Abstract

ABSTRACT  Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is still a major health problem in the world, almost one third of the world's population is infected with TB, 95% of the world's TB death occurs in middle and low-income countries. The prevalence of the population of Indonesia in the diagnosis of pulmonary TB of health workers in 2013 is 0.4 percent. Based on the characteristic of the population, the prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis tends to increase with age, in low education, and not work. Purpose: To know the application of nursing care to the patient. I with pulmonary tuberculosis in the fulfillment of oxygenation requirements. Methods were performed: descriptive and using techniques Observation method  and  interview  method  with  one  resource  (Patient)  Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Results: The results showed that ineffective airway ineffectiveness not resolved marked with the client still appears coughing. And inefectiveness of the pattern of breath has been resolved is marked with the client is not crowded again, kliem seems not overcrowded, breathing: 24 x/i. Conclusion:After the research can be concluded that by doing nursing care in oxygenation needs, need to pay attention to patient of airway and breathing pattern. Suggestion: to nurse to maintain therapeutic communication techniques, so that they can maintain a relationship of mutual trust to patients and families of patients.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar   Belakang:   Diawal tahun 2020 dunia di gemparkan dengan merebaknya penemuan virus baru yaitu corona virus jenis baru ( SARS-CoV-2) dan penyakitnya disebut coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Diketahui, asal mula virus ini berasal dari Wuhan, Tiongkok. Ditemukan pada akhir Desember tahun 2019. Sampai saat ini sudah dipastikan terdapat 65  negara yang telah terjangkit virus satu ini. (Data WHO,  1 Maret 2020 ). AkIbat Wabah COVID-19 Proses belajar mengajar secara daring juga diterapkan di Prodi DIII Keperawatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassaar sebagai upaya dalam melanjutkan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar (PBM) agar dapat mencegah penyebarluasan wabah penyakit tersebut. semenjak beredar surat edaran Rektor Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar Nomor 277/05/C.5-II/III/41/2020 untuk melakukan PBM secara daring.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui dampak wabah Covid-19 terhadap instansi Pendidikan dan pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar (Pembelajaran Daring) di Prodi DIII Keperawatan FKIK Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar.Metode Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan metode pendeksripsian terhadap objek yang ditelitil. Hasil: Dampak Covid-19 Pada Institusi Pendidikan Akibat wabah Covid-19 maka pemerintah memutuskan untuk dapat melaksanakan aktivitas perkuliahan dari rumah, sehingga dengan adanya keputusan tersebut, maka dengan cepat Institusi Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar menindaklanjuti dengan membuat surat keputusan tentang pelaksanaan kuliah daring pada tanggal 16 Maret 2020 membuat group WatshApp agar dapat memberikan bimbingan/Tutorial tentang penggunan SPADA Unismuh. Proses perkuliahan yang sebelumnya dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan di kelas serta merta harus berpindah pelaksanaannya dari rumah masing-masing berdasarkan surat edaran tentang keharusan pelaksanaan kuliah Daring sejak tanggal 16 Maret 2020, sehingga Dosen dan Mahasiswa harus berbenah untuk menyiapkan diri dalam pelaksanaan kuliah Daring tersebut, tidak hanya Dosen dan Mahasiswa tetapi pihak institusi pun (Kampus) segera menyiapkan sarana dan prasarananya seperti di Unismuh dikenal dengan SPADA Unismuh. Kesimpulan: Dampak yang ditimbulkan terhadap pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran yaitu :Inovasi Media Pembelajaran, ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran, suasana pembelajaran, tingkat kehadiran mahasiswa, Saran: Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan antara lain: diharapkan semua Dosen pengajar dapat melakukan inovasi media pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana bagi Dosen dan mahasiswa, diharapkan dalam proses pembelajaran Daring di era pandemi tetap dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, diharapkan dapat menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih menyenangkan walaupun melalui daring, dan diharapkan tingkat kehadiran mahasiswa menjadi lebih baik selama proses perkuliahan Daring:

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak, which emerged in December 2019 in China, then spread to various countries including Indonesia, so the WHO declared it a global pandemic. Many research institutions and pharmaceutical companies are vying to find and produce vaccines against Covid-19 disease, Indonesia is also involved in the development of COVID-19 vaccines in collaboration with several countries and pharmaceutical companies. Objective: to find out the response felt by health workers to the administration of the Covid-19 vaccine. Method: This type of research is descriptive analytic with descriptive method of the object under study through the collected sample. Methods of data collection with primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling. Results: there are respondents who feel the effect 5 minutes after the vaccine, there are two respondents who are around 10-15 minutes after the vaccine, there are two respondents who feel the effect 30 minutes after the vaccine, three respondents who are around 1-2 hours after injection, some are 2 hours, there were 3 respondents felt side effects one day after the injection of the Covid-19 vaccine, 2 respondents only felt side effects during the first vaccine, three respondents felt a few hours after the vaccine, one respondent said the effect was felt since receiving the Covid-19 vaccine and there was one respondents who did not feel the effects of the Covid-19 vaccine. Conclusion: The response felt by Health Officers before giving the Covid-19 Vaccine was that respondents felt anxious, stressed, tense, doubtful and afraid. There were 3 respondents who felt normal before receiving the Covid-19 vaccine injection. After receiving the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, namely feeling sleepy, hungry, dizzy, headache, sore, achy, cramping at the injection area, feeling anxious about the side effects of the Covid-19 vaccine, and there was one respondent who did not feel any side effects. of the Covid-19 vaccine injection. In the second dose of vaccine, there were respondents who did not feel the same side effects when the first dose of vaccine.Keywords: response, health workers, Covid-19 vaccine
