Abstract

These past few decades, the internet has developed into a vast global market place for the trading of goods and services. People are doing business online and it has become more easy and fast due to internet development. Online shopping has grown in popularity, mainly because people find it convenient and easy to shop anytime and anywhere. These new technologies also altered our way to communicate and to interconnect with people.  Internet advancement has developed and transformed Word-of-Mouth into something much more influential and fast-spreading, Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM). This research is conducted in order to analyze the influence of E-WOM using experience, perceived credibility, and customer susceptibility to interpersonal influence on consumer buying decision. The sample of this research is people who have been shopped in Lazada online shop as many as 60 respondents of purposive sampling. The result of this research reveals that experience is the only variable that has a significant influence on consumer buying decision. This research suggests that the e-business firms should further expose the reviews section to users.   Keywords: electronic, word-of-mouth, experience, credibility, susceptibility, buying decision

Abstract

Abstrak: Pertumbuhan Rumah Sakit (RS) di Indonesia cukup tinggi dalam kurun sepuluh tahun ini. Perkembangan ini tentu selain menuntut baiknya kualitas pelayanan juga menciptakan adanya persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) terhadap kualitas penanganan pasien Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Maria Walanda Maramis Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fokus pada pasien, Obsesi terhadap kualitas, perbaikan system secara berkesinambungan, serta pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas penanganan pasien pada RSUD Maria Walanda Maramis Minahasa Utara. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, dan Obsesi terhadap kualitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kualitas penanganan pasien. Sedangkan Fokus pada pasien, dan Perbaikan sistem secara berkesinambungan, tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas penanganan pasien. Sebaiknya para karyawan memperoleh pendidikan dan pelatihan agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk memberikan layanan berkualitas tinggi. Kata Kunci: manajemen mutu terpadu, kualitas penanganan pasien, rumah sakit

Abstract

Abstract: Diversity of business keeps developing through times, which creates more fierce competition in business. Companies do marketing strategies to survive the competition and to stay relevant with the industry. Companies have many ways to make the business become more competitive and can overcome the competition. One of the things that can be done to survive in the industry is to pursue customer satisfaction. There are many ways to pursue customer satisfaction in which there are a diversity of products and the atmosphere of the store offered. So this research aims to know the influence of product diversity and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Miniso Manado. This study uses a quantitative method with questionnaires used to collect the data. This research derived and examined the model through ordinal regression model in a sample of 100 respondents who have already bought a product at Miniso Manado. The finding of this research shows that the product diversity and store atmosphere have no significant influence on customer satisfaction at Miniso Manado. Retailers should pay attention to other things such as price, the quality of product, and the service. Keywords: product diversity, store atmosphere, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen perubahan, budaya organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Sulut Go. Metode Analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen perubahan, budaya organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Sulut Go adalah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program statistik SPSS for Window versi 20. Populasi penelitian adalah 100 orang karyawan dan sampel analisis adalah 80 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa secara simultan manajemen perubahan (X1), budaya organisasi (X2) dan keterlibatan kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Sulut Go dan secara parsial Manajemen Perubahan (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2) dan Keterlibatan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bank Sulut Go. Saran penelitian yang diperoleh adalah manajemen dan para karyawan dari PT. Bank Sulut Go harus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan manajemen perubahan, budaya organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja di kantor utama BUMN ini dan harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: manajemen perubahan, budaya organisasi, keterlibatan kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Sports is a necessity for everyone and become a lifestyle in society. No exception for this sport type, Futsal. In order to keep existing customers and for attracting new ones, every futsal court needs to identify the criteria on which customers determine their futsal selection decision. Therefore the writer conducted to analyze the criteria of Futsal court that influence customer and analyze the most preferred futsal court by customer in Manado. Writer used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to compare each futsal court as the alternative. The sample of this research is the customers of My Futzal, Champion Futsal, and Marina Futsal as many as 40 respondents of purposive sampling. As the result, there are top three criteria that have the highest influence on customer in selecting futsal court in Manado. Access to the stadium gets the highest score. Second highest score goes to aesthetics and cleanliness of facilities, and then parking criteria in third place. Therefore, every futsal courts particularly in Manado has to pay attention toward these three factors in order to maintain and attract customers. My Futzal is the most preferred Futsal court by the customer. Followed by Champion Futsal and then Marina Futsal. Keywords: customer decision making, perceived quality, futsal selection.

Abstract

Abstrak: Peranan sumber daya manusia sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Hal ini tentunya tidak luput dari berbagai faktor pendukung dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan dan loyalitas kerja karyawan PT. Delisa Minahasa Manado. Pendidikan adalah proses dimana potensi, kemampuan, kapasitas manusia disempurnakan dengan kebiasaan yang baik untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Pelatihan adalah proses secara sistematis mengubah tingkah laku pegawai untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Loyalitas adalah kesetiaan seorang karyawan terhadap perusahaan yang timbul dengan sendirinya, bertahan dalam organisasi dan melakukan yang terbaik untuk organisasi. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah PT. Delisa Minahasa Manado dengan mengunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan yang berjumlah 32 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan variabel pendidikan, pelatihan dan loyalitas berpengaruh signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Delisa Minahasa Manado. Pendidikan, pelatihan dan loyalitas merupakan faktor yang penting dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Sebaiknya pimpinan PT. Delisa Minahasa Manado memperhatikan hal – hal yang berkaitan dengan faktor – faktor tersebut demi kemajuan perusahaan. Kata Kunci : pendidikan, pelatihan, loyalitas, kinerja karyawan

Abstract: The success of the Life’s Insurance Company is influenced by the performance of the sales agents inside. Based on the previous related research about the agent competencies, researcher determine the most important five attributes in agent competencies to measuring the customers satisfaction to their performance, namely: Performance (Reliability), Cooperation (Credibility), Guarantee (Security), Personal Skill (Ability), and Experience. (1) Personal Skill (Ability) is located in the quadrant I “Concentrate Here” (very important to employees, but performance levels are fairly low); (2) Guarantee (security) and Cooperation (Credibility) are located in quadrant II “Keep up the good work” (very important to employees, and at the same time has a high level of performance in these activities); and (3) Experience and Performance (Reliability) is located in the quadrant III “Low priority” (low importance and low performance). Abstract

investigate what consumption values that could have effect users’ purchase decision on Dota 2 virtual goods in Manado with specific case at the Faculty of Economics and Business Unsrat. A quantitative method was applied to analyse data collected using purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression was employed to analyse the purchase decision model, Ftest and ttest were used to analyse simultaneous and partial effects of consumption values on purchase decision of virtual goods in Dota 2, respectively. It was revealed from this research that simultaneously effect of Functional Value, Social Value, Emotional Value, Satisfaction with The Game and Character Identification was significant on purchase decision of virtual goods in Dota 2, but partially this effect was only significant for values of Satisfaction With The Game and Character Identification. Online game industry of Dota 2 has to maintain and develop their virtual goods related to consumption values used in this research with special attention to items that related to the increase of satisfaction with the game and character identification. The future research may be focused on others indicators of consumption values that did not involve in this research.Keywords: consumption values, dota 2, purchase decision, virtual good

Abstract

Abstract: Multi level marketing business is rapidly growing especially in North Sulawesi, the one of advantages of multi level marketing business is the contribution it makes to economic growth, one of the examples of multi level marketing in Manado is oriflame’s company. The objective can be achieved of this research is to know the consumer’s trust on the salesperson in a direct selling context as measured by different measures of trust. Theories supporting research are consumer trust and direct selling. This research is qualitative research that uses an exploratory approach with in-depth interviews. The sample of this research is 10 of the consumer oriflame in Manado. The result of this research is in the cognitive trust of the consumer oriflame is they trust to the salesperson and never commitment to build relationship if the goods not really same with the percentage of the salesperson, most of them are never get the stuff that not same with their expectation, so they trust of confidence. For the affective trust, the consumer respect and gratitude to the salesperson and the last is generalized trust the result is they never get conflict with the salesperson so the salesperson could be dependable. Keywords: consumer trust, direct selling, multi level marketing.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tata letak merupakan pemilihan secara optimum penempatan mesin-mesin, peralatan-peralatan pabrik, tempat kerja, tempat penyimpanan dan fasilitas servis, bersama-sama dengan penentuan bentuk pabriknya guna menunjang proses produksi yang optimal dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Tropica Cocoprima Desa Lelema yang memproduksi tepung kelapa. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis layout yang diterapkan dan menganalisis efisiensi layout tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode line balancing dengan berdasarkan 3 kriteria analisis layout yaitu output yang dihasilkan per hari, desain layout, dan jumlah stasiun kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis layout yang digunakan PT. Tropica Cocoprima adalah layout produk atau layout garis. Kapasitas maksimal 12 tth lebih besar daripada kapasitas standar 5 tth. Desain layout PT. Tropica Cocoprima merupakan garis yang efisien karena siklus waktu yang dibutuhkan menghasilkan jam menganggur pekerja 65,762 menit lebih kecil dari siklus waktu maksimum yang menghasilkan jam menganggur pekerja 97,40 menit. Kriteria yang pertama dan kedua sudah memenuhi syarat efisiensi tetapi kriteria yang ketiga belum memenuhi, karena dari hasil analisis Theoretical Minimum perusahaan hanya membutuhkan 1 stasiun tetapi nyatanya menggunakan 5 stasiun. Maka penulis mengusulkan menjadi 3 stasiun kerja yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi 12,55% (31,38% - 18,83%) dan Balance Delay yang lebih kecil dari 81,17% menjadi 68,62% serta Idle Time yang kecil juga, dari 1168,81 menit menjadi 592,81 menit. Kata kunci: layout, efisiensi, idle time, stasiun kerja.
