THE CORRELATION OF STUDENTS’ LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND THEIR LEARNING OUTCOMES OF SOCIAL SCIENCE SUBJECT AT CLASS V OF PRIMARY SCHOOLS AbstractThis research is done due to the fact that student’s learning activities and their learning outcomes of Social Science subject were still low. This research aims at finding out the correlation between the learning activities and learning outcomes of Social Science subject at class V. This quantitative research applied the correlational method. The population was all 5th grade students of SD Semen Padang with the total number of 43 students. Sample were chosen by using saturation sampling technique. The research result show that there is a positive and strong realitionship between students’ activities and their learning outcomes with the correlation coefficient of 0.798.Keywords: Learning Activities, Learning Outcomes

The purpose of this reseacrh was to effect of Cooperative Learning Type Numbered Head Together on student learning outcomes in Integrated Thematic Learning in Class V SDN 01 Matur even semester of academic year 2018/2019. This research is a quantitative research with type experimental research, and quasy experimental research design. Sampling data was collected with purposive sample technique. The sample of this study amounted to 40 people with population 40 people. Instrument that used to collecting data in this research is objevtive test with multiple choice form. The result of research is that tcount > ttable is 2,7 > 1,72 with α = 0,05 meaning H0 is rejected. The average of student learning measured with posttest after done learning, that is in experiment class 80,6 and control, class 76,2. So that Ha accepted that there is effect the use of model Cooperative Type Numbered Head Together on student learning outcomes in integrated thematic leraning in class V SDN 01 Matur Kabupaten Agam

This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in Integrated thematic Learning using Discovery Learning model in class IV SDN 05 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam. This research used a qualitative and quantitative approach. This type of research i.e. Research Action class (PTK). The subject of research is the grade IV SDN 05 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam Feed as many as 20 students. Research conducted two cycles. The design of the research include, (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) and (4) observation of the reflection. The results showed an increase in: a) the RPP cycle I 86,37 % (B Cycle II 95,45% (SB) implementation on aspect of teacher cycle I82,82% (B) , a cycle II 93,75% (SB) c) Implementation on aspect students cycle I % 82,82 % (B and Cycle II II 93,75% (SB) student learning outcomes Cycle I 75 (B) cycle II 83 (B). Thus the model of Discovery Learning can improve the learning results of integrated thematic grade IV SDN 05 Koto Tangah Kabupaten Agam.

The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of IPS learning outcomes by using Problem Solving method in class IV SDN 04 2x11 EnamLingkung. The type of research is class action research, using qualitative and quantitative approach, done with two cycles that is cycle I and cycle II. Increased: at planning 69,65% to 92,57%, teacher aspects 72,09% to 87,6%, student aspect 70% to 88,6%. It can be concluded that problem solving method can improve student learning result of IPS. Abstract The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in social learning by using the numbered head together type of cooperative model in V class at SDN 05 Sirukam Kab. Solok. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of this study were teachers and V graders with 26 students consisting of 15 boys and 11 girls. The research was carried out in two cycles with research procedures consisting of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The results of this study are increasing student learning outcomes in sicial learning in V class SDN 05 Sirukam kab. Solok by using numbered head together type of cooperative model. This study was aimed to find out " The Effect of Cooperative Learning Models of Think Pair and Share (TPS) Type on Learning Outcomes of Class V Students in Social Studies Lessons in SDN 02 Taeh Baruah District 50 Kota". The research method used is True Experimental Design, in form of Pretest-Posttest Design Group Control. The study population was all fifth grade students of SDN 02 Taeh Baruah, Kabupaten 50 Kota. The sampling technique was Simple Random sampling, and the chosen sample was the VA class as the experimental group and the VB class as the control with total 40 students. Based on data analysis, the average results of posttest the experimental class were 83.35 and the standard deviation was 5.68, while the average posttest in the control class was 77.1 and standard deviation was 7.71. In testing the hypothesis obtained tcount 5.76 and ttable 2.02 at the real level α = 0.05 and df = 38 so tcount > ttable which is 5.76 > 2.02. Then it can be concluded that there is an influence of cooperative model Think Pair Share (TPS) type on the learning outcomes. Keywords: TPS, IPS Learning Outcomes

Purpose of this research is to find the significant effect of PBL model for learning outcomes on social studies’s part theme 3 sub theme 2 grade IV in 09 Belakang Balok Primary school. Type of this reseach is experimental with Quasy Experimental design and non eqivalendt control group design for form. Sampling technique that I used is total sampling technique and than the sample are two group, they are IVA as experimen group that used PBL model and IVB as conventional group that used conventional mode with 28 member for each group. Result of this research used t-test showing us that average score on group that used PBL is 76,25 and group that used conventional is 70,10. T-test obtained tcount 1,8524> 1.67356 ttable on a 0,05 level. Its mean we can concluse there is significant effect of PBL for the learning result.Keywords: PBL, conventional, learnig outcomes

This research aims to know the influence model of Discovery Learning towards the learning outcome of students at an integrated thematic learning in class IV SDN 15 Ulu Gadut Subdistrict Pauh 2018/2019 lessons year of 97 people. The research sample class IVA totalling 24 people, class IVB which amounted to 24 people, the IVC classes totalling 25 persons and classes of IVD 24 people. The instruments used in this research is an objective test in the form of multiple choice. Technique of data analysis statistical test used was inferensial with t-test. The results showed that the mean value of experimental class that implements the layout of learning with a model of Discovery Learning was 79.37 is higher than the average of the control class that implements the conventional learning was 71.66. This proves that there are significant effects against the results of student learning on the integrated thematic learning in elementary school.

This research aims at finding out the effect of applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model toward the students’ learning outcomes of Social Sciense subject at Class IV of SDN 10 Lubuk Kilangan, Padang. This quasi experiment used the non-equivalent control group design. The population was all grade student of the school in which IV A acted as the control class and IV B as the experiment one. The research result shows that there are effects of applying the model towerd the students’ learning outcomes. By using t-test with the level of significant of 0.05, it is found that tcount= -3.434 with P-Value of 0.001. Since the score of the P-Value is lower than = 0.05, the H1 hypothesis is accepted.
