Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influence of Pedagogic Competence, Professional Competence and commitment to the performance of the teacher in the Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi Malang. The type of research used is Experimental . The data used are the primary data and secondary data, obtained from the now, that is by collecting data from master Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi Malang.Population and Sample which became the object of this research is the whole teacher Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi Malang, i.e. as many as 32 teachers. Technique of data analysis in this study uses the test validity, reliability test, test, test the normality assumption of classical, linear multiple regression test and test hypotheses.The results of the analysis of the data shows that: (1) the competence of Pedagogic effect significantly to Teacher Performance Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi Malang, (2) the professional competence of the influential Teacher Performance significantly to Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi, Malang While (3) commitment to a significant effect on performance Guru Sdi Salafiyah Gondanglegi MalangKeywords: Pedagogic Competencies, Professional Competence, Commitment and Performance of the Teacher

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and customer value and experiential marketing on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction on GO-JEK consumers in Malang Islamic Univesity students faculty of economics and business either partially or simultaneously. This reseach uses Explanatory Research with a quantitative apploach. The population in this study are consumers who come directly or indirectly at GO-JEK. Samples taken were 80 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data wew anliyzed using multiple liner regression analiysis processed with SPPS  16.0 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The result showed that customer value and experiential marketing partially significant effect on customer value loyalty through customer satisfaction. Keywords: Customer Value, Experiential Marketing, Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the influence of halal and price tags simultaneously to the purchase decision. 2) To determine the influence of halal and price tags partially on purchasing decisions. The type of sampling used is accidental sampling, the sample in the study amounted to 96 Students Faculty of Economics and Business Islamic University Of Malang. The results of research by using multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variable of halal label and price simultaneously have an influence on to purchase decision variable, likewise halal label variable and price partially have an influence on purchasing decision variable.  Keywords: Halal label, price, purchase decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims at the description of Job Stress, Communication and Performance, Effects of Job Stress and Communication, Effects of Job Stress, and the Effect of Communication on Employee Performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Malang Branch. Population and sample are all members of the population of 68 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires using the Likert scale assessment. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS.The results of the analysis show that work and communication stress affects employee performance, partially job stress has a negative effect on employee performance and Communication has an effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Malang Branch. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitnent, organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. (2) to determine description the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behvior on employee performance. (3) to determine effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. (4) to determine effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. (5) to determine effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. the population in this study on PT.Bank Muamalat branch Malang sampling technique using filsafat positivisme to obtain a sample.data collection trough questionnarire distribution. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 16.0. data analysis methods used in this study include normality test, multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test.            The result of this study indicate that the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitnent, organizational citizenship behavior has a  positive simultaneously, the description that simultaneously on employee performance. Emotional intelligence has a positive, organizational commitment has a positive and significant, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management, Image, and Trust on Customer Satisfaction (Case Study at Alka Kitchen Restaurant, Pasuruan City, East Java). This research uses explanatory research and a quantitative approach. Sugiyono theory, the method used to find the number of samples in this study is to use the Slovin formula and it is known that the number of samples is 109 respondents. The results of this study are that there is a simultaneous influence between Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Image and Trust on Customer Satisfaction at Alka Kitchen Restaurant, Pasuruan City, East Java, Variable Customer Relationship Management (CRM). ), has an effect on consumer satisfaction at Alka Kitchen Restaurant in Pasuruan City, East Java, variable image affects customer satisfaction at Alka Kitchen restaurant in Pasuruan city, East Java, and trust variable affects customer satisfaction at Alka Kitchen restaurant in Pasuruan city, East Java. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Relationship Management, Image, Trust.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Work Ability, Work Involvement and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT. The work of Delta Permai Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, simultaneously and partially. The population in this study amounted to 160 and a sample of 62 employees. Sampling needs to be done considering that the population is too large to determine the number of samples in this study using probability sampling that is proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis using SPSS version 16.0 for windows. The analytical tool used in this study is the instrument test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study concluded that the variable Work Ability does not have an effect on employee performance partially while the work engagement variable has an influence on employee performance partially and motivation has an influence on employee performance partially. Work ability, work involvement and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.Keywords: Work Ability, Work Involvement and Work Motivation on Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACConsumers buy products meet their wants and needs, but when the customer feels that their needs and desires have been met by the product offered by the company, it increases the intention of reprposing intention. In this study the variables used are products and prices. high prices will be much faster in earning profits, but here it will also be difficult to reach consumers. Research uses questionnaires which are distributed directly to the object of research, namely FEB students from Malang Islamic University who consume instant noodles. From a population of 3,040 students, only 97 students were taken to be used as samples which were tested using a partial test and a sobel test. From the results of this study, it is known that product quality and prices have a direct effect on purchasing decisions, product quality and prices have a direct effect on buying interest, buying interest directly influences purchasing decisions, buying interest can mediate product quality variables on purchasing decisions, and buying interest can mediate the price variable on the purchase decision.Keywords:Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision, Buying Interest
