantu software construct 2 pada materi peluang yang digunakan pada  peserta didik kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Metode penelititian yang digunakan adalah RD  (research and development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu: (1) analysis (Analisis), meliputi: analisis kebutuhan, analisis karakteristik siswa, dan analisis kurikulum, (2) design (Perencanaan), meliputi : pembuatan prototipe, menentukan materi, membuat instrumen, (3) development (Pengembangan), meliputi : pengembangan produk, validasi ahli materi, dan ahli media, (4) implementation (Implementasi), meliputi : uji coba media pada peserta didik, memberikan angket respon, (5) evaluation (Evaluasi). Berdasarkan penilaian yang diberikan oleh para ahli, dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain pembelajaran matematika tingkat SMP dengan software Construct 2 berbasis android memperoleh nilai dari ahli materi  yaitu persentase rata-rata sebesar 89% dengan kriteria “sangat layak ,dan ahli media 75% dengan kriteria “layak”. Adapun hasil penelitian respon peserta didik di SMP Amal Bakti dengan uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan persentase sebesar 88% dengan kriteria “sangat menarik” dan uji coba kelompok besar mendapatkan persentse 95% dengan kriteria “sangat menarik”. Sedangkan uji coba di SMP Negeri 3 Jati Agung pada kelompok kecil mendapatkan persentase 90% dengan kriteria “sangat menarik”, dan pada uji coba kelompok besar mendapatkan persentase 89% dengan kriteria “sangat menarik” sehingga produk yang dikembangkan bisa dikategorikan sangat layak dan sudah memenuhi kualifikasi valid untuk digunakan dalam melakukan pembelajaran matematika. Kata Kunci: Construct 2, Game Edukasi, Android, Media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low mathematical problem solving ability of students where the learning process is still teacher-centered which causes students to become passive, so an appropriate learning model is needed in the learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of differences in the use of the ECIRR and PQ4R learning models on mathematical problem solving abilities in terms of students' self-efficacy. The method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design. The population in this study were seventh grade students of SMP Darul Ulum Sekampung. Sampling using Cluster Random Sampling. It was obtained that class VII.2 as the experimental class 1 used the ECIRR model, class VII.1 as the experimental class 2 used the PQ4R model, and class VII.3 as the control class used the Direct Instruction model with fractional material. Data collection techniques using tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Hypothesis testing using a two-way ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) test of unequal cells with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that (1) there was an effect of differences in the use of the ECIRR learning model, the PQ4R learning model, and the Direct Instruction model on mathematical problem solving abilities, (2) there was an effect of mathematical problem solving abilities among students who had high self-efficacy, moderate , and low, and (3) there is no interaction between the ECIRR and PQ4R learning models with self efficacy on students' mathematical problem solving abilities.
