Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran team games tournament kelas IX6 SMP Negeri 4 Kota Ternate tahun pelajaran 2018- 2019 pada materi pewarisan sifat pada mahluk hidup, Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2018. Jenis penelitian yakni desain penilitian tindakan kelas ( PTK) dengan menggunakan dua siklus. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Penerapan Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT pada mata pelajara IPA  materi Pewarisan sifat pada Mahluk hidup kelas IX6 SMP Negeri 4 Kota Ternate dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terlihat bahwa prestasi belajar siswa kelas IX6 pada tes awal nilai rata-rata 40, 27% ketuntasan. Sedangkan pada post test 1 nilai rata-rata 60.04 dan peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 23% dengan gain score 0.46 kategori sedang. Pada post test 2 nilai rata-rata siswa 82.09, ketuntasan 95% dan peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 45% dengan gain score 1.23 kategori tinggi. Kata kunci: TGT, Hasil Belajar, Pewarisan Sifat Pada Mahluk Hidup

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Reading Questioning And Answering (RQA) learning model through Virtual Class on metacognitive skills and cognitive learning outcomes of students in the biology education study program in the basic teaching ability course. There are two variables in this study, namely the independent variable is the Reading Questioning And Answering (RQA) Learning Model and the dependent variable is Metacognitive Skills and Cognitive Learning Outcomes. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The form of research used is a quasi-experimental research design with pretest posttest control group design. Data collection techniques using the Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MCAI) Questionnaire, Cognitive Learning Outcomes Test and Documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the Reading Questioning And Answering (RQA) learning model through the Virtual Class on metacognitive skills and cognitive learning outcomes of students of the biology education study program in the subject of basic teaching abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential of learning models with the Pattern of Empowerment Thinking Through Questions (PBMP) combined with integrated scientific approach integrated Islamic values in empowering critical thinking and metacognition of elementary school students or madrasah ibtidaiyah. Furthermore, this study aimed to determine differences in critical thinking and metacognition of students with different ethnicities related to the learning model applied. This research is classified as a quasi experiment, conducted in the 2018/2019 school year in class V at two Ibtidaiyah Madrasahs classified as schools or multiethnic Madrasas in Ternate City. The measured variables in this study were students' critical thinking skills and metacognition. To test the hypotheses, Anakova in the SPSS 16.0 program was used. If the probability value is significant, then further tests with LSD. The results of data analysis show that PBMP learning combined with integrated scientific approach integrated Islamic values has an effect on students 'critical thinking and metacognition and or it can be said that PBMP patterned learning combined with an integrated scientific approach integrated Islamic values is more empowering students' critical thinking and metacognition than conventional models. There are differences in students' critical thinking between ethnic groups in the class applied to the model, these differences can be concluded that students in each ethnic group have different learning styles. Keywords: multiethnic, PBMP, scientific approach, Islamic values, Metacognition, critical thinking.
