Abstract

This research aimed to examine and determine the effect of : Experiential Marketing consisting of variables Sense, Feel, Think, Act and Relate to Customer Satisfaction; the effect of Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty; the effect of Experiential Marketing consisting of variables Sense, Feel, Think, Act and Relate to Customer Loyalty; Experiential Marketing on Customer Satisfaction and the impact to Customer Loyalty. The type of research was explanatory research with quantitative approach. The object of this research is Waroeng Special Sambal "Waroeng SS" Branch of Sengkaling’s customers in Malang City. The sampling technique that is used was purposive sampling with Machin Champbell’s formula and get a sample of 100 respondents. The method that is used in collecting the data is to spread the questionnaire to respondents who have ever made purchases of products in Waroeng Special Sambal "Waroeng SS" branch of Sengkaling Malang City at least two times. Descriptive analysis and path analysis was used as a data analysis techniques. Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji : pengaruh Experiential Marketing yang terdiri dari variabel Sense, Feel, Think, Act dan Relate terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan; pengaruh Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan; pengaruh Experiential Marketing yang terdiri dari variabel Sense, Feel, Think, Act dan Relate terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan; pengaruh Experiential Marketing terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan dampaknya pada Loyalitas Pelanggan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Obyek dari penelitian ini adalah semua pelanggan di Waroeng Spesial Sambal “Waroeng SS” cabang Sengkaling Kota Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Machin Champbell dan mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah dengan menyebarkan angket kepada responden yang sudah pernah melakukan pembelian produk di Waroeng Spesial Sambal “Waroeng SS” cabang Sengkaling Kota Malang minimal dua kali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Kata Kunci: Experiential Marketing, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas

Abstract

This research  aimed to determine the effect of city branding toward city image, determine to effect of city branding toward visiting decision, determine to effect of city image toward tourits’ visiting decision who were visiting Kota Wisata Batu. This study uses explanatory research by using purposive sampling method for sampling technique. Data collecting technique were conducted by using questionnaires that were distributed to 100 respondents, they are visitors who were visiting  KWB, such as tourism places and restaurants that take place in KWB. In this research, path analysis is used for data analyze technique. The result of this research shows that City Branding variable (X) significantly affects toward City Image (Y1) with Beta coefficient value is 0,762 and probability rate is 0,000 (0,000 < α = 0,05). City Branding variable (X) significantly affects toward Visiting Decision (Y2) with Beta coefficient value is 0,522 and probability rate is 0,000 (0,000 < α = 0,05). City Image variable (Y1) has the influence but insignificantly toward Visiting Decision (Y2) with Beta coefficient value 0,122 and probability rate is 0,326 (0,326 > α = 0,05). Therefore, for the next researchs are recommended  to do research with different variable to Kota Wisata Batu Keywords : City Branding, City Image and Visiting Decision АBSTRАK Tujuan dari penelitian in adalah: Menjelaskan pengaruh City Branding terhadap  City Image, Menjelaskan pengaruh City Branding terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung, Menjelaskan pengaruh City Image terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung pada wisatawan yang sedang berkunjung ke Kota Wisata Batu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada wisatawan yang sedang berkunjung ke Kota Wisata Batu diantaranya tempat-tempat wisata dan rumah makan yang ada di Kota Wisata Batu sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam peneltitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel City Branding (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap City Image (Y1) dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,762 dan tingkat probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < α = 0,05). Variabel City Branding(X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung (Y2) dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,522 dan tingkat probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < α = 0,05). Variabel City Image (Y1) berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan dengan variabel Keputusan Berkunjung (Y2) dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,122 dan tingkat probabilitas 0,326 (0,326 > α = 0,05). Dengan demikian, untuk peneliti selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk melakukan penelitian dengan variabel yang berbeda pada Kota Wisata Batu Kata Kunci: City Branding, City Image, Keputusan Berkunjung

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Retail Mix toward Purchase Decision. The variables in this study include Product, Promotion, Place, Price, Presentation, Personnel and Purchase Decision Structure. The research method used is explanatory research. The research location is in Sarikat Jaya Store Gresik. The population of this research is the consumer of Sarikat Jaya Store Gresik. The sample used is 100 respondents determined using Purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used were survey with the aid of research instruments in the form of questionnaires. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis using the F test (simultaneous test) known together the concept of Mix Retail consisting of variables (Product, Promotion, Place, Price, Presentation, and Personnel) have a significant influence simultaneously on the Purchase Decision Structure. While based on the results of partial analysis (t-test) is known from the six variables in the Retail Mix there are five variables that have a significant influence on the Purchasing Decision Structure. Variables include Product, Promotion, Price, Presentation, and Personnel. While the variable Place on this study did not have a significant influence on the Purchase Decision Structure. Keywords: Retail Mix, Purchase Decision. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Bauran Eceran terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi Produk, Promosi, Tempat, Harga, Presentasi, Personalia dan Struktur  Keputusan Pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu explanatory research. Lokasi penelitian  berada di Toko Sarikat Jaya Gresik. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Sarikat Jaya Gresik. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 100 orang responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu survei dengan bantuan instrumen penelitian berupa kuisioner. Dari hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F (Uji Simultan) diketahui secara bersama-sama konsep Bauran Eceran yang terdiri dari variabel (Produk, Promosi, Tempat, Harga, Presentasi, dan Personalia) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap Struktur keputusan Pembelian. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial (t-test) diketahui dari keenam variabel dalam Bauran Eceran terdapat lima variabel yang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Strukutur Keputusan Pembelian. Variabel tersebut diantaranya Produk, Promosi, Harga, Presentasi, dan Personalia. Sedangkan variabel Tempat pada pada penelitian ini tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Struktur Keputusan Pembelian. Kata Kunci : Bauran Eceran, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Along with the advancement of global economy, there are many culinary businesses growing in the society especially the trending hot culinary business. The application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is expected to become an appropriate strategy to face the high competition. The objective of this study is to identify and explain the influence, both simultaneous and partial, of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), that consists of the usage of consumer database, marketing process, technology that supports the mission of the company, trust, and commitment, on customer loyalty. Using sample of 116 people with purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed descriptively using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The results show that the usage of Consumer Database, Marketing Process, technology that supports the mission of The Company, Trust, and Commitment influence customer Loyalty simultaneously and significantly. The usage of consumer database and Marketing process do not influence customer Loyalty partially and significantly. However, the other independent variables influence customer Loyalty  partially and significantly. Keywords: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Loyalty ABSTRAK Seiring majunya perekonomian global, terdapat berbagai macam bisnis kuliner yang berkembang di masyarakat salah satunya usaha kuliner yang sedang trend yaitu kuliner dengan rasa pedas.Penerapan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) diharapkan menjadi strategi yang tepat dalam menghadapi ketatnya persaingan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang terdiri dari Memanfaatkan Database Konsumen, Proses Pemasaran, Teknologi Mendukung Misi Perusahaan, Kepercayaan dan Komitmen secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.Menggunakan sampel sejumlah 116 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposivesampling.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini variabel Memanfaatkan Database Konsumen, Proses Pemasaran, Teknologi Mendukung Misi Perusahaan , Kepercayaan  dan Komitmen berpengaruh siginifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan. Variabel Memanfaatkan Database Konsumen dan Proses Pemasaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical evidence for the impact of job rotation, professional ethics and work motivation on employee performance. The subjects of this study are employees working at PT. Kharisma Surya Semesta. The method used in this study is the use of survey and interview methods, as well as the method of distributing questionnaires (the sampling technique of this study uses census technique), which means that the interviewees used are all employees working at PT Kharisma Surya Semesta. Data collection was conducted from October 2020 to July 2020. The data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive analysis and verification analysis. The data processing in this study used structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis and the partial least squares (PLS) alternative method using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The research results provide empirical evidence that shows that job rotation, professional ethics and work motivation have an impact of 75,7% on employee performance. Further test results prove that job rotation, professional ethics and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of competence and work discipline that can improve teachers performance with motivation as an intervening variable. In this study, dimensions were included as a limitation between variables. Data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0 which can also used to solve SEM problems. There were 350 teachers of private shchools in the city of Bekasi participated as respondents in this study. The results of this research show that: competence, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on motivation; competence, work discipline and motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance; the motivation variable as a mediation did not play a full role (partial mediation) in determining the direct relationship. Teachers should continuously develop their competencies in order to motivate and improve performance at work. Teachers with high motivation will promote their performance. This teachers need to increase motivation in the workplace in order to improve their performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPT. Jasa Raharja adalah salah satu lembaga keuangan non bank, yaitu jasa asuransi. Suatu lembaga penghimpun dana yang bersumber dari pendapatan premi asuransi dari masyarakat, dan pengeluarannya yang berbentuk beban klaim. Pendapatan dan beban sangat mempengaruhi laba perusahaan.Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh antara pendapatan premi, beban klaim dengan laba maka perlu dilakukan analisa korelasi dan regresi linear berganda.Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah metode observasi dan studi pustaka dengan metode analisis kuantitatif yaitu metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik.  Setelah dianalisa, nilai sig regresi yang didapat antara pendapatan premi terhadap laba bersih (Y) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Antara beban klaim terhadap laba bersih (Y) sebesar 0,068> 0,05.  Dan nilai sig regresi antara pendapatan premi dan beban klaim  terhadap laba bersih (Y) sebesar 0,000 <0,05.Kata kunci: Pendapatan premi, Beban klaim, Laba bersih ABSTRACTPT. Jasa Raharja is one of the non-bank financial institutions, namely insurance services. A fund raising institution sourced from the insurance premium income of the community, and expenses that are claim claims. Revenue and expenses greatly affect the company's earnings. To know the effect of premium income, claims burden with profit then it is necessary to do correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. Data collection methods in the preparation of the Final Project is the method of observation and literature study with quantitative analysis method is the method of data analysis using statistical analysis. After analyzed, the regression sig value obtained between premium income to net income (Y) of 0.001<0,05. Between claims charge to net income (Y) of  0,068>0,05. And the regression sig  value between premium income   and claims   charge   to net income (Y) of 0.000<0,05.Key Words: Premium Income, Claim Expense, Net Income

Abstract

Dasar dan Konsep Manajemen Pendidikan Perspektif Al-Qur’an adalah Konsep manajemen yang berorientasi pada; 1) Fleksibel, Manajemen dikatakan fleksibel apabila manajemen itu dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan berbagai situasi dan kondisi. 2) Efektif-efisien, Suatu manajemen pendidikan dikatakan efektif-efisien jika mempunyai ciri:Tujuan yang jelas, Mengkreasikan alternatif-alternatif, Mengoptimalkan sumber-sumber pendidikan, Memperoleh hasil pendidikan, Meningkatkan keuntungan pendidikan. 3) Terbuka, terbuka kesempatan kepada semua pihak, terutama staf untuk mengembangkan diri sesuai dengan kemampuannya baik dalam jabatan maupun bidang lainnya. 4) kooperatif dan partisipatif, diperlukan adanya manajer yang handal yang mampu membuat perencanaan yang baik, mengorganisir, menggerakkan dan melakukan kontrol serta tahu kekuatan (strength), kelemahan (weakness), kesempatan peluang (opportunity) dan ancaman (theat) hendaknya sesuai maka orang yang diberi amanat untuk memenaj lembaga pendidikan Islam sesuai dengan ajaran al-Qur’an. Kata Kunci: Dasar, Konsep, Menajemen, al-Qur’an

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dan bersifat deskriptif analitik. Fokus penelitian diarahkan untuk mengkaji konsep Pendidikan Anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pendidikan anak usia dini menurut pendidikan Islam adalah bertujuan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman kepada anak sejak dini, sehinga dalam perkembangan selanjutnya anak menjadi manusia muslim yang kāffah, yang beriman dan bertaqwa, hidupnya terhindar dari kemaksiatan, dan dihiasi dengan ketaatan dan kepatuhan kepada Allah SWT. Sehingga dapat mengantarkan peserta didik pada kehidupan yang bahagia di dunia maupun di akhirat kelak.

Abstract

Aims: Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) is pain during menstruation that is usually experienced by young women with complaints of aches or cramps in the lower abdomen and pelvis. Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) often begins after the first menstruation. Pain decreases after menstruation, but pain can continue to be experienced during menstrual periods in some women so that it has an impact on daily activities, such as school activities and work. Objective: This study aims to analyze differences in the effectiveness of giving dark chocolate and ginger to reduce the intensity of menstrual pain in female students at SMAN 1 Cikande. Methods: In this study, the researcher used a Quasi Experimental Pre-Posttest with Control Group design. The population in this study were all female students who experienced menstrual pain during menstruation. 28 female students with a sampling technique using the Non-Probability Sampling technique or Non-Random Sampling with the Purposive Sampling method. Result: The results of the study were differences in the intensity of menstrual pain reduction with the non-parametric test, namely Wilcoxon in 14 respondents who were given dark chocolate with a p-value of 0.001 < (0.05) while 14 other respondents who were given ginger a p-value of 0.001 < (0 0.05 Differences in the effectiveness of dark chocolate and ginger based on the Mann Whitney test p-value 0.299 > (0.05). Conclusions and Suggestions: There was no significant difference in the effectiveness of reducing pain intensity in students of SMAN 1 Cikande Serang Regency between those given dark chocolate and ginger for 3 days of treatment. It is hoped that non-pharmacological interventions can be applied to treat menstrual pain.
