Abstract

Gunungsari is one of village in Bojonegoro located around the Solo River downstream. Farming areas experiencing water shortages because the monthly rainfall is always dry in dry season. Rice can’t live without adequate water. That seasonal condition making farmers must think to get way to continuous rice cultivation. This paper aims to determine farmer adaptation in rice cultivation at dry season for raw data in the learning source. This research is survey with population 385 heads of family farmers. Samples were taken by proportional random sampling technique is 80. Collecting data use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analyzed with descriptive quantitative, then information will develop in the learning source in the next research. The results that the form of adaptation, include: (1) farmers began planting in June when river water still available. (2) To hold water by way pumping river water to Solo River to secondary, pumped again to tertiary, then flowed to rice fields. (3) Farmers must set aside 16% of the yield to pay for pumping effort. This research result can become lecturer learning source both in Biology Education department and in Geography Education department. Biology Education is specially relating in the plant matter. Geography Education is specially relating in the agriculture geography matter. Development Learning Source for higher education must begin from research like this research. Learning source with information from the research can learn more contextual and easier to understand.

Abstract

Kendari is the capital of the Indonesian province of Southeast Sulawesi. It is located on mainly the karst hills region with high rainfall and there were numerous human activities on the karst hills. Many landslides have occurred in these areas. Natural and human factors may contribute to the landslide. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the present GIS map of landslide-prone areas was in agreement or compatible when compared to the actual site conditions in Kendari City. This research is mainly a regional survey. Data was collected through direct interview and observation at the sites. Data were analyzed quantitatively with percentages. The results showed that 87.4% of the area in Kendari City as shown in the map of landslide-prone distribution using GIS was included in the low risk or slightly vulnerable category. The category of landslide-prone areas was divided into; Very low risk, Low, Medium, High risk and Very high risk which represents the less vulnerable areas to the very vulnerable areas. The level of compatibility of landslide-prone maps in Kendari City, when compared with actual site conditions, reaches 75%. This shows that the map of the GIS spatial analysis can be used as a guide in mapping the level of landslide vulnerability in Kendari City. Landslide-prone map may be used as a guideline for engineers, designers, planners, and city officials in planning to reduce the risk of potential disaster.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the Bajo’s local wisdom in preservation sea and coastal area in the form of teaching material in the Basic Natural Science (BNS) focused on environment preservation. The type of research is research and development. Teaching material is arranged based on the principle and procedures of developing a 4-D model, there are: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Teaching material draft validated by two matter experts, one language experts, and one design expert. Teaching material draft tried to the Language and Literature Education students with 10 people in the small group and 40 people in the large group. The average validation results were 83.73% (very good) and did not need revision. Revised sections: cover, image source, chapter display, and change the unsuitable image. The small group student trials result obtained 80.68% (good) and large groups obtained 82.95% (good). The implication of this research is as an alternative solution to maintain and enhance the local wisdom value of the Bajo’s in preserving the sea and coast through teaching materials.

Abstract

Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive with percentages. The results of internal audit and questionnaire as a whole, it was found that the success of implementing SMKP was 89%. ANTAM has been implemented in line with the regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree Number 26 of 2018.

Abstract

Kota Kendari, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara rentan terhadap bencana banjir. Hampir setiap tahun Kota Kendari mengalami banjir. Hal ini dikarenakan kota Kendari merupakan daerah muara sungai Wanggu yang berhulu di Konawe Selatan. Tujuan penelitian dalam paper ini adalah untuk mengetahui persebaran daerah potensi banjir dan kesesuaian dengan kondisi sebenarnya di Kota Kendari. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif yang didalamnya mencakup penelitian survey. Data dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas primer dan sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara secara langsung. Data sekunder diperoleh dalam bentuk peta administrasi, peta jenis tanah, peta curah hujan, peta penggunaan lahan, peta kemiringan lereng dan peta buffer sungai di instansi-instansi terkait, serta dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode overlay dengan pembobotan dan scoring, dengan parameter: kemiringan lereng, jenis tanah, curah hujan, buffer sungai, dan penggunaan lahan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 95% daerah di Kota Kendari rawan banjir dengan variasi agak, cukup, rawan, dan sangat rawan. Cukup rawan menempati posisi tertinggi sebesar 10742,51 ha atau 40%. Tingkat kesesuaian peta dengan sebenarnya mencapai 95% artinya hasil analisis spasial dapat digunakan dalam pemetaan tingkat kerawanan banjir di Kota Kendari.

Abstract

The population in Katobu District and Duruka District are always increased. BPS data shown increased from 2011 to 2018 in Katobu District as much 3.194 people and Duruka District as much as 1.205 people. This caused the requirement of settlement area also increased. The research aim was to determine the suitability between settlement land use map and actual conditions in Katobu District and Duruka District. This research type is a regional survey. Data were collected by interviews and observations. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive with percentage and scoring. The results shown the settlements map in Katobu and Duruka Districts in the S1 category 53.65%, S2 4.46%, and N1 41.89%. The suitability between settlement map in Katobu and Duruka Districts with actual conditions reached 100%. This showed that the GIS spatial analysis map results can be used in determining policies or public consumption related to the suitability of settlement locations in Katobu District and Duruka District of Muna Regency.Keywords: suitability, actual conditions, settlement mapping Jumlah penduduk di Kecamatan Katobu dan Kecamatan Duruka selalu meningkat. Data BPS menunjukkan peningkatan dari tahun 2011 ke 2018 di Kecamatan Katobu sebanyak 3.194 jiwa dan kecamatan Duruka sebanyak 1.205 jiwa. Hal ini menyebabkan kebutuhan akan lahan permukiman juga meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesesuaian peta penggunaan lahan permukiman dengan kondisi sebenarnya di Kecamatan Katobu dan Kecamatan Duruka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey wilayah. Cara pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase dan skoring. Hasil menunjukkan peta permukiman di Kecamatan Katobu dan Kecamatan Duruka pada kategori S1 53,65%, S2 4,46%, dan N1 41,89%. Kesesuaian peta permukiman di Kecamatan Katobu dan Kecamatan Duruka dengan kondisi sebenarnya mencapai 100%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peta hasil analisis spasial SIG dapat digunakan dalam penentuan kebijakan atau konsumsi masyarakat terkait kesesuaian lokasi permukiman di Kecamatan Katobu dan Kecamatan duruka Kabupaten Muna.Kata Kunci: kesesuaian, kondisi sebenarnya, pemetaan permukiman

Abstract

Abstract The basic values of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) consist of accountability, nationalism, public ethics, quality commitment, and anti-corruption. The position and role of ASN in the Republic of Indonesia consists of ASN management, the Whole of Government and Public Services. The basic values, roles, and position must be reflected in the issue of solving activities in the basic training activities of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. This type of research is a pre-experimental paper with the subject of Udergraduate Geography Education 2016 class. Actualization was carried out from 16 August to 20 November 2018 at USN Kolaka. Activities on campus include: 1) carrying out environmental awareness counseling for students 2) implementing the environmental care integrity pact. 3) GIS training on environmental studies. Off campus activities include: 1) planting trees in the campus environment of USN Kolaka, 2) cleaning the gutters in the campus environment of USN Kolaka, 3) counseling and outreach activities to the community are adapted into environmental awareness counseling by students and lecturers to students in other majors (Mathematics Education). The research instruments were self evaluation, pretest and posttest. Self evaluation data were analyzed descriptively. While the pretest and posttest data were analyzed using parametric inferential statistics through one sample t-test with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that there was an influence of Basic Training on the characters of environmental awareness of students with the significance value of testing one sample t-test with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows of 0,000. All activities nuanced basic values, roles and positions of ASN in the Homeland.Keywords: basic training, character, environment awareness AbstrakNilai-nilai dasar Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) terdiri dari akuntabilitas, nasionalisme, etika publik, komitmen mutu, dan anti korupsi. Kedudukan dan peran ASN dalam NKRI terdiri dari manajemen ASN, Whole of Government dan Pelayanan Publik. Nilai dasar, peran, dan kedudukan tersebut wajib tercermin dalam kegiatan pemecahan isu pada kegiatan pelatihan dasar Kementristek Dikti. Jenis penelitian makalah adalah pre eksperimen dengan subjek mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Geografi Kelas 2016. Aktualisasi dilakukan dari 16 Agustus hingga 20 November 2018 di USN Kolaka. Kegiatan on campus meliputi: 1) melaksanakan penyuluhan peduli lingkungan kepada mahasiswa 2) penerapan pakta integritas peduli lingkungan. 3) Pelatihan SIG kajian lingkungan. Kegiatan off campus meliputi: 1) penanaman Pohon di lingkungan kampus USN Kolaka, 2) Pembersihan Selokan di lingkungan kampus USN Kolaka, 3) kegiatan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi ke masyarakat diadaptasi menjadi penyuluhan kepedulian lingkungan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen ke Mahasiswa jurusan lain (S1 Pendidikan Matematika). Instrumen penelitian adalah self evaluation, pretest dan posttest. Data self evaluation dianalisis dengan deskrriptif. Sedangkan data pretest dan posttest dianalisis menggunakan statistik inferensial parametrik melalui uji satu sampel t-tes dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh Pelatihan Dasar pada karakter karakter kesadaran lingkungan siswa dengan nilai signifikansi pengujian satu sampel t-test dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for Windows sebesar 0.000. Seluruh kegiatan bernuansa nilai dasar, peran, dan kedudukan ASN dalam NKRI.Kata Kunci: pelatihan dasar, karakter, kepedulian lingkungan

Abstract

 This research discussed the effect of scouring on the stability of the slope on the Bujangga street STA 00+000 sd STA 00+075. A landslide had occurred in the development of a road located on the Bujangga riverside. The road is the result of widening which was previously only 2 lanes with a width of 8 m to 4 lanes with a width of 20 m. Landslides occured at STA 00+000 up to STA 00+075. At the STA the road experiences a landslide in the direction of the river to the elevation of the road surface down as deep as ± 2m. This research type is survey. Data was collected with documentation of post-landslide soil investigations, investigation of landslide conditions in the field, and sheet-pile slip simulation using the finite element method with helping the PLAXIS V.7.2 program. Data analysis with descriptive and back analysis to input soil parameters produces deformation and landslide mechanism that is relevant to actual conditions in the field. As a result of scouring of the river there is a reduction in passive pressure on the outside of the sheetpile which results in a decrease in the value of the safety factor of the road including other buildings such as settlements. This is indicated by the results of modeling and simulation above which gives the value of FS=1.2602 without scouring and FS=1.045 after scouring. The scouring of the river can be concluded that on a long-term scale the location is a landslide prone location.Keywords: Landslide Analysis, Finite Element, Road Development, Riverside  Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh scouring terhadap stabilitas lereng pada kelongsoran Jalan Bujangga STA 00+000 sd STA 00+075. Pernah terjadi kelongsoran pada pengembangan jalan yang berlokasi di pinggiran sungai Bujangga. Jalan tersebut merupakan hasil pelebaran yang sebelumnya hanya 2 lajur dengan lebar 8 m menjadi 4 lajur dengan lebar 20 m. Kelongsoran terjadi pada STA 00+000 sampai dengan STA 00+075. Pada STA tersebut jalan mengalami kelongsoran ke arah sungai hingga elevasi permukaan jalan turun sedalam ± 2m. Penelitian ini berjenis survey. Data dikumpulkan dengan dokumentasi penyelidikan tanah pasca longsoran, investigasi kondisi longsoran di lapangan, dan simulasi kelongsoran sheetpile menggunakan metode elemen hingga dengan bantuan program PLAXIS V.7.2. Analisis data dengan deskriptif dan back analysis hingga parameter tanah input menghasilkan deformasi dan mekanisme kelongsoran yang relevan dengan kondisi actual di lapangan. Akibat dari scouring atau gerusan sungai terjadi pengurangan tekanan pasif pada sisi luar sheetpile yang berakibat penurunan nilai faktor keamanan dari jalan termasuk bangunan lain seperti pemukiman. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan oleh hasil pemodelan dan simulasi di atas yang memberikan nilai FS=1.2602 tanpa scouring dan FS=1.045 setelah adanya scouring. Adanya gerusan pada bibir sungai dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam skala jangka panjang lokasi tersebut merupakan lokasi rawan bencana longsoran.Kata Kunci: Analisis Longsoran, Elemen Hingga, Pengembangan Jalan, Pinggiran Sungai
