Abstract

Tujuan dari survey ini adalah ingin mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi protokol kesehatan Corona Virus Disease-19 di RS Bhayangkara Mohammad Hasan Palembang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data, teknik analisisnya adalah analisis kualitatif dengan model interaktif. Informan penelitian ini adalah petugas kesehatan dan pasien di RS Bhayangkara Mohammad Hasan Palembang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan Corona Virus Disease 2019 di RS Bhayangkara Mohammad Hasan Palembang telah dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Penerapan protokol kesehatan di lingkungan rumah sakit terkait pelayanan kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 atau New Normal, antara lain: Penataan alur pelayanan, pembagian zona risiko penularan Covid-19 di rumah sakit, penerapan prinsip PPI, penerapan prinsip PPI baru. adaptasi metode, pengembangan sistem inovasi pelayanan kesehatan dan pengukuhan rujukan pada masa normalisasi baru dan pengukuhan rujukan pada masa normalisasi baru pada masa adaptasi kebiasaan. Secara umum, baik pasien maupun staf di RS Bhayangkara Mohammad Hasan Palembang mengikuti protokol kesehatan Corona Virus Disease 2019 sesuai prosedur, meski terkadang masih ada pasien yang lupa memakai masker, tidak mencuci tangan dan tidak menggunakan sanitizer.

Abstract

In preparing the Strategic Plan (Renstra), the South Sumatra Province Environment and Land Agency faced problems such as the PPTK not understanding the latest policies and activities that overlapped with other fields, and there were still many performance indicators, outputs, and activity outcomes that were not in accordance with the latest regulations. This study aims to implement Minister of Home Affairs Decree Number 050–5889 of 2021 concerning the Results of Verification, Validation, and Inventory of Updating Classification, Codefication, and Regional Development and Financial Planning Nomenclature as a Reference for the Codefication Policy and Regional Development Planning Nomenclature at the Environment and Land Agency of South Sumatra Province so that the problems encountered can be resolved. The research method that will be used is qualitative research, which means that data or information is collected through interviews with informants and uses the George C. Edward III model theory, which uses 4 dimensions (communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure) to obtain success in implementation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 050–5889 of 2021 concerning Verification Results, Validation, and Inventory of Updating Classification, Codefication, and Regional Development and Financial Planning Nomenclature as a reference for codefication policies and regional development planning and financial nomenclature at the Environment and Land Agency of South Sumatra Province is not yet optimal. These problems are found in inadequate incentive indicators and Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) indicators that are not in accordance with the latest policies, so that some activities still overlap with activities in other fields.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a policy change that required us to be in a new condition, namely not being allowed to gather people in one place and close to each other because of physical distancing and social distancing in the long term. In the end the training applies a distance learning system (distance learning) by utilizing electronic learning technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of training with full online and blended learning methods. This thesis research uses qualitative methods. The data collection process was carried out using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies The results of this study speak volumes about the following matters, namely; a) Reaction is a measure of training effectiveness which can be seen from the reaction of the trainees, especially direct reactions; b) The Learning Process measures the effectiveness of the training based on how well the trainees are able to absorb the information provided during the training; c) This change in behavior is in the form of behavioral effects, namely changes in attitude that occur before and after training; d) Results of measurement of training efficiency in terms of achieving organizational goals, quality of work, time efficiency, quantity of output and reduction of waste.

Abstract

Accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the RI Number 17/Permen-KP/2019 concerning Requirements and Procedures for Issuing Processing Feasibility Certificates, Guidelines and procedures for good fish processing to ensure fishery products are safe and meet the requirements for quality assurance and safety of fishery products, methods Good fish processing is a guideline and procedure for good fish processing. Meanwhile, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures are instructions and processes for implementing good sanitation to meet the needs for quality assurance and safety of fishery products. Fish Processing Industry Business Actors are required to follow Sanitation SOPs and implement good fish processing methods in each fish processing unit. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Policy Requirements and Procedures for Issuing Processing Feasibility Certificates in Palembang Fish Processing Units. The problems in the research are the environment of the processing facilities and their control, the condition of the processing room building (lay out) of the processing kitchen which does not meet the specified standards, the low desire of the Fish Processing Unit/Business Actor in obtaining a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) permit for the reason that they are lazy in completing the requirements and the actors Businesses still have difficulty making improvements that comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/ Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) standards due to cost/budget limitations. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative data analysis technique. This research shows that: overall the implementation of the Policy on Requirements and Procedures for Issuing Processing Feasibility Certificates in the Palembang Fish Processing Unit has been implemented properly, although in its implementation there are still obstacles/constraints such as the environment of processing facilities and their control, the condition of the processing room building (lay out). ) processing kitchens do not meet the specified standards, low willingness of Fish Processing Units/business actors to obtain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) permits for reasons of being lazy in completing the requirements and business actors still have difficulty carrying out repairs that comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/Sanitation standards Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) due to cost/budget limitations
